Garden Palace Boutique Hotel

This place is full of charm - an old house beautifully turned into a boutique hotel. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was great. Absolutely the best value for money! Highly recommended.

It was beautiful.. very lovingly restored..comfortable bed..gorgeous light fittings! And so very quiet considering its location..and Rezep who runs it was fantastic..so very helpful and easygoing!

The strip is quite close which brings down the tone of the area it is in..but for some people that could be an advantage..it’s just that the house is too stylish for the area😃

İşlerini aşkla yapan güzel insanlardı. Şehrin icinde avlulu şirin bir yapı. Ağaç, çiçek ,börtü ,böcek, köpek , kaplumboğa,kuş...Biz keyif aldık. İlk gün küçük bir odada kaldık.

Wonderful staff , comfortable rooms , generous breakfast. Owner has very helpful with car parking and directions. Top location, easy to walk into town for port , restaurants and shops . Highly recommend: would stay again !

El hotel es muy encantador y la ubicación es perfecta. Nosotros llegamos a Izmir y ahí cogimos un bus de Havas a la estación de autobuses de Kusadasi. Cogimos un taxi por 400 liras pero se puede caminar en 10 min.

Nice courtyard to chill. Bathroom clean and well maintained.

Booked due to lots of reviews saying how helpful the staff were. We didn’t find them especially helpful or unhelpful. One blanket between two and no sheet (common in Turkey) but the weather is changing and ground floor room was cool. Very little soundproofing so could hear conversations from next door and footsteps from above (maybe a sign or reminders needed to tell other guests to be considerate)

Ein hübsches kleines Hotel. Wie eine Oase mitten im trubeligen Kusadasi Zentrum. Zentral gelegen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hotelbesitzer. Besonders hat uns der schöne Innenhof gefallen, der dem Hotel wohl auch seinen Namen gab, Garden Palace. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I truly loved my stay at Garden Hotel Palace. The beautiful garden is perfect for enjoying slow, delicious Turkish breakfasts in a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is small, so you never feel lost in a crowd — it feels cozy and personal. Everyone working here is so friendly and caring, always ready to help. I couldn’t wish for anything better! If I ever come back to Kuşadası, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended — a beautiful boutique hotel with a special touch.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem schön renoviertem alten Haus, das Zimmer hatte alles, was man benötigt und war sehr sauber. Meinen Mietwagen konnte ich direkt am Haus parken. Der Besitzer und alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt gut am Rand der Altstadt und nur wenige Minuten zum Hafen. Am schönsten ist der ruhige, grüne Innenhof, in dem morgens das ordentliche Frühstück aufgebaut wird und in dem man den Tag ausklingen lassen kann und auch mal mit anderen Reisenden ins Gespräch kommt. Insgesamt ein entspannter Ort, den ich nur empfehlen kann.

Very lovely people run this cute small hotel. We asked so many recommendations from them from restaurants ro beaches and they were always so helpful. They parked our car everyday and we didnt need to deal with it. Rooms are small but newly furnished and clean. It is in a very quite neighbourhood but also very close to the center. You can walk to the center within 10 min. The breakfast was very local and all the pastries were homemade. I would recommend staying here. Very nice place with nice management.

La habitación bien amplia y la cama cómoda. Muy buena ubicación muy cerca del centro, de restaurantes, tiendas y del malecón. El desayuno estuvo bien.

En realidad no hay parking, toca dejar el carro en la calle y es bastante estrecha. El sanitario no funcionaba bien y la ducha no tiene puerta entonces toda el agua salpica para afuera.

Personnel très agréable. Hotel simple et très propre. Le petit déjeuner dans la cour est très sympa. La literie est top, l’hygiène parfaite. L’hôtel est très calme alors que vous êtes à quelques pas de l’agitation très… british…

Difficile de se garer car les rues sont étroites mais en prévenant l’hôtel, ils vous gardent une place et surtout vous aide à faire les manœuvres. C’est top mais du coup je n’ai pas pris la voiture pendant 2 jours. Les taxis sont pas chers et le Dolmus pour Ladies beach très pratique et hyper pas cher. Il est difficile de se garer de toute façon à Kusadasi.

Very nice small hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The guy who works there was happy to help with parking our car on very narrow nearby streets. The breakfast was OK! Overall it was nice and peaceful, we enjoyed our stay there.

Localização excelente. Quarto amplo e claro. Café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade, com comidas típicas mas também com comidas universais. Variava de um dia para outro.

Banheiro muito pequeno, o chuveiro estava com vazamento no cano que toda vez que usava a água espirrava por cima do box e molhava todo banheiro e o vaso sanitário. No ultimo dia consegui virar para que o vazamento fosse na outra direção. A torneira da pia estava sem redutor de pressão, espirrava na roupa e no chão quando era utilizada. Só colocavam 1 papel higienico por vez, sem reserva. No Segundo dia não foi feita a limpeza do quarto, estava sem papel higienico e não encontrei nenhum funcionário, vi que ficava atrás do balcão na recepção e eu mesma peguei. Não foi nem retirado os lixos neste dia. Não havia lençol para se cobrir apenas uma colcha bem pequena.

Sensational location, amazing family run business, they helped us with last minute booking for tours, offered to come out on their motorbike to find us when we got lost getting there. The courtyard was perfect to come back to at the end of each day and have a drink and unwind. It was so close to everything. Breakfast was good

This hotel is honestly one of the best I’ve been in. The service is amazing, we stayed for quite a few nights, they gave us anything we’d ask for and always tried to think with us (my partners book was falling apart, they lend us glue to fix it, my phone fell in the water and they gave us a bowl of rice,) they cleaned the room whenever needed. The included breakfast was authentic turkish food, as it should be. The location is close to the center and not far from beaches. The little garden they have is a great place to chill and really gives off a “family” vibe. I think this hotel is worth much more than the price they ask for, overall a very good stay. Would recommend and will most certainly come back. (Did not make a lot of pictures of our room but I think that these sum up a vibe anyway)

biz sabah erkenden Samos`a feribotumuz olduğu için limana yakın olmasından dolayı tercih ettik ve tek gece konakladık. otel kuşadası çarşı`ya çok çok yakın. odalar küçük. uzun süreli tatil için konaklamada rahat edilemeyeceğini düşünüyorum ama bizim gibi iseniz tercih edebilirsiniz. araba ile gelecekler için hemen karşıda çok katlı otopark mevcut ama otele geliş çok dar yollardan, sokağa vs. parketmeyi düşünmeyin.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the town centre and other amenities.The room was very clean and very tastefully decorated. No mould or smell that you would see in other hotels in Kuşadası.the water pressure is very good for showers which is important as other places in Kuşadası do not have it. It is also very quiet despite the fact that the boutique hotel is located in town centre

Friendly welcome and a nice courtyard garden for breakfast. Breakfast was very good, and we had a nice evening meal there too. Just off the main tourist area so quiet but very handy. Walkable distance from Dolmus and from bus station. Room clean and ok size. Good shower. Good AC. Recommended for a stay in Kusadisi.

Tatlı bir butik hotel. Kaldığımız oda geniş, ferah bir odaydı. etraf temizdi. Kahvaltısı, ve kahvaltıyı ettiğimiz bahçe güzeldi. Aracımızı park edebildik fakat otelin etrafında çok park edebilecek bir alan yok. Genel deneyimimiz çok olumluydu, çalışan da çok güler yüzlü işini severek yapan biriydi.

Second time I stay here, now also with my wife. Again we were surprised with the nice athmosphere at this hotel, very quiet place but at same time very close to the main tourist street and port. This time we had time to have the nice breakfast as well, and we had a very nice double room. The many turtles in the garden are always interesting to watch, some of them claimed to be almost 100 years old! And with a nice bar in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here next time we go to Kusadasi.

Taking the extremely low price into account, this place was neat and tidy. The staff were helpful and the facilities were good. It’s an older building but is very clean. The location we good.

Our stay was lovely, the room was spacious and clean, with great breakfast and a super cute garden. We came with the car and the parking was very smooth with the help of the owner.

Breakfast was very good indeed. The manager/owner was exceptionally helpful and patient, particluarly with a kindly but somewhat demanding elderly gentleman in our party. Nothing was too much trouble in arranging taxis and transport and giving directions. The place was quiet and with a beautiful courtyard in which to sit and relax. The location 5 minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants was excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

Son yıllarda karşılaştığım en ilgili tesis işletmecisiydi. Çok kısa bir konaklama yapmamıza rağmen her konuda elinden geleni fazlasıyla yaparak yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltısı da kesinlikle beklentimin üzerindeydi.

A little gem in the center of Kusadasi. A quiet garden in the middle of busy life. Most importantly, it is pet-friendly, my samoyed dog was welcomed there nicely. There were other folks staying with doggos too, so the place is just awesome. I just love people who love animals and let them stay, because they are part of the family. The place itself is comfy, has all the necessities, breakfast is fresh and nice. The owner is just a god-send, he saved us when we got ourselves into some narrow streets on the way to the hotel and couldn't move out of there, just got stuck. Maybe he was a racer or something, but he just masterfully drove our car out of the extremely tiny road and led us to the hotel. Well done 😁 Parking is difficult nearby but there is a large underground paid parking just around the corner where you can leave your car.

If you're with a car, please just follow the map the hotel sends you. We were tired and just relied on google maps, which was a major mistake, it led us to some horrorish streets we couldn't go through, turn, or reverse. Another point is that there is a mosque nearby and azan is very loud - so I'd suggest closing the windows for the night.

amazing location close to the main attractions and restaurants. the staff is super nice and helpful. breakfast is good, a buffet with cold option. the parking is a street parking so be aware of that and small street access so if you drive there follow their instructions to avoid entering the old town ( and small street)

Had a lovely stay at Garden palace hotel. Bed's were comfortable, and the shower was lovely and hot. Close to all amenities, what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and clean. Great location. Helpful staff. Initially hard to find in the back streets but felt comfortable walking around the area.

Very quiet and cozy but still very close to promenade.

Breakfast is not suitable for Indians as everything served is cold and there is no toaster for bread or kettle to warm milk.
