Reviewed Oct 25, 2025Great rooms, swimming pools, kids facilities, private entrance to the beach. Staff friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on level two is absolutely stellar incredible food and very reasonably priced.
Western wine list a bit depleted and service a bit slow which understandable as most guests are Chinese.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2023The outdoor pool area was great and the children loved it. I enjoyed the cool temperature of the Health Club pool and also the view of the beach from there. Location was excellent for beach days, literally across the road. Breakfast buffet was really good, diverse range of dishes. I also ordered from the room service menu and the food was tasty and delivered promptly. The design of the hotel was elegant and made for a pleasant experience.
It wasn't made clear where the safe for storing valuables was in the room. I would recommend providing some more detailed literature on services and facilities in the rooms. Think scanning people's faces at check-in is a bit over-zealous and authoritarian. I also think the Health Club should provide some mixed gender saunas, I would have liked to have enjoyed the experience together with my wife and other female relatives.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2021家庭四人两大两小checkin，给了1米大小的双床，电话沟通后才告知有1.3米的双床，不知道前台怎么想的。房间空调不制冷，夏天房间温度始终在29度、闷热。房间里只供应免费2瓶水，另外要水，3元一瓶。五星级酒店闻所未闻。

Unfortunately there are blocks and blocks of new construction all around the resort, and I can only imagine how noisy and dirty it will be for a number of years to come. I was there during Chinese holidays, so I was lucky it was not going on at the time.
