La habitación estaba falta de limpieza

Confortable bed. Quiet. Sweet garden and water bottle replaced daily

No mini fridge to keep our water cold. Damp smell in the room. Would have liked a shower screen to prevent water splashing out. Water to be hotter than what is provided.

Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, ci stava la tv e il phon per i capelli

L’acqua calda funziona a tratti, il bagno emanava cattivo odore, che i letti erano separati

Ottima la posizione e il parcheggio privato di fronte all'hotel. Struttura pulita

Camera deluxe al piano terra (numero 7) con umidità e forte odore di muffa,dimensioni piccole. In bagno ci hanno messo un deumidificatore per cercare di togliere l'odore, ma, oltre ad essere rumoroso, non dava l'effetto sperato. Abbiamo chiamato il personale che ha controllato ed ha confermato l'odore sgradevole. Non ci hanno però cambiato camera. Nottata tremenda anche a causa del letto, davvero scomodissimo. La mattina seguente siamo scappati. Terribile esperienza. Le foto pubblicate su booking sono state fatte da un professionista che sa rendere molto bene le immagini, peccato che la realtà sia ben diversa.

Struttura pulita, giardinetto carino, ottima posizione. È ok.

La stanza è un po meno bella di quella in foto, lo sciacquone è un po’ lento, luci non ottime.

There is parking. The room was comfortable. The location was super as it was near the main plaza.

When arriving at the parking lot we thought that was the hotel. We were really sceptical to go down.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was a big plus, just a short walk from the main square, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the complimentary filtered water dispenser available for guests was a nice extra touch.

The hotel is pretty good and comfortable. It is very well located, and the staff is helpful. There is parking available right in front, and there is a cold water dispenser at the lobby, which is very helpful.

The liquid soap is not good, it seemed like it was watered down, which made it very difficult to take a good shower

La ubicación es maravillosa, muy limpio y con parking frente al hotel para aparcar. La atención de todo el personal muy amables.

I got bed bugs bitten at night so badly that I have to ask for changing room in the midnight 3am.

Good place to stay at Valladolid if you want to be really near downtown. It has it's own parking lot infront of the hotel where we fortunately got space, maybe it would be good to specify in the reservation before if you want a parking space though the limited space for many cars to park. Rooms where clean, comfy, beautiful, spaceful, I liked to stay here and would stay again. It meeted all my expectations.

The first price Booking told me about the place was $400 hundred pesos cheaper than it was at the end.

Esta a una cuadra de la plaza principal, es muy acogedor, desde la recepción tienen aire acondicionado y la gente es muy amable.

La ubicación, es muy céntrico y la verdad es un hotel muy lindo y escondido.

El baño olía muy fuerte.

El hotel es pequeñito y por fuera no llama mucho la atención pero te llevas una agradable sorpresa al ingresar a las instalaciones. Está super limpio en todas las áreas y las habitaciones son cómodas y de buen tamaño. El aire acondicionado funciona super bien y también hubo agua caliente en la ducha. El baño es muy bonito y de buen tamaño. Poco ruido exterior.

Me hubiera gustado una habitación en un piso más alto, y me preocupó un poco que el estacionamiento estuviera del otro lado de la calle, sin alguien vigilando. A pesar de eso parece ser un sitio seguro.

La habitación se siente muy sencilla.

Tuve que pedir la devolución de mi pago ya que primero me asignaron una habitación qué olía mucho a pintura, me cambiaron a otra que no servía el aire acondicionado y por último me mencionaron que no tenían otra habitación disponible.

Only had issue with the toilet not flushing properly but was resolved quickly by staff

- pas d'ascenseur, quand on a une grosse valise ce n'est pas confortable. Sachant que le réceptionniste qui a pris la peine de nous accompagner à la chambre n'a a aucun moment proposé son aide pour monter les bagages. - pas du tout de restauration ni de bar dans l'établissement.

Die Lage war super, die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage. Positiv war auch, dass es einen Parkplatz gab.

Uns ist nichts aufgefallen.

La ubicación, cerca de la Catedral, farmacia, restaurantes. La habitación esta limpia, y la chica de recepción nos atendió bien.

La cama (colchón) y las almohadas algo incómodas (vencidos).

Décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Notre chambre avait un déshumidificateur bruyant dans la salle de bains, la salle de bains était moisie et le climatiseur installé juste devant le lit.

It is in a lovely location from the zocalo , very handful for who wants to wonder around nearby the hotel

They didn’t provide us the bedroom that we booked , very disappointing with that , also you can hear the cars from the street while sleeping , no sound isolation. Other than that was a good stay

La posición es muy cómoda. La estructura en sí es bastante bonita y el personal cordial. Va bien solo si de paso y por una noche (por lo menos en la habitación que nos tocó).

En nuestra habitación había un olor muy fuerte a cloaca. Los muebles eran bastante viejos, tanto que los cajones se abrían solos y no se cerraban. Al ser bajo techo, hacía mucho calor y no se podía estar sin aire acondicionado. Se escuchaba mucho ruido y fue imposible no despertarse al amanecer.

THE HOTEL IS A QUITE OASIS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OLD TOWN. IT'S VERY CONVENIENT TO WALK AROUND AND FEELS REALLY SAFE. THE ROOM WAS WELL ARRANGED, WITH TRADITIONAL DESIGN.

IT WAS QUITE SMELLY (LIKE ALL HOTELS IN MEXICO PROBABLY), AND THE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE HOT WATER (YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE WATER RUNNING FOR AT LEAST 5 MIN).

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado del centro de Valladolid, es muy limpio y comodo. Me gust{o mucho que pudimso dejar nuestras maletas para tomar una excursion y al llegar en la tarde todo estaba muy bien resguardado,

Si pudieran tener almohadas mas comodas seria mejor.

Das bodentiefe Fenster zum Innenhof mussten wir leider auch tagsüber mit der Verdunkelungsjalousie verschließen, weil der Blick auf die Betten ansonsten frei war und keine Privatsphäre möglich gewesen wäre.

Super Lage. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Sicherer Parkplatz inklusive.

Alles war super.

Matratzen sehr abgelegen, die Ausstattung sehr alt, es roch immer nach Abfluss im Bad. Am Morgen früh hatten wir eine ohnmächtige Kakerlake im Bad,.

It’s a pretty hotel in central Valladolid. Staff is nice.

The room was good and clean.

The street are very very noisy and it was a bigger noise but I do not know what is it. It seemed the source is from the wall like a water drain, but it was unbearable.

Staff molto cordiale. Ambienti profumati e puliti. Praticamente in centro, con parcheggio se siete in auto.

Es un lugar tranquilo para familias y cumple su función al ser un lugar céntrico y cómodo.

Overall, the hotel was good. It is located in what appears to be a historical conservation area, giving it a very special and characteristic Mexican feel. The building and room facilities were new and modern. The staff was helpful and patiently accommodated all our needs and requests. The location is good - very close to the town center and to both the bus terminal and colectivo stops.

However, because it's so close to the center and the roads and sidewalks are very tight, the area feels cramped and can sometimes be difficult to navigate due to all the traffic and people.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, propre, douche chaude, toit terrasse sympa. Très bien situé, nous avons eu de la chance d avoir une place dans leur parking, car peu de places. Seul bémol notre lit , trop mou pour notre dos.

Centrally located, this hotel is in an old building but the room felt modern. Beautiful balcony overlooking a courtyard, comfortable bed, and helpful staff.

Struttura a 3 minuti dal centro, personale accogliente e disponibile, ci hanno aiutato con gite e transfer, camera pulita e spaziosa.

Charmant hôtel avec parking juste en face de l établissement, bien situé dans le centre ville ( tout est accessible à pied : 20min àpied du son et lumière). Chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit jardin extérieur, ambiance très agréable

Le bruit infernal de la climatisation derriere le mur de la chambre toutes les 5 minutes ...à partir de 5h du matin, la nuit est terminée avec ce bruit... Dommage, c est un charmant hôtel.

La ubicación es buena y el personal amable. En general el hotel es limpio y seguro.

No hay forma de que este hotel sea 4 estrella. La habitación que recibí la primera noche antes de solicitar un cambio fue terrible. Las camas incomodas, el baño tenia un fuerte olor a caño, la regadera una gotera y la puerta principal necesita un ajuste para abrir sin fricción (habitación 4). El hotel debería de mejorar las habitaciones en aspectos basicos como camas, blancos, amenidades.

En el último piso se escucha el ruido del tanque de agua. Es un poco ruidoso el hotel.

Die Unterkunft sah wunderschön aus , alles war gepflegt und sauber. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt sehr zentral ! Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war leider sehr laut , der Lärm der Straße und sehr laute Musik bis spät am Abend.

Interesting property, nice staff. Toilet sort of worked, at least better than the shower - we lost power twice…New hot water heater on roof failed during our stay. One mattress was okay, the other one had failed…Great location and reasonable price though.
