L'hôtel est très bien situé et très mignon. Nous avons pu changer de chambre pour une dernière nuit ce qui était beaucoup plus confortable car nous avions deux petites chambres qui donnait sur l'endroit du petit déjeuner et donc n'était pas très charmantes. La piscine est mignonne, et l'hôtel est propre.

Nossa estadia na Casa Valladolid Boutique Hotel foi uma delícia. O hotel é super charmoso, bem cuidado e possui um ambiente acolhedor e tranquilo, com um jardim ideal para relaxar. A localização é excelente, permitindo fazer praticamente tudo a pé pelo centro histórico. Fica próximo à rodoviária, o que facilita muito o deslocamento para os passeios aos cenotes e a Chichen Itza. Os quartos são confortáveis e limpos. O atendimento da equipe foi impecável e muito atencioso do início ao fim, nos deram ótimas dicas de passeios para aproveitar as noites em Valladolid. Uma escolha incrível para quem quer explorar a região com muito conforto e charme.

Heerlijk hotel, met fyn zwembad en grote kamers. Hele comfortabele badkamer met ruime douche. Airco is niet heel erg koud maar koud genoeg. Top locatie midden in het centrum op 5 minuten lopen van het zwembad. Zou zeker weer boeken 😁👍

Big room and comfortable.

There was nothing I did not like there.

- location: quiet, nice area, 5 mins walk to central square - room was very big with private small terrace (we booked the superior room with 2 double beds) - staff was super friendly - very clean - patio and area around the pool are very green and cosy - shower: big and good pressure - parking: public and on the street, but free and we found a spot every day in the street of the hotel - pool towels offered that can be changed daily

- room was light (darker curtains would be nice) - more sun beds are needed around the pool (only enough for 6 people now) - a LOT of mosquitos around the pool and in the room (not the hotel’s fault but make sure to bring DEET spray when you are lying by the pool) We were very happy with our stay and would definitely go back!

Surclassés d'une chambre double à une chambre king size sans rien demandé, la chambre était grande, propre et bien équipée. La réception H24 est appréciable et la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place aussi. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pieds.

The staff was great. When arrived they gave a detailed description of Valladolid and suggested local places to eat, along how to visit Chichén Itzá. Room, grounds and WiFi was great, along with the location in town.

All worked out perfectly. Minor suggestion: serve breakfast a little earlier for people visiting Chichen Itza, can get a 7am start.

La ubicación estaba muy buena, a pocas cuadras del centro de la ciudad.

La puerta de la habitación no parecía muy segura.

Super Lage in der Nahe des Busbahnhofs und des Zentrums zum shoppen. Wir waren zu kurz da um die Einrichtung vollständig zu nutzen.

Die zentrale Klimaanlage war hinter dem Zimmer und dadurch war es recht laut.

Groot bed, prima douche, ruime kamer, schoon. Kamer upgrade was super vriendelijk.

Zwembad nodigde niet echt uit, dus geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. 5min fussläufig von der ADO Busstation entfernt, sowie viele coole Restaurants und Läden in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Perfekt auch für Ausflüge nach Chichén Itza und zu diversen Cenoten. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das à la Carte Frühstück ist extra zu bezahlen aber war sehr gut. Diverse hilfreiche Tipps beim Check-in erhalten. Preis-Leistung war gut, auch wenn wir wohl etwas Pech mit dem Zimmer hatten.

Das Zimmer. Die Juniorsuite im EG mit "Garten/Terrasse" war abgewohnt, hatte merkwürdige Flecken an der Wand und hat komisch gerochen. Die "Terrasse" war eine schmutzige Liege in einem abgesperrten Innenraum ohne Fenster. Man hört praktisch alles von den anderen Zimmern und von draussen.

Perfecte locatie, parkeren makkelijk in de straat. Een fijne familiekamer, altijd schoon en genoeg ruimte voor je spullen. Het zwembad is heerlijk! Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Op super locatie dichtbij het centrale plein en leuke eetgelegenheden. Mooi opgezet met prachtige tuin en heerlijk zwembad!

Prachtig hotel met grote kamers op een heel fijne locatie in Valladolid. Wij zijn met ons gezin met 4 kinderen en hadden een hele ruime kamer! Prachtige badkamer en het zwembadje is heel fijn. We zouden zeker terugkomen, fijne sfeer. Tips: Ontbijten om de hoek bij el Rinconcito Pizza eten bij Moroni’s!! Allebei heel sfeervol en goedkoop:)

Purtroppo il condizionatore perdeva acqua proprio sui cuscini dove dormivamo durante la notte. Suggerimento per rendere il soggiorno migliore: munire di zanzariere le camere per poter dormire anche senza condizionatori.

Hotellet ligger rigtig fint ift. afstand til det hele i byen. Vi blev mødt af høflige ansatte, som var til stor hjælp, når vi havde brug for det. Morgenmadsudvalget er fint og smager dejligt. Vi havde desværre et værelse, som lå op til en trappe og det skabte meget larm, når folk gik op og ned af den. Ellers var det et ok værelse - lidt slidt på badeværelset.

Non ci sono le zanzariere alle finestre, quindi è molto difficile aprirle senza far entrare le zanzare (o altri insetti). Sarebbe utile aggiungerle almeno sulla portafinestra. L’aria condizionata è un po’ fiacca.

Extremely nice territory inside the hotel with colonial style, central location close to the main streets in Valladolid. You can even walk to a cenote. Great cafe inside for breakfasts and dinners if you do not fancy eating out. We felt very relaxed in the hotel.

Rooms are very basic and we didn't have enough cupboards to keep our staff (it was 4 of us), but there was space to keep bags in a room so we didn't unpack really. For 3-nights stay it was okay. The pool was hit and miss. On the first 2 days it was amazing but the third day it was a bit dirty and the water wasn't transparent so we didn't use it. Like filters didn't work properly.

Friendly and welcoming staff and a lovely room. The hotel is basic but has all the essentials, large rooms, fridge, very clean and a great location to explore Valladolid. Although there isn't any specific parking, we easily found space on the road outside. We were given a great little map with suggestions for restaurants and places to go which was really helpful.

The room didn't have a hairdryer but this was no problem at all.

L’emplacement très proche de la place centrale, 3 à 5 minutes à pied est très agréable. Chambre très spacieuse, bonne literie, calme, très beau jardin et personnel agréable. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter des aménagements extérieurs (la belle piscine et autres) car nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit. C’est dommage !🥴

Hotel bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, habitaciones muy amplias con bastante espacio, cama muy cómoda. El hotel es bonito, cuenta con jardín y con piscina. ofrecen desayuno a la carta con buena relación calidad-precio.

La ducha no funcionó bien una de las noches, no tenía presión ni agua caliente. Parece que es algo habitual ya que lo leí en comentarios de otros hoteles. Algo más caro que otros hoteles de la zona, pero sus grandes habitaciones merecen la pena para tener comodidad

Dommage que le service commercial ne soit pas commerçant !! Nous avons du écourter notre séjour car avions oublié nos passeports à 200km mais la direction n’a rien voulu savoir et nous avons dû payer des pénalités d’annulation alors que nous avons dormi sur place. Le service « commercial » ne pense qu’à faire de l’argent. Dommage pour un hôtel présent sur Booking.com

Location was amazing, in dead center of Valladolid. Very nice restaurants and cafes to visit in the vicinity. Street parking is free, but you might need to make a few rounds around the block to find a free spot (avoid the yellow lines on the curb!)

Our room was without a balcony, and in retrospect it would have been nicer to get one with a balcony. Partially because of this, the room was a bit dark too, but that's just how the whole room is in our specific part of the hotel. But once you leave your room, everything else in the hotel is even prettier!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il a un bon rapport qualité/prix. Possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner sur place à un tarif raisonnable. La piscine est petite mais pratique pour les fins de journée chaude. La proximité du Chichen Itza (45 minutes de route) L'hôtel est bien situé tout proche de la place centrale et des restaurants.

Les chambres sont vraiment rudimentaires, aucun effort d’un minimum de décoration n’est fait alors qu’il y a un gros potentiel avec ce bâtiment. Même pas de sèche cheveux. La Clim était présente mais on ne peut pas dire qu’elle soit d’une grande efficacité, par ailleurs elle est très bruyante.

There was work being carried out on the property….which should have been highlighted when booking. Receptionist could have been more helpful on arrival. Bedding was heavy and not the best for the heat. Jets in the private pool lacked power.

The hotel is close to the bus station. We were offered a choice of bedrooms and the garden was lovely. The breakfast was much better than average with a good selection including fresh fruit salad.

Nothing as everything was great
