Beautiful and well designed space, quiet at night.

The air conditioning hit directly in my face due to the position of the beds.

It is a very beautiful art space with a good location and friendly staff. Because we arrived at the hotel in advance, they also warmly checked in for us.

The location is good! There are many restaurants and scenic spots around, which can be reached within walking distance.

The location is very good, and there are a lot of delicious food nearby. It takes about 8 minutes to walk by subway. It is recommended to take a taxi through "Didi" and it is very convenient. The staff is very enthusiastic, the room is spacious and clean, and the accommodation is highly recommended!

Hotel curato nel dettaglio e con installazioni artistiche interessanti. Camera pulita, molto spaziosa e confortevole e arredata con gusto. Bagno funzionale.

Suggerirei di aggiungerei un piccolo frigorifero in camera (utile soprattutto nelle torride estati cinesi). Necessari piccoli lavori di manutenzione (Il rubinetto del bagno era instabile, così come la presa di corrente vicino al lavabo).

Un hôtel avec un style unique, il y a beaucoup de peintures dedans, qui sont très belles et le personnel est sympathique,la chambre est calme et confortable.

Sehr schönes Design Hotel, in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Sehr nah an Nets Garden, einer Strasse mit vielen kleinen Läden, einer sehr leckerenn Bäckerei. Sie Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit.

Llegué al hotel alrededor de las 7am y nadie me abrió la puerta del mismo hasta las 9:15am. No tienen recepcionista en ciertos horarios, no contestan los mensajes enviados por esta página, no tienen WhatsApp, una locura!

Das Personal war sehr enthusiastisch und hat mir sehr geholfen. Die Lage ist großartig. Sie können viele malerische Orte zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel.

Dies ist ein einzigartiges und schönes Hotel mit einer sehr guten Lage, und Sie können viele malerische Orte zu Fuß erreichen. Sie können mit der U-Bahn zu den entfernten malerischen Orten fahren. Obwohl es etwa 500 Meter von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt ist, ist diese Entfernung für mich nichts. Aber der Busbahnhof ist nur hundert Meter entfernt, oder ein Taxi zu nehmen ist eine gute Wahl! Das Wichtigste ist, dass es sehr ruhig und komfortabel ist, die Atmosphäre den Menschen das Gefühl gibt, natürlich zu sein, und das Personal an der Rezeption ist auch sehr herzlich, was uns sehr geholfen hat.

HIghly recommended. This is a wonderful hotel, with helpful staff, run by artists, full of original art, ver compfrtable and perfectly located right behind Master of Nets Garden. Plus, lots of good breakfast spots nearby, like Ershi (sp?) just around the corner.

It’s very artistic first of all . It’s Cozy ,beautiful. And very spacious. Good design. People are warmhearted and helpful. The owner / artist is helping to carry luggage by himself. I am very much impressed. Great hotel 10 out of 10.

What a beautiful hotel! Very artsy when you enter. Though the rooms feel very homey, warm and are super comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

It was a little bit hard to find due to the name. But put Wu’er Cafe on DiDi and you’ll be there.

The bathroom shower and toliet were on a common area and not separated making it a higher risk of slipping when wet and less functional. This could’ve addressed with a separation screen.

Vibe of hotel was very cool. Room was really nice and comfortable.

Location was a bit far out from old town touristic area

This hotel is in a great location near attractions and many restaurants. The room was huge, and I found the bed really comfortable with a wonderfully warm duvet. Staff were also very kind and did their best to ensure I was comfortable including touching base with me via WeChat.

The climate control didn’t function as expected, which led to a build up of moisture in the room as the shower is not fully enclosed. As the weather was mild though, I ended up opening the windows which resolved this. The staff also offered to provide additional fans to help, but was not required in the end.

Cool industrial chique vibe, great location close to 2 metro stops, the Master if Nets Garden, and a great high street. Really lovely staff (shout out to the guy in the Beanie hat who was so friendly), a cafe downstairs and excellent communication vis WeChat

It was all great. One thing to note is that there’s no breakfast but you can either go out or grab a croissant from Hello Bread the night before and have it with your morning coffee.

We had an extremely nice short stay at this hotel. The Hotel itself is amazing, full of beautiful art, very tasteful. It has a cafe and a shop downstairs and it’s really a beautiful and quirky place. The staff is extremely helpful: they gave me their WeChat contact for any problem I might have, and were extremely helpful with our big luggage, taking us with it to our room! Consider that the hotel has no lift, however it has a very limited number of floors. Staff might perhaps give more information on where any of the art pieces at the hotel can be purchased, and whether they have any activities you might take part to. Very quiet area, despite having a room facing the street, it was fully silent at night. Bed was quite firm but very comfortable for us. Room was very spacious, good level of cleaning. Consider at least 10’ walking to nearest metro station.

Unfortunately the toilet has no sound nor visual privacy; the bathroom area is fully open and we were ok with that, but the room pictures did not show that the toilet stall does not even have a door! We are used to toilet stalls in China where you have no sound privacy (ie. door open above), but no visual privacy either is a bit too much and neither the room pictures nor the description specified it. I suggest either writing it down clearly, or taking a picture, or putting some doors or curtain.

We did liked the location and according to a local cover this one is a very good spot. The staff was very kind and even brought our luggage to the rooms, as there is no elevator.

The room was a bit dirty - long black hair in the toilet and in the bedsheet - the shower wouldn’t actually drain and water would stagnate in the middle of the floor. So had shower first night as I didn’t know but then the night after the old water was still in there and didn’t feel to shower in there again

This hotel has been the best of my trip to China, I should have stayed longer! The staff is exceptionally friendly and competent, always eager to help. The rooms are big and beautifully arranged and it is so convenient that there's a cafe at the reception, with a confortable area to hang out. No complaint whatsoever, only praise!

The staff are exceptionally helpful, specially Leo at the reception will do his best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Plus the rooms were much spacious than other hotels I stayed.

Das Hotel ist mit einer kleinen Kunstgalerie verbunden. Das gibt einen "alternativen" Flair. Keine Frühstücksoption. Es gibt vom Personal aber per Wechat gute Tipps für Frühstücksrestaurants. War perfekt und sehr gut. Sehenswürdigkeiten teilweise fussläufig sonst günstig mit Didi zu erreichen.

This is such a great hotel to stay in Suzhou. Great area, and the hotel and its staff are nothing short of amazing. The coffee shop downstairs makes exceptional coffee. I can't speak more highly of the staff, they were always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great artistic touches throughout the room and hotel. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in Suzhou.

It is a great experience staying in a cool cultural place. You can find a cafe, art exhibition and clothing store in the ground floor. The room is tidy, clean, and completely sound-proof so it helps me a lot to have a good sleep and recover myself. Great place to choose in Suzhou

Emplacement de l’hôtel parfait près de la rue historique et commerçante de Suzhou. Quartier très calme Hôtel reposant et unique au niveau de la décoration Personnel aux petits soins et souriant! Restaurants à proximité qu’on a beaucoup aimé : LaoHengjing et YangYang Chineese Restaurant.

La posizione eccellente vicinissimo ad uno dei giardini più importanti di Suzhou. Al check-in abbiamo chiesto se fosse disponibile una Camera grande avendo due valigie ingombranti e ci hanno accolto la richiesta senza problemi.

La mancanza dell'ascensore non è da sottovalutare ma lo staff giovane è gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti.

Ganz besonderes Hotel in Suzhou, super freundliche Leute, interessantes Konzept (Kunst, Mode, Hotel), sauber, gemütlich, großes Zimmer, gute und ruhige Lage.

Fantastic hotel tucked away but close to the Humble Administrator’s Gardens and one of the nicest streets in Suzhou. The room was magnificent with a separate area for sitting. The hotel’s public space was really quirky and I enjoyed sitting there passing the time with a book. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
