Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Cesme

The hotel itself was nice and very modern, our room had a balcony andgreat view of the Aegean Sea. The rooms were spacious and well equiped, good airconditoning, powerful shower and the room was kept well cleaned. We didn't enjoy the breakfast or the restaurants on site, the restaurant staff weren't attentive or well trained. The location was very good for exploring the surrounding areas.

The hotel has a great design and the room was large and comfortable. The gym is also nice. But I’ve never experienced such bad service in a "five star" hotel. Here is what you can expect: - The staff is disinterested and cold, and the hotel is staffed by young, inexperienced employees. - the Italian beach restaurant is closed, although the Marriott app and hotel website still advertises it as open. The Azure bar is closed. The Safran restaurant is closed at night (also falsely advertised as open for Italian dining). You can eat only at the 'Oasis' pool bar and restaurant for lunch and dinner. - 20 minute wait for overpriced drinks in the one open Oasis restaurant, even when only 2 other people were in the entire restaurant - No one can be found behind the front desk. We arrived at 10pm and waited 15 minutes for the only employee to finish up with another angry guest. Usually the front desk was simply abandoned. - concierge was useless and unhelpful - no one approached us on the beach asking if we wanted anything. - housekeeping failed to replace glasses, coffee pods, coffee spoons and cups for multiple days. Finally someone brought replacements after we reached someone by phone. As a platinum bonvoy member, I have stayed in many Marriot Hotels. But I have to say this one did not live up to its brand and its hotel rating.

This is a new level of service, not just terrible but non-existent. A large wedding is taking place and if you are not part of that group you are ignored. First day, multiple venues closed for the wedding and loud music playing right in front of our room until midnight. Second day, both pools and the one restaurant closed for the wedding, and no service at the beach so you could literally not get food! Management dismissive of my feedback. Offered me lunch at the restaurant where the wedding party was, what? Was I supposed to just crash the wedding

.Wir verbrachten insgesamt sieben Nächte im Reges Wellness & Spa in Çeşme. Zimmer & Ausstattung Zimmer 1404 war großzügig geschnitten und bot einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt betrifft die Lichtschalter: Diese sind unnötig kompliziert gestaltet und reagieren häufig erst nach mehreren Versuchen - irritierend, aber kein schwerwiegender Mangel. Eventmanagement, Kommunikation und Lärmbelästigung Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass eine Hochzeit von 18:00 bis 00:00 Uhr stattfinden würde. Tatsächlich dauerte die Veranstaltung bis 02:00 Uhr - mit extrem lauter Musik in Disco-Lautstärke. Über die Hochzeit wurden wir ohnehin erst am Tag davor informiert – bei rechtzeitiger Bekanntgabe hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt entsprechend geplant oder verkürzt. Teile des Außenbereichs, darunter auch der täglich genutzte Steg, waren gesperrt – der Zimmerpreis blieb jedoch unverändert. Besonders unangenehm war, dass die After-Party im Restaurant abspielte – es fühlte sich an, als fände die Feier im eigenen Zimmer statt. Mehrere Beschwerden bei der Rezeption blieben erfolglos – an Schlaf war bis etwa 04:00 Uhr kaum zu denken. Essen und Gastronomie Wir erwarten eine qualitativ hochwertige Küche bei einem solchen Hotel mit hohen Preisen. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen hierzu nicht erfüllt. Folglich haben wir oft außerhalb gegessen. Spa, Service & Sauberkeit Spa-Bereich: Es gab weder Wasser noch Getränke oder Obst – in einem 5-Sterne-Haus eigentlich Standard. Servicequalität: Einige Mitarbeitende gaben sich Mühe, viele wirkten jedoch unaufmerksam und wenig serviceorientiert. Strand & Außenanlagen: Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Tische wurden nicht regelmäßig gereinigt – es fehlte an konsequenter Hygiene. PFür Gäste mit hohen Ansprüchen ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. Positiv: Die Größe der Zimmer und der schöne Meerblick sowie einige bemühte Mitarbeitende. Negativ: Mangelhafte Kommunikation, erzwungener Zimmerwechsel, unzureichende bzw.

it’s a bit boring for couples (no much people were at the hotel and the majority were old) Adding that cost for such hotel is too much comparing to the value you get (breakfast is average but not exceptional at all). adding that you should remind the customer service everyday to refill everything (water, soap, glass, …)

A few topics to re-consider: 1- Room Type: This was my second time in the hotel and I've selected Aegean Room since I've enjoyed it previously. This time I was given a 2nd floor room, overlooking to the common breakfast seating area with a side sea view. I understand that rooms are different, but I suggest to the facility that they distinguish rooms like these from the Aegean rooms on third floor, directly overlooking to the sea. 2- Crowd: Seasonal, yes, but the hotel felt crowded. 3- Value: Above mentioned reasons are making the price of this stay unjustified.

The cleaning service was a little out of whack but we didn’t understand the buttons in the room. We now make sure we get a full run through of the room’s function before letting the room attendant leave.

A superb boutique hotel at walking distance to Cesme city center and marina, and probably the best choice around, among all. It is very convenient when traveling with two children 3 and 6, with two swimming pools, one is heated up to 27 C, if it is a colder season and a small sandy beach with no waves most of the time. Relaxing in a beautifully designed architecture and landscape is enriching the taste you have at all times. More then satisfied with the taste and choices of food and the breakfast menu. Drinks in the pool side bar are some overpriced, like about 20 EUR for a beer, in Cesme standards. But there is a live duo some days and it may worth it. Service was some slow in previous days, but looks like it is also progressing now. Hotel also has a nice small spa with good service and a small kids club and playground, that we can have some private time without kids. Being a bonvoy member, they always upgrade us to a better room without us asking it and send us welcome gifts. It is very nice to feel that they care about the returning customers and now it is our only choice in Cesme, that we even postpone our visit if the hotel is not available for those days.

As a Platinum Bonvoy member and an international traveler, I have high expectations for luxury experiences, especially at a property claiming to be part of The Luxury Collection. Unfortunately, my stay at Reges Luxury Collection in Cesme did not meet those standards. From the onset, the hotel’s service was disappointing. I spoke with the manager (Efecan), whose assistance seemed helpless once confronted with actual issues, which was quite frustrating. The entire 4th floor’s automated lighting system and phone system was down which caused significant inconvenience, and compounded by ongoing problems with the firidge and air conditioning—both essential amenities—lacking prompt resolution. I ran into him 3x through my stay and he did not care once to ask if the room were OK or if we were happy with our stay. At the minimum, that's my expectation for a manager of this hotel. Instead he seemed more focused on his own agenda. While the hotel’s visual appeal is nice, with a modern design, the lack of attentive service detracts heavily from the experience. The service staff, although trying hard, struggled with English, necessitating the use of a translator to communicate basic requests, leading to misunderstandings and delays. With that being said, the head director of food and beverage, Zayit was exceptional in making it as comfortable as possible and genuinely caring for our family. One particularly frustrating experience was ordering a Pellegrino by the beachside—which took 45 minutes to arrive. We requested ice with the drink and he had to go back to get ice, another fifteen minutes. Comedic! Additionally, the breakfast buffet is plentiful but does not change at all from day to day, resulting in a monotonous dining experience. The minibar fridge was non-functional upon my arrival, and it took a full 36 hours until it was replaced and reached operating temperature, which is unacceptable for a luxury property. See attached photos and correspondence with the front desk. The restaurant offerings on-site are lackluster and need serious attention; they do not reflect the level of culinary excellence one would expect from a luxury hotel. The prices for alcoholic beverages are exuberant, making it even more disappointing that the overall quality and service do not justify these costs. The servers are plentiful, however, just seem aloof on operational processes for a restaurant. The concierge service was unhelpful—refusing to assist with day club reservations—and I was told a cabana was confirmed at the hotel, only to find that all had been given away each day. This rendered the confirmation meaningless and was a major letdown considering I had a family with kids. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with services arriving some mornings and not others, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. I also spotted a bug in my vanity area upon return to my room. Pictures attached. Overall, the hotel presents a visually appealing environment but falls short on service, responsiveness, and operational quality. As a loyal luxury traveler, I am disappointed and hope that these issues can be addressed to meet the true standards of Marriot/The Luxury Collection/any luxury hotel. As an international traveler, these are essential to ensuring a positive guest experience. For now, I would avoid this hotel if you are a 5 star international hotel traveler. It will not satisfy your expectations.

Breakfast was superb. Multiple attendants taking care of our every need. Buffet and a la carte available as part of the included breakfast. Everything was new and clean and of impecable taste. Our room was spectacular.

Almost no one spoke English enough to make ourselves well understood. No matter because they took very great care of us irrespective of communication challenges.

This is a very nice hotel with a great view (can't do much about the wind of course). The staff is nice and tries hard. I think it is a perfect size for a hotel. Our room was beautiful with a full view of the sea and the pools. The beach is nice and the sand entering the water is soft. The pools are comfortable. The breakfast was included and the buffet was quite good. The exercise facilities get a pass. There are a few areas where they could do better. The main is issue is the prices at the restaurant and particularly wine which is seriously outrageous. We ended up getting wine at the local market for 10% of what they were charging and bringing it back to the room. My wife took to saying, "We could have a good meal in town or a glass of wine at the hotel." The food charges were also quite ridiculous though not so far out of the cost within town once the tourist mark up is applied. The phone in our room never worked to get service so we had to uses Whatsapp to communicate and it was not quickly monitored. I would also check where they park you car with the valet as our rental was covered with tree sap when we got back. Still, I really liked the stay and would go back now that I know the tricks to making it work.

We visited this property on the day it opened, I assume for the season. So we noticed there were issues with some of the parts of the hotel, like the Hamaam and showers in the spa not having hot water, the steam room not working and a few other hiccups like the heated pool not yet being heated. Apart from that the property is superb. The advantage of it being on opening day was the beach on the day was empty and we felt that we had the place to ourselves. We were well looked after in the rooms, there was a bit of an upgrade due to being a Titanium member. Breakfast was amazing. Prices for the spa and the restaurant are massively overpriced though, but it’s in line with the quality of the hotel. Be prepared for it. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We had a beautiful room exactly what i had booked and paid for which made me very Happy. They have an amazing breakfast and the staff is excellent. So welcoming and hospitable with special mention to our waiter serder and the manager at reception emre i think not sure of his name.

Odalar geniş güzel ve rahattı banyoda öyle. Balkonların kapısı yan yana sürgülü ve çok büyük olduğu için yan oda balkon kapısı kapanınca sizde haberdar oluyorsunuz. Son olarak 2 kişi için her güne bir adet çikolata veya şeker amenities olarak verilmesi garip verilmese daha az negatif etkisi olur

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at this hotel and I am very impressed. It’s not a big property but the staff attentiveness was first rate. The beach was also nice, soft sand and calmer waters. There 2 outdoor pools and an indoor one which was handy. The report was also not full so there was plenty of space for everyone. There are 2 restaurants on site and we tried both. Murano’s is Italian and the dinner was tasty. Oasis is for lunch and snacks mainly. The breakfast spread was also an excellent mix of Turkish and western options. The marina is also just an 8 minute ride where there are plenty of options. The seafood there is really excellent. I do also want to call out Emre whose guest hospitality is out of this world. On our first day, our key card stopped working and Emre helped us resolve it really quickly as it turned out to be more than an IT issue. We also got upgraded and the view was to die for!

Best vacation resort. the chef ziyad abu omar made the stay excellent. He took care of us our whole stay and provided us with everything we needed. He was very helpful and made the best food. his presence in the hotel made the trip. I want to go many times

Very small beach in comparison to the size of the hotel. The gym was stuffy located in the basement with no view. The pillows were not very comfortable. We were upset because although we put the sign to clean the room, we left and came back after 6 hours and it was still not cleaned!!

We just spent a week at the hotel let’s start with the positives; Rooms are very big and those with ocean view have a beautiful view of the coast and pool areas. The breakfast has a lot of variety and one of the pools is heated Now with the not so positives; Staff - The staff attentiveness was terrible; they would spend most of the time on their phones or chatting with the other staff. Generally at breakfast or the pool restaurant there were more staff than guests, and even then orders came wrong and wait times were unacceptable (drinks would take 15min - so we decided we would just walk to the bar and order having the whole transaction done in 2-3min). Several times during breakfast we had to go get our own napkins, our own tea refill and ask for spoons since the staff wasn’t bothered. The front desk or concierge is rarely if ever manned. You would walk by and if there was anyone would not be acknowledged. I have received better treatment from staff at Courtyard or Moxy than here. Again most of what we saw was staff on their phones, constantly. Loyalty treatment - We are Bonvoy Titanium and had requested an upgrade; magically two days before arrival all higher category rooms became unavailable. As soon as we arrived higher category rooms and suites were available. They were adamant the hotel was 100% booked (a blatant lie as we discovered walking around all the empty restaurant, beach, pool area, lobby etc. After some arguing and showing them the availability on the Bonvoy website, with a lot of time wasted back and forth they said because we utilized points they wouldn’t upgrade us. Pretty poor experience. Food - To the contrary to what any website says, there is only one restaurant on site open for Breakfast (Safran), and one for lunch and dinner (Oasis). After 11AM only the Oasis offers food options, they are all poor quality and expensive. We ended up walking into Cesme every day to have some decently priced and delicious food. Pool - Just a small point to add but only one of the pools was semi-heated. The other one was freezing. In addition the last chlorine/ph check had been made in July - so we just overall avoided the pools! Overall this is not a luxury experience and while the hotel and rooms are beautiful, the staff and food options let this hotel terribly down. Suggest finding a better location for your next holiday until they do much needed improvements to the customer touch points at this property.

Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel but several services and maintenance issues. Overall, it's an a.azing hotel. Great rooms, awesome views, very beautiful small beach. The breakfast is to die for.. its got variety and posh written all over it. However, the service is pretty poor. We had to ask for water 4 to 5 times and they forgot each time. Also, we had two rooms. One room had no hot water and one room had a flooding issue in the bathroom. Neither issues were fixed in our 5 night stay. With rooms were given to new guests as we didn't get a late checkout ;-)

in my opinion, Reges in cesme does not meet luxury standards. The hotel is by the water and has beautiful views as well as good breakfast and attentive breakfast staff. However, management is very much lacking at the front desk reception and concierge level. There was no one attending the reception desk in the evenings and nights and no one answered when we called front desk from our room. Also, our room and shower were dirty when we checked-in and the curtains and many amenities were not working! Seems they could use a good general manager to foresee things run properly and guests are comfortable. Definitely was not worth $800 per night we payed and we’d stay elsewhere next time we are in cesme.

The property was located right on the beach. The staff were so amazing and always ready to help. The food was amazing as well. Definitely going back.

I traveled with my Family and had two rooms reserved . As we walked to one of the rooms it was full of hair all over like they did not turned the room around . I brought this to the manager’s attention his name Ali he said you should talk to the general manager to resolve this . Every morning I went down stairs to the desk . Ali the manager said the general manager is not in today . Until the last day I went and talked to Ali the manager he gave me a cold look like he doesn’t know me and said the general manager is not here today He was lying the whole time about the general manager Such an expensive resort and hotel should be run professionally . Next I won’t go this resort .

We have been staying with our family at the Reges Hotel for a couple of weeks each year for the past three years, and we thoroughly enjoy it. This year, 2024, the team has changed, with many new people joining. More staff members now speak English, and the level of service has improved. All our requests were attentively addressed and resolved! I would like to specifically thank the concierge, Mr.Ali Asil, for his exceptional work. He quickly organized a power of attorney for my underage daughter who was flying home alone and couldn't travel without this document. He arranged everything with the notary in no time, personally accompanied us, and acted as a translator! He is truly outstanding! Additionally, he knows many great places and restaurants in the area!

Good, accessible location near cesme center and beautiful views of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with many choices and nice servers. Getting around with taxi was easy.

My room was very dirty when I checked in and there was hair clusters in the shower and bathroom. No mini frig. In the room, Automatic curtain button was broken and did not open and close curtains. Many of the room amenities were missing. No one brought anything when I called multiple times to ask for things I needed in the room and no one was present at the reception desk in the evening and during the night to respond to guests’ needs. There was no manager or supervisor on site to oversee and to make sure guests are comfortable and ensure smooth operation. For the high price this property charges, it did not meet my expectations as far as comfort and has a lot to room to improve in quality and management.

Excellent modern hotel with top notch decor and facilities, the rooms are very spacious and the view is spectacular. Staff were very helpful and always welcoming. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of options.

Luxury relaxing stay

After several perfect vacations at Reges, we made it an annual routine to come back to this wonderful resort. As always, we were welcomed by the nicest, professional staff upon our arrival. Efe Can made sure that we—once again—received a suite upgrade, honoring our Bonvoy Platinum Elite status. All rooms have a magnificent sea view, and are very spacious, even compared to US standards. The decoration is tasteful, modern, and every corner is spotlessly clean and well kept. The cleaning staff is very friendly, and does a great job. We also appreciate the mini bar service by Samet, who provided us with our favorite Nespresso flavors and bottled water every day. All the staff are amazing; it’s obvious that everyone who works at this fine hotel was carefully selected and trained. Breakfast, not unlike prior years, was the best we had in the entire world. The selections and quality are unparalleled. Thanks to the experienced kitchen and pastry chefs, we were able to enjoy the best tasting food possible. In the morning, we were greeted and walked to our table by Mehtap, who always wears a bright smile on her face, and gives the guests a great start to the day. Once seated, Gamze, who is equally friendly and polite, never forgets to fill our tea cups, and asks for anything we would need in addition to the already abundant offerings in the spectacular buffet. We would also like to thank Ali Erdem and Ediz, who hold a higher position at the restaurant, and nevertheless are happily welcoming our extra wishes. They even arranged for oat milk to be shipped and acquired by the kitchen, just because we asked for it. They are both friendly and professional, and make breakfast one of the many highlights of the stay. We can’t wait to return next year. Thank you to all of you!

Highlights: Mrs. Cansu (Dept. Manager) was super nice, helpful lady who arranged a great breakfast for us. Also sent us a delicious cake, chocolate, champagne and big basket of fruits to our room. Thank you so much Cansun. Ali (Safran restaurant supervisor) was so kind and helpful, he served like 7 star hotel with offering lots of delicious Turkish options for breakfast and he cared every seconds at breakfast time like no other hotel. Nice lady Mehtap helped us to check in at the restaurant very fast and smooth. Every other team members try their best to make our stay memorable. Thanks to all! Amazing experience! Rooms: very comfortable beds and pillows, room air conditioning is great, lots of useful amenities, very big rooms (our room was upgraded by the hotel manager, I really appreciate it), great panoramic sea view. Breakfast: lots of very high quality food and drinks from Turkish to American, Euro and middle-east. You can also order more from their ala cart menu which was included. Area: Swimming pools are super clean, Spa area had steam room, sauna and turkish bath free of charge and also a great indoor swimming pool. Location: 5 min taxi around 5$ to Cesme city center and Marina and 10$ taxi to Alacati city center. Uber is not available here but there is no different on prices on Uber. Please note that Cesme has a great beach and nice Marina, Alacati has more walking streets with lots of restaurants, bars and boutiques. This hotel location is exactly between these too in Cesme, then its a good idea to relax and sunbathing here and going to Alacati afternoons.

We had the most amazing stay at Reges! Nothing was too much to ask for from all staff! We must say a special thanks to Ali e who was the bar and restaurant supervisor or manager!! He made us free so welcome and catered to all of our needs. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Ali

Only Turkish coffee

We stayed very early in the season, with a minimal amount of rooms occupied. This hotel is quite simply one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The couple of small glitches we had were sympathetically and professionally handled. Things go wrong, it's life and we believe you should only judge a business on how they rectify the issue and we could not fault the approach to rectifying issues. The breakfast each morning was sublime with attentive staff serving. The choice of food on the hotel buffet was amazing and we were particularly impressed with how much was sourced locally and the jams, relishes and sauces that were all made in house. Many, many thanks to Ali E, Ali, Sahin, Mehta and Melis at breakfast and Chanus on Front Desk (apologies if I have misspelt Chanus's name).

Fantastic location with an amazing beach! The rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel is beautifully appointed inside and out. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

This property has a lot going for it. It’s modern and has an excellent location, close to the center of Alacati. The staff is friendly and the room I had was spacious with a beautiful view of the sea. The Bed and pillows are very comfortable and the bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast at Zafron was wonderful. They offer an extensive array of items at the buffet. Servers were enough so that one was almost immediately served. The hotel has a small beach but the beach they have has white sand and and the sea is very inviting. The sand extends to a distance into the sea. The sea is shallow for quite a bit so in my opinion safe for children. My wife and I enjoyed the stay and even extended a couple of days because of the sea, weather and our visits to Aleçati city center. I would recommend this property to friends and family and may also stay again if a few vital things were changed.

The hotel needs a little bit more effort to make it a top hotel. For example the room’s technology where lighting is concerned is a bit aggravating. The bathroom lights come on after being switched off. Usually I like to turn light off and on with out consulting an operations manual. The room has no dresser, one has to use the bathroom vanity for that. The vanity has just one sink. Usually in luxury hotels there are two. And the bathroom has no magnifying mirror in it. It’s such a small things to add to bump up the service level. I prefer being asked if I minded the bed sheets not being changed daily. They were changed on the day we were supposed to have checked out but extended out stay. For the room price I expected the sheets to be changed daily. The hotel needs a better cleaning service. Windows opposite the elevators are dusty and seem to not have been cleaned for a long time. Corridor carpets are badly stained. At breakfast, place mats were not clean, one could see dried food bits and stuff on a supposedly a table ready for the next guess. The on my first visit was nice but on another visit the following morning, I found straws and trash from the day before and sand on the sun beds. It does not seem that the beach gets cleaned or combed. We pointed this out to staff and they only went after the sea kelp thrown by the waves on the beach. It is such a turn off when something that is so easy to clean isn’t, makes you think what else is not properly clean. We understand that the property, thought only four years old, will be shut down for extensive renovation under new management. Hopefully this will give the property what it needs to shine.

The hotel itself is fabulous. It’s very modern and the amenities were very comfortable. The Italian restaurant they have is very good ( I’m Italian so I would know). The beach is very comfortable.

The a la carte restaurant that they have is really not up to the standards of a five star hotel. We were very disappointed by the food there and also the fact that the staff forgot our orders multiple times. Regarding the room, we had to call reception every single day in order to ask them to make our room, as it was never done when we came back from our day at 6 pm. This to us is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel.

I liked the location in a quiet place and beachfront, the breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful they accepted our request to change the heating mode to AC mode since in November they change the system from AC to heating mode

They didn’t tell us that the roads were closed because of cycling race and they knew we will arrive at a time that the roads will be closed and there were no other alternative road to reach the hotel so we had to stop near the hotel and walk with our luggage

Spacious, clean, peaceful, beautiful.

I think, one night in this hotel doesn't worth 800 euros. Also, i strongly recommend to clean the bottom of the sea near by the beach because in 10-20 meters from the beach front are lot of pins and iron spikes at the bottom. And as its not that deep there, someone can easily injure himself. (especially children). Thus, for 5-star hotel, the sea should not be just clean, but firstly, should be safe to swim.

Bad service, bad staff, bad taste!

The worst hotel we have ever stayed. -inexperienced, rude and disrespectful breakfast and dinner staff. -Awkward shower room design. Impossible to open the shower door without hitting the glass door. Also we could not manage to get proper warm water in our room. -we wanted to speak to the hotel manager about the issues we are having but someone pretending like the hotel manager took us to a meeting room to tell us 'what do gou want from me?'. I have never encountered such treatment before! - i cant believe Marriott allows this kind of ganstrr behaviour! I will write them to complain about thus hotel later.

Reges is a brand new luxury hotel. The rooms were impeccable, service was amazing. Highly recommended.

This was one of our best holidays. The hotel is impeccably new and clean complimented by excellent service. The pools are well-maintained. The rooms are bright, airy and spacious. The food served in the restaurants is of very high quality and each member of staff tries to make your stay worth by offering service with a smile. As our stay was during the Covid pandemic, all staff wore masks and there is ample evidence of good hygienic measures taken by the hotel to minimise transmission of the virus. All in all .... recommended.

The best overall hotel spa that I have stayed at. Staff, cleanliness, comfort was A+. As for breakfast buffet (during covid), they staff made this work as you would walk up and a personal member would walk with you placing the items on your tray to avoid guest touching foods, etc. Very smart!! I loved the place and definitely will return soon.

The hotel has extraordinary rooms with outstanding sea view. Fitness facilities are also impressive. Investments has been high to create a high quality hotel. However, the hotel is not run properly. Main room door was supposed to close automatically but it doesn't work. Each time we came back to the room, our room door was open as housekeeping has let it open. It took 3 days to fix it. This is not acceptable at all. There was a water leakage in the bathroom, so we took an appointment with maintenance to fix it but they didn't come as they had something else to do. Wifi signal was very poor. Restaurant is highly expensive for just an average quality level. TV sport channels are very limited : no S sport, no Bein Sport, .... So, not able to see Champions League neither F1. I should mention that hotel offered us (without asking) a bottle of wine and a fruits basket.

A perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. İts hard to find a thing to crticize. The rooms and the hotel is clean and relaxing. Would recommend only to improve breakfast variety and serving area is cramped . Also a nlce lunch restaurant is needed.
