The breakfast was a bit disappointing because there wasn’t much choice.

We traveled from Bulgaria for a holiday. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Çeşme. During our stay, we stayed in one of the villas facing the pool. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean; everything we could possibly need was provided in the room. The food was also fantastic. Both breakfast and dinner were rich in variety, plentiful, and of high quality. The spa center was very clean, and the spa staff, just like the rest of the hotel team, were very attentive and friendly. We traveled with our dog on this trip, and we were very pleased with the hotel's pet policy. Because the hotel has a Blue Flag beach, pets are not allowed on the sand, but there is a lovely area just above the beach—which I think is even nicer—where pets can roam freely. They are also allowed by the pool as long as they are kept on a leash. Overall, it is truly hard to find a hotel that is both this "pet-friendly" and this meticulously clean. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Kadir Alpat in particular, and to all the staff for their continuous attention and warm smiles. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

Везде грязно: в номере, в коридоре, в ресторане, на пляже. Фото красноречиво свидетельствуют о плачевном состоянии отеля. Обслуживание отсутствует. Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам и стоимости ни по территории, ни по удобству номеров, ни по питанию, ни по сервису.

- Es war kaum möglich jemanden zu finden, der Englisch spricht ... die Frage um ein Taxi hat 4 Leute an der Rezeption beschäftigt - Wir hatten eine "Junior Suite für bis zu 4 Erwachsene" gebucht ... es war ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zusatz-Klappbett ... - Wir mussten 3x nach einer Decke fragen (das Zusatzbett hatte keine Decke) - Zimmer war mit "Garten oder Stadt-Blick" ... der Balkon war auf die Garagenausfahrt mit Müllsammelstelle - Wir mussten 2x nach Handtüchern fragen (nachdem die alten mitgenommen, und keine neuen im Zimmer gelassen wurden) - Das Frühstück ist einfach nur viel und unübersichtlich ... Mitte der Woche gingen wohl die Obstsäfte aus - es gab dann keinen mehr

Amazing service and very convenient experience. Everything ran smoothly from the beginning with early check in and accommodation at checkout with our evening flight. Everything felt very calm and service was excellent through out. Room was comfortable and clean with all facilities working well. The beach was clean with good service and good food. We were able to find everything we needed through out the day. We didn’t use the pool due to preference.

Otelin konumu oldukça güzel ve merkezi. Havuz alanı keyifli ve otelin öne çıkan özelliklerinden biri. Plajı güzel ve konaklamaya değer katan önemli bir avantaj. Spa alanı da genel olarak hoş ve dinlenmek için güzel bir seçenek.

Otelin genel olarak iyi bir yenilenmeye ve bakıma ihtiyacı var. Ekipmanlar ve çeşitli eşyalar ortalıkta bırakılmış, bu da genel olarak biraz düzensiz bir görüntü oluşturuyor. Personel tarafından yeterince düzen ve temizlik yapılmıyor. Köpeğim için otelin 50 € karşılığında sunduğu kitin fiyatını biraz abartılı buldum. Örneğin, köpeğim için kullanabileceğim temiz bir mama kabı bulamayınca, ortalıkta duran kirli bir kabı kendim temizleyip kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Spa bölümüne gittiğimizde de aynı şekilde kendi halimize bırakıldık. Bize bilgi verecek veya yardımcı olacak kimse yoktu. Bu nedenle spa alanında biraz daha fazla ilgi ve yönlendirme beklerdim.

The beach and over all cleanliness was good.

Big hotel so it was a bit crowded. We asked for an extra bed for 3 times and it wrrived at midnight while all of us were asleep and the bed was broken. They fixed it and applogi3: the next day.

Property location was the only positive. And only a selected couple of staff members were decent compared to the rest.

The property in general was poor from the staff members being slow, unresponsive, unreliable to poor facilities and open buffet being overrated. Not sure how this hotel is 5 stars.

It show 5 stars on booking.com but it wasn’t. The restaurant and tuvalet wasn’t clean. They would prepare the tables with forks for breakfast from night, the coffee machines and cups were dirty, the staff was not enough and lazy. One of the worst Radisson Hotels I have been to.

Ik kom al jaren met veel plezier naar het Radisson. Juist daarom was deze ervaring voor mij een grote teleurstelling. Het hotel dat ik deze keer aantrof, was niet het Radisson dat ik gewend ben. Daarnaast begint het hotel op meerdere punten verouderd aan te voelen. Er zijn wel enkele vernieuwingen gedaan, zoals de badkamers, maar op veel andere plekken mist het hotel onderhoud en een frisse uitstraling. Ook het open buffet viel deze keer tegen. De variatie en kwaliteit waren minder dan wij gewend zijn. Daarnaast vond ik dat er meer aandacht besteed mag worden aan de hygiëne in het restaurant. Ook de toiletten bij het zwembad kunnen schoner en beter onderhouden worden. Tot slot vonden wij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet meer in balans. Gezien de prijs die tegenwoordig wordt gevraagd, hadden wij een hogere kwaliteit en service verwacht.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless from the moment we arrived. The rooms, common areas, and every corner of the property were exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was clear that cleanliness is one of their top priorities. What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel comfortable and truly cared about making our stay enjoyable. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. Propre, hôtel est très bien situé entre Alacati et Cesme

Trop trop cher le système est mal fait. Dommage qu’il ne soit pas un All inclusive mais le prix n aurait pas été le même. Toujours payé sur place avec les prix exhorbitant et exagéré. J’ai prix cet hôtel car il était proche des deux villes Alacati et Cesme et la mer est magnifique.

Great location, beautiful atmosphere, very relaxing, fairly good sized rooms. Not necessarily cheap, not too expensive. I think price policy together with other aspects of their policies reflect on clientele profile which is very good. Hotel is very clean, smells so nice all around although outside toilets might need more attention! If you are fed up or had enough of all inclusive Antalya hotels Radisson Blue Çeşme is an ideal choice to relax and enjoy in an enchanting surroundings. We booked for 7 nights as family. We all enjoyed our stay. Breakfast has everything you desire. Dinner, at first didn’t strike me to be honest although nothing dissatisfactory but later on I found it very good with a good selection appealing to everyone, especially when I witnessed chef Turan Güneş’s continues efforts to supervise, to go around the tables making sure everyone is happy and asking if they need anything else which should be appreciated. Staff very polite, rooms spotless clean, food very delicious and diverse, swimming pool is so big so that you don‘t notice other people. Last but not least WiFi connection was very good, we had connection even at the beach.

After our disappointing experience in Montenegro with cold water, stones and poor service, arriving in Çeşme felt like paradise. The crystal-clear, warm turquoise sea was exactly what we had been dreaming of, and together with the incredible hospitality it made this one of our favourite hotel stays. The biggest thank you goes to the amazing team. A very special thank you to Dilek at Reception. She speaks Russian and truly made our stay effortless. She helped us with taxis, restaurant reservations and every little request, and surprised us with an upgrade to a stunning front sea view suite. Thanks to her, we extended our stay three times because we simply didn’t want to leave. We would also like to sincerely thank Özgün, Director of Operations, for his professionalism, attentiveness and genuine care. We also really appreciated the spa discount and the thoughtful gifts, which made us feel especially welcome. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is ideally situated between Çeşme and Alaçatı, making it incredibly convenient to explore both towns. Both centres and their marinas are only about 10 minutes away by taxi, and there is also an inexpensive local bus that stops nearby. We found this location ideal because it offers a peaceful beachfront atmosphere while keeping everything within easy reach. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and crystal-clear, warm water. The swimming pool is huge—one of the largest we’ve ever seen at a resort. The spa deserves a special mention. It is enormous—almost like an underground wellness village. It offers everything you could possibly need: several saunas, infrared rooms, steam rooms, jacuzzis, relaxation areas and even a mineral pool. We didn’t spend much time there because we preferred the beach, but we did try the massages, and they were excellent. But above all, what makes this hotel special is its people. Every single member of the team was smiling, welcoming and genuinely eager to help.

A few suggestions for improvement: • Housekeeping definitely needs attention. Unfortunately, the cleaning standard doesn’t match the level of this otherwise outstanding hotel. We already shared our feedback with the management and sincerely hope that housekeeping procedures will be reviewed, because this is the only aspect that felt below the hotel’s otherwise excellent standards. • Breakfast has a great variety, and we especially loved the freshly made omelettes and the delicious hot bread baked individually for guests. However, we believe the quality of some dishes could be improved. While the selection is quite extensive, several hot dishes were overly salty and rather heavy for breakfast. We would also love to see more options for international guests, such as porridge, better-quality sausages, turkey products and lighter breakfast choices. The variety is there, but improving the taste and quality of some dishes would make breakfast truly outstanding.

Very good for small groups, conference hall has day light, coffee breaks super. Lunches were arranged at main restaurant! Beach is good/ Service at beach bar is great! Thnaks to the waiters! Special thanks to sales maneger for daily support during our stay! Will recommend this hotel

Kom je aan bij een balie wordt je niet aangekeken en zegt het personeel van de ander balie verder te kunnen helpen, terwijl je bij de aangekomende balie niet eens wordt aangesproken/ aangekeken.

Restaurante bom (cafe da manha otimo quando hotel nao esta lotado), praia agradavel e com servico de bar (valor bem mais alto que fora do hotel), tivemos muitos problemas com nosso quarto na chegada (chegamos 00h e nao tinhamos camas suficientes, a extra que trouxeram estava quebrada...) mas apos diversas reclamacoes nosso caso foi bem solucionado.

limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, planejamento para receber os hóspedes foi pessimo, equipe não fala inglês, produtos do banheiro (como shampoo e sabonete nunca foram repostos).

Das Hotel war grundsätzlich gut und wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Allerdings waren die Preise für Getränke wie Bier und Wein deutlich zu hoch, sodass wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Bereich als nicht angemessen empfunden haben

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the beautiful setting, friendly atmosphere, and overall service. The facilities were well maintained, and it was a great place for a family vacation. Special thanks to the three ladies running the children’s activities. They were incredibly kind, patient, and engaging. The connection they built with my son was wonderful to see, and he looked forward to spending time with them. Their warmth, positive energy, and genuine care were so sweet. They were also a pleasure to chat with and helped create a welcoming environment for both children and parents. The only small suggestion I would make is regarding the indoor playroom/game room, which felt quite warm during our stay. A slightly cooler temperature would make the space more comfortable for children and families spending time there. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this hotel to other families.

We had such a lovely experience overall. Everything about our stay was just right. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, and had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. We really loved the location as well – everything was close by, which made it so easy to get around and enjoy the area. The hammam experience with Lia and Gusti was definitely a highlight. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The kese (scrub) was amazing – very thorough but still gentle, and my skin felt incredibly soft afterwards. You can tell they really care about what they do. I went with my mum, dad and sister, and we all genuinely enjoyed every moment. It was relaxing, not rushed, and felt like a proper, authentic experience. We absolutely loved everything and would happily recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely come back again. Thank you so much!

Update: After 6 months I still did not get my deposit back. I stayed here for one night. This hotel charged a deposit hold to my credit card for extras during the stay and instead of refunding at check out, the receptionist completed the charge. The hotel took this extra money and did not refund. The management of this hotel does not care about clear mistake and showed no effort to fix it. Essentially they stole this money from me. I still have the credit card slip and I have proof. The phone operator as well as the back office is very rude and not competent. They also did not help at all, did not event look into the issue and did not even connect me to a manager. Ignore old reviews. It is a new hotel Overcharged, made mistake, and did not fix it. Its impossible to talk to get past the phone operator and talk to someone who has some responsibility! The hotel is new and they have some things to fix. I had patience during the whole stay but at the very end they really messed up. They were supposed to cancel my deposit, which they claimed they did. As I was getting to the airport, they called me and said that they made a mistake and they asked for my credit card number again. Since I have no trust in the front desk there after multiple error, I told them to just reverse the transaction. I also asked to be contacted by a manager, Since then, my money has not been refunded. its 100% thievery and no one contacted me. I called every 2-3 days for a week and it's impossible to talk to someone other than the phone operator. She refuses to connect me to a manager, or connect me to the accounting department or any other help. She also did not even apologize. The beach is nice and the hotel is new, but the bartender can give you a drink with an insect inside, or the facilities may not work, or you can simply be unrightfully charged and not get refunded... Too bad they don't show any effort and the management clearly does not even care to even talk to the customer.

Das Frühstück buffet war suboptimal. Für ein 4-5 Stern Hotel erwarte ich mehr auch in der Türkei. Die Kaffeemaschine war der Grau. Der Cesar Salat für immerhin Euro 20 war sehr basic. Schlampiger Salat mit komischer Sauce. Das Restaurant hat definitiv Luft nach oben und ist overpriced! Man isst viel besser und günstiger direkt im Städtchen an der schönen Meerpromenade!

The hotel is excellent by all standards, from the reception to the room to the breakfast and the service, the staff especially the kind Consu and polite Sefa . Thank you to them, they made our stay easier and provided us with our needs before we even asked for them. Because it is a resort , it is far from both the Çeşme center and Alacati, but there is a bus that stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to both directions and other destinations. The trip costs 60 Turkish Lira or less.

Obsługa próbowała naciągnąć mnie na dodatkowe koszty. Zaprosiłem na śniadanie dodatkowo 3 osoby, za które zapłaciłem ekstra. Mimo to obsługa hotelu chciała mnie obciążyć dodatkową opłatą w wysokości 60 € za to, że wprowadziłem 3 osoby do hotelu. Argumentowano to tym, że hotel posiada prywatną plażę i podczas sezonu osoby z poza hotelu próbują się dostać na plażę. Niemniej jednak mieliśmy listopad, nikt z moich gości nie udał się na plażę, a jedynie zjadł śniadanie, za które dodatkowo zapłaciłem. Uważam całą sytuację za bardzo nie fair. Wielokrotnie zatrzymywałem się w tej sieci hoteli, ale taka sytuacja zdarzyła mi się po raz pierwszy.

De kamers waren vuil, de badkamerdeur was kapot en het onderhoud liet duidelijk te wensen over. Daarnaast waren eten en drank extreem duur in verhouding tot de kwaliteit. Het verblijf was zeker zijn geld niet waard.

The breakfast was awful, nothing tasted good or fresh. The staff didn’t speak English at all, which caused a lot of confusion whenever we called for service. This hotel is definitely not a five-star, and the location is in the middle of nowhere.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The staff is the Spa were so polite and friendly. They were 10/10.

The bed was extremely hard. We actually woke up in pain the next morning. It was like sleeping on a plank. Even after they put an extra layer on top, it didn't make much difference. The place lacked the finishing touches. It was more like 4 star. Simple things like, no tea and coffee in the room. No tissues in the room. There was no fruit salad in the morning for breakfast. Just a fruit bowl with not so appealing fruit. Just not 5 star. There was a tray of dirty dishes sitting out side our room for nearly 3 days. No cushions or towels available for the sun loungers. I know it was out of season but they still should have been available. The bar food was terrible.

We had the most amazing stay at Radisson Blu Çeşme! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the whole experience was beyond fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view — perfect for relaxing after a day by the beach. A special mention for the spa and thalasso — where we had such great experiences. We did a massage on the first day after our long trip from Asia, and it was exactly what we needed to recover and relax. We also tried the Turkish bath, which was such a memorable experience — one I’ll remember forever! I highly, highly recommend it. The breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious with so many options, and the hotel’s location is ideal — peaceful but still close to Alaçatı. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!
