Rooms are spacious. Toilettries are good quality and the shower was also very big and had good pressure. Bedding was ok. Good location.

La habitación limpia cómoda, la ubicación es muy buena si quieres estar en el centro y esta lo suficiente mente lejos tambien para evitar el ruido del mismo

El Internet de plano no funcionó y au que hay una tv no se veia nada, en mi habitación particular queda en el pasillo de entrada por lo que se puede escuchar lo que pasa afuera.

Beautiful location but not at the main central square . It was 2 long blocks up to the main square however it was away from the noise and near a nice park. Also, the bed was super comfortable. We had a balcony with our room and was worth it. Had a great view of a garden. Also, liked that they have a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. And there is a convenient store right next door.

The common area was small. They don’t offer breakfast but on the way up to the main square there were many places to choose from. Also, would have been great to have a microwave. But you could ask them at the front desk to use the microwave on site.

Super Lage, einfaches Hotel-aber grosse Zimmer und bequemes Bett. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und hat uns mit dem Valet Parking etc. geholfen.

Personale gentilissimo: 1) Mi hanno permesso lasciare la moto nel loro parcheggio anzichè doverla lasciare in non so quale parcheggio publbico (convenzionato), ma ad ogni modo non a lato della struttura. 2)Il secondo giorno mia moglie non si snetiva benem siamo rientrati dopo pranzo per riposare, la camera non era ancora stata fatta, le signore hanno provveduto immediatamente.

La mia camera, come credo accada per tutte le camere della struttura, di fatto non dispone di una vera finestra: era presente una grande vetrata, ma con vetri completamente opachi, poiché la stanza affaccia direttamente sul vialetto di passaggio. Il grado di opacità era tale che, ovviamente, per non essere visti dentro, si distinguevano appena le ombre delle persone che transitavano a pochi centimetri dal vetro, senza alcuna possibilità di vedere all’esterno o di avere luce naturale reale. Da quanto ho potuto osservare, questa soluzione sembra adottata sia per le camere al piano terra (come la mia) sia per quelle ai piani superiori. Ritengo sia un aspetto che dovrebbe essere indicato in modo chiaro, poiché non tutti — io compreso — gradiscono soggiornare in una camera priva di una finestra trasparente.

Traffic noise and acoustics between rooms, but finally got used to it.

Location was great, it was clean and nice shower with body lotion.

Bedrooms were very simple and there was no effort on making the common areas comfortable. The terrace didn’t have the cushions so that can be better taken care of. Also can get noisy.

Great location on a quiet pretty street leading down to the park,but the Cathedral and square were only an easy 5/10min walk away.

The plug in air - freshener in the bathroom. That went straight outside ! The smell was v strong in the main room too. I had to leave door wide open but the odour never quite wore off. If youre allergic to them too,please inform staff before arrival. I forgot to,so not their fault. A carpet or rug would have made the room a bit more homely. But thats a minor point. Excellent on the whole. Thank you Casa Aliz !.

This hotel offers great value for money in San Miguel. Firstly, it boasts a prime location in the town center, with attractions like the church just a short walk away. Secondly, the rooms are new and spotlessly clean. Thirdly, the staff are friendly and even help with carrying luggage.

Spacious and comfortable

The room was very clean but pretty spartan. I found my bed comfortable but my daughter did not like hers. There was a lot of unavoidable light in the room so bring an eye mask. There is daily maid service. The fact that there were only two electrical outlets in the bedroom made things a little complicated but we managed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is good--about three long blocks from the main square, uphill about half the way. There is a rooftop courtyard that could benefit from more comfortable chairs. Overall, it is a decent hotel that is worth what you pay.

Fix the windows blind so it comes all the way down. If possible, add more electrical outlets. Do something so that you can get hot water in the sink without first running the shower.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Also, I liked the bathroom, balcony and staff service.

Avoid room 1. Loud from all sides. There is noise from the lobby, the road, and above.

The staff was so wonderful and made the trip very comfortable for us . We felt safe and secure .

Everything is great place is very cozy and quiet. Walking distance to shops and dining. The only thing that needs improvement was the shower head in the room. It was shooting water out everywhere.

Great area, walkable up to La Parroquia or down towards Ancha de San Antonio for a different feel. Staff was super helpful and very kind. Room was large and we slept comfortably with no outside noise. Great huge shower with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

Cold water, taking minutes to heat up and then just don't last more than 2 min. They don't mention that the Parking is only 30 minutes far away until one day before the check in, then the cost is not 6 MXN per day but they charge 100 MXN only cash at least for me for only one night, information that they only provide by text one day before the check in.

Es una propiedad muy linda para alojarse, cerca a diferentes puntos de interés. El único inconveniente es el que el Wifi es un tanto lento pero es un tema que lo notamos en diferentes establecimientos en San Miguel.

Nice clean hotel. Offers parking but please call before getting there so the valet person is ready to take your car to the parking lot. I say so because there is no street parking to park your car to check in. You have to stop in front of the hotel to check in and unload then valet takes the car. While there is street traffic waiting behind. Do not forget repellent there are alot of mosquitoes in the room. Bed not too comfortable but clean nice decor. I was given the room infront of the check in desk and that was not private at all. Every time someone checked in/out I would hear the conversation while in the room. Same every time the phone ringed.

Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo, todo está cerca y la limpieza de la habitación estuvo bien hecha, el único pero que le pongo que un día si tuvimos mucho fallo con el wifi, el cual se puso muy lento, pero en fuera estuvo de maravilla mi estancia.

Buenas instalaciones y muy bien servicio a muy buen precio! Solo las paredes muy delgadas y se escucha el ruido de los otros huespedes y los fuegos artificiales de la ciudad. Y el agua de la regadera no sale tan caliente. Fuera de eso todo muy bien. Por el buen precio si lo recomiendo

The hotel was a small B an B with coffee and continental breakfast. Its design is very attractive. Very attractive spacious rooms great quality bedding and room service. We loved the location and close proximity to a great store for all our needs. We recommend it. You need to bring a fire stick to use the plasma TV

Es un hotel pequeño, super acogedor y agradable. A unos pasos del Jardín y Catedral, en el corazón de la ciudad. Valet parking para el estacionamiento (extra), hace más cómoda la estancia. Nos encantó!!. Con gusto regresaremos pronto.

Prometia mas por las fotos, el desayuno muy pobre solo cafe o leche y fruta y no nos dijeron que los croissants no se incluian en el desayuno y me los cobraron a la salida, solo nos dieron 2 botellitas de agua y eramos 3 pedi mas y me dijeron que como ya era de noche ya estaba cerrado me diero la habitacion de la entrada muy ruidosa, la terraza para desayunar esta bien y bonita vista.

This hotel is just a basic level of hotel which was fine with us. It is in a great location close to everything. The breakfast seemed geared toward Americans as it had cereal and bread and fruit. It was our favorite bathroom on our trip. We loved that it was also so close to Benito Juarez Park. The only thing we wished it had had was either a small refrigerator to keep water cold or a filtered water dispenser.

El hotel Casa cumple con lo esperado en cuanto a relación precio-calidad. Es para llegar a dormir. No es para estar en el hotel. La ubicación es muy buena. Elpreci razonable. El servicio de la recepción bueno.

La propiedad no es muy grande, por lo que es mas manejable. Esta muy bien ubicada, porque no esta junto a un bar/restaurant y no se oye el ruido de la musica. Pero esta cerca de la plaza, restaurants, etc. Aunque si se oye tuberias de agua de un cuarto al otro, no es tan molesto. Los cuartos estan excelentes: grandes, espaciosos y no se diga del bano esta enorme!! Las dos cosas que mas me gustaron fueron el bano y el personal, mas que nada el chico que esta en las mananas, que desafortunadamente, ya no me acuerdo de su nombre, pero nada fue dificil para el de dar/conseguir o informarse. Es una persona valiosa que retener, porque los visitantes es lo que aprecian. Felicitaciones a el.

El hotel está limpio y básico, sin embargo no tiene las instalaciones para hotel. Ponen un pequeño desayuno en la mañana, y al menos en la habitación que nos quedamos, se escuchaban ruidos intensos, como si estuvieran construyendo o remodelando, y está bien, pero no un domingo a las 8:00am. Les hicimos las observaciones y negaron cualquier ruido. Por cuestiones personales, tuvimos que llevar a un hijo (menor) y cobraron persona extra a un costo 4 veces mayor al que cobra expedia por un adulto extra. Normalmente los menores no causan costo extra quedándose en misma habitación.
