Nice and simple place with good facilities, especially the strong water pressure. Would recommend for short stays.

The room is compact, and since there’s no window, ventilation is limited.

Hotel located close to Waterfront (3-minute walking distance), where several food options are available. The reception staff was responsive to our requests.

Limited possibilities to hang clothes. Bed comfort was average.

Bilik yang bersih, urusan yang mudah di kaunter pendaftaran. Penyambut tetamu sangat mesra walaupun berbangsa India (tq dear sister). Waktu malamnya penyambut tetamu berbangsa melayu(tq dear sister), juga melayan pertanyaan kami dengan mesra. Terima kasih anda berdua. Kawasan sekitar juga berdekatan dengan PD waterfront, kedai makan seperti kedai shell out, mamak, pasaraya dan kemudahan lainnya. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Yang kurang pada saya, kualiti starika berwap yang disediakan kurang memuaskan kerana air menitik keluar waktu digunakan. Juga wifi yang sering terputus-putus kerana bilik penginapan saya di tingkat 3.

Location is good, hotel is within walking distance from PD Waterfront. Plenty of food options nearby too. Room is quite clean.

Room is a bit too small for 2 big beds. One of the beds was literally stuck between 3 walls with only one side access. Stated Parking on Site, but the staff did not inform us that we need to pay for parking until we asked. The next morning we received a RM10 saman for not paying for parking for 1 hour. When I asked the 2 staff at counter to help and pay the fine using their apps (I pay them cash, I just don't want another app on my phone as we are leaving the town soon), they are not willing to help. I managed to get next door Subway staff to help. I know that it is our responsibility to pay parking, but evidently we are not locals so it will be better if the staff reminds us on this, and be more helpful.

The environment, the room, the toilet and the lobby are clean.

Air conditioner takes to long to get cold and even with temp 16 celcius still like juz at room temperature ..not sweating but not so cold either

Overall the room is fine, comfortable, the service also fine, check in is quite convenience and fast.

My room is near to the receptionist and at night I can hear clearly and loudly the staff chatting and laughing. I think is around 10pm- 11pm. I was so tired to confront them.

No water in room for second day started 12 midnight until 7 morning..

Lokasi berdekatan dengan tempat makan dan santai, ada juga tempat viral di sekitar. parking sangat banyak di sekeliling rumah kedai. ada lif sampai tingkat 3 dan ruang bilik agak sempit tapi selesa. staf sini sangat ramah.

When we enter the hotel room, we were greeted with a strong odor that was very unpleasant. We set our slippers aside and step on the floor and there was a layer of dust that wasn’t sweep/clean for awhile. Besides that, the bed sheets were dirty with stains. The next morning, when we were about to drink our coffee, we notice that the cups are dirty as well with lipsticks stain from previous guest.

The night of staying I feel very itchy when about to sleep. After check the mattress, found they are not well clean as I can wipe the dust off the bed. After that I feel much better. The rest of facilities, amenities, hotel design, parking space all are superb as they are brand new hotel and surprisingly they even provide the dental kit just in case your traveller or forgotten to bring toiletries. Just need to highlight to Housekeeping staff to do the laundry and cleaning in more details. With the price I paid overall OK.

Final review for 1 signature Discovered cockroach in the bathroom Inform for room exchange but was more like a downgrade in term of room space. Staff cannot guarantee exchanged room will not have cockroach hence added pest bait powder at various corners as recommended by hotel staff. Family with small kids to note the spread of these pest bait powder Exchanged room has hair and stain on pillow, it is found on the underside of the pillow Also staff keep mentioning even after exchange of room he will not guarantee there will be no cockroach. Appear like it is very normal to have cockroaches. Asked to talk to manager however it is mentioned to us that manager is not on duty and cannot call him/her This is a hotel industry which is 247, I wonder if manager cannot even be contacted how to ensure the proper operation of hotel. Please change another one or make sure you have back up to attend to the needs of guests Suffered further bed bugs bites Exchange or new towel is chargeable Will not recommend
