Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, bed and bathroom were clean. They had more than ample powerpoints in the room for us to charge our handphones. Nearby the hotel is a mamak restaurant that opens until late night and early morning so that’s really a plus too.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026I had a very pleasant stay at Zitro Hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, as both the room and common areas were spotless. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Would have been ideal to have a cupboard with racks for clothes and bedside tables next to bed.

房間内舊式電視的有線頻道太少,沒有内建Android或Netflix,沒有上網功能,需要自備anycast投影器,沒有提供冰箱,拖鞋,盥洗用品,茶包或咖啡包,盒裝衛生紙(廁所有捲式衛生紙),兩支衣架太少,
