Reviewed Sep 19, 2026景色、買い物、ツアー参加と、いずれもアクセスしやすいロケーションであり、さらに、すぐ近くに羊などに触れることができる場所があったのは想定外の喜びでした。チェックイン時間が遅れたにもかかわらず、待ってていただき、スムーズに鍵の受け渡しや設備の説明をしていただきました。設備もきれいで充実していて、すべてに大変満足です。
何も言うことないです。

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026this place is very nice and the kitchen , toilet and garage works really well. I like the bedroom very much because its spacious.the room with toys are very organized with many toys to play with. also , all the rooms were cleaned properly and we had a fun time staying here. outside there’s also a sheep statue which is pretty cool . the weather here is freezing , outside has a lot of snow . i wish i could come to this place again and enjoy the view of lake tekapo. this place is fantastic, i enjoy staying here very much .

The photos on Booking.com shows a lovely view of the lake which is misleading as we did noy have a view as it was blocked by houses across the road. Also photos look like the Apartment is on the lake but it is not. There is no soundproofing and we could hear every step and sliding door movement from above which interrupted our sleep

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Great views of the lake from lounge and balcony. Well-equipped kitchen. Very helpful to have washing machine and drier - note these are in the downstairs garage. Apartment clean and tidy. Secure garage parking. Easy check in with friendly host.
There is no soundproofing between apartments - below and alongside. We experienced noise day and night. Not possible to relax.

Everything was fantastic but couldn’t get my electric blanket to work properly and it was very cold when I was there! Could also hear a little noise from the apartment next door but quieted down at a reasonable time.

We had a great time, singing hymns in the Chapel of the Good Shepherd with extremeist Christians, ate well at the TLV wich was recommended to us by the owner's daughter, and we confirmed that Tekapo is still a pleasant village to stop at.
Ma nièce n'a pas aimé le lit ni les draps synthétiques. Mon partenaire et moi avons trouvé notre lit parfaitement confortable. A chacun ses goûts.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025Fantastic property. The Parking was marked out clearly. Host met us to let us in. The rooms were cozy. There was a beautiful balcony and back sitting area. Sitting area and dining area were great. The views were to die for! Sitting area had a fireplace.
The house was on a higher floor and had to haul heave suitcases up a narrow stairwell, which was not explicit in the listing. Kitchen was a bit small and bathroom didn't have a dustbin. Otherwise all good.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2025Tényleg luxus apartman, minden nagyon rendben volt. Kiváló volt a fűtés, nagyon hangulatos ez a fali kandalló megoldás. Tágas szobák, a fürdők is nagyon élhetőek, az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. Voltak játékok, a kisfiúnk nagyon oda volt értük.

コンロを使っていて、使い方がちょっと不明な感じもしました。 換気扇も付いていたのですが、換気扇が効いている感じがしませんでした。
