Breakfast ok. Nice that individual items were separately wrapped. Warm eggs were appreciated. Pet friendly. Nice staff

Nice friendly staff and clean room. Definitely needs some updates though. Old AC/heater, some paint needed in the bathroom ceiling. Outside needs some sprucing up. Not much curb appeal. My room smelled like smoke although it was a non smoking room. Could be because of old carpet or people smoking outside. The price was good.

2nd floor room access was a long way from the entrance. The front desk manager was very good at customer service.

Joanna was the best front desk clerk I have encountered. I have stayed in many hotels around the world with excellent personnel, but Joanna was truly the top. She provided wonderful service and hospitality during our stay. She and my wife became Facebook friends.

Needs some up dating in the bathroom. Fixtures leaking.

Spotless, comfortable rooms and a nice hotel. Not giving 5 stars because it's expected not to have a clog in the bath and sink drain for the amount we paid. Please resolve such issues to avoid any inconvenience

The staff were excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is definitely dated, but the warmth of the welcome made up for this. Breakfast offered some great gluten free options, which was much appreciated. We would be happy to go back.

Barking dogs checking in to room and various times all night. Carpets dirty everywhere. Breakfast was poor and only sugar items. Sliding door on ground floor room would not close. Never stay here stay anyplace else ie days inn.

This Travelodge is below the standard of others. The towels are thin and the bathroom sink had rust. Breakfast was adequate but limited. The bed was fine however.

Forgot to ask for main floor room as no elevator and no luggage carriers so had to grab clothes from suitcases as stairs were difficult for both of us.

The room was so dark and there were not enough lights. Bathroom was not clean can see hair and dust everywhere.

I found that there's no bumper stoppers for the doors leading to the stairwell so you hear it in the room every time someone leaves the floor or comes in especially in the early morning hours when everything is quiet. There's large gaps around the doors so the doors are not sealed tight and the hallway light lights up a third of the room which also explains why you can hear so much inside the room from the hallway and the door that's five rooms down. There's no mention at check-in that if you wanted housekeeping you actually had to request it. It's not a daily occurrence unless you ask. TV cable was intermittent just as I got into a show it froze again and again. Stained chairs that I didn't want to sit on and also took pictures just in case they thought I did it.

It was comfortable, very clean and nice bathroom. The only disappointment was that the fridge wasn't working.

Older hotel didn’t feel clean. Towels were dark blue for some reason and heavily faded. Breakfast area was way too small, not worth the effort to eat there.

We stayed at this location for 3 nights. Amazing staff especially Joanna as she took care of us like family. She had the best suggestions for restaurants, local must sees and other sites not to be missed during our stay. The location was central to lots of the sites we wanted to see. Our room was very clean, the king bed was so comfortable, had a great sleep and it was very quiet. The breakfast was included with great choices.

Nice room. Very friendly front desk clerk. Breakfast had lots of variety, yogurt, cereal, bread, muffins etc.

I liked that the property reminded me of a family friendly place that anyone would love to spend a weekend for a celebration or some family time.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She made restaurant recommendations and suggested some sight seeing activities. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good selection for breakfast.

The woman who greeted us at the front desk was so kind, funny and helpful! She made the entire stay wonderful!! She recommended a nearby restaurant (Waves) which was delicious! Breakfast was good! Would stay here again!

What a fabulous experience at the Travelodge in Bridgewater! The hotel itself was nice and breakfast was good, but what really set them apart was their staff. Every single staff member we encountered, whether front desk or housekeeping, was outrageously kind and helpful. They made us truly feel like it was our home away from home for our 6 night stay. The location was a great jumping off point for all of our day trips and conveniently located across from a gas station and pharmacy. Could not recommend this hotel more!!!

Clean, safe, reasonably priced

There was a small cockroach walking on the carpet. There was a pool of water by the bathtub when I checked in. When I told the receptionist, she said it’s fine maybe the cleaners forgot to wipe it down. Then she added that she wasn’t a plumber. So I myself wiped it with a towel. Bad experience.

Most everything was in walking distance of the property.

Missed making our beds. Tried to blame us. No signs telling us where to park. Got chewed out for parking in wrong place. No signs.

The property was fine. The buidling is old and there was no elevator, but considering the age of the building, the room was clean and comfortable. There was nothing extraordinary or bad about the location or its grounds. The free breakfast was basic but appreciated.

I stayed here and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept - exactly what you’d hope for what the hotel is. What really made the stay stand out though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention goes to Joanna from the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic - warm, approachable, and always going out of her way to make sure guests felt taken care of. Her effort and genuine care for visitors really elevate the whole experience. Overall, a great value stay with service that truly shines.

Our room was very clean and the temperature was perfect. The staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely recommend this motel for bridgewater and we will definitely be back.

Très jolie et grande chambre avec tout le confort nécessaire et très bien entretenue. Lit très confortable. Espace salle de bains très bien optimisé. Petit déjeuner simple et efficace.

Very friendly staff. Quick check-in & out. Lots of options for continental breakfast (included). Staff great at making sure always coffee ready to go, and quickly replaced any items that ran out. That said, weird room layout—only one bed-side table? A/C worked well, but a little noisy (rattle).

This proved to be a very convenient and welcoming hotel. Had a great recommendation for dinner, ended up going back the second night. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

We have accessibility issues and although we had requested a room in the main floor they were unable. We checked out early because we could not handle the 14 stairs.

Joanna was super welcoming, friendly and helpful while checking us in. She gave me tips, maps and brochures on things to do and see in the area. Hotel is older but clean and comfortable. Central to all major attractions and points of interest in the area.

This property only offers the very basics. The beds were comfy and it was clean, but staff forgot to provide housekeeping to our room and the whole property smells very bad.

I needed a spot to hang out overnight while I was driving the Lighthouse Route. I was greeted by a wonderful woman at the reception desk and although my stay was short, I was able to relax and rest well in a clean and comfy bed.
