Best Western Plus Bridgewater Hotel & Convention Centre

Hotel Is very clean and well kept. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

We had a late checkout and housekeeping showed up at 11 am and tried to open door, good thing I had the latch on, and she was rude to me when I answered the door implying that we are supposed to be gone and when I advised we had a late checkout she basically called me a liar, saying “NO you are supposed to be gone” and that I’d have to take it up with the front desk, as they had another guest arriving. That however could be a rarity as the other staff were amazing.

The location was excellent! Staff was very customer service oriented! Restaurant was great. The room was clean! If we ever go to Nova Scotia again…we will stay here!

We liked everything! [There is one minor improvement that I’d like to see. I’m from Florida and I would have liked 100% maple syrup with my pancakes! 😊]

Very clean room and comfortable bed. I highly recommended. I had a great time!

Lage

Das Hotel bedarf einer Auffrischung

Awesome

Everything

Schöne, große Zimmer, gutes Bad.

Schlechtes Frühstück, Massenabfertigung

Amazing display of hospitality from all of the staff from the reception to the restaurant. Always went out of their way to help us.

Absolutely nothing.

Nicely laid out

Clean and comfortable. Friebndly and helpful staff. Free breakfast and reasonably-priced evening meal (rare for a Best Western to have a dining room other than just for breakfast). Beautiful patio, set up for dining.

Nothing

Comfortable and Clean . Well located for Luneburg.

Breakfast a bit limited and very busy.

Loved everything and the restaurant. We had a nice supper and the waitress and food was excellent.

Big facility with easy parking, great staff and comfy rooms. The restaurant and bar were really good with a great choice of food and drink options. My son loved the slide in the pool area and overall this venue served us well.

Real cups instead of paper in the rooms for coffee would be nice. And light switches that you can access from bed would be helpful.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff upon arrival were very welcoming. All staff in bar / restaurant area were lovely. They were very hard working it was very busy

We were there for two nights. Both evenings there was a private function so we were unable to eat outside. The outdoor area was in part what attracted us to stay here. It seems that at the expense of hotel customers, this space is regularly hired out. Maybe a bit too greedy on the part of Best Western. Woukd not stay again for this reason.

Excellent breakfast

Everything was perfect

Nice breakfast and a great restaurant/bar. Helpful staff and clean rooms

Breakfast was excellent, wifi fast, room very clean. One staff member Adriana was always helpful with a smile. The restaurant 27 South had good choices.

Coffee machine in the room was in a bad shape and did not work well.

Clean room and friendly staff. The kids loved the waterslide so much!

The hotel was well kept and quiet and our room was very clean and comfortable.

Tous était parfait

Everything. The restaurant was excellent and it was very child friendly.

Nothing from the hotel side. However, some 50+ year old guest were using the slide of the swimming pool scaring the children.

It was a beautiful stay- the surrounding area was gorgeous. Took some peaceful walks in the morning as there’s a great trail right beside the hotel. The staff were very kind and attentive. The only I would say was that the noise from the other rooms did impact us on our final night and they weren’t able to source where it was coming from but it did impact our sleep on the final night. They were courteous about it though.

It is definitely the staff that gives this hotel five stars! We had a incredibly wonderful young man as our server for two nights! He recommended places for us to visit which were spot on and completely amazing! The rooms were extremely clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent! If you were ever in this area, I highly recommend to stay in this hotel! The young man had strawberry blonde hair, and attends University in New Brunswick. He definitely has a bright future ahead of him!

Beautiful landscaping close to the forest I like the outdoor seating areas in the outdoor nighttime lighting

There’s nothing I could think of

Room size was great, the bed was very comfortable. The gym on site was very up to date. Complimentary breakfast was super.

The location and the trail along the river behind the hotel that leads you to the town centre

Nothing

The kids enjoyed the pool and slide very much. It was overall clean and comfortable, as expected for a short stay.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. We have travelled to many places across different continents and the breakfast here was one of the worst if not the worst we've ever had. The offers were very limited with no fresh items (even basics like cucumbers, peppers, bananas, etc), eggs don't taste anything like eggs at all, just awful, coffee undrinkable, one tea on offer (black), they didn't even have cream cheese (they ran out) for the bagels. Over processed, bland, overly sweet food. They shouldn't bother to include a free breakfast and just reduce the nightly rate. The most disappointing thing was that they only had plastic cutlery and paper plates available. For a hotel in Canada, considered a first world country, to use plastic in this way, zero sustainability, not environmentally friendly is embarrassing. I was shocked to see this...everything in the garbage!

The room was absolutely lovely, it was very quiet. The breakfast was great and the pool was very clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely will be staying here again!!!

The room was very nice, quiet and in a great location. The breakfast was great and the pool was nice. Definitely recommend!!! Will be staying again :)

Breakfast was nice, plenty of delicious food to go around and the wait staff were helpful and friendly. It was convenient to have the breakfast hours extend to 9:30 am. Any time something ran out, it was quickly replenished.

Did not appreciate the dune buggies in the parking lot and riding recklessly around the Best Western. One dune buggy went so fast it almost hit a parked car with my son standing nearby. Shortly after, a toddler was walking ahead of her parents in the parking lot, which could have been disastrous, if she had been there a few minutes earlier. Called the Best Western staff to report a large group of people drinking and smoking around dune buggies in the parking lot, and she said that she would look into it. Nothing happened. Spoke to staff inside and they merely said that they would watch their cameras closely. Not good enough, it was a dangerous situation and people's safety was at risk.

Lovely room in the renovated section: Very clean, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff and also in the restaurant. Great options and tasty food from the onsite restaurant. We had a great night’s sleep and would return!

Very clean and modern

A little expensive

Clean, quiet, comfortable, perfect

Could have a safe in the room

Nice pool and great staff.

Clean, spacious & had a great bar restaurant

It’s so remote & town not great.

Excellent property! The facility is clean and well organized. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The dining room was nice to have in the property. It was excellent - food was terrific and the serving staff very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!

Very good and great assortment of items.

More fruit offered

Would highly recommend...staff is excellent! Food at the restaurant is wonderful and reasonably priced..rooms are spacious, clean and beds are very comfortable!

Proximity to your needs

Nothing

It was clean, quiet and close to everything.

It was very clean and comfortable

The noise in our whe someone in the top floor walked.

Excellent restaurant, comfy beds and pillows, clean, great staff

Lighting in the rooms could be brighter

Tina was fantastic as always

Breakfast was delicious and warm, with a variety of coffee and juices. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable.

This is difficult as I had no problem with anything really. Perhaps more creamers and more regular coffee pods. Having said that, when I asked the front desk for more pods and creamers, the happily obliged.

Mooie ruime kamer. Netjes. Vriendelijk personeel.

Great

Great relaxing sleep

Very clean and great food

The pool area was spotless.

No issues.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and comfy beds. The rooms were very quiet, well equiped and modern. Free coffee in the lobby 24 hrs/day!! I really enjoyed our stay here.

The pool

Coffee in lobby is out all night

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. The hot breakfast was great.

The elevator was slow and clunky. That's the only issue

Beds were fabulous. Great sleep. The restaurant was excellent.

Very nice motel with an excellent restaurant

Location

Room was clean and comfortable. Had an enjoyable supper in the restaurant. with very good complimentary breakfast. Especially pleased with the pleasant and helpful staff.

Great location and staff was super nice

Nothing to dislike

Jacuzzi tub in room.good breakfast

Nothing

Tina , you are great. I appreciate your entrepreneurial and enthusiastic efforts.

More bacon for breakfast . .

Friendly staff, good restaurant and a decent room

Maybe room cleanliness. I ended up with a verruca after our long stay.

Very clean, wonderful friendly personnel and good restaurant

The pool

Nothing

The renovation is nice.

The fact that the power went out and the staff were extremely rude in offered no help at all. We had power for a total of maybe 45 minutes and yet were only offered 10 % off of the price of our room.

Breakfast was awesome! Staff were so friendly

Cost was high

Exelant

Excellent breakfast, very nice room.

Nothing.

Good location

A bit pricey Very noisy but there was a young sports team in so not the hotels fault. Just timing

Spacious rooms and hallways. Water slide. Decent continental breakfast.

No hot tub. Very cloudy pool.

Breakfast

The room not cleaned the day we requested

Breakfast was good- a lot of variety

The pool was NOT heated

Breakfast was amazing! Rooms were amazing clean. Was the best hotel close to many amenities while traveling to Nova Scotia.

Nothing it was amazing

There was a great selection of items for the breakfast buffet. Our room was very clean. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. So were the restaurant staff.

Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent dining.
