Arrivati poco dopo mezzanotte la nostra prenotazione non risulta essere presente nonostante io avessi la stampa della prenotazione con me. Per fortuna era libera una camera. La camera non aveva il divano letto preparato e non aveva lenzuoli e cuscini per prepararlo. Alla mia richiesta di lenzuola e cuscini, la persona alla reception mi porta nella lavanderia interna dove non c'era neanche un set pulito da darmi, quindi prende un copriletto angolare (non piegato, non stirato, non imbustato, spero almeno lavato) da uno scaffale e mi dice che ha solo quello. La mattina alle 9:10 andiamo a fare colazione e l'inserviente aveva già tolto tutto perchè la colazione chiudeva alle 9 (non comunicata in fase di checkin) e non è neanche disponibile alla richiesta se c'era qualcosa di insacchettato per far fare una veloce colazione ai bambini. Il bagno era sporco, la tendina della doccia faceva passare la voglia di lavarsi. Il letto era scomodissimo e sfondato.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026It was comparatively new. Convenient to all things downtown. Bed very comfortable . Facing a beautiful mountain. Wonderful breakfast buffet with attentive hostess. Front desk staff cheerful and helpful.
Handicapped door opener buttons were not working . Important to understand and know ahead of time, that many Canadian hotels with only 2 floors do not have elevators … just in case there are physical limitations.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The hotel staff are so friendly and polite. They made you feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was clean. The hotel was in a great location and we could easily get to all the places we needed to go. It is situated very close to Sugarloaf Provincial Park.
The shampoo in our room was not topped up. We did ask at reception, and we were given a small shampoo. That was the only issue we had.

L emplacement est très mauvais en sortie de ville. Personnes qui dorment dans leur véhicule sur le parking. Bref pas rassurant et surtout porte d accès aux couloirs des chambres qui claque toute la nuit avec les passages. Très mauvaises nuit passée. Rien dormi...

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026This place was right where I needed to be, at the gateway to the Gaspe Peninsula. The staff were so warm and funny, love them. There was a sports bar right next to it and a grocery store too! The room was quiet and comfy.
The building isn’t very pretty.

可能房间在旅游淡季使用率不高，一进房间有一点点闷久了类似发霉的味道，但床品是干净的，开窗通风一段时间后味道就散掉了。

Elle nous a donné des sacs et des essuie-mains en surplus pour nos bottes. Excellent service! Nous avons bien dormi et c'était calme. Aussi, il y avait un réfrigérateur et un micro-ondes dans la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner, il y avait beaucoup de variété et tout était propre.
La poussière en dessous du lit et les taches sur le bord du cache sommier.

Haben wir das Zimmer mit Verbindungstür erhalten und beim Treppenaufgang /- eingang wo wir die ganze Nacht die Türe sehr laut ins Schloss fallen hörte. Und die Zimmernachbarn mit der gleichen Türe war so laut, dass man das Gefühl hatte sie ständen im Zimmer. Auch auf unser reklamieren keine Reaktion. Zusätzlich war das Zimmer schmutzig und unfreundlich, nur die Bilder im Internet sehen anmächlich aus.
