Comfort Inn

Friendly kind front desk .

Housekeeping could be a lot better.

Location and exterior entrance for dog access

Bed was uncomfortable and it was noisy throughout the hallway and not the room

Friendly staff clean good location

We arrived late so the staff accomodated us for a later checkout time.

N/A We were in a hurry so we didn't have the breakfast.

The quietness of the hotel and property.

The hotel was pet friendly. Glad there was a strong pet smell or cleaning product smell. Room size was sufficient for an overnight stay. The location was convenient.

Because it's pet friendly there's evidence of spot cleaning. There are no lifts. It is 2026, and I believe this hotel chain needs to do more to improve accessibility. Having mobility-accessible rooms on the first level is helpful, but guests using wheelchairs or mobility devices should be able to access other areas of the hotel as well. A vertical platform lift can be a relatively cost-effective alternative to installing a traditional elevator. I hope Comfort Inn will consider options like this so guests with mobility needs aren't faced with unnecessary limitations or additional expenses.

Good location, not far from downtown.

The breakfast was terrible. We don’t expect too much with a continental breakfast but this was worse. Soggy hash browns, eggs were watery, my husband said the coffee was bad as well. We ended up getting food at a Tim Hortons on the way to our next stop.

Staff was great! The room was clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Linens and shower supplies were great! I will book again in the future.

The bath needed a silicone refresh. The waffle machines were out on international waffle day! The air conditioning was too strong and even if we lowered it, it still started in the middle of the night and interrupted our sleep.

Petit déjeuner très moyen

Un peu trop cher

Tres bon confort

Amber at the front desk is the sweetest!!!

Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Best AC we have experienced. Liked parking outside our room for convenience.

Damage security deposit.

It was clean and in an excellent location. Easy to get to. The beds were super comfortable!

No complaints at all!

Easy access off the highway and easy to get downtown from

Breakfast was terrible

Air climatisé bruyante

Chambre très propre

Espace déjeuner beaucoup trop limité

Convenient location

We were given a room that was already in use. The front staff person was concerned and confused but did not offer an apology. The guests in the room we crashed, called the front desk while I was there - again no apology to them.

Zero water pressure. Dirty bathroom (dirty around door handle, hair on floor, fan full of lint/dust, AC uncontrollable and blowing directly on beds, hallways full of cleaning carts, garbage bags, vacumes from one end to the other. Hallways hot/humid. Cleaning supplies used when mopping were so strong.

Un ascenseur aurait été apprécié. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre.

Location, very friendly staff at check in and everyone working hard. Beds were well made and comfortable. Cleaning staff left the room spotless. Lots of parking.

The rooms need better ventilation. Everything felt a little damp, despite AC in the room. Shower curtains hold onto a “never fully dry” acidic smell which makes the bathroom unpleasant smelling despite the cleaning staff leaving it spotless, and the AC units were difficult to control.

All good but could use an elevator for luggage and the air conditioner was very loud.

The breakfast. Not enough room for the size of the hotel. Hot and coffee not great.

Rien

Convenient location.

Was all good

Belle expérience

Rien

Exterior patio doors for pets.

Clean room, easy to park, friendly staff, most comfortable bed

Nothing

Room was good

No pillows for the pullout bed. The carpet seems dirty and outdated, there should be regular floors they are cleaner

Very clean, great service and great location

Nothing

C’était bien!

Have stayed at the Fton Comfort Inn many times - the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Please pass on to staff!

The breakfast spread was scrumptious.

The staff seemed cold. They did everything, but their demeanor wasn't very welcoming.

Très belle chambre, climatisation impeccable, personnel sympathique

Un peu loin du centre ville

Good location while visiting Fredericton. Good room, quiet

Need a larger breakfast room

Le confort des lits et le déjeuner

Propre

Rien

The room was same as all Comfort inns

The smell in the hall ways was not pleasant. It was like a combination of cleaning fluids and Marijuana

convenient

no elevator and had to take luggage up the stairs

Breakfast was very good. Room clean on arrival

Daily cleaning of bathroom and floors. Bed was not made each day we stayed. Only garbage was emptied

The room was clean and comfortable, typical of a Comfort Inn. It fronts on to a busy road but backs onto a residential neighbourhood. Breakfast was good with the usual choices offered. It was dog friendly.

It met my expectations.

Great location not far from the highway. Very good breakfast. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

No complaints.

The location was good…near the highway but not in a walkable area. The breakfast was good and lots of choice. The room was comfortable, clean and fairly quiet

The air conditioner was somewhat noisy as was the bathroom fan. Breakfast ended too early which made for an overcrowded breakfast room.

The room is so clean and cozy and very comfortable bed.

There is nothing I could say because everything was perfect.

Good variety

Could use an elevator for easy access for luggage etc to the second floor

Good

Staff was good

Arrived late after 15 hr drive. Confused on room as I thought I was told 103 but was actually 230 and qe had to carry bags up stairs as their is no elevator

Propre, confortable.

The room was awesome. Check in was a breeze.

Breakfast

No pool

Location is great for families travelling for sports

There were lots of people booked, so parking was a bit hectic.

Friendly staff, easy check in process, close to everything

Ground level rooms have dedicated parking to access the room, the parking spot dedicated to our room was always taken. So we had to walk further in the uncleaned snow parking lot full of slush to access our vehicle(spring mess).

Location

Poor lighting

Clean room, close to highway.

Expensive for what it is.

We went there for a hockey tournament and the lady at the front desk harassed players and parent knocking on anybody’s door that had there door opened with the latch, telling people to be quiet, turning tv’s off, swearing and making more noise in the hallways. Threatening to kick us out, she did that on the friday night and on the saturday she did that again but called the police for all the school kids and parents to get out the hotel, took 2 hours and 10 cops to be able to make her understand. She was on a power trip, you could tell that she was anti francophone and made this a mission of hers. Never going to book in a comfort in again!!!

All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stairwell close to the room. I had a second floor room on the backside of the building. I was able to park below the room. This allowed me to use my remote start. There is parking in the front of the building. This negates the use of the remote start. When the weather turned cold (freezing rain and snow). The remote start was needed to warm up the car.

Le petit-déjeuner était bien! Lits confortables!

Seems to have been recently renovated; clean

The small breakfast room was a bit overwhelmed by the hockey teams.

Lit confortable

Tapis

Didn't have breakfast. Location was easy access. Everything was

Everything was great. Will stay again.

Very quiet Loved that we had a little patio area on the ground floor

Breakfast room did not accommodate the customers. Had to ask for items to be refilled. The serving areas were a little dirty compared to the last time we stayed at this brand of hotels.
