Inflexibility to change room style.

It was clean, and had a calm atmosphere.

The drains were majorly slow, insinuating they were plugged.

Great location, near many amenities, clean, seemed newly renovated.

Bit pricey for a smaller rural city. However the amenities were clean and nice. Bed was a little hard.

The room was very clean.

Booked a king bed on the ground floor and got a queen bed on the upper floor.

Room was specious, clean , beds are comfortable, quiet and staff very friendly.

Proximity to the lake side, park and shopping places

No major complaints. Just wish they provided at least some water for the rooms.

New and spotless. Tons of easy access charging ports! Quiet fridge. Microwave. Friendly and helpful staff met all my needs. Tons of parking. My room was at the back and short walk to the car, which was helpful. Travelling alone and I felt totally safe. I didn’t get their breakfast but did use their breakfast room to toast my own breakfast and use their hot water to make my own drip coffee. Not an attractive site, but super convenient. Five minutes or less walk to shoppers drug mart, subway, Starbucks, Walmart, and many others. Gorgeous drive to Point Pelee along the water if you find the route by the marina! I spent three nights here and went to the park each day. So perfect to have a short drive back to the comfy hotel to relax and reorganize for the next day! It was a dream for a hotel not on the water. The only thing i didn’t love was the air system because the fan was noisy and constantly running. I don’t love AC and it wasn’t too hot so I just shut off the system and I was perfect, but maybe too hot for others. Can’t wait to come back in the spring!

Comfortable bed. Took our bikes to ride to Point Pelee National Park. Had to lock our bikes in the stairwell. They were safe but I would have preferred a different option. Couldn’t find the shampoo and conditioner. They were hidden behind the shower curtain. Very noisy air conditioner that startled me every time it turned on in the middle of the night and therefore did not have a good sleep.

Clean room and felt very safe in the parking area

AC is super load. Comforters are pure polyester, it's very hot to sleep under it.

I ended up paying $450 for a hotel room which was charged in USD. No Canadian hotel in Canada should be charging a client in USD. The hotel says the rates in CAD. I only saw the fine prints on the invoice after I paid and couldnt cancel because it was non refundable. The hotel says free breakfast but after I went to check in, said breakfast was not complimentary because I booked it through Expedia and not directly through the hotel. This is the first time I am hearing this. That has never happened before.

On expedia it was mentioned that breakfast is included, but hotel charged $7.5 per person including my year old.

Room was clean. We were told upon check in that because we reserved the room through Travelocity that we were excluded from the free breakfast, which was not clear on Travelocity’s website.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. The hotel's location was perfect because it was right in town where you have access to most things.

They could have more breakfast options though.

I was very impressed with the room I booked. Everything had been renovated. The fridge in the room was so quiet you couldn't tell one was even in there. Air conditioning was controlled on the wall and no issues. Outlets for chargers were convenient and towels were replaced each of the days I returned from my adventures. Canadian Tire, Walmart, etc conveniently located directly across the street.

The shower/tub was grimy and I could scratch it off the sides

There are plenty of charging outlets throughout the room which is very helpful for our group of four.

It’s a nice place near the lake. All are good except the coffee machine isn’t working properly and shampoo and conditioner bottles are almost empty

We needed a place to crash prior to hospital stay. It did the job just fine.

It has a little bar down in the entrance. It's definitely no fancy bar by any means but if you want to have a drink with a friend...it's there.

The fridge in our room was extremely noisy to the point where it interfered with our ability sleep.

Expedia failed to explain that if you book with them this hotel does not include breakfast.

Our team stayed here overnight for a tournament. Of the three Leamington hotels we contacted, Quality Inn was the only one who got back to us and offered a group rate. Thank you for that! the good: - newly renovated (roughly 9 months ago) - clean - hospitable staff - Shout out to Sandeep in the breakfast room. He was a ray of sunshine in the morning. Very attentive and helpful. He takes such pride in his job and is happy to assist! - great water pressure - comfortable beds - walking distance to stores and restaurants - 10 minute walk to the waterfront the not-so-good: - walls are paper thin - We could hear our neighbours as if they were in our room with us. Fortunately, they went to bed at the same time we did and the night was quiet. - 2 queen bed room was small, but efficiently set up with cabinets to tuck belongings away. There really is no room to lounge around apart from sitting on one's bed. Would I stay here again? For one night - yes.

I stayed here for one night with my partner. Check in was good, despite not seeing a staff at the front desk right away. The accessibility (rolling shower and bench seat) was very accessible and nice to have! The room should have an accessible button and the entryway was very narrow. The bed was comfy but the pillows are quite small and not comfortable. The service was outstanding!! Breakfast was yummy and everything was clean and ready to go. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Excellent customer service !

I checked in. Saw there was a hockey game being played outside my bedroom. Right now families are setting off air horns outside my bedroom. I was just attacked by the parents thinking that noise in the hallways is acceptable. I have asked to be moved to another room. This is terrible service. I will never book a hotel on the site again.

The room was nice but woke up to no power in the hotel. The room was freezing.

The price

Great and friendly staff. There where spots in the shower and hair in the tub which makes me believe that the cleaning is not done thoroughly. The usb plugs under the tv don’t work.

Nicely renovated

Did not like that they tried to charge us for the morning Breakfast which is free at the Comfort Inns. They tried to tell us that is because we booked through booking.com but have never had that happen before. Will book directly through the chain app next time I guess. It seems like reserving through booking.com is becoming a 3rd rate reservation.

I arrived close to 3pm. The check-in time is apparently at 4pm. I asked if I could check-in early to drop off my bags quickly and go. The front desk person was polite but called the manager. The manager said I could not check-in early unless we paid more money. The rooms were ready but wanted to gauge a customer that had been travelling all day to make an extra buck. Shameful! They blamed it on the fact I booked my hotel with Expedia. Bad customer service from the hotel manager. Would not stay again.

Convenient, comfortable hotel with dedicated working area. The fact they sell the regular bottle water at 3.50 and there is not a courtesy one in the room, shows you they are just a plain simple place to stay on your pass through Leamington. A more dedicated customer service could go a long way. I would prefer to stay somewhere else.

Breakfast WAS NOT INCLUDED in the Booking.com booking that I paid for. I did not know this. I had no idea that you were selling stripped down service for th lower prices. Will rethink using Booking.com again.

Everything was excellent. Location rooms staff were very good.

This is on a personal issue. The bed was just too soft for me. But this is just my preference.

The hotel did not accept our request for half an hour late checkout even though they were not busy at all. there is no bottle water in the room, no included breakfast either.
