Convenient location

My experience wasn't necessarily impacted by the facility but rather Booking.com itself. I ended up being charged extra $4 while I had already fully paid as per the booking. The fact that the receptionist couldn't explain to me how did that come about made the whole experience distasteful. So that's on Booking.com

The property itself was located in a very nice area, close to restaurants, activities and whatnot, but what I love the most was the staff the desk person was the most friendly kind, and loving person I have met recommended me restaurants to her time to talk to me and answer. Any questions. I have genuinely I would recommend this place again.

Die Wände sind hellhörig.Bei spätem Check In hört man im Obergeschoss alle Schritte. Aufgrund des Labourday Wochenendes war das Hotel völlig ausgebucht.Dafür ist der Frühstücksraum nicht ausgelegt.

Very friendly staff Clean

The room was larger than I expected, Very clean and new looking. No problem at all with parking my car. There is a pool, very small, but it's better then no pool at all.

I was looking for a hotel with breakfast included. They offer breakfast, yes, but it very much so-so. Coffee, tea, juice, fruits (which was really good), muffins, waffles, yogurt. This is a very basic set. Apart from this they only had eggs (one morning - scrambled, the next one - boiled). That's it. I would expect a little bit more of hot food options.

It was ok experience, There is service elevator only. They locked elevator and you can't use it to go on upper floor . AC was very noisy in the Room couldn't sleep properly. There was haier Tv in the Room and it has two dots in the Tv corner one orange another red dot, may be it was light indicator but that made me suspicious and I coverd that red dot with tape. Breakfast was good but not that good, There was no butter just margarine.

I didn’t make it to the hotel I canceled because I was in the hospital and was still charged for the hotel.

Im so disappointed… I usually stay here when we have our events in leamington at least 2 to 3 times a year … I ended up cancelling cause I was in the hospital and I was still charged the full about for the room.

I rate a room based on the “ick factor”. What gave me the ick? So much in this room. Light switches, curtains, the bathroom sink. If I need to pick up a tissue just to touch light switches, your room rating is going to be very low. If the curtains look like they’ve cleaned up a crime scene, your rating is going to be very low. If the bathroom sink doesn’t drain AT ALL, your rating is ZERO, because that’s absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The room appears to have gone through a partial renovation, so why not correct all the issues? Also, the room overall was not welcoming at all, when everything is beige it gives a completely depressing feeling to the space but also just adds to the unclean feel of the room. Hint, the sofa and coffee table also need to go. In this day and age, who provides drinking cups in a hotel room that aren’t sanitary sealed?? Also look at the light on the desk, what is going on with that? Ick. I was in room 124 if you want to check it out for yourself.

Breakfast was fair. Limited choices.

During pur 4 days 3 nights we never had any housekeeping done. This is just not acceptable. Also I was charged a fee of $6.00 (not sure why) it had to be.paid by cash or debit but in the end it was also charged to my credit card. I could not get an answer as ro why this had happened or a refund for said charge.

Clean, good breakfast, pool, lounge with pool table and bar. Friendly staff.

Mattresses were springy and hard. TV was old with basic cable low quality, no smart tv.

Free parking is a major plus. Room was not carpeted so it wasnt dusty or musty. Sofa and microwave good. Bed comfy and clean.Staff at check-in and check out was very nice. ( male) Very quiet place .Close to has station and food places are a short drive. 18 mins to Point Pelee National Park.Free breakfast is helpful.

Tv is outdated. Location is next to a factory. Washroom tub plumbing needs upgrade. Some towels need to be changed/ retired. Breakfast is basic. No elevator. We were accomodated with manual service lift which helped. Overpriced mini mart items.

Location was convenient with restaurant options and gas stations in the immediate area. Rooms were clean, specially the newly renovated Efficiency Family Room we used. Evening staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.

There was no accessibility feature in the room for seniors and very limited amenities available to use in lieu. No support bar or stool to help with using the tub, etc. Daytime front desk staff could only care less.

While there was nothing particularly interesting about the Inn, our room was very comfortable: lots of space for luggage and toiletries, plenty of hooks and towel racks in the bathroom, good bedding. They obviously try hard to make your stay pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was nice, clean and comfy

The added $4 a night and then charged us again for it. The breakfast was a disaster. We were down to eat at 8:30 and there were at least 12 other people there. No bread, no eggs, no waffle batter for the kids, and at least 2 cereal containers were empty. The front staff had to come to fill these and the eggs were never remade. Then when you wanted to check out, the front staff is working in the dining room and gone for long periods. We would not come back due to these things. Hire more staff and make sure breakfast items are stocked. Not everyone has the time to wait around to see if these things are going to be refilled.

I stayed at the Days Inn Leamington for three months, and by the time I left, it honestly felt like home. The staff treated me like family from day one—they were always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. The hotel was consistently spotless, and you could tell they took pride in keeping everything clean. One of my favorite things was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and I looked forward to a great night's sleep every night. I can't thank the team enough for making such a long stay such a positive experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Leamington.

breakfast warm tray is less than optimal.

Very rude staff work at this location, especially the general manager Anu Jain who has no business serving customers with the kind of attitude. They try to sneakily charge a $2 per night fee undisclosed at the time of booking. As a brand under Wyndham, an American chain, which also markets to US consumers, such junk fees are not allowed since 2025. Report them to Wyndham corporate if you encounter this practice. Their breakfast options are extremely limited with little replenishment, incredibly bad even by motel standards. They do not offer any daily housekeeping at all (yet they try to charge you a per night junk fee?). There was absolutely zero acknowledgment of my Wyndham Diamond status at check-in, let alone the standard welcome gifts. Stay far far away from this location, it's so much worse than most other Days Inns.

The hotel itself was lovely. It looked very clean, but the floors in our room were very very dirty. Other than that, it was awesome. The staff was wonderful. The facilities were great.

The staff were very nice, but it seemed like 2 ladies were looking after the whole hotel.

The rooms are only cleaned if you are there for 3 days, given the cost of the hotel, I would have expected to have it cleaned daily, at least the garbage dumped and sheets changed. It would not have been so bad, except the room was damp so all the bedding was damp.

Immaculately clean, spacious, modern room. Comfy beds and pillows. Great climate control. Fridge and microwave in the room. Easy check in/out. Helpful, pleasant staff.

Being British, we would have preferred tea, (with real milk rather than powdered creamer) rather than coffee in the room. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, but no lotion. Having said this, I bet they would have provided such, if I had asked. Didn't find a restaurant in (seniors) walking distance, so we ordered Pizza for delivery. Ha! Wasn't driving after all the wine we drank!

A well located hotel in moderate proximity to Leamington Ferry , and Point Pelee. Rooms are newly refurbished but mattress way too soft as we prefer firm and not saggy. Great reception upon arrival

Clean, quiet hotel with friendly caring enthusiastic staff!! Anu and her team strive for homey excellence and do achieve that in spades. During our stay there was a tornado watch. Anu called us to be sure to know to get to safety, once back in the hotel, we were offered a hot drink! Then a group caught in the sudden downpour needed a place to take refuge, she opened her hotel to them and provided for their needs. Any sets the gold standard for hospitality!

We were quite surprised, the place was so clean, the pool, the rooms, the breakfast was excellent, the girl on the front desk was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and tourist information. We will gladly go back to this far above average Days Inn I wish they all were like this one

This is a well kept hotel. Not especially fancy but with large rooms and a decent breakfast. The staff were helpful.

The tub was slippery when taking a shower - a bath mat would have been nice.

There could be a better choice of hot breakfasts. The scrambled eggs were terrible (made from powdered eggs?) We had to request a mat for the floor of the shower. Without one, the shower was lethal - very slippery and no grab bars!

The staff was great at refilling the breakfast station. We went in at 8:30am and they were able to supply us with more food which was a plus. The breakfast room was clean and well kept.

Our room was just renovated. The hotel is undergoing improvements which is great. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Anu at the front desk was wonderful. Friendly, efficient, and offered suggestions for restaurants and things to do.

The breakfast was not wonderful. The coffee was not very good, the bananas were green. There were apples, oranges, waffles, toast, oatmeal, orange juice, eggs.

Breakfast hours were only 6-9 am, should be till 10 at least. The tap in our tub was coming apart from the wall, and the tub drained VERY slowly

We had a great time. ANU helped us to find wonderful restaurants. She made us feel welcome and helped us to make a reservation for additional date. The hotel was very clean and our beds so comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

We had a wonderful stay at the Days Inn Leamington, Ontario. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless and very well maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool area was a real highlight—bright, clean, and inviting. The water was crystal clear, and the added touch of Muskoka chairs and readily available towels made it feel extra welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Breakfast was simple but exactly what you’d want to start the day. The breakfast area was consistently clean and well stocked, with everything refreshed regularly. What truly made our stay exceptional was Anu at the front desk. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and went above and beyond throughout our visit. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Her genuine friendliness and enthusiasm stood out—honestly, one of the most personable and helpful hotel staff members we’ve ever encountered. It’s clear she truly loves what she does. The breakfast was the worst part of our stay. The bread was beyond stale, the waffle machine didn't work, and breakfast shut down at 9am.

Everything i was very Satisfied with my stay and i will be returning lot of stuff for kids to do the room are clean and the breakfast was so yummy we will be going back in July to get to have some More fun

Everything was great. The bed was so comfortable, the people and staff are so nice. This one staff Anu helped me the one night I stayed. I wasn't feeling to well and she feed me food, gave me a blanket and I really appreciate her since I was able to get sleep, the breakfast was also so delicious, the shower was great since the water was sooo hot. I would for sure come back here I enjoyed it so much.

Stayin here was amazing experience, rooms big, nice and clean. Staff is very friendly, ready to help you with everything and organise anything that you need. We'll be coming here again for sure.

We arrived for work and chose this hotel. Everything we saw online, from the rooms to the entire hotel, is even better in reality. An exceptional experience. The hotel is like new. The staff is friendly and always available for any help or assistance. We fill like in home. Highly recommend it.

We were in a room near front desk and could hear loud talking til past 11 pm and a very loud cart moving in the hall.

All were perfectly setup as one desires during a family vacation. I went with my spouse, and 2 kids - one 8yrs old, and the other 1yr old. I took a king room and it had all amenities. I also took a crib for my 1yr and it was provided immediately upon arrival. At the reception, there was a lady - Anu (Aunty) - expectedly as old as my mom - thus calling "Aunty". She was so welcoming, and loved my children. She suggested us few places like "Dairy Freez" - an ice-cream parlour for my daughter, "Colasanti's Tropical Gardens" for variety of plants and most importantly freshly made Cinnamon Sugar Donuts in their restaurant. Overall, I would surely come back again and stay in the same hotel.

The staff was friendly and acommodating. The location was great, it was close to the grocery, restaurant and lakeside. Food prices in the area wasn't expensive.

Unfortunately the toilet in our room didn't work well. There was an issue with the flush. They also don't do in service cleaning until every 3 days.

Convenient to the place we are visiting, room is great and clean. Breakfast choices is not that great.

It could have been better if their is someone/staff sitting permanently in the front.

Friendly staff. The property and my room were clean and I felt safe. Good location and close to town.

I was charged $250 hold on my credit card. I thought it would be removed in 3-5 days. After calling the hotel was reminded that since I live in the US, a 15 day hold was enforced. Additionally, I had to pay $2 cash but not sure what that covered.

I hit a deer on my way to Point Pelee National Park. I got a ride to the Days Inn Leamington as my vehicle is damaged the manager upgraded my room helped me with my luggage gave me a hug. I have stayed here 3 times before and the facility is clean and comfortable and the staff are warm and friendly. I was in a bit of shock and I spent my day relaxing and drinking the complementary team. Used the fitness facility and had a sauna and a dip in the pool. I highly recommend staying here

I am giving this place 2 stars based on the fact it was $300/night…this is a $150/night at best. The rooms are okay, shower head didn’t work, no tv options, pay per use pool table, very tiny pool, hot tub was out of order, breakfast was weak (instant eggs) and the hotel needs major updating. Staff were friendly. All this is acceptable for $150, but definitely not $300 a night.

The continental breakfast had lots of variety to pick from and I really like it when places have this service.

I was a bit bummed that the pool was closed for maintenance. It was on the website, but I had booked a while back & picked the place partly for the pool. But, all good, nothing they could change, these things happen.

Great hotel in Leamington! Staff were so friendly and eager to help out if we had any issues. Room was modern and clean, water pressure was out of this world!! Had a great nights sleep! Didn't get a chance to use, but the pool looked so inviting! They have a little bar with a pool table for some evening entertainment. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!

The breakfast food was lacking. The scrambled eggs were dry and flavorless and one container of milk was spoiled. There was a variety of juice choices and fruit and yogurt and dry cereal and waffles that were fine.

Breakfast was so basic, no sausages, no hot tub as advertised, service fee for what? It was basic.

Close to all shopping and restaurants. Very clean. breakfast was great. Liked that there was coffee in the lobby all the time.

Everything was great. No complaints. Price per night could have been cheaper for us seniors.

Courteous staff, clean room , soft beds. Whats not to like? My only complaint is the pillows were too hard for our liking.
