Super hôtel

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était confortable et propre, le personnel accueillant et le petit-déjeuner très appréciable. L’emplacement était également pratique, notamment avec les commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour et n’avons pas de remarque particulière à signaler.

The location was right by the highway which we liked since we were heading to the Maritimes on holiday.

No elevator so we had to cart our bags up stairs to get to our room.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast hot and wonderful. Great selection! They also have washers and dryers you can use if needed which is very helpful. I loved how easy the hotel was to find and very near a Costco with a gas station.

There is no elevator in this hotel so if you have mobility issues ask for a ground floor room.

We stayed here with our dogs and appreciated the convenient location and clean room. Breakfast was good, and for the price, the hotel offered very good value. Nothing was especially remarkable, but it was a comfortable and easy stop.

We didn’t find anything we particularly disliked. Everything met expectations for a short stay, and there were no issues worth noting.

The rooms were spotless, the sheets smelled great, the mattress was firm and the breakfast was fantastic. The employee at check-in was very helpful.

The hallways and breakfast room were very warm and the doors make a loud noise when closing which is unfortunate.

La personne à la réception n'était pas vraiment accueillante. Le climatiseur dans l'une des chambres était défectueux donc il nous ont changé de chambre et dans cette autre chambre, c'est le téléviseur qui ne fonctionnait pas.

I left a bag in my room with very important items and documents in it. Staff went above and beyond to confirm that it was there and they kept it in a safe place for me until I could return to pick it up.

The location right off the highway was convenient. Close to restaurants for dinner.

The mini fridge froze all of our food and so it had to be thrown out. The rooms were fairly outdated and so it didn’t feel overly clean.

Agréable hôtel , très bon accueil par une jeune fille très sympathique. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. ( micro-ondes…) À l’accueil thé café jus de fruit à disposition et eau au citron très agréable avec la chaleur . Nombreux restaurants et magasins proches ainsi que grands axes routiers .

L’espace pour le petit déjeuner pas très grand. Les plats salés du petit déjeuner n’était pas satisfaisant. Les poignets de porte ne permettent pas de fermer la porte sans la claquer . Alors quand de nombreux voisins se lèvent à 5h du matin et claquent les portent , les nuits sont courtes.

When we arrived to our room we found the room unlocked which was not good. Door was propt open. Registration was very slow. Need more than one on desk if she is going to be so slow. Also not one glass in the room. You have a coffee pot there, what do you expect visitors to pour the coffee/tea into? We wanted to have a drink once we arrived only to find no glasses. The desk clerk said we don’t do glasses anymore just the paper ones they had in lobby so we took two to our room. Not impressed!

Motel correcto de carretera. Habitación amplia y lugar muy silencioso y tranquilo. Lo recomiendo.

I was pleasantly surprised! Check in was quick and the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was accessible. Close to restaurants.

The bathroom is a little tight (but clean!). The breakfast area is very nice but the food was only average.

La personne à la réception à notre arrivée, un peu froide. Les chambres sont due pour une mise à jour. Assez désuet et le tapis encore présent dans la chambre.

Nous sommes allés à Drummondville pour assister à un spectacle à la Maison des arts Desjardins Drummondville. Nous avons commencé notre journée pour une bonne promenade en ski de fond au centre de ski Saint-François. Avant le spectacle, nous avons soupé à l’excellent restaurant ''À la Bonne Vôtre'', où nous avons très bien mangé dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Une belle soirée, du début à la fin. Lors de mon séjour au Comfort Inn à Drummondville, j’ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité globale de l’expérience. L’hôtel allie propreté, confort et service attentif, ce qui en fait un excellent choix, que ce soit pour un court arrêt ou un séjour plus long. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien entretenues et très propres, ce qui contribue à un bon repos après une journée de voyage ou de visites. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le déjeuner inclus, varié et savoureux , parfait pour bien commencer la journée avant de reprendre la route ou explorer Drummondville. Dimanche matin, nous avons parcouru la promenade Rivia, sur les bords de la rivière Saint-François. L’emplacement est également un atout : l’hôtel est facilement accessible depuis l’autoroute 20, ce qui le rend idéal pour les voyageurs en transit, tout en étant à proximité de restaurants et de services locaux. En résumé, ce Comfort Inn offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, avec tous les éléments essentiels pour un séjour confortable et sans souci — je le recommande sans hésiter à toute personne cherchant une hôtellerie fiable et conviviale à Drummondville.

Insonorisation insuffisante (bruits du corridor et des chambres voisines). Mobilier et installations un peu vieillissants. Déjeuner inclus avec choix limité. Salle à manger trop achalandée aux heures de pointe. Accueil correct, mais peu chaleureux ou personnalisé.

The TV kept on stalling. It was annoying to watch, to the point that i just had to turn it off an watch things on my phone instead.

C'était propre et beau. L'accès par la porte patio avec stationnement devant celle-ci était pratique. Grand stationnement tranquille.

Le déjeuner était extrêmement mauvais. Les viennoiseries ne méritent même pas ce nom. Les gaufres étaient très mauvaise aussi. Et svp réparez la porte d'entrée extérieur près de la réception, ou mettez une indication qu'elle ne fonctionne que pour la sortie. Celle-ci est brisée pour entrer, et ce n'est pas les mains pleines à essayer de faire fonctionner notre carte sur la machine que c'est le moment de s'en rendre compte (pour ensuite aller confirmer à la réception que le mécanisme est brisé pour entrer).

Il n'ya pas d'ascenseur. Quand j'ai effectué ma reservation, il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible au premier étage. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le 24 décembre, il y avait des chambres de disponibles mais pas pour les sites de réservations. Je souffre de MPOC.

Personnel très serviable, très attentionné. Parfaitement situé sur le bord de l'autoroute. Très calme et silencieux.

on est descendu a 9:15 pour déjeuner .. saucisses dures, petites patates trop secs , manquait oeufs brouillés Une chance qui avait yogourt et muffins .. café moyen ...
