Pas grand choses à aimer la!

L’accueil, la dame etais désagréable, pour la chambre pas le droit d’avoir le foyer car ont est pas dans la saison selon la préposée, propreté douteuse, jamais été en mesure d’avoir le wi-fi, les équipements étaient tous brisés, que ce soit le bain avec ses robinets mal fixé, les jet du bain qui ne fonctionne pas à moitiés, l’évier qui fuit à sol, la douche qui ne fait que crachoter, la porte du sauna qui tien au tape à peinture, la peinture au plafond qui décolle, les cuisinier qui crie comme des perdue en tapochant comme des cave dans les murs à 4h du matin empêchant d’avoir la quiétude à laquelle ont aurait été en droit de s’attendre à ce prix. Extrêmement désagréable et déçu.

Le petit réfrigérateur bien pratique, mais il était instable. Je l’ai signalé à la réception, et on m’a dit que cela serait réparé.

J’ai demandé d’avoir un lit d’appoint, nous l’avons jamais eu, le matin aucun personnel à la réception pour remettre nos cartes de chambre.

Excellent breakfast and quiet diningroom, Murel went out of her way to give us the best service possible.

There was a guy who was a little short with us and would not help us to get a ground level room, we are both handicapped seniors and he said if you don't like it there is the door, I think his name was Allian Parent, not sure.

Foyer non fonctionnel, bain tourbillon brisé et très sale. Plancher sale avec de longs cheveux noirs au sol. Éclairage déficiant. Déjeuner continental très de base. Avais réservé pour 2 nuits mais suis parti après la première nuit. Personnel qui se fout totalement de problèmes. Vous devriez cesser d'offrir cet endroit sur votre site.

The key did not work. Got different key card still did not work. The staff got me in & asked me not to go out until I checked out next morning. The staff lady said the key pass lock on door was worn out. The guy in next room said had same problem the day before also. The staffer was pleasant trying to get door open. Good location near highway. Liked being booked on ground floor with easy access to car parking in front of our unit door. Liked modern laminate wood floor in unit instead of carpeting often found in motels. Good lighting in room. Water was nice and hot in shower and in separate sink area outside the bathroom. Tub/Shower did have a grab bar to facilitate use. Pleasantly surprised having a continental breakfast included in room pricing, with an assortment of items (cereal, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee, apples/ oranges/ bananas). We liked that there were 2 tub chairs and a small coffee table in the room besides a desk/chair. We appreciated the extra pillow stored in the drawer, but would've liked a blanket too across foot of bed, for late afternoon nap option. Heat pump/AC option worked well.

Our unit had a window with a large crack in it, so not the most secure impression on arrival. Mini fridge was frosted with heavy ice and smaller than many others encountered in motels. There were only 3 hangers and as a couple we could have used twice that. Though the bed was an acceptable height for getting into (which I appreciated with mobility issues), it was totally uncomfortable for us, with/without back problems. (I ended up sleeping half of the night sitting up in a tub chair to try to correct pain inflicted by hard bed). Bathroom had very small floor area with a door that didn't shut properly and a super-low toilet without a grab bar to facilitate getting up. Low bathtub/shower had dirty tile grout lines that needed cleaning, as did some of the floor perimeter & corners! The TV had a super small screen size that was difficult to view from seating area. More English-speaking stations would have been a nice option (especially for sports like MLB that was airing).

Nous avions réservé avec avec un lit d'appoint pour un enfant (5 ans) et l'établissement n'a pus nous en fournir prétextant qu'il n'avait pas été informé parce que la réservation avait été faite en ligne avec Booking.com. Les zones non fumeurs ne sont pas respectées.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly.

I felt that it was not very clean. The quilt or comforter whatever it was looked very old. If that was changed at the very least to something newer, I probably would have felt better sleeping in it, but it felt like it was 50 years old. It also did not feel very clean in the room. I paid a bit more for the room than the basic room and I did not get much for it.

It needs a lot of work. Rusty showers, dirty floors, sketchy sheets, and blankets. Did not feel clean.

The rooms are generally very run down. Old dated furniture, lack of proper lighting. The rooms were not very clean, the floors were gritty and needed to be washed. The whole place is depressing. We had it booked on both ends of our trip for a one night stop over. Had it not been too late to cancel the second night I would have. Loose wires hanging out of the ceiling in the reception area, junk littered what i can only assume was part of the dining area, we were not about to eat breakfast there. The one woman who worked the front desk was very unpleasant to deal with. So the whole stay started off poorly both times.

Got 2 rooms, both Rooms seemed dirty, carpets were severely stained including the floor mat after entering rooms, bathrooms small, no shampoo, Conditioner or body wash. It was located in the shower on the wall but broken and nothing in it in both rooms, 2 towels for 3 people, double bed for 3 people. Rooms were musty smelling. Room 116 the air conditioner wasn't working properly and was leaking. The tub floors were extremely slippery.

Mona Lisa Suite. Room bad odor, was masked by heavy cleaning chemicals odor. Dirty floor and spider web in corners. Dark even in daytime. No screen on window. No fridge. No door on toilet room. Furniture from the 70's. Trim off baseboard. Will not be exposed to this again.

When we checked in, the attendant looked at the booking, gave us a look and sent us on our way to our room. Upon opening the door, we were given a room completely different than what we booked (booked months in advance). One double bed for three people. When I went back to check in with front desk. They told me they didn’t have any other rooms available. I inquired about the price difference between what I had originally booked, and the room I got, was told it’s the same (was in fact not the same but a 70.00 difference). Was told they could bring a cot up. The cot that was given to us didn’t lay flat, and the middle sunk into a V. The trim was falling off the door frames in our bathroom and the closet door had a huge crack. When addressed with Booking.com, hotel tried to say that I was lying, and then their story changed to yes that happened, and was told that the manager would need to respond to booking.com to address this situation. The manager never responded to booking.com. Would never recommend to another person.

Rooms and furnishings were very tired. Window to our unit had a large crack in it. Some mold in the bathroom around the tub and tiles. The promised free breakfast was a disappointment. A selection of cold cereals, some apples, and some yogurt. Would have appreciated some scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage like most other hotel/motels seem to provide. No kettle to boil water. Microwave was on the verge of a complete malfunction. Kept turning itself off and on. No one No one at the front desk to ask for help, though it was only 6:30.

Senteur de fumée de cigarette en fond d'air malgré un parfum pour tenter de la masquer. Saleté ou manque d'entretient de la salle de bain. Vitre de la fenêtre brisée. Mixture électrique brisée et fil de branchement de cellulaire oublié par un client qui pendouille après ... etc.

L'accueil à la réception et le petit déjeuner du matin étaient parfaits! L'air climatisé a été fort apprécié, d'autant plus que ça camouflait les bruits extérieurs.

Nous n'avons pas aimé la très mini salle de bain et le lavabo à l'extérieur de la salle de bain. Les rideaux de la chambre mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

The motel was so dirty we would not have eaten there. The glasses in the room still had wine in them. We could write our names on the furniture, blinds didn’t close, window was broken, hairs in the tubs. We were told that we couldn’t have a refund. We were willing to lose the money and go elsewhere but everything around there was booked and we had been on the roads 9 hours already. The reason we stayed is that we were driving back from the cottage and had a mattress cover and our own bedding. We disinfected what we used. Obviously you don’t research the properties you book for. We will certainly not use this site again or tell anyone to use it either. Very disappointed
