Provider-sourced guest reviews.
i was cold in the room and when i tried to turn the dial up it went to 28 degrees then fell every time to 25, obviously a pre-set application, when i complained i received a condescending answer from the hotel, sarcastic and dismissive. i had to out a towel on top of the quilt and was cold through the night
Always enjoy my stay here while traveling the area on business. Comfortable, clean and safe. Not had a chance to use facilitates but have viewed them and they look really good. I'll get to it some day seems a waste not to take advantage
Nothing comes to mind. not experienced the food or bar yest to be honest as I'm in the area on business so days are long.
Location and restaurant/bar
The room was shocking, like something from 1980!! Aircon kept cutting out
It was close to where I needed to be for a close friends funeral The staff at breakfast were incredibly helpful and got my breakfast for me as I was using a walker
I cut my arm on a sharp lock on the bathroom door The accessible bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom When I couldn’t get a taxi due to signal at 11pm I called the hotel to ask them to book me a taxi back to the hotel, they just said NO! I think it was definitely overpriced.
Clean and Tidy
Bar drinks expensive
Its our second visit and we love the room location at the back so we can park right outside and also being able to bring our dog and toddler and all stay in the same room. Staff are so sweet to us wherever we meet them - cleaning staff, bar staff are all nice. We love the grounds and access to the pool and spa facilities which really enhance the stay for us. The terrace is also a nice place for us to sit out and eat with the whole family including the dog.
On our first night someone in a room above was being violently sick all night - it was horrendous to listen to - not sure its something that you can do anything about but thought you should know. The restaurant food is pretty average but still pricey and not enough choice on the children's menu (no pizza or pasta?) wouldn't choose to eat there unless it was really convenient which it was the first night.
Location
Room was so hot, no aircon or fan, dated bathroom Bed small and ancomfortable Miles to walk from room Wifi didnt work, not ideal when we were there for business
Really beautiful and clean hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful at the hotel and the restaurant.
Room was shabby, all fixtures were broken (sink, shower, bedside lights, blood on curtains etc). Bed uncomfortable. Food and drink outrageously expensive and poor quality with small portions.
Friendly staff
A little dated and my room was quite far from the reception area
Location
My dinner was a very small portion served up in a bowl. The milk in the room was off. Quite noisy with doors banging etc. Staff quite rude.
Entrance plush and rooms clean
Not as expected. Poor light in room. Only lamps. Fridge not working (had a light but not cold). Lock on bathroom broken. TV remove - broken. Reception argued about giving extra sugar and coffee pods. Not what you expect from a 4/5 star hotel
Everything such a beautiful hotel and the location was perfect
Everything was great
Very clean and well presented
Felt the food choice was a bit minimal and very very expensive
The hotel reception, bar, decor and furnishings.
The hallways were a little tired.
I liked the amount of amenities to inclide the pools, hot tub and lobby areas plus the bar and restaurants.
The amount of stairs without ramps and no one to help you with luggage (I am 74 and was worn out hauling my bags and golf clubs to my room). Also I found it strange there were NO PHONES in the rooms to call the front desk.
I didn't get to avail of breakfast because I was gone early both mornings but the setup did look good. The staff were nice and welcoming! The spa looked great but again I didn't have time to avail of this, open quite early until late though which was a plus but my schedule didn't allow me the enjoyment of it.
The bathroom was quite small, so much so I could barley fit on the toilet as it was crammed between the shower/bath and the walk beside the sink area. The F&B staff didn't come near me for 5-10 minutes when I sat in the bar/restaurant so I decided to go elsewhere for lunch.
Great location
Room was a little dated
Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately my daughter cut her finger quite badly on the glass edge of a unit, which was eventually removed but nothing else was done. Did at least expect a call from a manager but nothing until I requested to see one.
No action was taken in regard to the incident
Location and restaurant - both dinner and breakfast were good quality food. Staff were very friendly.
Room was a long way from reception, which was tough being pregnant and also having a toddler. Bed was super soft. AC seemed to turn off at night and temperature of shower was very intermittent and kept going cold.
Hotel is tired rooms need a good clean and make over
Spa
Very good value for money Nice room, super swimming pool. Very good dining
The swimming pool.
The room was very dusty and the room light was very dim. No blinds or net on the window. So we had to keep the curtains closed otherwise you can see everything
Was lovely old hotel , communal areas and grounds were nice , bathroom was nice
The rooms are a bit tired , corridors not great
Front desk staff were accommodating
Old, pool indoor cold, not clean
Extensive gym. Polite, friendly staff. Fantastic food. Comfortable bed.
Wifi could have been better.
The neat room
No biscuit in the deluxe room
Great location lovely spa and staff great breakfast would recommend
More of a drink selection in the spa would have been nice apart from water and hot drinks smoothies etc
The swimming pool and sauna was a particular highlight. There were a few steam rooms rather than just the one, and each one was a little different with different smells and temperature and lighting. There was even an ice room which was amazing. We took a uber to Sunnydale for dinner which was a real highlight, a lovely little town.
I upgraded to get a bit more luxury but the room was pretty standard to be honest. Its a lovely setting but quite a basic offering. Useful for travelling through but not a destination venue.
Room was dated and very tight .
The location and the parking
The room we were in was vary dated decor and the room was very small very little space.
Breakfast not included and expensive so only paid for one day - should have been included for £100 per night room.
Room was as far from reception as possible. Hydro pool out of order for the 4 days I was there.
Spa facilities are great Good breakfast! Amazing location!
Historic with character as well as modern facilities. Excellent food.

Very large and clean rooms. Lovely pool and bar areas. Children’s breakfast was free.
Signage to lifts was poor, pillows were not comfortable and some maintenance required on the rooms.
I had a fantastic time at the leisure club members Sip and Paint evening. Claire and Lisa organised a wonderful evening and they were so kind.
Perfect location for where we wanted to be. The staff were excellent and the whole experience was relaxed with meals and drinks.
Bathroom was in need of a little bit of TLC. Only thing that really let the hotel down.
Ascot side. The facial with Maria was amazing. Such a soft touch. Will return.
The setting of the hotel was lovely
Disappointing stay overall so left one day early. Outdoor jacuzzi not working. Pool crowded with noisy families. No cushions on sun loungers outside. Mean penny pinching in spa so wanted £1 to put coffee in from their machine! Not fitting when paid for 3 day spa break. Wouldn't give gown or slippers in spa on day one. Had to walk back to room through reception in a towel. Room was adequate but noisy due to being near road. Breakfast was cold and sub-standard with rock hard veggie sausage and packet mix scrambled eggs. Shame because place has potential- nice old building and some of staff nice.. I think this is a 3 star hotel doing the minimum to qualify for 4 stars
Great Spa Day at The Berystede Spa! Fantastic massage from Tania who I would 100% recommend booking a treatment with. Probably the best massage I have ever had! 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!
Spa had broken steam room....broken ,hydro pool..... broken sauna. All the things you need for a soap break broken
Good spa and downstairs space , gated parking
Tired and dated rooms . Our lights fused and it took a while to actually find a member of staff .
Clean and tidy
Rooms too basic for the price.
It was well located
Although it claimed to be accessible, -we had a somewhat embarrassing wait for the portable ramps to be placed at the front steps. The lighting along the bedroom corridors were movement sensors but went off too quickly. I had phoned ahead to book a dinner table- but when we arrived at the restaurant, - no booking had been registered. At dinner, we were having white wine, we were brought huge red wine goblets. They took an age to take our order, which took a long time to come. We arrived at 7.15 but only had our food at 8.30pm. The swimming pool is not accessible (even though they claimed there was a hoist) only ladder entrance. The plug hole in the bathroom wouldn’t stay down. No water in rooms.
Lovely grounds outside, nice pool. Friendly staff & comfortable rooms.
Our superior room had no air conditioning for the whole of our stay. Nor did the hallway outside. Despite 2 bedside tables only 1 bed sidelamp. Despite a fridge in the room it did not work. Other members of our party also had sporadic air con. When I asked at reception could someone come and switch on our air-con, it being Thursday afternoon, was told maintenance had gone home and wouldn't be back until Monday. When asked how our stay went and I mentioned the lack of air-con, parts of the pool being closed for the whole of our stay, the reply was that it was going to cost millions to resolve all these issues, but that was in the future and we were still paying the full price as if all these things had been available to us. The Restaurant, despite pre-booking 2 tables of 8, did not have enough food available from their menu to feed us. So we sat down at 8pm and the meals we could order started to turn up at 9.30pm Some meals were missing side orders and some family members with children found that the Hotel could not offer the most basic of childrens (young adolescent) meals so had to go out into the town to feed their family. One person ordered a super foods salad and was presented with a plateful of Barley? Breakfast was great but no Marmalade?
It was lovely girls in the restaurant were goo
man on reception was rude and unwelcoming disappointed at the Hydro Pool was not working either rooms need to be cleaned a little bit better
My friend and I have just had a great 2 night stay. We had booked a spa break which included a 50 min treatment ( or two 25 min treatment), bed and breakfast, dinner on the first night and a sparkling afternoon tea. This all proved really good value for money. Our room was just what we needed, it was clean and had the usual facilties needed such as hairdryer and a safe. A big plus is our room had a little air-conditioning unit which was ideal at night time. We were also left a complimentary bottle prosecco which was great to find. The spa and pool area was lovely, with great features such as the thermal loungers. Only disappointment was that the hydro pool was shut. The meal and breakfasts were very yummy and of good quality. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the first night was short staffed so the service was a bit slow but the staff were very apologetic about this. My friend and I had a great stay and we would definitely return.
I bought myself a morning spa break at The Berystede for my birthday today, which included a facial and a 2. course lunch. I’d seen the note about bringing your own plastic coffee cup, so I did. The pros: Spa staff were all lovely. My beauty therapist Davina was really good, very welcoming and gave one of the best facials I’ve had, even though it was only 25 mins. Thank you! Pool is a good size, I did some laps. Robes are nice and thick. Towels and slippers also provided. Bring your own travel coffee cup for a hot drink. Thermal suite was good, I used the sauna, salt room and heated stone lounger. Lunch was very nice and restaurant staff friendly. The cons: Both the jacuzzi and hydra pool were out of action. The coffee machine wasn’t working, said the tray needed emptying. I asked the young receptionist but she didn’t know what to do. Another guest found the tray and we emptied it! On arrival, I didn’t know where to go so went to the main receptionist who could barely stop looking at her computer screen to bother to talk to me. She didn’t welcome me and just said the spa was downstairs. When I left, very relaxed and happy, I drove towards the main gates expecting they’d open. They didn’t. I saw a sign about a code so I got out, rang the intercom bell. No answer after several presses. I asked a man with a lanyard, he said reception give you the code. So I reversed down a slight hill back to a space and went all the way back in to the same receptionist. Again, seemed too busy to talk but she just told me the code. I repeated it to be sure and said why didn’t anyone tell me? Spa should have told you she barked. Well they didn’t, I don’t know why. I’ve never been before! I then mentioned that she had not been welcoming when I arrived and wasn’t very friendly now. We’re very busy here, she said! There was no one else at her desk both times I spoke to her. I said you’ve actually ruined my session, and it happens to be my birthday. She didn’t apologise, or make any friendly comments and quite frankly she needs some training in customer service. I don’t know why the spa staff didn’t tell me about a code, and how would I know to ask?? Overall I enjoyed my morning and especially the facial. But I won’t go back.
I booked a two night stay with my daughter and chose this hotel because of its pool and spa. The Berystede exceeded my expectations. Although the room selected was in the annexe (Conference Centre and far away from Reception) the room was very spacious, had aircon! and the bathroom was magnificently clean. Well done housekeeping. The pool and spa area did not disappoint. The outdoor hydro was out of use on my second morning, so although slightly disappointed I did extra lengths before undoing my good work over a delicious breakfast in the Restaurant. My only minor criticism is that the evening dinner vegetarian/vegan selection was not great as several items were off the menu the first night. The fish and chips we chose instead was delicious though. We didnt eat there on our second night so L do not know if that issue was due to supply issues e.g. too many guests choosing those options and resolved by the next day. Overall I highly recommend the Berystede, the staff and the facilities! Thank you.
Beautiful gardens and lovely spa
Nothing
Very clean and tidy
Nothing
Location, electrical charging facilities and plenty of parking. Rooms spacious. Restaurant and bar were lively and food was nice
Rooms are a bit dated
Stunning property for a very reasonable price. Beautiful grounds, buildings and facilities.
Slow service even in the quiet periods.
Nice old fashioned historic hotel lovely grounds (although the public can walk through them )staff were friendly had to pay to upgrade as our initial room was tiny very cramped but the new room was lovely and big restaurant and bar quite pricey ! Also 12.5% service charge added to restaurant bill !! No complimentary water in the room had to purchase a bottle for £5 at the bar !! The spa is looking tired and the pool tiles and surrounding walk areas need a good clean and some of the showers and sauna rooms were out of order children are allowed in the pool too and it can be very noisy and packed especially on a Monday so not chilled and relaxing the spa reception staff are more interested in chatting to each other rather than explaining how the spa and facilities work ie you have to pay for a cup to get a free tea/coffee ??also certain allowance for robes and The rubbish bin was always overflowing too but on a plus the actual treatments we had were very good (back massage ) Overall the hotel has an elegant decadent feel to it but the spa needs a bit of an upgrade the food in the restaurant was delicious especially our evening meal We had a spa overnight dinner pkg which was quite reasonably priced
The restaurant, staff & swimming pool were very good
The breakfast was awful. I would even say the worst I’ve ever had
It’s an amazing place to stay! The swimming pool was okay.
The hours for the children is very inconvenient and no much to do for them.
The positives: - good location - kids loved the pool - staff are pretty friendly The negatives: - our room was very outdated and in desperate need of modernising. Nothing like the pictures - don't use the onsite restaurant. Very expensive, service is fine, food very average .
Helpful and friendly staff, Close to the location, Lovely grounds
Location was great to nearby wedding venues
Only 1 bath towel in room for 2 guests, very limited plug sockets with 1 French plug, very dark corridors and slightly uneven floor which I tripped on, room next door had dogs staying and they barked all night…
Delicious food on the restaurant. Service amazing. Would highly recommend it here. Made us raspberry daiquiri which wasn’t in the menu. Absolutely spot on
The spa, the room and the surroundings.
The food wasn't great, as there was one vegan option and I didn't like it – breakfast was basic too.
Stayed overnight in the hotel in a single room which was much more spacious than I thought it would be and had a bath in the bathroom which was very welcome. Bit noisy from being next to busy road and being on the main corridor from reception but nothing earplugs wouldn't fix. Breakfast was decent buffet, shame you have to pay for a decent coffee though given the price of the hotel and the breakfast itself. Had an 85 min deep tissue massage in the spa with Tania who was absolutely incredible, 10/10 would recommend. Left feeling super relaxed and unwound. The spa was really nice too with lovely thermal suite and you can sit outside in the sun like you're on holiday in the lovely grounds by the Jacuzzi. Would definitely come back here!
It was a good stop gap for my birthday party at my friends club near Windsor.
The stuff needs a reset they have been working there too long a noticed a few of them who have been working there since the pandemic, a bit tried too to leave and find new pastures guys and one lady.
Amazing location! Trees, quiet (even being quite busy and full) easy parking. Staff and cleaners brilliant. The unlimited access to the spa and pool and saunas is outstanding!
Nothing
Didn’t £140 room was disgusting
Room also air con was rubbish
Lovely hotel. Staff all pleasant. Perfect location for what we wanted. Food was very nice too. Easy parking. Issues with people reserving sunbeds and for people not even there. And swimmers unable to read a sign saying swim clockwise. Some prices a bit steep and was disappointed with upgrade room as description was for a turret room overlooking gardens or countryside. We had a room that was not in the turret and overlooked a road where cars and bikes did there best to exceed a 40 mph speed limit. Overall it was a lovely experience.
First of all I’m a member of Macdonalds hotels. We dated here for a wedding and had a “Discount” so paid over £200 for the Saturday night traveled from Wales on the day and they said they would try to get us in early so we could change which they did. We stayed in a standard room, this was booked a year previously. We had also booked the Sunday night separately (£84.60) same room. To say we didn’t think it was worthy of 4 stars is an understatement if you wanted to keep the window open you had to put the curtain in the gap to keep it open. Only 1 bedside cabinet so 1 light and room switch on same side as no room on other side for table! Awful if 1 wants to read and other doesn’t! Or if you want to get out in middle of night! Wine stains on carpet Couldn’t complain when seen it as didn’t have that much time to change for wedding and was told they were full because of previous week. Food was lovely and so was breakfast. Didn’t get any upgrade for being member either.
I have stayed at the Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa on numerous occasions now, and there is a reason I continue to return. It has become somewhere I know I can come to properly switch off, relax and recharge, and the warmth of the people here makes every visit feel special. The customer service has consistently been excellent. From the moment I arrive, I am always made to feel genuinely welcome rather than simply another hotel guest. A particular thank you has to go to Emily, who is an absolute credit to the hotel. She always greets me with such warmth and a smile, remembers me from previous visits, and goes out of her way to make sure I am looked after. Those personal touches make an enormous difference. That same warmth extends throughout the hotel and spa. I have always found the staff friendly, approachable and helpful, and the spa is a lovely place to unwind and get some much-needed rest. On my most recent stay, I was also very kindly given a room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It made an already enjoyable stay that little bit more special, and I was incredibly grateful. Having stayed at the Berystede many times, I think perhaps the biggest compliment I can give is that I keep choosing to come back. There are plenty of hotels and spas I could choose from, but when you find somewhere where you feel comfortable, valued and genuinely welcomed, it is difficult to replicate. A heartfelt thank you to Emily, her manager and the entire hotel and spa team (their hydrotherapy pool is a must try) for looking after me so well over the years. I look forward to many more visits and would wholeheartedly recommend the Berystede to anyone looking for a relaxing break with genuinely caring service. Five stars from me!
Lovely spa and pool facilities
Aircon kept turning off, no light in the room. We went for a race day, and there was a photographer to take photos which was nice, however they were unnecessary picky about letting you buy a mixture of group photos and personal ones which led to not getting any which was a shame
The only good thing was the receptionist who changed our room . She was the only person friendly there
Not very clean rooms Wifi not good Beds and pillows very bad Breakfast very bad The blonde lady at the reception at the pool very moody.
Wonderful team, looking forward to future stays
Nice hotel, good breakfast
No fridge in room.
The facilities around , the poosl ,gym & the garden.
The carpets in their rooms were not clean, the windows were dirty .The backyard behind the rooms was very bushy .
The warm heated outdoor pool, the grounds and hotel was clean
The breakfast was shocking! Some staff couldn’t communicate very well in English
nothing really, very dissapointed and felt the hotel added to our stress after having to leave our home after an electrical fire
Very disappointing – not the Berystede we remembered We used to love staying at the Berystede, which made this visit particularly disappointing. We stayed during the June heatwave after an electrical/fire emergency made our home unsafe. Sadly, the hotel felt dated and the service was poor. Room-service steaks were tough and overcooked, while breakfast was dried out, with eggs like bullets. Despite arriving within the advertised breakfast hours, whist sitting down to a cooked breakfast we were then too dry the one waitress in the whole place that they were closing and we'd “need to be quick.” Staff were often difficult to find, including nobody available at the bar when we needed a drink. Most concerning was being blocked in the car park for over 1½ hours when we urgently needed to return home to deal with dangerous live electrical wiring. The hotel knew our circumstances, yet finding anyone to help was incredibly difficult while we had our daughter and small dog with us in 37°C heat. Afterwards, we were promised an invoice but had to make 22 phone calls, almost all unanswered, plus multiple emails and website messages before finally receiving it. On a positive note, the pool, sauna and leisure facilities were lovely. Very sad to see such a decline in a hotel we previously enjoyed. This simply wasn't the service, food or responsiveness we would expect from a four-star hotel.
Took my friend here last weekend for her birthday and had the nicest time. Staff were very accommodating especially the lovely gentleman at the check in. Our room was stunning. Food was delicious, our waitress Noor was especially helpful with my dietary requirements. Lots of choices for drinks and everything was very reasonably priced. We had 2 spa treatments each which were excellent, and the spa facilities were great. Only wish there were a few more sunbeds as the weather was lovely. I couldn't fault a thing the whole weekend. We are already planning to make it an annual trip. Thankyou
I liked the spa, pools and gym
No tomatoes at breakfast. Long walk to room
Very friendly and accommodating staff Very baby friendly hotel for our 10 month old Spa was nice and relaxing On site parking was great
Location was convenient for our event. Pool and gym were good, coffee at gym was a nice touch
Hotel is very tired and run down. It clearly hasn’t been decorated for a long time, the corridors and carpets are scruffy and the bedroom and bathroom is tatty. While I appreciate the hotel was busy due to Ascot, the cost of £200 for this tatty room was totally unreasonable
Quaint
£400+ per night and no daily service. I don’t need a service every day but clean towels would be nice.
Excellent room. Great restaurant service from Rashi, very friendly and welcoming staff.
Rashi is a very good server Food was very nice, mushroom starter was pretty good
Stunning hotel, beautiful locations, great food, lovely staff
Everything was perfect
Beautiful building and grounds, great location.
Very dated room facilities, ineffective air-con. Difficult parking situation as lines were being painted and most of upper car park coned off, and other cars using two spaces. Very long walk then from car to reception, then another extremely long walk from reception to the room.
The building has character and old money etiquette
Not for someone who likes modern
Beautiful ground and spa
A little attention to the spa and little upgrade to the rooms
Main original building is lovely.
In need of some refurbishment.
Great location, good secure parking.
All good. The place is a little tired, but considering the cost it was fine. The breakfast was adequate.
Location but not car park view of bedroom !!!
The room was poorly appointed no mini bar , curtains were in tatters furniture scuffed bath damaged dusty Internet signal was not strong enough to work from the bedroom . We asked reception for an extra pillow ….we are still waiting.
The staff were very helpful and nice.
The A/C cuts off after some time and can't be set below 19. The restaurant connected was massively over priced (£40 stake was more like £8-10 you get from Asda or Tesco)
Very disappointed by room - it is very dated , curtains in tatters furniture scuffed room dusty - no minibar - no phone to call reception - it must have been lovely in the 80 ´s
My friend and I recently enjoyed another wonderful spa day at Macdonald Berystede. We've visited several times before, and it's one of our favourite places to relax and unwind. A special thank you to Lisa, the Spa Manager, who went above and beyond by arranging our treatments and afternoon tea, and even extending our stay to make the day extra special. Sarah on reception was also warm and welcoming. The spa facilities are excellent, with a lovely indoor pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and plenty of space to relax in the sunshine. We spent the day enjoying the spa, had a fantastic deep tissue massage, and a delicious afternoon tea. Thank you to Lisa, Sarah, and the whole spa team for another fantastic experience. We can't wait to return!
what a wonderful stay!! we couldnt have asked for more, check in was as warm as ever the girl was lovely! our room was beautiful, it had tea coffee everything we needed and the temperature was perfect even in our heatwave we sat out on the terrace and had some lovely and very reasonably priced drinks with a beautiful view, the spa and pool was absolutely worth it and their elemis “summer serenity ritual spa day” package was delightful, you get a 55 minute face and body treatment, a gift set worth £98 , a £10 voucher for a future facial that we will definitely return soon for! and full use of the spa including skin consultation and personalised skincare advice and a £5 voucher to redeem on some lovely skincare on the day. i felt like an absolute queen!! it is fantastic for couples, friends or if you just want to have a relaxing day after this we headed to their restaurant and were greeted by a lovely girl called asmita who was very polite and gave us a wonderful dinner service, we both had the steak which was cooked to perfection, and a side of onion rings that were amazing. we had some cocktails that were presented beautifully and tasted just as good as they looked. my advice is if you’re staying here, definitely dine here too breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to fuel us for the day, everything was just perfect i couldnt have asked for more, ps the hash browns make the breakfast worth it alone!! their manager prem was also extremely welcoming and kind and answered all our questions about the area, the spa, the hotels history and any other information we needed thank you so much berystede for such a lovely stay we will be back and i recommend it highly to anybody who is wondering if they should book here
The hotel is massively overpriced for the standard for both the rooms, the service and dining. It’s not particularly clean and even the swimming pool was dirty. I can honestly say it was one of the worst value hotels I’ve stayed in. They even tried to charge us £1 to buy a cup so we could get a coffee from the machine in the spa reception area, I thought it was a joke at first but they were being serious. I’m from the U.K. but I also noticed a lot of American visitors were also very unhappy it’s the standard of anything. The AC in my room didn’t work correctly and seemingly it was a know problem, great so why not fix it instead of expecting people to endure bad nights sleep. I can honestly not find anything good to say about it.
Really enjoyed our stay at The Berystede. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the spa was a great place to relax. Thankfully we had good weather so we were able to use the sun beds on the grass. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. It was a really enjoyable stay and we'd definitely come back.
Do not book a spa break online as treatment times are restricted and we were not allowed to cancel when they couldn't fulfil our needs. Great pub food dinner and good restaurant service. Rump steak £40!! Spa therapists hard-sell you products, obviously commission incentivised. Bar lacking in stock.
