Lorraine was superb this morning. Welcoming, attentive and a continuous ray of sunshine.
A 4 night stay last week and every one from the reception greeting, the housekeeping cleanliness, the amazing breakfast team and the awesome bar staff made it like a home from home. One person in particular was working the bar every night and so a big thank you to Dyan who was extremely professional and friendly and really took the time to look after us. Everyone at this hotel is a credit to the IHG brand and as a frequent visitor this hotel really is faultless. Some people may have a moan at the car park size but in all the years I’ve stayed give always got a space.
Great four night stay whilst on business with the staff really making you feel welcome and going the extra mile, especially Dyan working in the bar area. Would highly recommend this hotel
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very relaxing experience. A special mention to Amanda, who truly made the stay exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!
Amanda who looked after us was excellent!
Amanda and all staff were very pleasant and friendly, but particularly Amanda who stood out from the rest.
As usual the staff in the hotel were excellent meeting all our needs especially Amanda who has been second to none, thank you for your assistance and attentiveness.
Stayed for business for a few weeks and Amanda was helpful every time I saw her and made my stay very easy!
Great venue for meetings, staff especially friendly. Thanks to Amanda for the warm welcome.
Stay marred by car racing around nearby car park and back firing throughout the night. Also fighting men in corridor outside room, very scary.
Lovely stay and Amanda in the meeting team was super helpful and friendly for the syndicate room we had booked.
I've used the room multiple times for meetings, Amanda is always a superb host, makes us feel welcome sets the room up and is great company every time I arrive.
I've been staying at this hotel and using the conference facilities for Business since 2022 and never had a bad stay. All the staff are super friendly but Amanda, Maria and Lorraine deserve a shout out! The hotel food menu is great and changes regularly.
Amanda was fantastic, very polite and friendly and nothing was trouble
Great stay, right in the city but easy to get out to our place of work. We had some drinks and food in the bar and Jess was great at making sure everything was to our liking.
Stayed here over the weekend. Loved it! What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. We had a fantastic weekend stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel was lovely, comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. A special thank you to Fekri, Ron and Tess who were exceptionally helpful and made our stay extra special.. Breakfast was fab too. We’ll definitely be back
I had not stayed at a Holiday Inn for about 15 years after a mediocre/poor experience at one in Central London so I approached my recent stay at Preston with some anxiety. After having had 6 nights at Preston however, my anxiety was totally misplaced in that virtually everything was excellent. What stood out however were the staff - without fail, from checking in to leaving, they went out of their way to make the guest experience a superb one. Whoever is responsible for hiring at Holiday Inn Preston, clearly knows what they are doing and the staff were a true credit to HI.
This is probably the best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Location great, room superb and the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, in particular Bhup who signed me in and Dyan behind the bar, who was an absolute star, but everyone was lovely. Thank you very much!
Nice place. Very quiet for evening meal. Good breakfast. Stayed here many times with my daughter Xmas shopping. Good standard staff nice
Lovely clean hotel, with the most friendly staff I have ever met, from check in through to dinner and at checkout. Kamila, Dylan and Jawa’s, could not be more helpful. Some noise from the gym but this stopped promptly on closing. Limited parking but plenty of places to park nearby.
Stayed here with my son for the football for one night. The hotel has everything you could want for a short stay. We ate in the restaurant on arrival and the food was fine, not gourmet but it filled the gap. The room itself was modern and comfortable. The bed was comfy and had a choice of hard and soft pillows. The bathroom had the dreaded shower in the bath which is a pet hate of mine but the pressure and temperature were good. Breakfast the following morning was buffet style and there was plenty of choice. Cooked breakfast, cereals, pastries and plenty more and all you could eat. Very tasty. All in all a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it
Stayed after a train delay and was very impressed. Excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and very comfortable; there was a little road noise, but that’s to be expected being next to the Ringway. I ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Dyan, Jawad, and a lovely young lady who was in training were so helpful, and the service was outstanding.
Stayed for 4 nights during the week. Main road runs round the side of the hotel so some traffic noise. But location is super, easy to get to with bus station next door and train station a 15 minute walk. Decent on site parking. Right next door to the town centre 5 minutes takes you to all the shopping centres and eating houses. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, clean tidy and staff go overboard to make you feel welcome. The bar and restaurant and chill out area are perfect for that personal touch. Breakfast was good but need to get your timing right for the food to be warm and plentyfull. The evening dining had Dyan looking after us. So on ball shes unbelieveable, nearly too good. Suggests everything you need before you think about it. So 10 for service. The menu mets most needs and was always freshly cooked. Only downside was frozen chunky chips with my fish not great. But only complaint after 4 days breakfast and dinners.
We had a coach trip from penzance to Scotland but stayed here on are way up lovely friendly staff nothing to much for them ,helpful hotel really nice plot stay we all enjoyed it ,and as luck would have it we stayed there on are way back to Cornwall nice food a good experience
I stayed here again for one night whilst on business in Preston and had a good experience. I managed to get a space in the hotel's small car park, which was an unexpected bonus as the nearest paid parking is a bit of a trek with luggage. Check-in was very efficient and my 5th floor room was adequate for a one-night stay, although it was very cold on arrival, due mainly to the draughty secondary glazing. The bathroom was a tad pokey and I'm not really a fan of over the bath showers, especially with a fabric shower curtain - a bit old hat in this day & age? I ate in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed both good food and excellent service from the lovely Dyan, who was a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was average with the usual lukewarm hot buffet but there were enough other choices that no-one need go away hungry. All in all this is a decent city centre hotel, suitable for a single night, and I would stay here again when next in Preston.
Staff were excellent and friendly, big shout out to Jawad who went above and beyond what you expect , recommend this hotel to every one
It was a wonderful experience at Jamila Hotels. The staff, Jawad, was very welcoming and personable, and he was the right person for the right place. See you next February. Just note that there is no variety in breakfast.
My holiday in Preston was enjoyable overall. The hotel offered good service and a convenient location close to local attractions. The room was comfortable, though it could use a few updates. Staff were kind and professional, which made the stay even better. I’d consider returning on my next visit
Stayed here overnight twice on onward and return coach trip to Scotland from the South West. Bedroom spotless with lovely large comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with decent towels (not always the case with some hotels). All public area's well maintained and very clean. The staff in the bar and restaurant were really welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to look after us especially with the menu which they "tweeked" to accommodate my dietary requirements on both visits. Plenty of choice at breakfast and all served hot, again the breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. Great hotel and staff.
Myself and my husband stayed here this week, it was meant to be for 1 night but due to unforeseen circumstances it turned to 2 nights, staff were friendly and professional at all times even when i got a bit upset and stressed and came over abrupt and rude (i genuinely offer my sincere apologies for that) they still smiled and helped. We stayed in 2 rooms and offered a 3rd but that wasn’t needed all 3 rooms were lovely (a few stains on the carpet but honestly minor i have OCD so notice petty stuff but have to give honest review), night staff were amazing especially Mohammad (forgive me if it’s spelt incorrectly) that man is a walking angel such a beautiful soul even at 2am dealing with me an overstimulated mother with ADHD and Anxiety and my husband just high on being free for the night acting like absolute teenagers honestly both the staff that night were brilliant, the pizza was absolutely gorgeous and Mohammad knows his way around that barista machine 👌🏻 his lattes and hot chocolates are definitely worth a second visit. Thank you everyone who we spoken to you were all amazing xxx
Stayed for 2 nights for a work trip as a group. We were made to feel very welcome. The staff were very friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. From the staff on reception to the bar/restaurant staff, breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff nothing was too much trouble to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was comfy and clean. The bed was very comfy and the food was very good. Would definitely stay there again. Had a family atmosphere which is great when you are away from home. Special mention for Dyan, Fekri,Jawad, and the lady at breakfast whose name I didn't get sorry. Thank you 😊
Dyan, Jawad and Fekr really looked after us in the bar and with our evening meal. They went above and beyond for us. Even giving us bottles of water to take to our rooms. Our manager bought a round of drinks and Fekr gave us a discount! The 3 of them made our evening at the holiday inn Preston extremely enjoyable and memorable.
Great hotel, stayed 4 nights, very friendly, professional and attentive staff, served in the bar / restaurant a couple of nights by Dyan, who advised on best food choices and ensured my meals and drinks were promptly delivered. Excellent service.
I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Preston for nearly 30 days this year and wanted to share my experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Preston, with plenty of comfortable, well-equipped rooms that meet all the needs of a traveler. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, with weekly specials that keep the menu interesting. The service is excellent – Dyan and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and enjoy their meals. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Preston, whether for business or leisure.
Lovely hotel and fab service in the restaurant with Dyan being a wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile
I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Preston, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff made me feel welcome upon arrival. The meals at the restaurant were perfect for me. Dyan and the rest of the team made dining enjoyable. They were attentive to every detail, and checked in at just the right intervals. The Breakfast was decent too, offering plenty of choices. I would easily stay here again whenever I’m in Preston.
Great stay at holiday in Preston, staff friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and lovely bathroom facilities
Wonderful welcome by Bhupinder at Reception. Lovely clean room, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Pleasant atmosphere, nice lounge and bar. Delicious breakfast with friendly staff, special thanks to both Tess and Sean - great service, friendly and helpful. Will now be our hotel of choice when visiting Preston and surrounding area.
I booked this hotel as I need to be near my daughter settling her into student accommodation. I had done two separate bookings to add a day on. Check in was quick and easy, the staff were very welcoming. The room was on the 6th floor, clean and had everything I needed. Tv channels choice was a lot better than other holiday inns which was great when I finally got a time to rest. The breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady on the front was very kind when I was talking her my hands had swollen and I couldn’t get my rings off. She came to help. Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold dishes. It’s about a ten minute walk to the train station and it’s around £8 in a black cab from the station. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. All staff were lovely
Lucy at check in was so helpful, friendly & efficient! Jess in the bar was lovely so helpful & made you feel welcome Both girls are a credit to the hotel
I’d like to Thank Ricesh for his outstanding Meet and Greet at the reception. He was very friendly and we had such a smooth check in. Seen as we was walk ins. The rooms was clean and very well preventable. The breakfast on the other hand was not to my standards. The mushrooms was cold and the scrambled egg was crusty. And the fried eggs was Hard, The presentation was very good but the food was lukewarm.
Nice stay, we were here on August 26th for one night. Spacious room, clean, good bathroom, tub, and shower. Beds and pillows very comfortable, TV with lots of channels, only downside was no in-room fridge. Quiet area near city center, lots of parking across the lane at the bus station for £7 for 24 hours. Recommended if you're staying in Preston.
Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Preston and had a lovely time. Staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and I slept well. We ate a lovely meal at the restaurant during our stay. Breakfast was great too, plenty of choice, and I liked that you could have it brought to the room for just a couple of pounds more. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.
Excellent reception staff, super helpful and pleasant
Very nice property with spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, nice staff, on site restaurant with very good food. Right near city center, easy to get to and parking next to the hotel in the bus station.
I stayed here for 4 nights. I was booked a double room and when I arrived they gave me a twin room. I hate single beds, haven't slept in one for years. There was a problem with my shower head as it kept dropping out of the holder and spraying from the sides of the head. The regulator tap safety tab was missing, so I asked for them to have a look, but no one came. I enquired on two different days and they couldn't explain why the maintenance didn't turn up. I was cold one evening, so try setting the aircon to heat and I waited ages for it to warm up, but it didn't, only to be told that it couldn't be done and that I would need a heater. The carpet is grubby, in fact quite stained, and not nice to walk on. Glad I brought my slippers. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. The lady that greeted me at breakfast is lovely! Parking can be a nightmare, we were worried to take the car out at night just incase we lost our space.
Staff were absolutely wonderful very welcoming. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing they had so many options and varieties to cater for all. We also had a lovely welcome message written on the mirror in our room, a lovely touch to our experience here. Made me smile. Definitely recommend 👌
What a clean and modern room. Excellent customer service and peaceful room, despite the door which leads into the room next door! I get it, but perhaps these rooms need a rethink of other audible privacy.
Nothing to get excited about, but if you *have* to stay in Preston, you might as well stay here. Breakfast was ok. Room was comfortable and the midday checkout time was appreciated.
We had a very comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Preston. A special thanks to Laura Lazzano, who was extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. She truly made our experience exceptional.
Stayed for one night on the way to Scotland. Reviews of the available nearby budget hotels with restaurants were mixed and most had no air-con. Staying city-centre usually means you can’t open windows, or if you do there is considerable traffic noise. As the Holiday Inn ticked that box we chose it and were pleased with our decision. Hotel is very clean, all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Bed comfort was average but matched the price level. Had a quick evening meal which was again fine for the price point of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, great choice, fresh and cooked selection well cooked considering its buffet style. Overall excellent value. Yes parking is limited but we managed to get into the spaces out front, using the adjacent multi story would not have needed a problem as you can drop bags and guests at the hotel entrance first.
Lovely clean room with huge bed. Good assortment of tea, coffee etc. Nice bathroom toiletries. Staff were fantastic. Especially our lovely waitress. Manager was very attentive. Evening meal was very nice but breakfast was even better - a fantastic choice of hot and cold options. All in all a very pleasant stay. Have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before but I definitely will again!
stop over for our trip to Scotland next day room was absolutely fabulous room was great and mini fridge for my insulin food could do better as it was a full coach party no to for wife as vegan and vegetarian but recommend for staff service
We spent two nights in this hotel in one week, one as a stop over on a coach trip to Scotland, one on the return journey. On the whole the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was excellent, despite the captivating view of what seemed to be a bus depot. Both breakfasts were fine with a wide choice of options, however, the evening meal left much to be desired. We had ordered chicken in a sauce with fresh vegetables. The chicken was small and very thin and dry, so much so that the edges had turned crispy, its only saving grace was the delicious sauce disguising the overcooked chicken. to be generous, this may have been the chef's intention but this was ill advised. In addition the seemingly 'al dente' vegetables were very dry without any kind of dressing and insufficient sauce to make those palatable. The evening meal on our second stay was of similar quality to the first. We had ordered fish in breadcrumbs with fries and mushy peas. Again, very disappointing! The breadcrumb coating was so hard that a sawing action was required to break through to a very dry (rather small) portion of fish, the fries were exactly as you would expect frozen from a supermarket, not tasty or crispy, the 'mushy peas' were very runny and more than 50% liquid, more like a low quality Pea Puree. On both occasions we had endured an extremely long and tiring coach trip of several hours just wanting to eat and retire wishing to avoid any confrontation and being tired to complain at the time we just left the restaurant dissatisfied. Is this the standard that all Holiday Inns work to?
Super hotel, lovely rooms, great helpful friendly staff. Good food. Very clean, modern hotel. Superb location next to bus station and near city centre. Recommended.
We had a much better experience in this hotel than we did in our only previous visit. We were fortunate to park in the small car park at the front of the hotel, but there is also a nearby car park at the bus station. The room was clean and worked well for us. The bar was good. All the staff were pleasant. We had a good stay.
We stayed here last weekend for a night. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Preston city centre. The room was well maintained and crystal clean. The staff we encountered during our stay were all really nice particularly Ash on the bar. The bar is a lovely area to relax in whether you are on business and need to work, you want to lounge back in front of the TV or play a bit of pool. All in all great stay
Inadequate noise insolation between rooms. Limited power in shower
My stay was very comfortable, room was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly atmosphere
Very nice location , walking distance to mall and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Facility is well kept
Onsite parking is limited, spaces quite tight. Room comfortable, bathroom newly renovated.
All nice and pleasant, no poor issues.
Great stay, staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and safe. Plenty of options available on the buffet breakfast with a full English and continental.
I was given a warm welcome by friendly staff. The room was really comfortable and clean! All the staff at breakfast were lovely and helpful. A really good stay.
great
Great hotel easy walk into the town and it’s night life
Everyday Room service is so helpful. Refrigerator is very convenient. Thank you.
Fantastic Hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I'll be coming back here if I stay in preston again in the future. Great location next to bus station. The food was delicious and yummy. And the drinks are fabulous. There are plenty of plugs to charge up any device.
All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parts of the hotel looked a little tired, mainly the carpets but it wouldn't stop us from staying there again. Possible the only negative would be the lack of on site parking. However, there is alternative parking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel and excellent location, we was made to feel at home by all members of staff and I quite astonished of how friendly everyone was as usually there is always one member of staff who doesn’t want to be there. Not here, what an amazing stay. Can’t wait to revisit.
All the staff i encountered were super friendly starting with the Receptionist who checked me in and when i checked out remembered where i'd been. Had an evening meal on the 2 nights of my 3 nights stay, all good, as was breakfast! Have to question why the air-con is not switched on until April though. There is a note saying if you need a fan request one, so i did, and i needed that to cool down, my room temperature was 23c, and at night a little to warm for me without a fan. The fan guard was a little dusty if i'm being picky so perhaps the hotel could give these some attention. During my stay there was roadworks outside, not something the HI can control ofc, with the fan on it blocked out most of the noise so i still had a reasonable nights sleep. I was pleased with the general cleanliness of my room, my room high up so had nice view of the Bus Station and Car Park. I came by train which is around 15 mins walk from Preston Station to the hotel and i made sure i'd walk past the Wallace and Gromit statue in the Market place! i'd be happy to stay here again, but perhaps needs a little refurb in parts?
Parking is in short supply at the actual hotel car park but both times I managed to get a space, there is a car park just nearby if you can't get in. Hotel is clean, rooms are good and recently refurbed, but the staff are really good - Leah on reception, Jess in the bar and Charlotte on restaurant duty all couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating, which made the stay a real pleasure.
Room was small Cracks on the walls Window was always full of condensation Carpets were stained and dirty No bath mat as tiles were slippery Needed a walk in shower but didn’t have any Bed was uncomfortable Wouldn’t stay again
We stopped here for a night after just comming back off holiday room was amazing staff couldn’t do enough for breakfast was amazing deffo stop here again bar area and food area was well maintained great choice of drinks and breakfast choice was brilliant
Stayed here due to our train terminating here due to a storm. The staff were brilliant. We were getting a bus the next day so we’re happy to see that the bus station was right next door. We ate at the hotel and the food was great. Had a late check out which was perfect.
Great example of the Holiday Inn brand! Ash and Kamila were truly wonderful in the restaurant and all the staff were top notch and professional. Room was well looked after and I was made to feel properly welcome. Hope to use this location whenever I’m here.
The night staff were very helpful giving me an alarm call in person
We had a lovely overnight stay with breakfast added in. Would definitely recommend as the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Will be back
Stayed in the Holiday Inn Preston, for 4 nights. I have to say this hotel is fab. Rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. What stood out for me was the Friendliness of all the staff. The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. The Bar staff were amazing too. Charlotte and the polish lady and the Bar manager couldn't do enough for me.Even though I liked bitter in a san miguel glass.😆 They were all just top class.. The housekeeping staff also were amazing and always said good morning and all the staff at breakfast again top class. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but without a doubt, the staff at the Holiday Inn Preston, leave all of them behind in courtesy and friendliness. Well done to all, this is how to run a hotel.👏👏👏👏
Everything was excellent, amazing staff
Great hotel, fabulous service and staff, spotlessly clean. Loved the style/decor. Great room up on the 7th floor with a brilliant view over Preston. Breakfast excellent. Really couldn’t fault it. Lovely stay.
It is ok to stay but car park is not big enough so no parking spaces, food is so so and rooms are close to needing refurbishment. Ok to stay but not worth the premium price
Liked the breakfast, friendly staff and the mini-gym. Didn’t like the insufficient parking and the service didn’t refresh room amenities such as water and biscuits.
Stayed here many times when in preston visiting friends. Can't praise the place enough and the staff are wonderful. During out last stay last weekend my husband left his phone charger in the room and the reception staff posted it back to us at home. First class service. We will never stay anywhere else when in preston.
Great location just limited parking
A great place to be at. Very nice stuff everywhere and excellent service. All utilities are functional. Found nothing to complain about. Bar and front desk are operated 24/7 and also a selection of food is always available. Next time it will be my place again.
From the outside the building doesn’t look the best. Inside was clean and fresh. Comfy big bed. Birthday visit to Preston. Receptionist treated us to a voucher for a birthday drink and snack at the bar. This was followed by a decorated slice of birthday cake that was really yummy. Great start to the evening. Overall a ten out of ten stay. Looking forward to going back.
I stayed here for one night whilst on business in Preston and enjoyed the experience. The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city and the (limited) availability of onsite.free parking is a bonus, although if it is full there is a chargeable multi-storey very close by. All the staff throughout the hotel were excellent - friendly and efficient, especially at check-in. My 6th floor room was comfortable and well-equipped, although my sleep quality on this occasion was disturbed by the return of numerous noisy Arsenal fans in town for a cup game. No fault of the hotel but a disturbance nonetheless. Maybe worth checking the fixture list before booking to stay here? I ate in the hotel restaurant for my evening meal and was a little disappointed at the quality of the overpriced food and the soulless atmosphere of the dining area. If I stayed here again, I’d probably head out into the city for an alternative. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return for a one night business trip.
Stayed for overnight trip to Deepdale. Hotel is ideally sited for a short walk from Preston Mainline Rail Station and Deepdale itself. Nice bar and eating area and comprehensive buffet breakfast. Ticked all the boxes for what was required and was very reasonable in price. Staff are all welcoming and friendly especially Lorraine at the Breakfast Room welcoming guests in the morning.
All staff from reception staff Alishia and Yasmin, to the lovely Lorraine, Paul, Will (good luck x ) and Graham. Also Mo the room attenndant, they are all wonderful. IHG should be proud! great service, food great as ever and cleanest rooms.
All staff from reception staff Alishia and Yasmin, to the lovely Lorraine, Shaun, Will (good luck Will x ) and Graham. Also Mo the housekeeper, they are all wonderful. IHG should be proud! great service, food great as ever and cleanest rooms
Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast and all the staff are so friendly. Special thanks to Laura, who booked me in and was very welcoming. Overall, i had a lovely experience at this hotel. The atmospher was calm, the location was close to the station and staff were wonderful.
Great hotel and lovely room and breakfast Bit out of the way but walkable to restaurants
Very Clean, Food was very good and also very good service
Reception staff were very friendly, they ensured an early check in when I requested the day before arrival. Room service food was lovely
the room was so hot the beds were two singles joined together and the next morning the cleaner walked straight into the room without even knocking on the door ! overall worst experience of staying in a hotel won’t be staying again
Room clean all you'd ask for a nights stay hotel ok nothing spectacular could get drinks and a pizza late on which good staff all friendly ..
Great building and staff. Not the best area next to the bus station.
Great stay overall. Staff really helpful and friendly. Nice rooms however not noise proof, very thin walls.
Clean quiet and friendly
