L’appartamento non è funzionante la cucina non ha nulla per poter cucinare , la pulizia non capisco come veniva fatta dal momento che tutte le volte ho lasciato capelli in doccia per vedere se veniva pulita e li ritrovavo. La piscina bella ma il pavimento era scivoloso

Der Pool war schön groß und sauber.

Die Zimmer im vierten Stock leider ohne Aufzug, die Klimaanlage hat erst nicht funktioniert, war nicht eingeschaltet. Das Bad sehr klein und keine Handseife, Duschgel usw. aufgefüllt. Keine Standardausstattung wie in den anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse. Die Empfangsdame am Abend etwas schnippisch. Der Rest des Personals sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Frühstück naja verbesserungswürdig und Kaffee oder Tee aus dem Pappbecher ein absolutes No Go.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Club Sema Hotel and would happily stay here again. Check-in was quick and easy, making for a great start to our stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, giving us a great night’s sleep. The swimming pool was lovely, well maintained and a perfect place to relax after exploring Marmaris. A word of caution whilst walking around the pool area. It can become excessively wet and slippery. My husband did have a nasty fall by the pool and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. They immediately dried the area and put out wet slippy floor notices. The buffet-style breakfast offered a good selection to start the day, with plenty of choice. The hotel’s location is another big plus. It’s within easy walking distance of Marmaris Old Town, the harbour, the beach, shops, restaurants and bars, making it an excellent base for exploring the area without needing transport. Overall, Club Sema Hotel offers excellent value, comfortable accommodation, and outstanding customer service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marmaris.

It was below average but okay.

No lift put on the 3rd floor but 6 flights on stairs. No parking. Room had sofa bed with metal coming out of it. Not safe with kids

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The spacious room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good, affordable hotel

Slidt værelse, meget larm fra gange. Badeværelse var decideret ulækkert ned mug, skimmel, bruser virkede stort set ikke.

I liked how the property was close to the everything like the beach and the shops.

There was no lift in the property. The doors had holes in them. The bathroom door just about shut. The walls were cracked.

The llocation was excellent.

We expected the accomodation as an apartment hotel to be well-equipped, but apart from a tea kettle we could find only two glasses and two cups. I also have to mention that fresh water could always be found in the fridge.

Нет лифта( Подниматься на 4й этаж пешком бывает тяжело. Номер требует косметического ремонта. В номере на последнем этаже под крышей очень жарко и кондиционеры отключаются, когда ты выходишь из номера. В апартаментах был только чайник (весьма старый). Не было никакой посуды! Даже стаканов для воды. Горничная принесла только 3 чашки.

Perfecte locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel, erg schoon en lekker zwembad. Rustig maar toch dichtbij het centrum.

Matras was iets te hard voor mijn smaak, en de wc was dicht bij de douchecabine. Kan lastig zijn voor dikkere mensen.

Мне нравится персонал этого отеля. Он очень дружелюбный и пытается помочь решить все проблемы гостя. Мне нравится расположения отеля. В самом отеле уютно и более менее чисто. Бывает почище - почему то пол плохо отмывают плохо чистят сантехнику. Но постельное белье, полотенца - всегда чистые.

Мне не понравились правила отеля. Это не имеет отношения к конкретным сотрудникам - с ними как раз все замечательно. Но когда я выбирала отель - на фото был бассейн и кухня. Я ранее приезжала в этот отель не один год подряд и да там был бассейн и кухня. Для меня наличие кухни в номере это не только возможность сэкономить но и возможность готовить из местных сезонных ингредиентов. На самом деле готовить самому это не так и дешево. Но ничто не может заменить этот опыт. Я из тех людей, которые хотят знать культуру страны не только по истории, но и по вкусу. В данном случае кухня была на фото, была в описании отеля. Но по факту у плиты отрезали вилку и пользоваться кухней запретили. Мне не предоставили даже чашек для чая или кофе -когда я попросила об этом - мне дали СТАКАНЫ)))) Я обращалась с этим вопросом к администрации - мне ответили категорично нет. Я понимаю такие правила, но они должны быть четко обозначены в описании с отражены в фото, чтобы не возникало ложных ожиданий. С бассейном вообще жесть. В начале мая отель не заполнил бассейн. При этом принимал гостей, как открытый отель. Как так то) Я планировала что смогу работать днем и дочка будет плавать в бассейне. По факту его не было. Был наполнен маленький бассейн - она попыталась в нем хотя бы поплескаться и ее прогнали, сказав что бассейн закрыт. Вот это я считаю обманом ожиданий. По этой причине я вряд ли приеду еще раз, на долгий срок так точно не приеду. Завтрак у меня был оплачен но он был прям скучным.. хотя стоит совсем недорого.. Если честно я бы предпочла заплатить за завтрак чуть больше, но получить лучше качество, раз уж вы не разрешаете пользоваться кухней.. в итоге я не поняла ценовую политику этого отеля. Очень жаль, потому что сотрудники действительно отличные.

Останавливались на 1 ночь. Завтрак не брали. Сам номер в принципе хороший. Все фото соответствуют действительности. Дверь, ведущая в ванную, - странная. Сильная слышимость, ночью в соседний номер заселялись люди, и я проснулась из-за их разговоров в коридоре. Окна (2-го этажа) выходят прям на соседнее здание с кафе, и им все видно. Но в принципе, соотношение цена/качество норм.

Apparently, renovation just finished. They didn't even clean the floor in the room, it was so dusty. The staff didn't change our towels or beddings as promised. Poor experience.

Great hotel, clean and spacious. Staff were kind and friendly. Great location for beach, marina, and shopping. Room was separated into lounge and bedroom. Two waters in room daily. .

Was clean, staff really friendly and helpful. Situated not to far from the marina for nice evening or daytime walks. If’s affordable and the deluxe suite was perfect for what I needed.

No lifts in the property and being on the 4th floor with heavy luggage was not ideal but staff were helpful and carried it.

Shocking, they stole my spending money then when I asked to see CCTV, they miraculously found it after me asking several times if anyone handed it in. Then to find €230 missing out of it, and the money was completely different money to what I had. The notes I had were fresh crisps notes from Asda money exchange still in the envelope, I got given back wet scruffy used money in an empty nappy packet.. crazy

This is the 2nd tome me and my partner have stayed. We stayed in an apartment this time it was so clean and well furnished balcony and kitchen im just sad we were only there 1 night until my return flight the following day

The room its was at the 4 floor and with a baby 1 years old its was no normal and comfortable for her..the didnt have a baby bed ..and when a ask at the reception the told me tommorow tell it too the cleaning lady but 3 days there..when i was going to the room..i saw a baby bed to the corner of the stairs and nobody use it ! And my baby need it !! And the bed just staying on the stairs!!.because we went to marmaris for shopping ..with the stairs at the hotel no good ..up and down all the time! The stroller we have to leave it down because the didn't have asanser !!

Not Worth the Money This hotel is definitely not worth the price. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Breakfast was poor — no variety, just one kind of black coffee (no milk or creamer), and one low-quality tea option. The bathroom was tiny, and the door wouldn’t even close properly. Towels were not clean, and the bed sheets felt rough and uncomfortable. Overall, a disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone expecting basic cleanliness, comfort, or value

Great property within walking distance to everything. The pool area was a lovely surprise with it's bar and restaurant. Spacious rooms. Helpful front reception.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, sem necessidade de transporte para circular pela cidade.O quarto era espaçoso com ar condicionado, mini frigorífico e chaleira. Tambem tinha água engarrafada, canecas, saquetas de chás e café instantâneo. Gostei dos chinelos descartáveis. O pequeno almoço tinha frutas e pão frescos, entre outras coisas, tudo muito bom, com opção de comer na esplanada.

Não percebi porque é que as camas não foram feitas no dia seguinte uma vez que as camareiras foram ao quarto tirar o lixo e adicionar água.

Location was great, and the room was spacious and clean.

There was no cutlery - not even a teaspoon to stir the coffee that was provided, no glasses, no soap in the shower, and the shower drain was blocked and flooded after a few minutes. We requested a non smoking room, but this was clearly a smoker’s room as there was an ashtray and cigarette burns on the couch.

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff, they went above and beyond to help me on a daily basis. The hotel is spotless with lovely chambermaids, even the tech guy helped me. Bar staff lovely. I was actually shocked when I saw how lovely my suite was. The pool was spotless, as was the restaurant. Everything I have to say about this hotel is 100% positive. I'm actually missing some of the staff since I got home. I will go back, loved it.

Club Sema is ideally located. Near Dancing Fountains, short walk from beach, supermarket & restaurants and içmeler water taxi. Dolmus station practically next door. Easy walk to bar street. Nice swimming pool, pool bar ( lovely staff ) WiFi & breakfast was good. Some building work outside my room and a set of party going rooms adjoining spoilt my stay but the hotel itself is very good.
