Ozturk Apart Hotel

Brilliant hotel, great staff and great company. Location was ideal within walking distance of restaurants, bars, marina and beach. Loads to do, booked boat trip and went on Dolmus bus to Icmeler and Turunc, just booked up again for 3 weeks next year. Room was ideal with view of pool and easy access.

Nothing really, Could do with a breakfast snack bar, but you can order a delivery to the apartments so no real problem. Loads of places to eat nearby.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk, elke dag werd er gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Elke dag werd er gevraagd door schoonmakers of kamer schoongemaakt moest worden. Locatie was perfect alles op loop afstand en net niet in het drukte.zeker een aanrader wij zijn naar 4 jaar teruggekomen en komen in de toekomst zeker terug.

Gasten die ligstoelen reserveren en niet gebruiken. Buiten dat viel ons niks tegen

Gar nichts hat mir gefallen. Am letzten Tag haben die Taxi gerufen und der hat mich ebenfalls verarscht ein 2km weg hat er 7 km daraus gemacht.

la piscina, il wifi, la disponibilità del personale, aria condizionata sia in cucina che in camera da letto, presente un balconcino, presente il servizio di lavanderia a pagamento che però ha rovinato 3 delle mie maglie nuove (da bianche me le hanno restituite grigie, il personale deve aver sbagliato il lavaggio mischiando chiari con scuri)

stoviglie contate (3 di tutto e noi eravamo in 4) ma una volta chieste in reception ci hanno fornito il necessario, la porta della doccia era difettosa e faceva fatica a chiudersi, spazi un po' ristretti (in 4 non si riusciva a mangiare comodi né in cucina né sul balcone).

Location, staff and the pool was amazing! Everything was close by. Mehmet helped me with getting a good dentist and great restaurants. I asked reception for a spa and someone came and picked me up and I had a great massage. Everything was simply fabulous.

Responsive management. Very convenient location.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, très proche du centre-ville. La voiture est inutile : tout (plage, bazars, restaurants) est accessible à pied en dix minutes maximum. L'établissement, les chambres et la piscine sont propres. La présence d'un petit bassin pour enfants rend l'endroit adapté aux familles. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant, et le service de ménage est efficace. Les salles de bain sont équipées d'une douche et de toilettes, avec une eau chaude fonctionnelle. La climatisation dans le salon et la chambre à coucher fonctionne bien. Un nettoyage quotidien est possible sur demande. Les points mitigés : J'ai réservé via Booking.com et payé la totalité sur place, où j'ai appris qu'une négociation était possible, information qui ne m'a pas été communiquée. Aucun avantage ne m'a été accordé, contrairement à ma famille qui m'accompagnait et a pu négocier. J'ai ensuite compris par téléphone que d'autres clients avaient obtenu de bien meilleurs tarifs. Il semble que les prix varient considérablement selon le nombre de personnes, l'origine du touriste (étranger ou local) et la durée du séjour.

Le deuxième jour, en demandant 5 litres d'eau à la réception, on m'a facturé 75 ₺. Bien que le prix soit bas, le manque de geste commercial envers un client n'ayant pas négocié (et payant probablement bien plus cher que les autres, estimés entre 200 et 300 ₺ par jour) a été décevant. De plus, aucune signalétique n'indique que l'eau est payante à la réception. Concernant le parking, bien qu'il soit mentionné comme existant, il n'y a pas d'espace dédié aux clients ; il faut se garer dans la rue où les places sont quasi introuvables en journée grâce à la présence de plusieurs banques. Heureusement, le responsable de l'hôtel a réussi à nous trouver une place. Les toilettes présentaient un dysfonctionnement, nécessitant deux ou trois chasses d'eau à chaque utilisation, mais nous n'avons pas jugé utile de le signaler. Il n'y a ni table ni chaises à l'extérieur ou à la réception pour s'asseoir en famille, sauf si l'on utilise les transats de la piscine ou les sièges du bar (sous condition de consommation). Enfin, la musique du soir de l'hôtel voisin était quelque peu gênante, nous obligeant à rester dans notre chambre, heureusement bien insonorisée.

Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικο η καθαριοτητα , το apartment μεγάλο η απόσταση από το κέντροστα 500μετρα .τα dolmus στα 100μετρα . Και περνάνε σχεδόν κάθε 5λεπτα ..τα σούπερ μαρκετ πολύ κοντά , .επίσης έχει μεγάλη πισίνα πυρασφαλεια νέα πιο εξελιγμένη με πολλές εξόδους κινδύνου. Αυτά περιληπτικά.

The rooms are large and comfy but needs some renovation. The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Location of apartment.. next door to reception & looking onto pool.. ( my request and physical needs were met ) All staff were friendly with exception of cleaners.

The cleaners were shocking. My young grand children clean better. Dirty floor corners. Floors not hoovered or washed correctly or daily. Chair’s / table’s / or settee’s not moved / bed or hoovered or washed underneath not changed daily. Fresh towels not given daily. Table’s never washed correctly or daily. Balcony not cleaned properly. Dirty dishes in cupboard.

The manager Mehmet meets you in så much hospitality, like you are at his home. The location is 5 minutes walking of everything in the city center. The apartment is very clean and ready with all you need for good stay. The price was good 40$ for family apartment you will not get in Marmaris.

The pool was still closed but they said that will open in two weeks. It gos renovation at this time April 2026, so it will be noisy at day time and much sand in corridor and Apartment.

Very nice hotel. My room had a balcony and a small kitchenette. It had everything that I needed and it was very comfortable. The hotel has a pool area and a bar and a few tables were you can order food from their menu. The food was good. The staff are very nice and polite.

Отель не новый, требует косметического ремонта. Посуда по минимуму.

The location and price point were appreciated. The staff was very kind and let us check in early and out late, which is always greatly appreciated. They also helped carry my heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs as there is no lift. The rooms are definitely dated, but still there is everything you need within them, including a nice balcony. There is also basic kitchen needs as well. Wifi was decent. It is not fancy, but a solid choice for an affordable stay in Marmaris. Also, close groceries, banks, shopping, dining and to the vans that transport you to other parts of the town and other cities.

There is a nice pool and pool bar, but overly crowded with Brits who save all the seats with towels overnight, not allowing others to sun. This policy should be changed in my opinion.

Lovely staff, great location! Get what you paid for so can’t complain however rooms are outdated a little but common in Marmaris :)

Wasn’t too impressed with two singles pushed together however not a big problem, wished they had thicker blankets or a duvet as it gets really cold in the evening. And cleaner didn’t empty the bins throughout the stay but did once as I requested for her to take some rubbish I had left on the side out. Can’t fault them as I can imagine they’re knackered after a busy season.

Расположение удобное, нет проблем с парковкой, старый город в шаговой доступности, купаться мы не ходили, в Мармарисе особо негде, везде яхты, были только одну ночь. Ценник очень радует.

На 1-2 ночи все нормально, но на длительный срок наверно не выбрала бы, хотя за такой ценник грех придираться.

The swimming pool was really nice, the staff were super helpful and the cleaners come daily to clean.

Нехватка полочек в ванной. Отсутствие моющих средств в кухне и одноразовых тапочек, старые апартаменты.

location is good with car and without car. personal is ok Totally normal condition for normal cost. Not bad for 1-2 nights.

noizly evening. close of appartment very noizle events to 23.00 gave us one blanket for two person. after we asked gave us second. furniture is old already parking outside appartment. can be busy full.
