The staff were lovely and the pool very quiet and comfortable. I recommend having a car or bike to transport you around as amenities are a good 20 minute walk.

The apartment was further away from any restaurants or grocery stores than I expected which was tiring without a car though reachable with a 20 minute walk.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, ruhig und sehr schön gelegen. Der Pool mit Blick auf den Golfplatz ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Appartement ist räumlich sehr schön.

Leider ist die Ausstattung des Appartements ungenügend. Nachdem wir keine Kaffeemaschine vorfanden, haben wir selbst eine gekauft. Ebenso Gläser, die nicht ausreichend vorhanden waren. 3 Messer für 3 Personen sind ebenfalls zu gering bemessen. Töpfe, Gläser und Geschirr bedürfen dringend einer Erneuerung. Das Mobiliar könnte ebenfalls eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Alle Schranktüren quietschen beim öffnen. Auf der Terrasse gab es zunächst für das Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern nur 2 Stühle und einen kleinen Beistelltisch. Auf unseren Wunsch würde zumindest ein 3. Stuhl gebracht. Als Tisch würde der Schreibtisch aus einem der Schlafzimmer als Provisorium auf die Terrasse gestellt. Da es keine Spülmaschine gibt, haben wir das Geschirr selbst gespült. Eigentlich kein großes Problem, doch uns wurden nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage Geschirrtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Am 2. Bett im Schlafzimmer gibt es keinen Nachttisch. Für den Preis hatten wir ein besser ausgestattetes Appartement erwartet.

Доброжелательный персонал. На ресепшене всегда помогали, охрана старается говорить на русском и учит русский язык, если не ошибаюсь секьюрити зовут Chan Vik, очень душевный и приятный человек. Огромный плюс Reserva это персонал, который был всегда на связи и старался нам помочь (полотенца, уборка, прачечная, утюг, гладильная доска, такси и тд) Удобное расположение, апартаменты находятся в Laguna, рядом пляж Bang Tao.

Рядом нет магазинов, идти минут 20, до моря далековато, тоже минут 20. Слишком много ограничений на проживание: туда не развешивай белье, на балкон после 10 не выходи, жесть. Еще и за электричество отдельный ценник

Apartment was very spacious, more than standard for one bedroom, well equipped, great view over the pool and golf course. Reception was very kind, helpful and professional. Shuttle is a big advantage of the complex, they take you to the beach and supermarkets all around laguna, but anyways it is short walking distance to all of the facilities. I would highly recommend for stay both for couples, friends or families with kids.

Location was ok that was the only saving grace

Very very old to the point everything in the apartment was broken or worn down! Air con only blows warm! To top it off we would get sent pictures of ourselves from reception sitting on our own balcony in our room threatening us with a fine! I think you must of not been aloud on your own balcony past 10pm 😅 oh and you get a separate bill with your electricity on at the end of your stay 🤣 this place cost us around £700 for three nights which was absolutely diabolical for what else you could get at that rate we couldn’t wait to check out and move on to a different hotel

За 6 дней уборка со сменой белья была 2 раза (хотя обещали 1 раз в 7 дней). Есть пляжные полотенца. Есть шампунь и гель для душа, туалетная, бумага, новая губка и средство для мытья посуды. Номер был на 1м этаже с выходом к бассейну, в корпусе есть лифт. До ближайшего магазина tops и ресторанов рядом с ним минут 10 пешком (в лагуне). До 7/11 30 минут пешком, там же бот авеню и куча ресторанов. 3 больших встроенных шкафа. Посуда на 4 персоны, сковорода, кастрюля, чайник, тостер, СВЧ, холодильник с морозилкой. Идеальный матрас, жёсткий в меру, спать одно удовольствие. По моей просьбе приготовили постельное для ребёнка, он спал на диванчике в гостиной. До моря минут 10 пешком, можно ходить через все отели. Есть бесплатный паром, который возит по озеру между отелями, ездит каждые 30 мин. Персонал милейший. Тихо, спокойно, уютно. Советую это место.

Шумный кондиционер. Вечером на балкон выйти не возможно - москиты ноги грызут. Так же, в номере постояно были комары, залетали, видимо, через вентиляцию или в большую щель под входной дверью. За электричество заплатили 1350 батт за 6 дней (168 кВт). Номер как на фото, но мебель вся очень устала, на душевой кабине чёрная, плесень, но её не пытались отмыть. Рядом нет магазинов, массажа, кафе и тд. Ближайшее тусовочное место это 30 мин пешком.

This is our fifth stay. We've looked at different rooms during this time. This is a great option for a long-term stay.

Some rooms could already use some cosmetic renovations and more lighting.

Просторные номера, все необходимое есть, чисто, уборка раз в 5-7 дней, иногда приходили чаще, если надо, могут заменить полотенца, в номере есть веник, убирали и сами, если надо было. Посуда, кастрюли, сковородки, салатник, ножи, все есть. До моря 15 минут, пляж шикарный, широкий, море чистое. До кафе-ресторанов 25 минут, дороги пешеходные и для велосипедов. Ближайший магазин в 5 минутах. Нам достался прекрасный номер на первом этаже с выходом к бассейну, очень удобно с ребенком. Так же есть стиральные машины, в некоторых номерах тоже могут быть, но мы ходили в общую стиральную, сушилка тож есть. 70 бат стиралка, сушилка от 10 бат. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый, на связи в рабочие часы. По запросу предоставили стул для кормления и детскую кроватку. Электроэнергию не экономили, за 28 дней вышло примерно 15 тысяч в рублях, мы примерно так и рассчитывали.

Апартаменты не укомплектованы …..на кухни очень мало посуды….отсутствует штора в гостиной!!…НО ГЛАВНОЕ…..ВЫ ПЛАТИТЕ ОТДЕЛЬНО ЗА ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСТВО!!!!!за 4 суток экономного использования получилось 1240 бат!!!!

The golf club view

Very Disappointed with the Experience From the beginning, communication was poor. I asked twice in advance if it was possible to have a washing machine in the property as we are traveling with a 4-month-old baby. Both times I received the same vague reply: “We will let you know soon.” After waiting a full week with no update, I asked again. Upon arrival, when I asked once more, the response was very rude: “Yes, the laundry is already in the property.” However, no prior communication was ever provided, which was quite unprofessional. The property itself is old and needs maintenance. The air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy, and the one in the living area leaks water when used for many hours. This made the stay uncomfortable, especially with a baby. Additionally, at 6:00 AM every day, loud noise from golf club gardeners blowing leaves woke us up. It disturbed our rest and especially affected our 4-month-old son, making our stay far from peaceful. Overall, I am very disappointed. The lack of communication, the condition of the property, and the early-morning noise did not match the standard expected. I hope improvements will be made for future guests.

Preislich teuer.Möbel waren schon etwas abgewohnt. Es fehlt die Infrastruktur wie Geschäfte und Restaurants die fußläufig zu erreichen sind.Shuttlebus ist als positiv zu bewerten .Viele große Baustellen in der Nähe.

寝室には カーテンがあるが、 居間の窓にカーテンがなく、 夜は外から部屋の中が丸見え。 クレームしたら「この部屋のオーナーの趣味」という回答。 夜は居間にいられない。 キッチンの備品が揃っていなくて 料理に不便だった。 例えば 小スプーン、ボール 、ざる、 食器洗い用スポンジなど。 実際に料理することを考えてない。

Комфортные, стильные ,просторные и уютные апартаменты, с шикарным видом, в красивом районе. Море рядышком. Есть где и куда погулять. Жили на 2 этаже, балкон просторный с удобным диванчиком и 2 креслами, кофе с таким видом- просто сказка. Приятный ,гостеприимный персонал на ресепшене. Качественная уборка. Шикарный бассейн . Благоухающая территория.

Пришлось докупить посуду и бокалы, наличие стиральной машинки порадовало бы. Еще не хватало в гостиной штор или хотя бы каких либо занавесок на окнах. Москитные сетки тоже можно было бы. Да, и скрипучий матрас можно было бы заменить.

Чудесные апартаменты, вот прям 100 из 10!!! Абсолютно все понравилось, и локация, в тихом красивом месте с шикарным видом на гольф поле, близко к морю, и приветливый персонал на ресепшене, и стильные ,уютные ,просто шикарные апартаменты со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. За наличие стиральной машины и сетки на окнах отдельное спасибо. Благодарим за гостеприимство.

die Lage war leider nicht unser Fall, weil bang tao eher lwl ist. in fußnähe waren nur weitere Hotels erreichbar. auch die Märkte in der Nähe sind eher spärlich. am zimmer muss ich bemängeln, dass es nicht genug Licht gab und die Steckdosen am Bett waren für europäische Stecker zu locker.

The pool was closed for 2 out of 3 days of staying. They ask you to pay for electricity which is taking all the fun out of the experience. Also, the location is BA, no restaurants and shops around. the reception only work from 9 - 5 pm, Making the service and checkout really annoying and time consuming. I don't recommend it.

The location was nice, close to the beach, was very quiet. Large rooms and very nice staff

The aircon was very noisy, the internet was not working well and there was no gym (which I knew but would have been nice).

It's in a great location near the beach and Boat Avenue

The beds were like bricks, there were cockroaches in the bathrooms and every morning without fail they were doing something to the golf course that involved loud machinery. The staff are very nice, but the cleaning left a little to be desired.

Удачное расположение, есть где погулять, сделать пробежку, неподалеку есть площадка с турником и брусьями. Можно дойти до моря пешком. Развитая инфраструктура неподалеку с кафе и магазинами.

Отдельная оплата электричества по какому-то завышенному тарифу, примерно 10% от стоимости апартаментов получилось.

Micromanaging, they wanted to charge 5000 baht for a towel hung on the balcony and asked 800 baht for electricity for 3 days..

Big rooms, quiet space, conveniently located, excellent conditions, and modern amenities. The space had everything we needed for a short vacation, home away from home.

Clean and comfortable.

Dirty apartment. The front desk at Reserva are woeful. Aggresssive male for starters. Overcharged on bike rental. I was then fined for putting a towel on a balcony and leaving shoes outside my door for very short periods. No prior warnings! They then lied and said I had been warned.Principal,not the money. Took the tarnish off an amazing 3 weeks. I've stayed here twice before,will not be returning out of principal.

Inspirational view from the balcony. A lot of space in the rooms. Good speed of the internet. Convenient road to the beach - 10 minutes away, with a nice-looking way. Very safe place. New cafe in a 1 minute – good coffee and friendly staff. Good water pressure

Unconvenient schedule of cleaning: 2d and 7th day – we stay only for 7 days, which means we have only one cleaning. Very squeaky beds. Limited set of dishes and cutlery.

Feel shuttle bus around Laguna, we hired scooters to get around. Pool at hotel was so hot, needed to be alot cooler. Download "grab" app if you want to use taxis, much cheaper. Staff helpful and friendly, very clean and tidy. Great value for money, although pool just way too warm.

The whole Laguna enclave is very safe and well maintained area. Our room was very large with plenty of space and very quiet. The whole property, the pool and the pool area were impeccably kept. Washing machine and fridge freezer were great. Bed was 8/10 firm. Air con and fans work very well. Good value for money overall.

The furniture in our apartment was very dated and chairs were quite worn out. Shower was only a 6/10 for pressure. There is no food or drinks available at Allamanda. The staff were very friendly but didn’t really provide any details about the area. No maps were provided (Google Maps were a bit tricky to get a good perspective), no proactive information about supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, courtesy buses, taxis, etc. The swimming pool is warm water and not very refreshing !!!

Very nice location and quiet

Reception staff were very helpful but only work till 5.30 pm. We arrived later and had to find the keys held by security staff. Easy access to the pool and free water and local buses within the laguna area.

Very nice and quiet location. The accommodation was very comfortable with a lovely view.

It would have been useful to have hand towels in the bathrooms as well as bath towels. Instructions for the hob would have been helpful along with some tall glasses.

It was a big Appartment with washing machine and cooking facilities although we didn’t need them so wasn’t what we wanted.

The floors were very sandy and we had to pay for our electricity that we used. Nothing was said in the booking stage.

The property did not have housekeeping everyday, even small thing like drinking water bottle was not provided on daily basis, even they charged for Electricity used
