Staff were not great, did not look professional, when we walked in she was sitting in the lounge chairs, place felt like a jail with front doors being locked at 11pm, looked like a motel as opposed to a hotel, the television had 2 channels and no way to connect to streaming services. The ice machine also did not work, there was no mention about where breakfast would be held. Extremely out dated and not comfortable for the price I’ve paid, would rather have spent $100 more at Marriott than stay in a shady motel labelled “hotel”.

The room next to us had a dog in it, there was a hand written note on the door that said “very anxious rescue dog inside please keep sound to a minimum” and the dog barked all night long and all morning. We ended up checking out at 8am to go home and sleep because it was so terrible

The facilities are less quality... The pool under renovation for a long time... The bathroom near the lobby... It reeked of urine. There was a bucket under the urinal. Not sure what was going on. Cleanliness of the room was still good.

Had to use my personal data all night while doing work and and to relax after I was done. Front desk did nothing when I called down just said " no internet just simple TV"... that wasn't what I paid for and no refund or discount was offered. Really disappointing.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The esthetic and general cleanliness of common areas was good. Really nice included breakfast - hot food, make your own waffles, large drink selections.
Pool closes too early @ 9pm. There were dirty towels on bathroom counter and toilet flush lever was broken, so the toilet was unflappable without reaching into tank and doing manually - when we advised the front desk attendant, she said that "it was fine this morning", essentially putting ownis on us?.. One of the beds was completely unmade and when we asked if they could make it, they had us come down to the lobby and gave us a regular sort of extra blanket. Garbage cans in main room was full of garbage.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Breakfast was ok for the size of the hotel. Bacon or sausage would have been a nice touch but had ham instead. Not enough fruit options. Coffee maker was great with many options to choose from.
We booked a room for 5 people. Which included a sofa bed. There was no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. I called reception and asked for these items and I had to go down to the front desk myself at 11pm. Then they had no pillows to give me as there was only one staff member in tbe office.

Staff was also a bit rude and didn’t seem customer focused. Overall, experience was disappointing, it was the cheaper option but still not value the money.

Then we were told we were given the wrong room so moved. staff complaining about other staff, nothing was done to compensate for all the inconvenience.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025Got ripped off from the start. Price was posted one thing online all fees and taxes then they charged some hidden $30+ fee with no real explanation. Got to the room and it smelt like a homeless person lived there and next door there was a dog barking nonstop. I asked to be switched to another king sized bed suite but non were available away from the barking dog on the animal floor (1st floor). So we got downgraded to a regular room with no stove for cooking so we had to eat out every meal except for breakfast they offered continental. The room was much nicer and cleaner that we got moved to on the 4th floor I will say how that was a pleasant surprise however they refused to refund the difference in over charge which was about $140 instead they offered a consolation refund of $70. I’m not please with being overcharged and offered the worst offerings for my young family. The breakfast was decent most days. The coffee machine is excellent.
