Comfort Inn & Suites

Good Location and welcoming staff.

N/A

very clean and very nice staff

i liked pretty much everything

The staff really made our stay very good. Always had a smile on their faces. Always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great hotel for a great price. Close to all needed amenities, buy yet set back in a little hide away. Pool is warm and clean. Comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

I am sure every business can make improvements in some areas. I like the fact it was clean, and great staff. Those are the areas that were important in our stay.

Clean..great services..

Everything was perfect and beyond. We will come again

Très bien situé Très propre

It was clean and comfortable which are two big things for us.

Was not reinbursed my 50.00 safety deposit

Same safety deposit not reembursed

Convenient

The king room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with multiple choices.

They needed another toaster for breakfast. When there is a crowd you are waiting a little.

Location was perfect before going on to Toronto. The breakfast was what we expected and enough. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient as many people arrived at the same time. The pool was perfect for the kids to enjoy.

Nothing

Your company said no extra fees… you lied to me so I will not ever be using this service and be very vocal about the 33 dollars in taxes I paid when I arrived. Further more your app is in the way in just finding hotel. Scam rip off

You lied to me. No extra fees on arrival.. they made me pay 33 dollars extra. Your app shows up on Google and it’s annoying now cause it’s an obvious scam

Ontbijt was magertjes. Mag iets uitgebreider

Comfortable rooms and plenty of space. Very clean.

Location

People partying at 130 in the morning and having to call the front desk to get them to quiet Breakfast could be better

Personnel tres bien. Chambre grande et confortable. Tres b9n petit déjeuner

All the staff were very nice to us especially Gloria, Sue and Mike. They treated us with respect and helped us with anything we asked, with a smile on their faces.

Nothing

Very clean and comfortable

Location

Carpet beetle in the bed. Pool was dirty (Kleenex or something of the sort at the bottom). Used to be a great place to stay but starting to notice a decline. May look for somewhere else to stay in the area next time.

confortable

hot, AC wasn’t running high enough in bedroom & in common areas, shower had pink spots in the corners, ice machines were broken on all floors

Great, central location

The fact that the initial staff didn’t note that I had a late checkout privilege and the other unknowing staff disturbed me in the morning to confirm.

Friendly accommodating staff.

Parking spots should be a bit wider as there are many full size company trucks with the larger side mirrors staying there.

Correct et bon petit déjeuner

you over charged me ,you said one price then charged me 212 more, not happy and won't be back

The staff and room were incredible I understand you have a promo going on, but this was the very first time someone offered membership gave me a card signed me up right away

Very clean and affordable, staff was great! Would stay again.

L'emplacement et la propreté.

Good

Breakfest didn't have hash brown potatoes

All of it

All was good

My husband and I had a very good, comfortable stay at your property; friendly staff, very clean, nice hot breakfast included in price which helped. I enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool and getting a bit of exercise after a long driving day. Thank you for a good stay : )

My only issue is the carpets in the hotel room. I know it costs money to replace with laminate and that might increase nightly rates. My allergies were affected by the carpets so that was my only issue. Thank you for a good stay : )

Propre, confortable et excellent service du personnel

Rien

Convenient and clean

Matress was busted, real bad sleep

Our room had two queen beds plus a pull out couch. It was a great size and very spacious for our family.

More blankets and pillows for the sofa bed.

I liked the hot chick at the front desk

The amount of bleach they use to clean the sheets, makes you itchy at night .

The hotel was not clean, the room was non smoking but smelled like smoke. The toilet and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The breakfast wasn’t bad ( normal breakfast) but the cleanliness of the breakfast area was poor

Cleanliness

I didn’t appreciate the fact that I paid for two nights and there was no housekeeping available to clean the room. I was only told I could have towels replaced, but if you’re paying for a service in a hotel, I feel that housekeeping should be available 24 seven not whenever they feel like cleaning.

Comfortable beds

Had to change rooms 7pm due to smoke detector chirping, no offering of anything for the inconvenience

Quiet, not very busy.

Parking lot not cleaned out. Salt not put down, quite slippery.

Location is great

More variety for continental breakfast

It was easily accessible and the rooms were good.

The heat was malfunctioning throughout the night so it was going from hot to cold to too hot. They did try to fix it very it started again later in the night.

Close to office and a wide variety of restaurants. The room was large and comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly. Booking was easy, parking is plentiful.

Pillows were horrible! Typically hotels give you a couple of soft and medium to firm so you can choose. All were soft and felt lumpy. The pillowslips also had the unpleasant stale smell of prior use. Either they were not changed, or pillows not clean. Had to sleep with a clean towel over them. Will pack my own pillow next time.

It was basic and clean with a nice breakfast at a reasonable price.

The exercise room was insufficient and unavailable. This and the pool should be advertised only if they can really be used.

Very clean room, friendly staff, good communication.

Breakfast on the smaller side, all good quality though.

Food was cold. Toaster did not work properly. Not enough selection

No heat in the room

Nothing

Nothing

Seemed well kept. Breakfast was good, no limit on what you can eat. Rooms clean. Microwave and mini fridge included.

Not much within walking distance. Shower was hot to start and got colder by the minute. A curtain would be nice to keep the water from spraying out onto the bathroom floor.

Breakfast not ready by our departure time

Everything, good breakfast, bed was comfy

Comfortable

Everything was ok, just the ice vending machine is not working in my floor.

Don't like the area of the hotel. Staff were ok but not that friendly either.

Needs to be updated in the rooms. Stayed there when it opened and it still the same may years later

Very comfortable and clean!

Clean

The room was clean, but it had a little of a dusty smell and it had no ventilation and a poor airflow The staff was friendly, accommodating

I don’t normally review things - but this hotel was a clean, comfortable budget-friendly option with very pleasant staff. Just what we needed when our car broke down nearby.

Exceptionally nice front desk, clean economical good place .

Good clean spacious room with comfortable beds. Quiet location

I found the staff at the front desk ambivilant. Had to ask for a receipt. The carpet in the room was very smelly. Musty and dirty smelling. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Good, clean property, includes breakfast & parking

Swimming pool,clean spacious rooms

Friendly reception - everywhere so clean

We have stayed here previously and will stay here again the next hime we in the srea
