The breakfast didn’t meet my expetation

It's a Hilton. All you can expect from Hilton hotel. This is affordable luxury in Tokyo. Perfect for visiting the Disney parks, or even to visit Tokyo, it's only 20 min. by subway to Tokyo central station. Perfect rooms, good breakfast, and a convenience store inside the hotel.

The family room on the 4F was great. Spacious and with cute yet elegant design. Loved the buffet dinner. We did the premium one, and loved the more exquisite food, especially the chef made salad in front of us, with shaved cheese extravagantly mixed in and added on top.

Couldn’t work as planned due to security restrictions on captive wifi they use. But I guess people don’t come here to work.

Everything about this hotel is perfect for any stay. Close to train station, has a shuttle to the JR to walk to Disneyland. The bed are 1000/10, incredibly comfortable. Stuff super helpful and friendly

Location was brilliant for Disney resort. 2 min walk to Disney monorail and 5 mins later you're in Disneyland. We had a wonderful family magical room comfortably sleeping 6 people with magnificent views overlooking Tokyo Bay.

The outdoor pool was closed both days to all hotel guests over the weekend for a private event. It would have been good if we received reciprocal access to a neighbouring hotels outdoor pool.

Perfect location opposite Disney monorail, lovely staff, big beautiful room with a bed each and gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the bay. 2 Convienience stores in lobby with extremely cheap food and drinks including alcohol and health food.

BEWARE - During summer the lovely outdoor pool area in the photos is off limits unless you pay 6,000 - 9,000 Y per person for a 4 hour session. We checked in at 2pm with the intention of relaxing by the pool but it would have cost us AUD225 on top of our room rate!! This is the same, we discovered, at lots of the Disney hotels. An absolute scam.

ファミリータイプの部屋なので、ユニットバスではなく独立した浴室のほうがありがたかった。

Prima hotel met een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Ruime kamer met goed werkende airco. Alles wordt keurig schoongemaakt. Het restaurant heeft een uitgebreide kaart waar voor elk wat wils op staat. Op loopafstand van de monorail.

Het buitenzwembad is alleen beschikbaar als je daar flink voor betaald. Voor een gezin is dat eigenlijk niet haalbaar en ook niet heel er gastvrij. Dat moet echt beter kunnen.

チェックインするのに時間をかけ過ぎ。 宿泊客なのに駐車場代、プール代が高い。 Wi-Fi接続が面倒、今の時代みんな当たり前に使うのだから、他のホテルの様に部屋にWi-Fiパスが書いてある物を置いて簡単に接続出来る様にするべき。

The staff were great! I made an error with my booking and they were very fast to assist me with a solution. Fantastic location. They provide a shuttle bus from the train station but it’s literally across the road so an easy walk if you don’t want to wait for the bus. We took advantage of the closeness to Disneyland to take a break in the middle of the day and return to the park later in the day - perfect for young kids.

シャンプーコンディショナーは質があまり良くないので、持参した方が良い。

部屋も広く、ロケーションも良かった。お風呂のお湯が早く溜まるので、人数が多くてもスムーズに入浴できた、廊下に冷水機と製氷機があり、とても便利だった。

良く無い事ではないが、バスタオルの厚みが凄いので、重くて身体を拭くのが大変だった。コインランドリーの乾燥機の蓋の淵に埃が溜まっていた。

The breakfast just really confusing on the setting and a bit messy.

とても広くて開放的なホテルで非日常を感じながら楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。二段ベットや仕掛けがある部屋で、エレベーターを降りた瞬間から楽しく過ごせました。

受付での対応が早口でわかりにくく、丁寧さがなかったことが残念でした。

スタッフさん皆さんが対応が丁寧で良かったです。 また夕食ビュッフェ、朝食ビュッフェともにとても美味しかったです。お部屋でもゆっくりできてとても快適でした。

Location is good if you want to visit Disneyland wth hotel shuttle. Breakfast was good and varied. Room was small, but comfortable.

We were very disappointed to know that you need to not only pay to use the pJapenses hotels of charging to use the pool is very updated. Though it is common in Japanese hotels to charge to use the pool, we talking here of an American hotel chain. Making a reservation in a limited time framework, and for only two hours, only works for hotel convenience, but not the customer.

Big thank you to “Ueno” the bell-lady who greeted and unloaded our large amount of luggage from taxi with such friendly and professional way. After checking in, I realized that I had left my iphone 17 promax in the taxi. Given I did not take a receipt and it was important to attend to matter swiftly she was able to review CCTV camera footage to locate car license plate and could see her on the phone with taxi company and then get the driver to acknowledge in and return. She even refused my tip several times (of course I kept insisting). Would have been a nightmare if I was unable to get phone back given only 1/2 way of the 10 day trip. Even the manager lady noticed me in distress and provide calmness and allowed Ueno to do her wonderful job. Checkin process was also impeccable and arranged early check in.

The hotel looked lovely, the room was very comfortable and the staff were sublime. The garden pool was excellent and although you had to pay extra, it was definitely worth it.

Too many people and a constant feel of chaos, the queues for breakfast were always big and the wait time to sit down and eat were unacceptable, due to this my daughter never came for breakfast throughout the stay😔.The reception area was always pure chaos and the hotel pool that was free, wasn’t big enough for the capacity of the hotel. For a Hotel that advertises a premium stay, it really wasn’t a premium stay.

Great location for Disney parks, spacious room. There is a Lawson conveniently located on the ground floor.

The food at the restaurant was overpriced and of poor quality. Access to the outdoor pool is very expensive, like $70+ AUD per person per session.

This was one of the only hotels around Tokyo Disney that had rooms that would accommodate our whole family (me, spouse, two kids) in one room. The beds were very comfortable and the view was lovely. We loved that there was a Lawson's in the lobby, along with some other shops. We found the Disneyland food to be less than thrilling so it was nice to be able to grab some prepared food in the morning or at night. Also we really appreciated how efficient they are at dealing with luggage. We arrived around noon, which was too early for check-in, but had been hoping to get into Disneyland that afternoon. That was no problem whatsoever - they have a whole desk for turning over your luggage, which was delivered to our room and ready to go when we returned that evening.

We did not realize that we would have to pay to use the monorail that takes people from the hotel to the parks! That just seemed a little silly as all of these hotels are Disney approved or whatever. Also the carpeting in the hotel is definitely worn and doesn't match the expectations that the absolutely pristine lobby set.

Check-In: Sehr langwierig, leider war es uns nicht möglich (durch die Buchung auf Booking) diesem vorab zu machen, weil man dazu die richtige (und nicht Bookings) Nummer benötigt. Pool: Leider war der Innen und der Außenpool kostenpflichtig (9000 Yen/Person(ich wage zu behaupten, dass ich das nur für einen Pool gelesen hatte) und war zu unserer Ankunft schon vollständig ausreservier, was in Anbetracht der heißen Tage und unserem Interesse uns abzukühlen absolut katastrophal war. Das Hotel hat keine gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

房間很大，四個人住的空間太舒服了。四個行李可以直接打開放在電視櫃底下，完全不佔走道空間。客人很多但公共空間夠大，所以不會有擁擠的感覺，整個就是~~舒適。接駁車也超方便，直接來回舞濱完全不用走路、換車。

洗衣機跟烘衣機的數量不夠，這麼大的飯店有800多間的房間，但洗衣機只有6台，烘衣機只有8台。尤其在夏天，玩完disney回飯店幾乎一定會洗衣服，所以不夠用，排隊要排很久。

My husband and I love that everyone was so respectful and kind.

At the hotel room, you have to wait for English shows or movies. But other than that, we had a great time.

チェックアウトが楽で、びっくりしました。 とても助かります。 子供が寝坊すると思い、朝食を予約しなかったですが、次の朝、現時払いOKでしたので嬉しかったです。 おかげで楽しい朝食時間になりました。

空港行のリムジンバスを乗る為に、 時間に合わせて部屋を出ましたが、 エレベーターが満員で、中々乗れなくて、ちょっと 焦りました。 そこで、向かい側のエレベーターに行って、 6人が分けて乗りましたが、 次のエレベーターはガラガラだと聞いて安心しました。 これからは、もうちょっと早く部屋を出る事に気付きました。

The room was fun and the breakfast adequately and tasty

The fact the outdoor pool was an extra charge attached to the outdoor restaurant was not at all clear on booking.com or on the Hilton website. Simply stating “extra charges may apply” is not clear enough. Resulted in some very upset children and a couple of long days. If we had known this was not including in the cost of accommodation we would have stayed elsewhere.

Good location with Lawson in lobby but after Disney it gets jammed. Stayed in family room with an ocean view for the 5 of us. This was our 3rd pit stop in Japan and we prefer the separated bathroom with shower/toilet. Booked for location and reasonable price, not much food option at hotel. Does provide complimentary shuttle to Maihama station.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Disney parks. The limo bus is a great way to get straight to the hotel from the airport. There is a free shuttle in the morning that takes you to the monorail. You must use cash to pay for the monorail. We didn’t know this and struggled the 1st day to get cash. They said there was not a way to easily walk to the parks. The Lawsons was great, and we picked up their delicious pancakes and coffee for breakfast each day. I tried ramen at the restaurant there, and it was good. Our room fit our 5 okay. My kids called the triple twin beds pushed together “mega bed”. We also had bunk beds. My husband also utilized their free bus to a mall to track down some water for his cpap. If you have a cpap, I would pack water. Overall, it was a convenient and nice hotel for our family if 5.

It was really lovely in all aspects. Our themed family room was great, the hotel food was amazing, great facilities and shops with two mini marts. It missed an outdoor terrace for coffee and snacks. The indoor pool was good with well equipped changing rooms. The one thing which we found so disappointing was that you couldn't go to the outside pool without booking a timed slot which included a package with small snacks and a drink. It was very expensive. As paying guests, we should be able to go to the outdoor pool, without being charged, especially in that heat. There was nowhere else to sit outside. The hotel is close to Disney and you can get a shuttle from the hotel to the monorail located at Maihama station, which also gives you access to the subway. It is cheap and easy to get around.

It was the first stop on our Honeymoon. They offered us an upgrade at a discounted price and gave us a gift and card on arrival. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The amenities are great and everything is super clean. The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. Location is great and the shuttle service to disney parks is very well run. Would love to visit again!

You have to make a reservation and pay to use the pool. Even as a paid guest staying at the property. Never have I stayed at a “resort” before and then had to pay to use the facilities.

Замечательный отель! Остались очень довольны проживанием. Номер просторный, светлый и очень комфортный, с приятным видом на парк. Расположение удобное для посещения Tokyo Disneyland и DisneySea. Завтраки очень понравились: большой выбор блюд, свежие фрукты, всё вкусное, каждый смог найти что-то по своему вкусу. Есть супермаркет прямо в отеле – очень удобно. Успели посетить бассейн на свежем воздухе – отличная зона отдыха.

There were plenty of facilities. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The overall design of the building was modern and convenient for visitors to move about with ease. Additionally, the staff at Silva, were friendly and incredibly helpful. We dined there everyday for lunch and dinner due to the exceptional service we received. They understood our dietary needs and treated us with benevolence at a level greater than expected at a Hilton restaurant. In a nutshell, I loved it.

I think that there should be a lounge for non-member visitors to stay at while waiting for the room to be cleaned or prepared.

Exorbitant price to use the pool for a few hours - 75,000 yen for a short window per person. It includes single drink and small snack. This is ridiculous, and unfair, and not obvious to anybody booking whether it be through their website or a third-party. We booked more than one night deliberately as we wanted to make use of this during the summer months. In the middle of summer and heatwave, we only saw max 10 people in the pool and no one using premium seating on the deck. Ridiculous to withhold that , but I believe access to these sort of facility should be a standard for any hotel guest. Even the indoor pool and gym had had a fee associated.

Limited access to facilities at venue, tried to charge fees to use the pool, room smelt funny. someone had just used the toilet before we got our room and we could smell it.

I didn’t like that when I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and selected 4 beds… I was messaged by the hotel saying I needed to pay $100/night MORE to have the 4th bed. When I said I selected 4 beds when booking they told me it was a glitch with booking.com and if I didn’t pay it I would have my booking cancelled and I can re book again. At that point re booking was a lot more expensive so my hand was very forced.

Conveniently located by Tokyo Disney parks. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff available to help with anything. Shuttle services to maihama station that connects to Disneyland and Tokyo. Bayside monorail station across the street if monorail is your choice to Disney parks. Pools are an extra fee if you want to use that service. There’s Lawson and Disney store inside the hotel. Room is clean and toiletries are provided daily. Slippers and robes available to use in the room. Bed is comfy and very clean. Ocean view is the best.

You have to pay to use the pool. This should be included in the price.

People were so friendly and helpful the food was great

Everyone was super friendly and the customer service was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing; however, because of its proximity to Disneyland, there were a lot of children! staff managed to keep the common areas very clean. Beware! A session by the outdoor pool is about $50! A four hour session includes one drink, a snack and of course a lounge chair. The breakfast buffet has a good variety, but it’s the same every day. The cook @the omelette station greeted us every morning and asked how we slept. I asked for my omelette well done and it was perfect!

I stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay for 3 nights with family and then 3 more nights just with my wife after I had a medical issue. The staff from onset was wonderful. During my medical event, the night manager, Oya-san made sure that everything that needed to be taken care of was completed. He and his staff were quite professional and excelled in taking care of my needs and assisting the family during this difficult time. The rest of the family was scheduled to leave Japan later in the morning. My wife and I were to leave 7 days later. Due to my medical event, we decided that I should stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay for an additional 3 nights for rest and respite. Mr. Oya, upgraded our room and moved us to the executive floor for 3 nights. After return from the emergency room, the morning manager, Watanabe-san was extremely helpful in taking care of our needs. To the managers, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, the check-in desk staff, ALL THE STAFF, you were friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. THANK YOU!

Having to pay extra to use the facilities. Especially the pool area. I found the beds just a little too hard for my comfort, but that’s a personal taste.
