Situation parfaite proche des parcs disneyland. Présence d'un bus faisant le trajet jusqu'à la gare du monorail de disney (toutes les 20 minutes en journée et toutes les 7/8 minutes le matin et le soir) ce qui est un plus ! Restaurant buffet dans l'hôtel assez bon et pas excessif en prix. Une boutique disney dans l'hotel. Les chambres aux étages élevés offrent une vue sur le parc.

It’s close to Disneyland the rooms are clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was fair.

It’s a very old hotel and has an old smell to it. It’s also quite far from Tokyo CBD, it used to take us over an hour to get there. There also aren’t many restaurants in the hotel or around. We had the buffet diner at the hotel and was mediocre.

Have to pay an extra 30,000 yen per adult to use the pool. Only 2 restaurant options on site for dinner, one an expensive buffet or a sushi restaurant, so make sure you eat elsewhere as food is limited. Wouldn't stay at the hotel for any other reason than going to disneyland and 2 nights max is all you need. Nothing else nearby to do that's easily accessible.

I really liked the bathroom amentiies.

Far away from everything. For a Disney hotel it didn't really feel magical. Went across the street to the Hilton when I got bored.

Nous avons pris une chambre vue parc hauteur , on etait au 9eme étage chambre 961 il me semble et on avait une vue INCROYABLE !! Le château de Tokyo Disneyland le train de la mine le bateau et le volcan de Tokyo disney sea , cette chambre était juste dingue

部屋がとても清潔で、広く快適でした。また、コンセントが多く、USBジャックも併殺されていて、モバイル等の充電にとても助かりました。

強いて言うなら、建物の配置、間取り上仕方がないことですが窓からのロケーションが、如何ともし難い感じでした。

The hotel was in a great location, just a quick walk to the monorail. The staff were extremely helpful, and our room was very nice - a good size and very comfortable.

I was shocked that the hotel charged $50/person for a 3hr visit to the pool. After 2 weeks in the sweltering heat, we'd been looking forward to staying in a hotel with a pool, and we hadn't realized that there was an extra charge for it. I have never stayed in a place that charged extra to use the pool, especially when there was a heat wave ongoing with all kinds of warnings and advisories about how to stay safe and cool.

מלון יפה ומעוצב, חדרים גדולים ומפנקים. שירות מצויין וצוות אדיב. ממוקם במתחם של דיסני, מרחק הליכה 5 דקות מהתחנה של רכבת דיסני, נסיעה של תחנה אחת לדיסני סי, ו2 תחנות לדיסני. מספקים את כל התמרוקים שצריך, כולל פיג'מות לכולם. היה כיף וחבל שלא נשארנו עוד כמה לילות.

במקום 2 מסעדות: אחת בסגנון יפני, אלא קרט. השנייה מסעדה שיש בה הכל אך לא ניתן להזמין מנה אלא רק בופה. יש במקום מעין סבן אילבן לקניות כלליות, אך סופר טרי מרוחק מידי.

Right next to Disneyland and Disney Sea Parks. Outlook over harbour was great and you could allow fresh air into the room. Onsite restaurant was good and bar service exceptional.

We were unable to exit Disney Sea via Fantasy Springs exit which was a 250 meter walk to our hotel. Instead, we had to go right around to the other side of the park and catch the resort train back to our hotel. It added another hour on our long day.

まず立地がパークから近く、遊び疲れていてもすぐホテルに戻れるのが良かったです！施設内も大変綺麗でした。お部屋は広く、鏡も大きいので身支度がしやすかったです！ 朝食が良い、とのレビューを見て楽しみにしておりました。レビュー通り、朝食は大変満足するものでした！メニューが和洋ともに豊富で、目の前でオムレツを作っていただけたり、おにぎりを握っていただけたりするのも楽しいポイントです！

ディズニーリゾートからのアクセスが良く、ウェルカムセンターの利用できること。 エントランスがゴージャスで、チェックイン＆チェックアウトの待ち時間なくスムーズ。 お部屋は広々としていて とても清潔。 BUFFETも品数豊富で とても美味しい。 チェックアウトの時間が正午迄でゆっくりできる。 リピーターになってます。

BUFFETの予約はできても 更に会場で待ち時間が発生してしまう事。

The stay itself was very good very convenient for visiting Disneyland and Disneysea. Very quiet in the room. Nice that it have a 24 hour store.

It would have been nice to have something in the shower to put your towel and clothes for after your shower, otherwise you have to leave it in the sink area of the bathroom but there is no door there for privacy to get changed so it made it a bit inconvenient with family with kids in the room.

Oda temizliği ve konforu iyiydi. Tesisin bavulları metro istasyonundan teslim alması hoştu.

Oteldeki kahvaltı için sıra numarası alınması zorunluluğu gereksiz stres yaratıyor. Bu kadar pahalı bir otelin ücretsiz imkanlarının bu kadar dar olması şaşırtıcıydı. Havuzun paralı olması çok saçmaydı bence.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was wonderful — the location, the hotel itself, and especially the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is extremely convenient, with shops and everything you might need right inside. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and we really appreciated all the little details — the lovely toiletries, pajamas and other amenities provided. Everything felt very comfortable and well thought out. The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! ❤️

何度かきていましたが初めてモーニングを利用し、 スタッフさんの対応・味も本当に美味しかったです！！

特にないです。

ディズニーからも離れていませんし駅からもそこまで遠くないので荷物が多い人も良いと思います。朝6時から荷物を預けることも可能ですし従業員の方も優しく対応してくださるのでおすすめです。

全然歩きでもパークや駅には行けますがもう少しバスの時間を増やして頂けたら嬉しいかなと思います。

If you are planning more than a day in Disney world, it is a nice place. Staff are amazing, like in many places in Japan. Food was great and convenient.

A magical stay near Disneyland! ✨ We chose this hotel for just one night because we wanted to visit Disneyland, but the hotel itself turned out to be an unforgettable part of the experience. It was so beautiful and charming that it felt like an extension of the park itself — almost like stepping into another fairytale. ❤️ The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The location was perfect and made getting to Disneyland very convenient. We were also pleasantly surprised by the dining options. In the morning, we could choose between two restaurants — a buffet or a restaurant serving traditional local cuisine. We chose the traditional cuisine for dinner and the buffet in the morning, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. For us, this hotel was the perfect combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and great value for money. We only stayed for one night, but we honestly wished we had booked longer. A truly memorable stay — we would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland! ✨

リゾートホテルのワクワク感がしっかりあるところ ディズニーストアが朝早くからやっていたり、スタッフさんも全員明るいのにわざとらしくない、いい意味で圧迫感のない心地の良いおもてなしをしてくださりました。

素泊まりだったので食事などは利用していません。水回りや部屋もとても綺麗で、エコ清掃でお願いしてもゴミ箱のゴミは回収してくれますし、補充類も水、タオル、ルームウェアやアメニティをちゃんと補充してくれて助かりました！私の目から見て良くなかった点はとくに見当たりません

とても綺麗で、さらにグレードアップしていただきお風呂、シャワーが分かれていて大変ありがたかったです。

What I found most unpleasant was the ¥5,000 check-in fee for my 7-year-old daughter. This charge hadn't been made clear to us beforehand. Furthermore, we had a very uncomfortable situation during breakfast. I didn't know exactly what the procedure was, so we went directly to the food service area. After my family and I were already seated at the table, a staff member came to confront us, saying we hadn't joined the queue. I understand that we might have made a mistake due to not knowing the procedure, and I have no problem being guided. However, the way it was done made us very embarrassed, as we were put in an uncomfortable situation, standing in front of other guests who were staring at us. He could have simply explained that we had followed the wrong procedure and given us our table number or instructed us on how to proceed. What bothered me most was that every time I tried to explain the situation, apologize, or use the translator to communicate better, the employee wouldn't let me finish speaking and continued to impose their will. This made communication very difficult and made the situation even more unpleasant. I'm not complaining about having been informed of the rules. What left me dissatisfied was mainly the way we were treated. I expected more polite, patient, and welcoming service, especially since we were staying as a family and had a difficult communication situation due to the language barrier. I will remember this man's face for the rest of my life because of the discomfort he caused during my family's vacation.

Das es neben Disneyland liegt und das es einen Shuttle Transfer zum Flughafen gab.

Wirkt wie ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel scheint kein fünf Sterne Hotel mehr zu sein. Annehmlichkeiten fehlen und das Personal ist nicht flexibel. Auch möchte man gar nicht auf Wünsche eingehen, weiters ist die Poolbenutzung auf gewisse Stunden reduziert. Und preislich nicht gerechtfertigt. Die alten Teppiche in den Räumen und am Gang sind in die Jahre gekommen und riechen seltsam. Auch die Zimmergröße passt nicht da die verbauten Kästen mitgerechnet werden, somit wirken die Zimmer zu klein oder sind es auch. Am Tag der Abreise war wenig Flexibilität vom Restaurant Personal gegeben.

朝食がたくさんの種類があって、携帯で呼び出ししてくれたので良かった。小さな子供がいたので。 エントランスも素敵で子供たちが楽しそうでした。

5歳の子供の部屋着、スリッパがあって良かったのですが、2歳の子供がいてスリッパで喧嘩したのであったら良かったです。

I love the decoration inside and the facilities such as a Disney store, convenience store and two restaurants. I also loved the spacious rooms with many facilities inside. I also appreciated the treatment from the staff who took our luggage to our room for us.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter les deux parcs. Il y un lawson dans le Hilton juste en face. L'offre de nourritures sur place est très importante. Les chambres sont parfaites. Vue sur parc.

I did not like the breakfast structure and getting in line waiting for number to be called and when number was called they told me I was in the incorrect line. More signage or directions in foreign languages would be helpful

浴槽がえっ？掃除してあるの？と一瞬気になった。 結果的には、掃除云々でなく数カ所、削られている部分があり、それが汚物（掃除もれ）のように見えただけだった。 だから、清潔だったのだろうが、直した方が良いと思います。

Uitstekend buffet zowel ontbijt als diner - voor de ochtend was er een makkelijk reservatie systeem online en je kreeg vrij snel een tafel -leuk zwembad tegen betaling
