É um hotel localizado num prédio histórico de centenas de anos, mas o hotel é moderno com todos os apetrechos necessários para uma estadia agradável. A localização não podia ser melhor, no coração do centro histórico com muitos restaurantes, atrativos e lojas à poucos passos. E o quarto era limpo, moderno e silencioso. A equipe da recepção e os rapazes do restaurante foram muito atenciosos e corteses.

O quarto é pequeno mas como tudo é bem planejado, não chegou a comprometer o meu conforto. O banheiro tinha um bom tamanho e era bem equipado. E graças a Deus, havia ar condicionado então não tive calor como aconteceu em outros hotéis que fiquei durante esse período de final de verão com temperaturas ainda altas.

Super convenient to everything in Zurich if you are a tourist. Small cozy room for solo traveller.

The room description could be misleading. So do your research before you book.

Central location easy access to everything. Clean comfortable rooms.

To me it’s seemed more like a luxury 3 star than a 4 star. The rooms have no coffee machine or kettle neither a small fridge. Every morning I had to go down to the reception to get my coffee and I case you buy some snacks or food that you want to store you don’t have a mini fridge in the room to do so. When I brought this issue up at the reception desk at check out. The staff informed me that only the “historic” room has a coffee machine because it’s section. Which didn’t make sense at all I stayed in a double room and it had plenty of space to have a mini fridge and a coffee machine / kettle. This simple detail wouldn’t make me want to stay at the hotel again because to me these are basic necessities that are standard in all hotels including hotels rates with less stars.

The breakfast could have been more varied and better organized. There is no minibar in the room. An adapter for the sockets is needed. There is no closet or luggage rack in the room.

Really great location, nice and interesting historic hotel, perfect for short stay in Zurich. The room was small but had everything that is needed.

room was smaller than advertised and the ceilings veryyy low (my husband is 180cm and was pretty close to the ceilings). there was a weird mouldy smell in the room too, which we found alerting and uncomfortable. although the location is lovely and central there is a bar right under the windows and everyday until 2-3am would be a looot of noise from people talking and music, also in the morning there would be vans unloading products into the shops, plus a bridge construction - very loud, we couldn’t sleep properly.

You need to get the drinking water from the water fountain installed near the lift. And water bottles are not enough. I have to bring my own bottle to fill.

With the baby 1,5 year old and the type of the room i think is not suitable for babies . But we manage it

The location is perfect! We loved how comfortable the bedding was and the historic room is just so nice. The bathrooms are spacious and the rooms spotless! The building is also nice, historic and the staff were nice.

Breakfast is minimal, there is no gym at the facility. That said, all in all this hotel is recommended and i would stay there again.

Mein Lieblingshotel in Zürich: altes Haus dezent modernisiert, supernettes Personal, die Kleinigkeiten machen den Unterschied: Holzböden, Wasser und Kaffee/Tee jederzeit, es riecht gut … Und die Lage in der Altstadt ist top.

Alles gut (davon abgesehen, dass Hotels in Zürich generell teuer sind).

A historical hotel right in the middle of Zürich with tons of restaurants nearby and beautiful streets to walk around. The facilities were pristine, the staff was lovely and the AC worked wonderfully!

זו פעם שלישית שלנו במלון, אבל הפעם נתקלנו במספר אכזבות: אמנם ידענו (אם כי הסיבה לא ברורה) שאין מיני מקרר בחדר, אך הפעם בשל החום הגדול היעדרו היווה קושי רב. יתר על כך, המזגן בכל המלון לא עבד יום שלם ולילה שלם, והרגשנו שהצוות התייחס לכך באופן אדיש. זה צרם לנו. בנוסף, התאכזבנו הפעם מרמת הניקיון. חפצים קטנים שנפלו לא הורמו מהרצפה, והמלאי של המגבות ושל הקפה והחלב לא מולא באופן קבוע. לצד זאת, רוצים לציין לשבח את פביאן פקידת הקבלה.

Rooms just a tad above basic with no frills, no fridge, no supplementary lighting for desk, no closed wardrobe. Tiny bath. Three elevators, all confusingly linked to actual floor levels. Below par breakfast for this class of establishment.

Very unique and beautiful place in the old town! Loved the reception/ lobby which has a shared fridge for keeping groceries and truly excellent coffee making facilities. Great for someone who may need some space to work. Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I loved it and would stay again.

I will definitely consider staying here again. The room was spacious, beautifully designed and furnished to a high standard. We know to expect excellence in Switzerland and this hotel does not disappoint. Zurich is not a cheap place to visit, but this hotel was certainly good value. The staff were helpful and efficient. There was a good breakfast available at the cafe that is attached to the hotel with its own internal entrance. The location is good for walking around and even walking to the station if you do not have a lot of luggage. It is a few minutes to the river or about 10 minute walk to the Opera.

Location is in the heart of Old Town, very convenient to restaurants and for exploring the area. Staff were very helpful and polite.

The washroom in the room does not have a door lock, but it's very minor.

We stayed three nights here and loved it. It’s located in the heart of Old Town Zurich. Step outside and you have restaurants, bars, and shopping in all directions. We had a king bed in a spacious room, and nice, roomy bathroom with a shower. The room has black out drapes and was extremely quiet at night. There’s a restaurant on the first floor, Delish, we had the breakfast buffet there once. It was fine but not amazing. The staff were incredibly nice and there’s free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hrs a day. Overall, what a great hotel for being in the center of everything.

Staðsetningin. Loftkælingin okkar bilaði en við fengum strax “portable AC” sem bjargaði okkur alveg, mjög flott og hæft starfsfólk.

Morgunmaturinn og starfsfólkið þar var frekar dauft.

La habitación era cómoda en general.
