Reviewed Aug 31, 2026アウトレットから近くて便利 館内着の作務衣を自分で取るのでゆとりあるサイズが選べてよかった 歩いて5分程度の場所にセブンイレブンがあって助かった
大浴場が狭かった 脱衣場のカゴが10以上あったのでそのくらいの人数が同時に入れるのかと思いきや 入ってみると洗い場は3か所しかなかったので裸のまま数人突っ立って待つ状況(みなさんこんな狭いとは思ってなかったんだろうな、と) 待たれていると思うとゆっくりできず疲れを癒せなかった ドライヤーのある洗面台も2台なのでかなり待つことになった 朝は混雑してなかったのでよかった ウエルカムドリンクを貰いそこねたというか朝コーヒー飲みたかったから貰わないでいたけど時間外だった エアコンの様子がおかしかった 我が家とおなじ機種だったけど起動が遅く異音もしていてなかなか寝付けなかった

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026When we arrived staff were very kind and helpful. Pleny of parking which was great as we had hired a car. We were also offered free dinners at night. There is a viewing spot on top of the building to view Mt Fuji which is a bonus.
Rooms were small and nowhere to put your suitcases so your not stepping over them the whole time.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026夜食サービスの牛丼やうどんが美味しかったし、ウェルカムドリンクやアイスも嬉しいサービスだった。 大浴場も清潔でお湯加減も気持ちよく、くつろぐことが出来た、また大浴場のドライヤーがdysonとRafaだったのも髪がツヤツヤになり嬉しかった。
3日に1度必ず清掃で10:00〜15:00まで出なければいけないのは少し面倒臭かった。

The location seems a bit far from the city center; however, since we were traveling by car, it was not an issue for us. The lighting in the room appeared somewhat dim, which made it slightly inconvenient for working or reading.

バスルームがとても臭く嫌な気分になりました。掃除は問題ないと思いますが、窓枠はカビだらけでした。 また枕が高過ぎる。 お風呂の天井から結露した水が沢山落ちて来てくつろげませんでした。

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, roof terrace with a nice view on Fujisan (when not too cloudy!), tasty breakfast and dinner, very kind staff, easy to walk to and from the train and bus station, convenience store and a few restaurants nearby.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026部屋はとても新しく見えとても綺麗で、また掃除も行き届いておりとても清潔だった。アメニティに限らず、頂いてはいないが無料のカレーうどんやアイスバーなどのサービスもありびっくりした。ホテル内の自動販売機にアルコールがあることも良かったし、外で買うより100円程度高い許容範囲の値段であった。大浴場も清潔で、また朝6時から入れるのはよかった。
コーヒーが15時から24時までの間はロビーで頂けるが、その時間外ではアメニティコーナーにもインスタントコーヒーがなく、少し残念だった。
