Das Onsen und 90-Grad Sauna sind sehr gepflegt, auf dem Dach gibt es ein Fußbad mit Fuji-Blick. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine sehr große Auswahl an Japanischen Spezialitäten, freie Getränkeautomaten und Abends gibt es Rahmen inbegriffen. Sehr angenehm durch viele Kleinigkeiten, ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist etwas abseits aber nebenan hält der öffentliche Bus, der Highway-Bus ist 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! The staff were truly above and beyond and did so many extra special things that made our trip more pleasant. The onsen is wonderful. The 24 hour a day coffee is great. The pajamas are super comfy and you can wear them around the hotel. The availability of the laundry room is great. You can see Mt Fuji from this hotel! We stayed here pre and post climbing Mt Fuji so it was particularly meaningful to see it in the onsen (in the art) and see it in person from the hotel. Incredible! Wish we would have tried more Dormy Inn locations on our trip if they were all as wonderful as this one!

It was raining when we were there so we couldn't enjoy the roof terrace and we are vegetarian so couldn't enjoy the free ramen, but we loved the free ice cream post onsen!

The hotel was lovely and clean. Had great onset and overall facilities. Our room was nice and clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Check in and check out is very easy and staff are super friendly.

Bug screens on the windows in the room would be nice so we can open the window and not have bugs enter the room. Parking is also a little bit limited if you miss out on the main carpark.

Everything else about the hotel was nice, but that one employee seriously needs to learn basic manners.

Good facilities, but one rude staff member ruined the first impression Overall, I enjoyed the facilities at Dormy Inn Gotemba. The breakfast was delicious, the onsen was great, and most of the staff were fine. However, the female staff member at the check-in desk was incredibly rude. During check-in, she barely spoke and just pointed her finger at the screen, ordering me to press here and there. It was extremely uncomfortable. Honestly, her attitude was so poor that I felt she shouldn't be interacting with guests at all if she is going to act like that. I was going to confront her about her behavior right then and there, but I had my child with me and didn't want to ruin the family trip by causing a scene, so I just walked away. I was trying to move on, but getting this follow-up email from Booking.com reminded me of how terrible that check-in experience was.

駐車場からフロントに行く外階段で、全身びしょ濡れになった。足腰が悪いので、転びそうで怖かった。 価格が高い。

無料のアイス、ジュース、ラーメンなどのサービスが良かった。

チェックインした際、宿泊についての説明（部屋番号、食事や入浴時間、カードキーがないとエレベーターが作動しないなど）が一切なかった。そのポンコツの従業員以外の方は丁寧でした。

Ein ganz tolles Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wunderbares Frühstücksbüffet und natürlich die Dachterasse mit Fußbad und Blick auf den Mt. Fuji (wenn es das Wetter zulässt). Der Onsen-Bereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten für den Zeitraum unserer Wanderung auf den Mt. Fuji auch unser Gepäck im Hotel lagern.

湯上がりアイスと女性風呂のジャンプーリンスが色々選べるところ、洗濯が無料のところ、マンガスペースのセレクトも良かったです。

部屋のカーテンがカビだらけ、、、結露などで完璧に防ぐのは仕方ないのかもですが。気管支が弱いので不安になった。

温泉、サウナ、共に期待以上のサービスでした。また、湯上がりサービスがとても良く子供たちもとても喜んでいました。また、御殿場に旅行する際は必ず利用させて頂きたいです。

家族5人で泊まれる部屋があったら、最高だなと思いました。 でも、今回の旅に不満は1つもありません。

清掃が徹底されていた点、漫画の選定が素晴らしい点

駐車場が先着順で自由であることが、初見ではっきり分からなかった点。文章での説明はどこかにあって見落としていたかもしれないが、看板等での説明もあった方が良かった。

富士登山の次の日に宿泊しました。疲れも取れゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。朝食付きで予約しました。 とても美味しくいただきました。

良くないというわけではないですが、夜鳴きそばが大人気で行列になっていました。

お部屋、お風呂、エントランス、レストラン、どこをとっても、綺麗にされています。 朝食も品数が多く、美味しい、まだ、お味見できてない物も数多いのて、又、利用したい 夜泣きそば、アイスの無料提供も嬉しい

良くなかった点は、ないです。完璧!! エステ(マッサージ)が、あると良いかなぁー？な感じです。

L'Owsen est incroyablement grand. Les bus passent à proximité.

Le personnel qui demande plusieurs fois la même chose : Passeports envoyés par mail et scannés sur place... Impossible d'obtenir une facture si on passe par booking. Obligé de faire intervenir le service client.

有消夜拉麵，溫泉池多樣，樓上有足湯，女性泡湯有專屬的密碼，需輸入才能進入女性溫泉池，泡完湯晚上有冰棒，早上有乳酸飲料，還有專屬的女性洗衣間，泡湯舒服，泡完湯整理個人吹髮等空間設備完善，尤其多美迎的早餐都很豐富美味，此次入住房型空間蠻大，整體住宿滿意。

足湯有消毒水味較重

This is perhaps one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and certainly the highlight of our Japan trip. Can not recommend this place enough. So much so we changed our schedule to come back and stay again! The staff is super helpful and attentive (do bring your translator app, even though they have one at the front desk). The food is delicious, particularly the complimentary ramen at dinner time. DO NOT MISS IT!!. And an incredible breakfast buffet. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and it is worth it booking the bigger rooms, since they have window views of Mt. Fuji. The bed is great and the complimentary pajamas for each guest make for a fun addition. Take advantage of the rooftop foot massage pool, with great views. And of course, the in-building onsen was super relaxing. Wasn´t crowded at all during our visit. If you got tattoos, talk to the front desk and they´ll give you cover stickers, so don´t miss out. The hotel is rather on the outskirts of Gotemba, but this actually adds to the peace and quiet. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, for easier transport. Surrounded by forests, and the Fuji Heiwa Peace Park (one of the best places in Japan to contemplate Mt. Fuji) is within walking distance. Don´t miss it.

Perhaps a bit far away from convenience stores, but nothing to fret about.

Beautiful property , huge room (quadruple) with kitchenette (which actually wasn’t stocked particularly well). Private walkout with parking spot and outside hot tub. Laundry machine in our room!We sadly didn’t have a chance to use the onsen. Would have liked to stay longer …. Staff helped us forward our luggage to Tokyo while we climbed Fuji. Location within Gotemba was lovely but Gotemba itself was not a town I’d recommend - it didn’t have the nicest atmosphere but it was our jumping off point for climbing.

L'hôtel propose des boissons chaudes et froides presque toute la journée et des udons gratuits le soir. Il y a également des vending machines, des micro-ondes et un bar lounge pour 1500yens la soirée. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très fourni. Le bain rooftop et les bains thermaux sont géniaux. Nous avons pu profiter des deux et c'était très agréable en fin de journée.

The location and facilities were excellent. The hotel is surrounded by nature and a sense of local history, which made the setting very special. It was my first time staying at a Dormy Inn, and I was a bit nervous beforehand, but I ended up really enjoying it. The complimentary night soba (night ramen), post-bath ice cream, and soft drinks were all great extras that made the stay feel very complete. Guests can also borrow bicycles for up to two hours for free, which I used after check-out. I explored the surrounding area, discovered a fishing pond by chance, and ended up going fishing spontaneously. I extended the rental by one hour, and the extra fee was very small. Thanks to this, my one-night stay in Gotemba became a very memorable experience—combining outlet shopping, cycling, and fishing into a perfectly balanced trip. Thank you very much.

The footbath area on the upper level only has seating for around four people, and since most guests come in pairs, it was often difficult to find a relaxed moment there. It would be nice if the space allowed for a more comfortable flow or slightly more seating. Also, although there are nice table areas, they cannot be used for eating or drinking, which feels like a missed opportunity. If there were a simple rule such as “keep it quiet and clean,” it would be wonderful to enjoy food and drinks under the night sky in a more relaxed way.

Beautiful location. Not convenient but we chose it to be more isolated and a break from the crowds.

Where the amenities were located. Didn’t want people coming and going in the lobby to see me going in and out of the baths. Not their fault, just how it was there. It’s more of a personal thing. They happily helped my wife when she needed feminine supplies and we couldn’t find any stores near us. I know she appreciated that so much! So thank you guys.

Het is een fijne locatie om even tot rust te komen, met een fijne onsen en sauna waar over alles nagedacht is. Helaas wel aan de dure kant voor wat je daadwerkelijk krijgt. De kamers zijn simpel, de douche van plastic materiaal en de koffie is filterkoffie die je pas vanaf 15:00 kunt pakken.. dat is jammer. Verder een prima hotel met prima faciliteiten

お部屋や部屋着の香りがどくとくで、気になりました

booking.comの割引で1人15000円程度（朝食付き）で宿泊しましたが、温泉にはサウナ付いてますし、朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです

たまたま温泉施設で中国人観光客とバッティングしました。 それまで静かな空間でしたが途端大きな声で会話が始まり、うるさかった。

Good size room. Facilities are great. Parking & laundry are free. Well thought to provide trolley near carpark to transfer luggages to lift lobby.

Room cleaning to be more attentive. Found an empty plastic bottle around sink area when check in.
