עברנו חדרים וניסינו למצוא חדר טוב , הדלתות של המרפסות לא נסגרו בחדר , בחלק מהחדרים הונטה לא עבדה , רעש בלתי יאומן ממקומות הבילוי בחוץ , המזרון של המיטה מאוד קשה .

La ubicación es muy buena, a unos minutos de la playa y rodeada de muchos bares y opciones para comer para todos los presupuestos, hay muchas tienditas cerca así que puedes compar comida y bebida a muy buenos precios, hay unas paradas de camiones aunque no supe bien de donde a donde iban, habría que investigar, la habitación y el baño muy amplios, todo suficiente para hacer cómoda la estancia.

Había uno que otro desperfecto en la habitación pero lo arreglaban en el instante en el que se reportaba.

Muy cómodas, como me gustan, tenía un sitio con nevera, microondas, cafetera y tostadora , pudimos hacer un café, y algo de desayuno , con una terraza sin vista ,pero con una amaca y mesita como para compartir los pisos aún son antiguos pero en buen estado . Baño adecuado y bonita decoración .

The hotel it self is good, people is friendly and warm, but the only thing I never considered was the location and the noise. We could not sleep at all, there is a night club a few doors out that was playing loud music until 5am. So if you are looking for a place to rest, this is not the place.

The noise of the night clubs in the aream but that is not the hotel's fault The staff there is super nice.

The staff were heros! Respond great under pressure! The unit had huge tones of space. The balcony was great! The location was perfect!

There were a bunch of exploding cars outside my room. They were extremely loud and woke me up early. The smoke from the burning car filled my room and made it hard to breathe I had to leave the room. I went back to the room after the cars stopped burning. Tried to nap then the cartel lit the oxxo under the building on fire. When I opened the door the corridor was full of smoke. I held my breath and ran out. I had to spend the night at strangers. I didn't want to be outside. I didn't get to complete my stay because the fire burned the building down. The staff went in and returned my stuff in garbage bags. I spent the rest of my stay at a friend's place.

Depends on where your room is, load music until 3am at least.

The location, ac, bed was comfortable.

The cleaning. The worst part is the cleaning of glasses and cups. All they do is spray it with disinfectant, and leave it as cleaned. I ended up drinking from the glasses which had the disinfectant spray sitting on it which made my stomach upset the first few days until I realized that the glasses were just sprayed. They don’t touch the bathrooms unless asked or after one week. They clean the toilet with the brush and use the same brush to clean the seat. Again they spray the disinfectant and it is all clean to them. Had to clean the toilet seats each day after the room was cleaned, and the glasses and cups. The doors are not fully closed allowing heat and noise to enter. For the price, you get what you pay for. But the cleaning, such as washing is basic essential work needed.

It was close to everything. It was also a secured building. It was close to a major pharmacy/mini grocery store where you could get some basic supply .

I had no internet. The WiFi was absolutely horrible. I asked the front desk twice to fix the matter. They claimed the technician came...but nothing. I also had BAD cellular service.

Sus instalaciones no están nada condicionadas para la zona, la mitad de sus habitaciones están frente a bres que prestan servicio hasta las 4 o 5 de la mañana y el nivel de la música y ruido es intolerable, no solo para personas con sueño ligero, para todo el mundo. La recepcionista de la noche tenía una pésima actitud y respondía de manera muy irrespetuosa, incluso hizo comentario acerca de que eso era lo que se podía recibir por ese pago tan bajo por la habutación, y a decir verdad, por ese valor o incluso menos te puedes hospedar en el Holiday Inn; no lo recomiendo para nada, no cambien un buen descanso por ubicación, no lo vale. Además pésima higiene en toallas asignadas a las habitaciones, tuve incluso que pedir que se cambiaran para poder usarlas y esperar en la ducha, horrible. Sí debo decir que para la segunda noche nos cambiaron la habitación y esto mejoró un poco la experiencia. Sin embargo, esto fue después de una discusión con el personal y la verdad eso daña cualquier viaje. Repito para nada lo recomiendo. Pésima relación costo - beneficio.

NOISY bars across the street EVERY night until 5am!!!! We did NOT get the room requested; property says Booking.com didn’t forward it to them. VERY disappointed!

Qué está muy bien ubicado dentro de la zona y la comodidad de camas y almohadas.

Las instalaciones un poco deficientes, las puertas y ventanas no aislaban el ruido de afuera, era como si estuvieran abiertas, tuberías oxidadas, toallas deshiladas. Estaba un poco sucio el piso. Nos tocó una tele e internet sin servicio, quedaron de arreglarlo pero no lo hicieron.

La ubicación es lo mejor, el cuarto es muy amplio (me dieron uno con cocina y sala)

Me toco la ventana frente de un karaoke pero mi amigo de otro cuarto dijo que los cuartos de atrás son tranquilos.

It was older and quaint but very clean and freshly painted. The bed was comfy and the pillows were good. Nice big shower with ample hot water. There was a little kitchen with microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove top, blender, plates and utensils. The staff went out of their way to make everything as nice and fancy as possible. I was blessed with a quiet room even though the hotel sits right on a main, busy street. Good location, only 3 blocks to the south end of the Malecon. All in all a good spot. I would stay here again

Del alojamiento todo perfecto, solamente que nuestra habitación estaba al lado de un bar nocturno el cual no permite que el descanso sea placentero. Lamentablemente eran las 5 de la mañana y aún había música a gran sonido.

The unit was not clean upon check-in. The doors and windows were poorly insulated, resulting in excessive noise in the bedroom, which made it impossible to sleep before 4:00 a.m. on most nights. In addition, the faucet was malfunctioning, and there were periods with no running water. The unit was also inadequately equipped, lacking even basic items such as spoons or utensils. We requested a room change; despite the availability of other units, our request was ignored, and we had to endure these conditions until the end of our stay. Unfortunately, Booking.com did not take any meaningful action and only offered a minimal 10% credit, which was inadequate given the circumstances. Based on this experience, I would not use Booking.com again or recommend it to others.

Es super cómodo y cálido, además de que nos recibieron increíble! La TV tenía Netflix para mirar por las noches, su gente es encantadora! Los cuartos super limpios, la regadera riquísima, lo amamos!. Muchas gracias!

The beds were comfortable. The staff was adequate. The location was central.

We were not prepared for the noise level of that area and downtown. Buses hissing, horns honking all night. I think anywhere in the busy downtown or near malecon is ten times noisier than I am used to.

a real dump, run down, booking.com should remove it from their listings and be ashamed to offer it. It is incredibly noisy on one of the busiest corners of the Romantic zone and across from one loud gay bar open until 3 AM and one karaoke bar that goes on until 5AM! Both bars are open to street and the noise is ear splitting. After first night I asked to change room, the next day, they said ask the next day. Finally on 3rd day I changed, it was just as bad as first . WIFI is very weak and jumps off constantly. The "safe" is a joke, a wooden box anyone could open. The door lock is not a bar lock, just a push button knob, no chain, no security bar, anyone could open door with a knife or credit card. It is dirty, see photos and falling apart. It is almost impossible to get a towel. The staff takes ALL DAY to clean room, then you find out you have no towels, they say it will take two more hours. NO TOWELS. Worst is noise. TV does not work at all. Curtains will not close, falling apart. The photos shown are TOTALLY DECEPTIVE, The rooms do not even remotely resemble these photos, I suspect they were altered or taken 40 years ago.

Everything, awful place. DO NOT STAY HERE. Poorly run, disorganized, dirty, no security, dimly lit. NOISY beyond belief. I could not sleep for 4 nights.

It was a very convenient location to get around PVR - to the beach, to bus stop for day trips. Close to food marts, restaurants, and other tourist items.

I didn't know the noise level of the neighborhood. Earplugs were helpful, but the late night revelers sure had a good time. I like to do stretching when I wake up and before bed. I wish there had been a few small rugs to lay down on. Also the trash stacked on the street below my room... a bit disconcerting.

Mexico is about people.. Stuff is great! Location is nice, really close to the beach and restaurants.

Zona Romantica is the most interesting part of the city, but be ready to listen a music from pubs up to 3-4-5 am, and noise from passing cars and moto, cuz windows and doors are old, so the is no any soundproofing.. The building itself is old too, needs a renovation.

The front staff were accommodating when we asked to switch rooms due to the incredibly loud clubbing music that came from just across the street. The location was great to walk to local bars, restaurants, and the waterfront.

The hotel is surrounded by clubs and bars open late. There was a lot of yelling in the lobby and other rooms until the early morning hours. If you aren't staying out and partying all night, this is not the hotel for you.

Actitud del staff súper serviciales; sin duda alguna las recepcionistas de la mañana generan un gran valor agregado a tu estancia.

Tuvimos problemas con el tanque del w.c. Pero fue en la mañana antes de irnos a la playa y en la tarde de vuelta, ya estaba solucionado con el cuarto aseado.
