Le petit déjeuner n'était pas top du tout, il n'avait pas de télé dans ma chambre et le signal wifi n'arrivait pas jusqu'à ma chambre.

It was super close to the turtle nesting area. Rooms were basic, clean and had everything you could need!

The location was perfect only 5 min drive to the Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve which was the main attraction for us.

The room was missing basics su h as bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner and hand soaps which we had to ask the reception and wait for it

فقط لدي شي واحد لم يعجبني ستائر الغرفة شفافة قليلا عند تشغيل الضوء ف المساء ويمكن من ف الخارج رؤية من ف الداخل وهذا يعني لاتوجد خصوصية للعوائل اتمنى من اصحاب المنتجع تغير قماش الستائر الى قماش اثقل او اضافة قماش اخر خلف القماش الحالي

Nothing, absolute disaster...

Everything, floors are dirty, flies everywhere, the lock on the door is a small padlock that I can break with a twig, rude staff, extremely rude manager, backroom made of sharp rocks, rooms have holes that allow insects in, and wind as well, small ac unit that doesn't help to air condition the already poorly insulated shack, roof made of hay, there is no room service, no landlines to contact staff or reception, the road inside the property is gravel, parking with your sedan might damage it, and parking spots look like graves missing a tombstone, restaurant and check in, check out, reception area is outdoors, no indoors in this thing, with the wind I experienced a paper or a plate will fly all the same, overpriced as hell, all the activities listed are also overpriced, long drive from anything like a restaurant or a beach or civilization in general, the restaurant has a menu but they don't have items for said menu, I have a 1 year old child that was hungry and when I asked the staff about lunch they said we can make you chicken nuggets, a sandwich, fries, and cold juice, when I asked where is the chef, they said he wasn't there, which tells me that the same guy who checks people in, carries luggage, is the same person who cooks the frozen nuggets and frozen fries...I demanded a refund they refused, I didn't stay for 15 minutes, I asked to talk to a manager, they gave me the phone and the manager said no refunds, when I threatened to contact consumer protection services, he said do what you please nobody cares. That's absolutely unacceptable, I partially blame booking for listing this property on their site and app. Worst place ever, never recommended, I wish they close because they have been scamming people left and right, the worst property in Oman.

The staff were so lovely and helpful! Thank you to them. The room was huge, very clean and comfortable. Simple furnishing but we absolutely loved the vibe of it plus the resort as a whole. Peaceful and set back from the sea about 5 minutes drive from turtle sanctuary. Food was simple yet plentiful. Enjoyed the outdoor, breezy restaurant area. Would definitely stay here again.

It would be good if they can work to get rid of use of plastic water bottles and disposable cups 🙏 otherwise all was great!

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel, en plein milieu du calme des montagnes et de la nature. Le Resort est magnifique et très bien entretenu. Nous avons pu prendre l'excursion pour observer les tortues via l'hôtel directement et c'était une expérience incroyable. La chambre était spacieuse, la salle de bain très propre et la literie super ! Un grand merci au personnel qui a été au petit soin et d'une super gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient très bien également, très copieux.

Le point "négatif" c'est la lumière dans la chambre. Pensez a prendre un loup pour la nuit car la chambre est en plein jour dès le levé du soleil

Breakfast was poor nothing as buffer n no lunch wat was da reason we were the only 2 guests so they didnt bother to make unless its full so very disappointing everything was so good but the meals spoilt it to be so far with kids n no food very bad need to do something bout that cos we pay alot of money n no facilities very bad

C’est établissement est tout simplement hors de prix par rapport aux prestations proposées!! L’endroit est insipide, sans charme. Le personnel reste assez sympathique mais pas l’ensemble. Bref, je pense qu’il y a beaucoup mieux!! À éviter

Struttura meravigliosa, comoda per raggiungere la riserva delle tartarughe. Bungalow molto spaziosi. Ci hanno fatto scegliere la tipologia di camera, se piu moderna oppure no. Abbiamo optato per quella in legno perché più particolare. Lo consiglio.

لا يوجد واي فاي فالغرف ، متوفر فقط فالمطعم ، يفضل يكون جزء من المطعم مغلق لان في الصيف الجو حار

An amazing alternative to stay at if you're there for the turtle tours. We were only there for a night and wished we could've stayed for another. Shoutout to staff who packed our breakfast since we had to leave super early in the morning.

We stayed end of May so the heat was insane. We stayed at one of their more modern huts but the bathroom felt like a sauna.

The room is spacious

Beautiful rooms with natural materials, really appreciated the large space and the attention to detail. It felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed

It would be amazing if there was a pool to cool down in at the lodge. It was extremely hot and the beaches, though lovely, were challenging in the heat

I liked the food, the rooms, the environment, I liked also the bathroom are like outside the room and you feel yoj're in nature.the staff were so generous, helpful and welcoming.

I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned properly, dust was there. And in all Sama chain, no internet in the rooms, so you have to go out and sit at the living room , communal for everyone.which is annoying since after taking shower, I prefer to saty in room chilled, outside is very hot.

The location is okay

The service was terrible - that waiter from India forgot to ask for our names. The service was just pure hell, absolutely awful

整个resort很chill，安静又干净。房间也很大。整体的风格是令人满意的。

最主要不满意的地方一定员工态度超级差并没有让我们觉得我们是受欢迎的！房间里没有一次性鞋，也没有吹风机，更没有电话可以链接前台，要一点东西都要亲自走到门口去跟前台要。wifi信号超级差，只能在大厅的地方用到，回到房间是没有wifi的。并没有提供行李搬运服务！早餐也选项少，最值钱的餐食是鸡蛋。然后就没有其他好选的了。

Very close to the turtle ground. Friendly staff. Reaolved promptly any issue we had.

For eco friendly the plastic bottles need to disappear. And no need of tv as they do not work.

La struttura è molto bella, ho assegnato un voto dato dalla media tra la bellezza della struttura e il cattivo servizio scelto. Prima di arrivare abbiamo chiesto di prenotare l’escursione per la visita al santuario delle tartarughe, ma all’arrivo ci han detto che non è un servizio offerto dalla struttura. Oltre questo, il personale all’accoglienza è stato MOLTO maleducato, ci hanno fatto mangiare di fretta dicendoci che la cucina avrebbe chiuso di lì a mezz’ora (erano le 19.30) . Alla colazione ci hanno dato due pezzi di pane e due uova. Un vero peccato, perché la struttura è molto bella, ma bisognerebbe formare meglio il personale.

This accommodation is extremely customer-unfriendly and lacks understanding! We had a reservation for early March. Given the war in the Middle East that broke out at that time, we were unable to go on holiday to Oman. This accommodation is the only one refusing to show any leniency regarding the reservation. The other accommodations we reserved were accommodating, either by cancelling the reservation free of charge or by offering the option to stay free of charge at a later date this year. A particularly rigid and customer-unfriendly attitude!

Die Lodge liegt mitten in der freien Natur und bietet daher absolute Stille. Einzige Geräusche macht die Klimaanlage. Die große Hütte war sehr geräumig und geeignet um sich wohl zu fühlen. Mit dem Auto konnte man die Gegend gut erkunden und hatte am Abend seine Ruhe. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in der Lodge.

Wir waren währen des Irankonflikts im Oman, weswegen insgesamt wenig Touristen dort waren. Übernachtungen wurden dadurch günstiger, die Verpflegung und der Service hat dadurch aber auch etwas gelitten. Für den vollen Preis wären wir wohl enttäuscht gewesen. Das Frühstück war mäßig und das Abendessen zwar handwerklich in Ordnung, aber ansonsten Ideenlos.

Very nice spacious cabin, good airco and large bathroom. Sufficient parking possible on site. We liked dinner Omani style.

I recently stayed at [SAMA Ras Al Jinz Resort] for one night, and it was a deeply disappointing experience that did not come close to justifying the high price. Despite requiring full prepayment days before arrival, the resort was completely unprepared for our stay. ​1. Lack of Preparation & Comfort ​Upon entering our room, we found it uncomfortably hot. Despite our confirmed booking, the air conditioning had not been switched on in advance of our arrival. Furthermore, although we had requested a cot weeks in advance, it was not provided. To pay a premium rate and arrive to an uncooled room with missing essentials is unacceptable. ​2. Cleanliness Issues ​The housekeeping standards were poor. The room floor was visibly dirty, and there was a noticeable layer of dust around the room. It felt as though the room had not been properly inspected or cleaned before we checked in. ​3. Unprofessional Management & Staffing ​The service was the most frustrating part of the stay. In the dining area, the supervisor was on his phone the entire time with the volume turned up high, completely ignoring guests. Rather than managing the floor, he was a source of noise and distraction. While some of the other staff members clearly tried their best to be helpful, they lacked the professional training expected at this price point. ​4. Poor Dining Quality ​We booked a package including dinner and breakfast, but the dinner was incredibly basic. There was a total lack of variety and quality, suggesting no organization or effort from the kitchen. We were so dissatisfied after the dinner experience that we chose to skip breakfast the next morning entirely.

The food could be improved, the breakfast items unavailable if you go at 8.30 . They shall have some cleaning products to clean the buffet tables and tables, chair , we noticed the cleaner clean with the same cloth everything 🤨. Overall good for one night because the beach is 5 min from the location.

Отличный отель. Хорошие номера, вкусные завтраки и ужины . Заботливый персонал. Учитывайте что отель не у моря. До моря 5-10 минут на машине. Wi-Fi только в зоне лобби и ресторана - но для нас это был даже плюс, чем минус.

Не хватало наверное только какой-то детской зоны. Но это не критично.

Le lodge spacieux, propre, l’environnement naturel, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel.

Trop de moustiques ! Et c’est très personnel mais j’ai trouvé que le lieu manquait un peu « d’âme », que l’ambiance était triste…Mais peut être lié à l’actualité du moment….

The overall experience, location of the camp in the middle of nowhere is special.

Nothing, an observation is this is about 5km from both the beach and turtle reserve so those booking need to be aware.

We upgraded to the deluxe apartments which was totally worth it as these apartments are huge. We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday

Vicino alla riserva delle tartarughe. Camere arredate in maniera semplice ma curata. Finalmente rifiniture fatte bene che qui in Oman sono rare, particolarmente bello il bagno. Cena non entusiasmante ma buona.

Assez basic comme hôtel, pas du tout de luxe, mais c est propre. Nous sommes arrivés à 9 h 30 au petit déjeuner et c etait dejá fermé mais nous avons reçu du pain et une crêpe au bar de l hôtel

Très jolies chambres, grandes, avec tout le confort. Les salles de bain quasi à ciel ouvert nous ont beaucoup plu. Dîner : ok, quantités suffisantes.

Wifi uniquement au lobby. Établissement qui se revendique à tort Ecolodge sur Google : nous avons été surpris par l'utilisation massive de petites bouteilles d'eau en plastique, par exemple. Le tarif nous a semblé élevé au regard des prestations. Ensemble du camp qui manque de charme. Des coupures d'eau le soir sans explication. La machine à café au petit déjeuner était en panne, nous nous sommes contentés de café soluble.

Très bon accueil, site très joli et très propre . Repas basiques mais bons. Proche du site des tortues.

La struttura è composta da una serie di capanne/lodge di grande metratura puliti e comprensivi di ogni comfort. Nella prenotazione è inclusa la cena, con un buon barbecue con carne di pollo e cammello e una colazione tipica, dove abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare dei piatti omaniti. La struttura è ad appena 2 minuti di auto dal Turtle Reserve, cosa che ci ha permesso di partecipare ai tour senza particolare fatica (sveglia alle 4:00 del mattino a parte :D)

Il bagno è un po' antiquato ed ha la vasca, cosa che ci aveva lasciati un po' perplessi.. in realtà la doccia aveva un getto forte e caldo e qui ci siamo fatti una delle docce migliori del viaggio.

La posizione,( soprattutto per le tartarughe); la cordialità e la tranquillità Il cibo era ottimo sia per la cena con bbq e per la colazione

Posizione comoda per effettuare la visita alla riserva delle tartarughe. Molto affascinanti i lodge.

Innanzi tutto rapporto qualità prezzo non all’altezza soprattutto nei pasti, cena e colazione con poca scelta e di qualità abbastanza bassa. I lodge sono affascinanti ma hanno diverse mancanze… non era presente un asciuga capelli che abbiamo dovuto chiedere, coperte corte con le quali non coprivamo nemmeno i piedi, non ci sono spazi per le valige, o meglio ci sono ma in bagno, pulizia migliorabile, mal funzionamento dell’aria condizionata.

Bellissima struttura!! Un piccolo gioiellino ancora in fase di costruzione! Buona cena, certo non delle migliori ma passabile, bellissimo il cinema di sera all’aperto e ottima vicinanza alla riserva delle tartarughe!
