Mon Boutique Hotel

Mon Boutique is a very cool hotel superbly situated in the heart of Pollenca. We very much enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop, with its lovely views and plunge pool. We would definitely stay here again!

We would have liked a wider range of foods at breakfast.

Pleasant staff, but the room and Booking.com description were very disappointing

The hotel foyer is impressive and the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, our experience of the room was quite different from the impression given by the Booking.com listing. The room we were allocated was very small, with limited storage and a small window looking onto a white wall. This was very different from the impression given by the photographs and description on Booking.com, which referred to an inner courtyard view. The room description also stated that it includedslippers, but these were not provided. There was also a large wooden structure positioned over the bed which we had not seen in the Booking.com photographs. It served no obvious purpose and made moving around the bed, particularly on one side, more difficult.

Ideally located. Well furnished and spotlessly clean. Helpful friendly staff. Amazing freshly cooked breakfasts. Perfect.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location in the very pretty town of Pollenca. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The chill out terrace was lovely too.

Mon Boutique ist ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel im historischen Zentrum von Pollença mit vielen tollen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, wie modern und individuell ausgestatteten Zimmern etc.

Hotel je umístěný přímo v centru Pollenca, v historické části. Všude kousíček pěšky, dostupné kavárny i restaurace. Na terase je ochlazovací bazén, který je pro relax naprosto dostatečný. Celý hotel velmi příjemně voní. Náš pokoj měl přímý východ na terasu s bazénem, což bylo skvělé. Mám za to, že pak jsou v hotelu pokoje s bazénem privátním.

Parkoviště je cca 700m daleko, je sice zdarma, ale klidně by mohlo být parkovýní blíž.

L’établissement est situé dans un petit village très charmant et reposant, à proximité d’une place avec avec beaucoup de charmes regroupant plusieurs restaurants. La chambre est très propre, bien équipée et dispose d’une literie confortable. Le véritable plus est la petite piscine sur le toit, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de balade. Le petit-déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet à volonté, avec beaucoup de choix. Il est également possible de commander du bacon et des œufs à la carte, ce qui est très appréciable. Une très bonne adresse pour profiter d’un séjour au calme tout en étant proche des restaurants et des activités

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and it is by far the best value, and top hotel I’ve stayed in. Superb staff, the rooms are spacious and have great facilities, location is brilliant as well.

No fitness facilities, but not much you can do.

Hotel bardzo ładny w samym centrum miasta, śniadania były wyśmienite, codziennie swieże owoce, warzywa, awokado... coś cudowanego. Pokoje czyste i zadbane, bez zarzutu. Obsługa również na wysokim poziomie.

Łazienka w pokoju mikroskopijna, nie dało się otworzyć drzwi i wejść pod prysznic jeśli nie były zamknięte a balkon był z widokiem na patio o wielkości 2x2.... basen na dachu ultra malutki + brak jakichkolwiek miejsc parkingowych w okolicy.

We had such a lovely stay at Mon Boutique. It's perfectly located right in the centre, the hotel feels calm and very clean. The staff made us feel looked after.

Fantastic location, nicely styled modern interior.

Nothing really - the frosted glass partition of the toilet and shower area was less private than we would have liked, but it did not interfere with our enjoyment.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is excellent, the service was good, the accommodations were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options to better accommodate different tastes and preferences.

Nicely located in the centre of Pollença square, this is a fab hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely breakfast, a midday checkout (ideal for afternoon flights back to London) and staff who were always courteous and helpful.

Perhaps a one off incident, but guests were smoking on the pool terrace. I appreciate most freedoms but these days the hotel should have restricted smoking and vaping in place in public areas.

So noisy!!! Right next to a building site which started at 7am!!! All the deliveries and trolleys going past from 5am!!! Revellers in the square having fun until 12pm!! Makes for a very short nights sleep!! The paragrpah from booking.com says "soundproofing" - ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! "Private bathroom, Landmark view, City view, Free toiletries, Shower, Bathrobe, Air conditioning, Safety deposit box, Toilet, Hardwood or parquet floors, Towels, Linen, Socket near the bed, Desk, Soundproofing, TV, Slippers, Telephone, Satellite channels, Coffee machine, Heating, Flat-screen TV, Hairdryer, Minibar, Wake-up service, Laptop safe, Wardrobe or closet, Upper floors accessible by elevator"

The location was good, and the roof terrace was really nice.

The room we originally checked into was so small. The toilet was directly beside the bed, and there was only one sliding door, which could close over either the shower or the toilet, both of which were directly beside the bed with a glass door. We had to choose between hiding the shower (which we'd just used before bed) or the toilet. Naturally, we closed the door over the shower overnight, but as a result, I woke up to a toilet about a metre away from me. While I'm sure a toilet beside the bed behind a glass door would work fine if the room had one person staying on their own, let's be realistic and say that no couple needs that in their hotel room. In that room, the one door for the toilet/shower area also does not have a handle on the shower side inside, which means if you're alone in the room and close the door fully and take a shower, it's almost impossible to get the door open again. Very poorly designed. We asked the next morning if we could move rooms, and luckily, they had a slightly bigger one available. While that new room had a separate toilet and shower, which were not directly beside the bed and therefore were more private, the shower water leaked out, the floor was wet, and the room had a musty, damp smell. The air conditioning turned itself on and off in a constant cycle, which meant the room became very, very warm and deafeningly quiet and then suddenly the air conditioning kicked in again and was very loud. This happened all night and woke us up every night we stayed here (we were here for 5 nights). I said this to the guy at the front desk, and he assured me it was working perfectly. The staff at breakfast were very slow to ask for an order for the very limited warm breakfast option, so I often sat there for ages waiting for someone to come to my table. Overall, this hotel is very, very overpriced and I would not recommend it.

Great location in the centre, but hard to get to, 15 minutes walk from a public parkplace and a small maze until the hotel. Solid hotel, nice, pretty clean room. Easy, small breakfast. Close to restaurants.

The rooftop pool area is extremely small, pigeons drinking from it and hanging about. The view is not as nice as advertised. Toilet scrub filled with water, questionable shower, and next building under structure. Price-service ratio = mid.

A lovely modern hotel in an excellent location just off Placa Major. Despite its central location, soundproofing was good and my room was quiet. I was greeted with a warm welcome and all the staff were helpful. I only stayed one night and did not have time to use the facilities, but I had a great night's sleep in the air-conditioned room after finishing my GR221 hike. There is no restaurant for an evening meal in the hotel, but the breakfast choice was extensive and there are many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

The room was a little small - absolutely fine for one person, but two people would be a bit of a squeeze.

It is a gorgeous hotel through and through! The views from the roof terrace are breathtaking I have never stayed anywhere like this. The rooms are lovely, spacious and modern. The staff are absolutely fantastic and super friendly, we will definitely return soon!

Nothing at all, one thing I would point out not as a criticism but just as as ‘so you know’ as it is a boutique hotel the terrace area is fairly small, around 8 loungers and the pool is big enough to cool down but not swim, but it is a lovely place to relax!

There were some building works outside the property and we didn’t like the fact that the sink was in the room and there wasn’t enough separation with the bathroom which led to a lack of privacy.

Leuk hotel in het midden van het stadje. Er is parkeer gelegenheid voor je fiets. Ontbijt goed maar niet alles vers. Nespresso machine op de kamer.

Relatief kleine kamer met uitzicht op een muur, dit is benauwend. Douche wisselt tussen kokend heet en koud. Geen ochtend jas en slippers op de kamer terwijl dit wel in de beschrijving staat. Geen handdoeken bij het klein zwembadje

Room was large,light airt and very comfortable with a terrace, sunbed and outside shower. En -suite was high quality - spacious shower area. Location off the the plaça major excellent.

Heel mooi hotel op een ideale plek, middenin het centrum van Pollenca, waardoor de winkeltjes en restaurants direct beschikbaar zijn zodra je het hotel uitloopt. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de ambiance is heel fijn. Je voelt je echt weg en verwend. Het dakterras is heel fijn en ontspannend, de kamers zijn mooi en het ontbijt is uitgebreid en vers.

Very clean throughout the hotel and it smelled gorgeous! Lovely roof terrace and right in the centre of the town with lots of restaurants close by in the square.

Coffee was available in the rooms but not tea - there again I’m in Spain not England!
