Suuuper nettes Personal. Oben auf dem Dach konnte man in der Abendsonne den Yakuzi genießen und über die Dächer Pollencas schauen.

Durch die perfekte Lage direkt am Marktplatz war es leider sehr laut. Vor allem wenn morgens gegen 5:00 Uhr die Müllabfuhr die Container geleert hat.

Situé sur une place animée, avec plein de restaurants (notre chambre donnait sur l'autre côté...). Nous avons utilisé le parking de l'hôtel pour 10€ par jour. C'est pratique. Nous avons testé le jacuzzi sur le toit, amusant !

Si vous n'avez pas apporté de multiprise, il vous faudra débrancher une lampe de chevet pour charger votre téléphone.

Hotel bien situé, plein centre, commerces tput proches. Ville agréable.

Gab nichts auszusetzen.

No desayuné. La ublicación era excelente, supongo que tiene el peligro de ser ruiodasa porque está en la plaza principal, pero en los das que estuve no lo fue (la habitación da a otra calle) o simplemente no me molestó. La habitación y el baño son excelentes. Muy buen gusto en la decoración.

Todo fue muy bien.

Sehr gute Lage - Plaza Major - zentraler geht es nicht. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Bei der Reservierung eines Flughafentaxis zu "normalen Preisen" wurde sofort geholfen :-) - danke nochmals dafür

Nichts für Lärmempfindliche. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist bis spät in die Nacht mit Straßenlärm von Gastronomie und feierlaunigen Passanten zu rechnen.

Jacuzzi is nice, rooms are clean, staff is friendly, you can not get more central than this. In front of the door is a breakfast place, open early

L'emplacement de l'hôtel,le calme et la gentillesse des réceptionnistes..

Hotel bonito y limpio en pleno centro de la ciudad. Amplia habitacion con una cama muy cómoda. El baño muy bien.

El desayuno estuvo correcto, pero no es algo a destacar. No hay espacios comunes, de la calle subes directamente a las habitaciones.

Jacuzzi op het dak van het hotel met fantastisch uitzicht. Ook midden in de nacht en 's avonds laat te gebruiken. Midden in de stad aan een schitterend plein met mooie kerk

Sometimes slightly elevated noise level stemming from other rooms / main square (not the thickest of walls) However, the hotel / staff itself can hardly be blamed for those things.

L’hôtel se situe sur une place magnifique et animée. Il est vraiment très beau. Notre chambre était mignonne et authentique. Le personnel était très gentil et le petit déjeuner vraiment bon. Nous avons toujours trouvé une place de parking à moins de 5 min à pieds. Nous avons adoré passer du temps ici !

Air con was not available all through our stay …also we couldn’t check in until two hours after allocated time …lighting in bathroom wasn’t working …no refund offered

It is ideally located right on the main square. Friendly staff. Ease of check in prior to arrival. Parking at nearby location for fee but well worth it. Amazing breakfast. Very clean, well maintained property with historic value.

Loved the decor and interesting treasures carefully placed around the hotel. I visited during the Patrona festival so it was very busy and loud in the evenings. They were very open and upfront about this and we're very helpful in keeping us updated on WhatsApp about the festival programme. Aircon was fab, Not too much just a constant pleasant escape from the extreme heat.

Le stanze e il bagno sono molto curati. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile e risponde subito su WhatsApp. Durante i giorni del nostro soggiorno c'è stato un blackout del paese e hanno subito provveduto a cercare una soluzione. C'era anche la festa di Pollenca letteralmente nella piazza sotto all'hotel e questo ha reso le nostre notti un po' insonni🤣 però lo staff ci ha proposto di cambiare stanza gratuitamente e ci hanno dato i tappi per le orecchie. Purtroppo il rumore era comunque molto forte fino alle 3 di notte ma non era colpa loro. La colazione è buona e si fa nel bar sotto in piazza fino alle ore 10:30

Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno c'era la festa di Pollenca con musica molto forte fino alle 3 di notte ed è stato difficilissimo dormire. Non è colpa loro però, è da considerare il periodo in cui si prenota.

La decoracion interior preciosa, es un clasico y ademas esta en pleno centro en la plaza. La azotea tiene vistas bonitas

Todo genial. La habitación, el hotel y el desayuno excepcional. Y el personal y la comunicación con la recepción también.

Realmente no hubo nada que no me gustara. Cuando cogí el hotel ya sabía que no tenía piscina. Pero si es verdad que hacía bastante calor y la eche de menos. Tiene un jacuzzi en la azotea en su lugar.

Breakfast (in attached cafe/restaurant) was superb, excellent quality and choice, especially appreciated the large fruit platter light touch management and reception staff but with easy and considerate contact. This is a real gem of great character and historical interest.

Great location, right in the middle of the main square with lovely rooftop. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as it was so hot when we were there, but there were sunbeds up there too. Very comfy bed and excellent shower.

Hotel Juma is situated in a fantastic location, overlooking the main square of the old town. The convenience of having lots of bars and restaurants on our doorstep was particularly useful. The quality and choice of the hot and cold breakfasts available at the hotel is fabulous and its’ own restaurant is a must as the staff are wonderful. Onze (our favourite restaurant) across the square serve very delicious food and have a good choice of Mallorcan food and drinks. Do also try Oh Vermut for very reasonable drinks and tapas.

Ein wunderbares historisches Hotel. Luxus für GR221 Wanderer, den man sich gönnen kann. Sehr fein zubereitetes Frühstück, das man auswählen mußte. Wir fanden die Möglichkeiten völlig ausreichend und sehr lecker. Der beste Kaffee zum Frühstück auf der ganzen GR221 Wanderung! Es gab davon so viel man wollte.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ein schöner Blick auf den Platz und die Berge.

Es war sehr laut abends und früh morgens. Die Müllabfuhr unter unseren Fenster kam gegen 06:30, Anlieferungen am frühen morgen. Die Fenster waren alt und hielten keinen Lärm ab. Bei Wind klapperten Fenster und Türen. Die Matratzen waren für uns zu hart.

A nice historic building in the MIDDEL of Pollença. That's a good start. Arriving is a bit weird but a nice reception. Room was nice. Could be refreshened, then it would be great. People were of great help !

Old buildings mean also not well isolated and a lot of noise in that matter. Hard bed, and door of bathroom was not closing well (we mentioned this to reception).

N/a for breakfast. Wonderful location. Lovely staff. Great vibe. Very clean, loved that we were given beach towels to use at no extra cost. Loved the respect paid to the history of the hotel.

Wardrobe and storage space too small. Information pack lacking. Who do I contact if I have a problem? Reception not always manned, no info if there’s a snag. Rooftop hot tub nice but needs an overhaul badly, flooring in poor condition.

The location was fabulous right in the historic square and the hotel was very quaint and typically Mallorcan. It was very clean and had all the amenities listed. The staff were very helpful too.

Car parking is available at a cost 5+ minutes away. But for a hotel in a town centre location parking will rarely be very close.

Wonderful historic hotel in centre of Pollenca market square. We loved the atmosphere there and our room was overflowing the square with great views. Fantastic shower and room furnished so beautifully. The best thing was the hosts who are a family who have owned the hotel for generations. Simply the best people, so friendly and helpful.

Роскошный отель! Объект находится в потрясающем месте, в самом центре города Польенса. Номера прекрасные! Дизайн отеля безупречен, оформлен со вкусом и продуманы все детали до мелочей. Для эстетов это рай! Джакузи на крыше отеля самая настоящая изюминка этого отеля. Мы проводили там много времени и он всегда был свободен! Вид из него на город шикарный. В этом же здании внизу находится ресторанчик с очень внимательным обслуживанием и вкусной кухней. Обязательно рекомендую к посещению.

The hotel was excellent. Located in the main square, my room was towards the back so probably not as noisy as some (to be expected given the location). No air con (although that might be because I couldn't work it!) but not needed with a cool breeze through the balcony door. A nice sun deck on the roof. Breakfast was excellent

Très jolie maison sur la place Major. Etablissement avec du charme, une grande chambre donnant sur la place et les platanes. Une excellente adresse raisonnable pour découvrir Pollença et ses alentours.

Etre sur la place est évidemment un peu bruyant, mais je le savais avant.

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist an einer sehr guten Lage. Die Wände sind hellhörig, aber ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Hellhörigkeit der Räume. Die Dusche war nicht wasserdicht, wenn man duschte wurde das ganze Bad geflutet.

Die Lage ist phantastisch, der Check-In ist unkonpliziert.

A/c excessiu, sense instruccions per regular-lo. Havia d'estar congelat o apagat. Tampoc hi havia ni una botella d'aigo a l'habitació i el fet de no haver ningú a recepció, encara q estiguin aprop, haver de telefonar per cada cosa necessària, és incòmode

Limpio y bien situado!

The breakfast choice was great and the café staff super-friendly. The room was clean if basic, and you could refill your water bottle in the reception lounge. The roof terrace has amazing 360 views. Juma is on the main square so there's real atmosphere the minute you step out of the hotel, but my room was always quiet and with a great view of one of the nearby mountains.
