La limpieza. No,nos barrieron el suelo en toda la estancia y uno de los dias llegamos de excursión y cuando llegamos a la habitación estaba según la dejamos,cuando desde bien pronto de la mañana dejamos la luz encedida en verde para que la limpiasen.

La ubicación céntrica y la habitación familiar es cómoda. El desayuno está bien y las camas son cómodas. La ducha es estupenda, está reformado y todo está bastante limpio.

al reservar vi unas fotos diferente de la habitación que me dieron, el personal no sabe español, todo a través de Ingles, el desayuno bueno pero poco variado, y cuesta a parte 5 euros la noche que se abona cada noche en efectivo, pero en resumen esta muy bien ubicado, la limpieza es buena y las camas cómodas, volvería a reservar en este hotel

Posizione molto centrale, staff super cortese e disponibile. La struttura in generale è carina, un po’ meno la stanza, che però ha l’essenziale per una breve sosta in città.

La camera non era pulita benissimo, spazi un po’ più angusti di quelli che si vedono nelle foto online.

Best hotel in Monastiraki area. Great location, comfy rooms, good breakfast, and great value. And the staff is extremely helpful.

Posizione eccezionale a 3 minuti da piazza Monastiraki e comoda per poi visitare l'Acropoli.

The staff was amazing and it was a great location! Also, the coffee hit the spot! Plus the board games in the lobby were nice!

Hot tub not being able to drain because of the plug wouldn’t come out. May need to explain this process to others.

Chambre trop petite mal ventilée, sentait fortement le renfermé et l’humidité. Les alèses sur les matelas sont plastifiées et donc très désagréables provoquant de la transpiration. Nous les avons retirées pour dormir confortablement.

I like how quiet it was near the hotel. Away from all the chaos of the city, but close enough to everything! Staff was also very helpful. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, shower was hot and jet tub filled up nicely.

Some of the breakfast was lower quality, but still yummy and easy to take to go for our early metro. Could easily hear people in the hallway, but not really their rooms, I don’t think. Tub/shower very slippery, and jets weren’t super clean. Lights were confusing. No conditioner, which is a bummer.

Nous nous attendions à avoir la vue sur l Acropole comme sur les photos et ́nous avons été très déçus . Très peu de lumière du jour dans les chambres. Et vue sur une cour intérieure avec les climatiseurs qui chauffaient l atmosphère déjà très étouffante. Réfrigérateur bruyant. Il faut longer la 2eme chambre pour aller aux toilettes. Le petit déjeuner est à 08h00. En décalage par rapport aux visites et activités qui commencent à 08h00 et ce n'est pas la box fournie qui compensera le petit déjeuner non pris et payé. Un sandwich fromage jambon sec, un mini gâteau, un œuf, un fruit et une bouteille d eau. Le jus de fruit était payant.

We had a triple room for our adult family of three. We always look for comfort, cleanliness, location, breakfast, front desk hospitality & price. Starlight hotel met all of our expectations.

I have nothing to dislike about the hotel. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.

Vista maravilhosa para acrópole, da janela do quarto como aparece. Os recepcionistas sempre solicitos, chegamos na madrugada e fomos recebidas com snaks e drink.

Ενώ πλήρωσα σουίτα με τζακούζι, όταν άνοιξα το νερό έβγαζε βρωμιές από μέσα , γενικά τα χρήματα δεν αντικατοπρίζουν τις παροχές. Και στο πρωινό θα ηταν προτιμότερο το φρέσκο ελληνικό ψωμί

Colazione ricca nel salato, più contenuta la parte dolce; poca scelta per le bevande, ma tutto comunque fresco e buono.

Un 3 stelle che in realtà, a ben guardare i particolari, non lo è: biancheria e asciugamani usurati o sfilacciati, mobili rovinati o poco curati, parti arrugginite in bagno. Con poco si potrebbe fare ben di più. Assolutamente non funzionale l'orario colazione solo dalle 8.00: per chi ha prenotato visite ai monumenti (che aprono alle 8.45) è tardi!

Hotel que corresponde ao esperado para três estrelas, limpo, confortável e com uma excelente localização, 5 minutos da estação de metro central de Monastiraki.

Nada de muito negativo, apenas um reparo na localização do quarto (101), mesmo à saída do elevador o que pode tornar o acesso confuso. Por vezes algum ruído que não se percebe muito bem se será do elevador ou da canalização.

Travesseiro muito alto. Decoração ruim e café da manhã com horário péssimo, 8-10h, e quando serviam antes do horário pois precisávamos sair cedo entregavam uma caixa com itens ruins.

Otelin konumu ve kahvaltısı çok iyi. Hee yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Otelin bulunduğu sokak sessiz. Klimalar düzgün çalışıyor. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli.

Olumsuz bir yanını görmedim sadece odayı biraz geç aldık. Oda tam 15.05 gibi verildi. 2 oda ayırtmıştık en azından biri daha erken saatte hazır olabilirdi.

La posizione è fantastica perché è vicinissimo al quartiere Monastiraki e alla fermata della metro Poi comunque molto comodo per raggiungere le varie zone. La colazione ok, c’era tutto l’occorrente. Camera silenziosa.

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Stefanos que foi muito gentil e atencioso (mesmo nos recepcionando as 04:00 da manhã). O hotel é muito bem localizado, bastante simples, com um café da manhã simples, mas muito bom e a acomodação é confortável.

La situación,para estar en pleno centro es una calle muy tranquila. Desayuno justito en variedad pero suficiente.

Por poner algún defecto. Nos tocó un colchón que se hundía en un lado, supongo que del uso. Y no tiene vistas, la ventana daba a un patio interior.

Breakfast was the usual 3 star stuff.. bacon eggs some cerial and toast. nothing special. The only down side is that breakfast is between 8-10am so it kind of ruins your morning. Breakfast should be 0630.

The convenience of being close to Ermou and Monastiraki where everything takes place. The politeness and welcoming approach of Angelos and Louis at reception. Wonderful check-in execution, friendly and helpful assistance rendered to the clients needs. We got the family room for 4 occupants, consisting of a double bed and two singles. Very confortable room with ample space to move around, without feeling on top of each other. Very comfy beds and on-suite bathroom with shower. Really a pleasant room to enjoy your vacation.

The breakfast buffet provided by the hotel, is simple, of an average standard, nothing really to rave about. However, the management needs to look into the quality of the coffee provided, which I did point out to the lady in charge. It is simply the worst coffee I have had in any hotel in all my travelling. It's weak, watery with no body at all. Un-drinkable. Also, the person in charge should make sure not to carry forward bread rolls from previous days. The one we got over one seating was rock hard, mixed among the others. Such thing shouldn't happen as it will affect the overall view and critics of a good standing hotel.

Staff was helpful and great location

L'emplacement idéal, le personnel plutôt discret mais efficace, petit déjeuner avec des produits simples mais suffisant pour une ou 2 nuits. Si nous avions eu une vue plus sympa (comme sur les photos, vue sur le Parthénon) je pense que le rapport qualité prix aurait été hyper intéressant.

La vue depuis la chambre famille (sur les climatisations, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre vu le bruit!), le lit était un peu mou à mon goût et les rideaux sont occultants mais le jour passe très bien en haut!

Πολύ κοντα σε αξιοθεατα και στην αγορα.

Δεν ειχε παραθυρα το δωματιο μας. Ειχε εναν φεγγίτη που οταν τον ανοιγαμε να παρουμε αέρα ακουγαμε ολα τα κομπρεσερ απο τα κλιματσιστικα των απο πανω δωματιων του ξενοδοχειου. Ηταν το μονο μειον, αν εισαι κλειστοφοβικος ειναι ο χειροτερος σου εφιαλτης. Επισης οταν ξημερωνε εμπαινε ο ηλιος απο τον φεγγιτη που δεν ειχε καμια κουρτινα να περιορισει το φως. Ξυπνησα απο τις 6 το πρωι επειδη εμπαινε ο ηλιος απο τον φεγγιτη. Ζητηστε δωματιο με παραθυρο οταν κανετε την κρατηση.

Es gab leider an einem Morgen nur kalten Kaffee

Der Shuttel Bus am ende der mich zum Flughafen gebracht hat ( 50€ ) wurde im Hotel schon berechnet und Ich musste dort bezahlen. Das wurde dem Fahrer allerdings einfach nicht gesagt womit Ich dann am Flughafen nochmal 50€ zahlen musste. Einfach unverschämt und klare abzocke.

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem nicht an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, also wenig Lärm. Tolle 24/7 Rezeption und gut ausgestattetes Frühstücksbuffet!

Irgendwie wurden uns immer wieder ein Handtuch zu wenig zur Verfügung gestellt nach dem 3. Tag (bei Ankunft waren es 5 Stück für 2 Personen und dann nur noch 4 - obwohl man das 5. doch sehr gerne hat für aus dem Dusche kommen/Hände abtrocknen/etc.)

There appeared to be a street party on the evening before I left. This wouldn't have been an issue per se, but I was leaving at 2am.

Breakfast is served in a place with no windows and is incredibly poor. Service non existent. All tables standing for long time with dirty plates on it while staff smoke in front of hotel. No cups to refill coffee. One morning coffee was very strong almost impossible to drink. Next morning as light as rain water. Pillows are hard - requested softer one. This was brought. AC didn’t function - more like a fan only. Reported it but it remained the same.

Super lokacija, stran od glave ceste in zelo tiho. Ponavadi v hotelih slabo spim zaradi hrupa ali zaradi debelih vzglavnikov. Tukaj so imeli sicer dve debelini ampak sem vseeno vprašal, če imajo še tanjšo, mehkejšo varianto. Prijazen receptor je šel takoj v akcijo in mi najprej do sobe prinesel dve več ali manj enaki varianti in potem končno idealno "kot doma". Vse pohvale.
