Villa du Souss

We had a fantastic stay at Villa du Souss, it was the perfect start to our trip to Morocco. Located conveniently close to the airport. The Villa is beautiful, the food was incredible (definitely get dinner!), perhaps the best meal we had in Morocco. The staff were so friendly even though we arrived late. We would definitely return, thank you!

Tout on se sent bien le calme l'accueil la gentillesse de l'équipe le patron, très accueillant au tel à l'écoute et sait ccompagner son client la jeune à l'accueil souriante agréable, la jeune qui fait le service,.... le cadre qui est tout simplement magnifique, on se sent bien dans cette maison familiale au cachet marocain emprunté de modernité,...j'avais besoin d'une telle.parenthèse avant de prendre l'avion.... Merci.

Un paradis près de tout. Un endroit magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très confortable, avec un personnel très accueillant, efficace et disponible. Un endroit que nous recommandons.

Juste une suggestion : apposer un panneau indicateur à l'entrée du chemin.

Struttura incantevole immersa nel verde e nella pace. Posizione strategica per l'aeroporto, ottima come base per ultima notte. Particolare nota di merito al personale e tutto lo staff che, nonostante il nostro tardivo orario di arrivo, non ha esistito a darci una impeccabile accoglienza e supporto. Ancora complimenti, consigliatissimo!! Ps. Abbiamo anche cenato, e la cena era squisita.

Très belle expérience ! Un établissement impeccable, un accueil chaleureux et un service irréprochable. La chambre était confortable, propre et parfaitement entretenue. Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Le domaine et la villa sont juste magnifiques et authentiques. Chaque chambre est grande et décorée avec goût. L'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Le dîner comme le petit déjeuner sont incroyablement bon. C'est la deuxième fois que nous y séjournons et c'est là que nous reviendrons si nous revenons à Agadir.

The host was absolutely amazing and arranged a late night dinner for us which was delicious. We only stayed for some hours at night to catch our flight. But we really wish that we could extend our stay more. About the property- It’s literally a palace with a great architecture, looks like straight out of a movie! If you like a traditional grand stay in your Morocco trip I would definitely recommend!

A superb former family home and equestrian centre which is being lovingly restored. Our room had a balcony and large bathroom with a bath. The bed was really comfortable. There is a magnificent library with a good collection of literature and views over the garden which made a nice place for a glass of traditional mint tea. We enjoyed walking through the garden which has an olive grove, herbs, lemons, oranges and mandarins. The hosts are kind and friendly and made us feel at home.

Fresh fruit and orange juice with breakfast would be a nice addition to the offering.

Die beiden Gastgeber*innen waren unglaublich liebenswert, höflich, und hatten mir Zeit zum Ankommen gegeben. Sie sprechen sehr gutes English und haben sich nicht aufgedrängt mit Fragen und Gäste Bewirtung. Es war alles ausgeglichen. Ich war der einzige Gast in den drei Tagen, es war daher auch sehr ruhig. Ich konnte mich frei im Gasthaus bewegen, in den Garten, oder in die Lesesalons. Nachmittags gab es den Brunnen in der Mitte des Riads, überhaupt war alles sehr traditionell...wie aus einem Märchen. Es gab sehr leckeres Essen, kostenloses Wasser und Tee zu jeder Zeit wie ich es mir gewünscht habe. Das Zimmer war groß genug , es gab saubere Schränke und alles roch einfach nur super angenehm. Ich fühlte mich unglaublich wohl. Die dreilebenden Katzen wurden täglich gefüttert, es waren nicht so viele, und auch keine aufdringlichen Katzen. Sie haben ihr Ding gemacht und wurden gut behandelt. Der Garten war einfach nur majestätisch. Ich hab mich wie eine Prinzessin gefühlt :) Genau das richtige um bei der Wüstenhitze und nach einer langen Reise einfach abzuschalten.

Gentile la ragazza che ci ha accolto, ampia la camera, comodo parcheggio privato, struttura bella anche nelle aree comuni. Posizione ottima vicino Agadir ma appartata e tranquilla. Cena molto buona anche se con menù molto ristretto. Consigliato

If you need to stay near the airport, this is the hotel. A short taxi ride from the airport. It's quiet clean and friendly. The access is via a dirt road. Just follow the navigation.

It was so peaceful and authentic . The staff were so so lovely and extremely helpful to me. I was staying there alone and was made feel extremely safe and looked after. Gorgeous rooms to relax in , gardens to walk around in , water features to listen to. Hand painted ceilings in the rooms. Beautiful artworks throughout. Very high end but still comfortable home away from home feeling. Air on was wonderful. Food was delicious with gorgeous coffee. Above and beyond what i expected for the price. Really is a find.

The host was exceptional. She was very respectful, accommodating and provided swift assistance when needed.

The property was peaceful. The architectural structure was beautiful and provided a nice cozy environment. My partner and I had a pleasant stay even though our stay was brief.

Très bel accueil. Très bel endroit arboré et paisible (tout en étant en bordure de grande ville). Énormément de charme, avec notamment un salon-bibliothèque de toute beauté, ouvert sur le jardin... Une résidence belle et singulière, très bien entretenue.

Un SEUL bémol : les 2 matelas de notre chambre nécessitaient d'être changés, très inconfortables.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen (Autofahrt 15 Minuten), wenn man am nächsten Tag in aller Früh abfliegen muss, ist ein Vorteil. Es gibt einen schönen Garten, allerdings kein Wasser im Pool.

Spartanisch eingerichtet, Bad im unteren Stock, aber zum Zimmer gehörend.

Das war mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Rundreise. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, die Organisation für das Taxi zum Flughafen war sehr gut. Die Tajine mit Hähnchen ist ein Gedicht.

Wij arriveerden in het holst van de nacht. Vanuit de hoofdweg ga je over een korte landweg naar dit hotel. Aardedonker zagen wij een poort. Toen deze openging..... Wat een prachtige lokatie en zoveel gastvrijheid en dienstbaarheid. Niet s is teveel. Grote ruime kamer, heerlijke bedden alles pico bello netjes. En het interieur van het hotel een ware lust voor het oog. In iedere ruimte was iets anders te ontdekken. Mooie gaard met citroenbomen. Op 10 minuutjes van de airport.

Un havre de paix chargé d'histoire aux portes d'Agadir ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ La Villa du Souss est une pure merveille ! Cette maison familiale, riche d'une belle histoire et dotée d'un magnifique patrimoine, possède un charme authentique unique. Dès que l'on passe le portail, on se retrouve enveloppé par la sérénité d'un vaste jardin planté d'oliviers et d'orangers, un véritable écrin de verdure et de calme à seulement quelques kilomètres de la bouillonnante Agadir. Notre hôtesse s'est montrée absolument aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, veillant à ce que nous ne manquions de rien avec une gentillesse remarquable. Quant aux petits-déjeuners marocains, ils sont tout simplement copieux, délicieux et parfaits pour bien démarrer la journée. Une étape très reposante, hors du temps, que je recommande les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui cherchent de l'authenticité et de la douceur. Un grand merci pour ce moment privilégié ! The place is absolutely gorgeous! I only stayed overnight before my early morning flight. I wish I had a bit more time there to explore the building - it was beautiful inside, great attention to detail. The staff were very helpful and kind too. would love to come back - very quiet and comfy beds - perfect to end the stay in Morocco :)

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in der Villa du Souss, da wir am nächsten Tag früh abfliegen mussten und die Villa nur 10 min. Autofahrt vom Flughafen entfernt liegt. Die Anlage ist zwar etwas versteckt und abgelegen, aber wirklich sehr schön und einzigartig mit einem großen schönen Garten zum spazieren. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich.

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt finden wir es etwas zu abgelegen. Aber für einen kurzen Zwischenstop vor oder nach dem Flug ist es ideal.

The Villa Sousa was for us actually a historic monument: the villa itself, the beautiful garden, the hidden portal that welcomes you to drift into times gone by. Staff was sincerely connected with us as guests that we immediately felt at home. We were allowed to drift through all the old extremely well kept sitting and reception rooms and admire the formidable work of all customized interiors - just amazing. We enjoyed breakfast in the family dining room. If you want to escape the city - Agadir - this is a wonderful place to unwind.

De Vila was prachtig en het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk ontbijt!

Krásná vila v zahradě. Šikovné a příjemné děvčata nám připravily výbornou večeři a vyprovodily nás ve 4 ráno, když jsme odjížděli na letiště.

Die Villa du Souss ist eine außergewöhnlich schöne und mit so viel Liebe eingerichtete Unterkunft. Es ist wie in 1001 Nacht. Wirklich besonders! Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Wir können die Unterkunft einfach nur empfehlen. Einfach klasse.

Un accueil charmant, attentionné et professionnel et un dîner délicieux. Une halte parfaite avant de se rendre à l' aéroport ou pour passer des journées paisibles.

Das Gefühl, für eine Nacht in einem alten marokkanischen "Herrenhaus" zu sein, was sehr beeindruckend. Abgeschirmt nach außen, offen nach innen mit einem plätschernden Brunnen inmitten des Patios und einem großen Garten. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für die erste oder letzte Nacht nahe des Flughafens Agadir. Am beeindruckendsten ist aber die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber: Ein Kaffee morgens um 7 Uhr, obwohl die Küche eigentlich erst um 8 Uhr öffnet? Kein Problem, serviert mit einem Lächeln. Auch das Abendessen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.

This hotel was truly incredible! Spacious, welcoming, and with a wonderful staff. The food prepared for dinner was among the best I have ever eaten in Morocco!

Nothing negative to say! If we really want to be picky, maybe having a few more power outlets in the room wouldn’t have been bad, and sometimes it would also have been useful to have a small bin.

Alles! Wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Ich verteile nicht jeden Tag Superlative. Ich bin mitten in der Nacht angekommen, wurde aufs Herzlichste empfangen und nahm mein Zimmer in Empfang. Wunderschön, gross, mit Balkon und Gartenaussicht, es duftete unglaublich. Das Badezimmer war sehr gross und hatte eine Badewanne. 😀 Die Pflegeprodukte sind eine Wonne, wie immer in Marokko. Die traditionelle Bauweise schafft Intimität und Entspannung. Wahrlich eine Oase der Ruhe. Schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht bleibe...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und die Villa war wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend in einem Séparée pro Familie angerichtet.

Grande villa con sale comuni spaziose arredate con gusto immersa in un grande giardino e tranquilla. Parcheggio compreso nel prezzo e davanti alla struttura.

Sarebbe utile mettere qualche indicazione per arrivare alla villa (sia quando si deve girare dalla strada principale che quando si arriva in modo da non suonare ai vicini, come è successo a noi). Letto abbastanza piccolo e materassi duri. Bagno con vasca senza nessun riparo (facendo la doccia si inonda il bagno) e poca acqua calda (il secondo fa la doccia fredda). Ci è stato chiesto a che ora volessimo la colazione e, non essendo esplicitamente menzionata nella descrizione, pensavamo fosse compresa. Errore. La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo ed è molto scarsa, sia come qualità che come quantità, rispetto a quelle che abbiamo provato durante il viaggio e decisamente troppo cara.

This place was an absolute gem — a stunning Moroccan villa surrounded by lush, vibrant gardens. Our stay was incredibly peaceful, with absolutely delicious food and the scent of orange blossom drifting from the gardens. Kawtar and the team were exceptional, going above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

La villa est superbe. Chaque pièce est décorée avec soin. L'âme d'une grande maison de famille. C'est beau, c'est bon, c'est fait avec amour...

Bardzo ciepłe powitanie, miła i gościnna obsługa. Bardzo ładnie wykończone miejce, przestronny pokój, śliczne patio. Nie było problemu z wczesnym wymeldowaniem, nawet w środku nocy miał nas kto pożegnać i otworzyć bramę. Lokalizacja jest z jednej strony pośrodku niczego, ale z drugiej bardzo blisko na lotnisko.

Jedyny minus to niezbyt wygodny prysznic bez gorącej wody
