Además, el desayuno era bastante variado, ya que se tenía frutas, pan, comida, dulces u otro tipo de comidas para complementar. La zona era bastante cercana a lugares de interes, ya sea para ir al centro de la ciudad a recorrer o ir a otras zonas cercanas para eventos de lucha libre. El personal muy agradable y con buena disposición para ayudar o responder dudas. Muy recomendado

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026The male staff who greet you and help with your bags were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciated their service. Room was clean.
The biggest issue was comfort. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the comforter had a rough fabric that felt itchy on the skin. I could also hear a lot of noise from outside the room, so I hardly got any sleep. The room felt quite dark at night even with all the lights on, and I think brighter white lighting would be better than the yellow lights. There was also an ironing board provided, but no iron. The ladies at the front desk could also be more attentive and welcoming. There were times when they were focused on their phones while I was speaking to them. More eye contact, acknowledgment, and greeting guests would improve the experience.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026La camera è molto grande e accogliente, completa di armadio ampio e cassettiera. Ogni giorno abbiamo trovato la camera in ordine, con due nuove bottiglie d'acqua incluse. Molto gradite con il caldo di cdmx. Abbiamo provato anche il servizio in camera, ottimo. La posizione pur non essendo centrale, è comoda per muoversi rapidamente verso le attrazioni dellq città. In generale, ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo.
Le camere non hanno un balconcino, sarebbe stato un plus. Prima del checkin booking mi aveva segnalato un problema con il pagamento e la prenotazione sembrava a rischio a poche ore dall'arrivo. Non è stato possibile contattare in anticipo l'hotel per verificare il problema, ma per fortuna una volta arrivati, tutto è stato risolto coj facilità.

Había comentarios del ruido de los baños, es verdad pero para nosotros no representó ninguna dificultad,la verdad 10 de 10 nuestra estancia.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The room was very spacious and clean, and it had all the basic amenities we needed. We had been a little concerned about the shower, but the water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water, so our stay was very comfortable. Although the property is slightly away from the main tourist attractions, there are taco restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and ATMs within walking distance. We had no trouble during our stay, and it was a great base for exploring the area.
There was nothing I particularly disliked, but if I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026La ubicación nos gustó mucho, esta a 1 calle de la estación Hospital General, caminamos de noche y hay movimiento en la zona, en la parte del hospital hay puestos callejeros así que puedes comer a todas horas. Llegamos antes de la hora de checkin y nos dejaron guardar nuestro automovil.
Lo único que no nos agradó, fue que el internet estuvo fallando mucho en los celulares y en los dispositivos portatiles.

This hotel is falling apart and requires essential renovation. Nothing is in good condition. They reuse cards and ask you to return the TV remote, like a valuable that you may steal! On Google, this hotel is listed as a 5-star hotel, which is a joke! On booking.com, it comes up as a 4-star hotel, which is again clearly not accurate. It looks like a 2-star hotel at best.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026A very good choice for a stay in central Mexico City. Excellent location, close enough to the airport and with a metro station just around the corner. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally. It's traditional, rather dated, and a bit functional, but a great place to stay for all that. Clean and well maintained. Massive rooms, well furnished, big bathrooms, friendly, competent staff, restaurant/bar in the basement. Pretty quiet in the room, and comfortable beds. It will certainly be an option if I stay in Mexico City again.
No coffee making facility in the room, and the restaurant didn't open until 7 AM (Mexico City is not an early morning society) so I had to go to the local 24 hour 7-11 to get my early morning coffee every day.

No refrigerator and freezer in the room itself for keeping bottled water cold and for carry out food. Problems with TV never resolved.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026La amabilidad del personal y la gastronomía del lugar. El administrador del restaurante siempre estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y el chef fue muy amable con cada plato, es un buffet pero la comida es servida por el chef.
El hotel se siente un poco antiguo, las toallas se veían desgastadas y la conexión entre el hotel y el restaurante no fue la mejor, durante toda la estadía nos tocaba re-confirmar en la app que el desayuno estaba incluído

Ofrecieron tina en el baño y no hubo. La secadora super chafa, pedí una plancha para mi ropa y super chafa y quemada y aparte querían que yo bajara por ella, tanto la entrega como la recepcion del vehículo super incomoda.
