Ein Kühlschrank wäre noch super und der Straßenlärm könnte für manche laut sein, ansonsten alles top.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026VERY GOOD location right in Roma. Lobby isn’t big or lux but still does its job with comfy seats to meet up or wait for uber. The restaurant was a spacious family-friendly mid-range Mexican cuisine. My King superior room was nicely sized a definitely worth the $15 upgrade it cost. Room was clean and functional. AC worked well, and the window opened. Staff was efficient laid back and friendly. Gym was small and basic but clean modern and fine for a quick workout. Full set of dumbbells up to 25lbs but nothing higher! Please get 30lb and 35lb too. Price was a good value for Roma, but you can save a lot staying a kilometer outside it. No noise issues. Finally, the wifi was FAST and never went down once. That’s unfortunately a common hotel problem, but Stanza had a router in my room in the closet and that was great. 1pm check-out was approved at no charge immediately. No surprise charges on my credit card. Would book here again without hesitation. Enjoy my photos all within a short walk of the hotel.

The shower needed an update. Specifically the shower head needed cleaning. The younger bellhop was too entertained with his cell phone to help or greet us when needed.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026We stayed here in June 2026 during the World Cup season and we’re so glad we did. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were kept clean, and the staff was very helpful. We booked three rooms for our group. I also liked that Stanza Hotel has a lobby and restaurant for families or groups to gather for a reunion point. Overall, a great experience to stay in Roma Norte district.

Es un edificio viejo. Y la actitud de la persona que recibe maletas, parecía molesto si no recibía propina, el único momento que manipuló nuestras maletas fue cuando las dejamos para resguardar después del check in, lo cual es algo que el hotel ofrece, ni siquiera movió nuestras maletas cuando ya nos estaba diciendo que el se iría a cierta hora y que podíamos dejar propina ya. No lo hicimos por la actitud y porque nos pareció inapropiado el pedir eso por algo que ya está incluido cuando se paga la noche y porque literal ni siquiera había hecho nada con nuestras maletas

Reviewed May 21, 2026Good location. Very basic room, but good value and excellent staff. Cleaning was good as well. The sourrounding area is safe, a lot of restaurants and the famous Notre Roma area. There was some noise from outside, but not bad at all.
The hotel isn't new. The room is a bit rundown and very basic. The showers are adequate, but the water pressure is not impressive and it's not a luxury experience. The Wifi isn't super fast either.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Location is good, it is in a safe and quiet part of the city. You could find many good restaurants and walking around is pleasant.
Some hotels present themselves as they are better than actually being and this is supported by misleading photos and information. This is also supported by high scores and misleading very good comments of guests. This was a similar kind of experience. Hotel provides just a standart, may be a little less comfort. Pictures of the standart room are not correct, especially bathroom is very small. They say that room has city view but I had an inner courtyard view at the floor level looking housekeeping personnel keeping their stuff and using as storage. This was my mistake that I should have guessed that the price is too good to be true.

Reviewed May 16, 2026The location was excellent and in a perfect position to explore the Roma and surrounding areas, or use public transport to get into town. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the staff very helpful and freindly.
The view from our room was not very pleasant and the double beds were a little small for sharing, one larger bed rather than two smaller ones would have been better.

Reviewed May 1, 2026I felt safe as a solo female in this hotel. They always have someone to greet you at the front lobby as you walk in. Good location at the edge of Roma Norte next to Pushkin Park. Hotel was basic and clean. Air conditioning worked well, and cooled the room quickly. Bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was fair compared to other hotels I looked at.
Very basic hotel. No frills room. Shower was very small. No fridge in the room. My room overlooked a park which could get noisy at night sometimes. Rooms could use a spruce up, some fresh paint and maybe some pictures on the wall to add a little ambience.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The room was comfortable and clean. it was facing the park so could be a bit noisy at night (I recommend ear plugs). It is well located for bars/cafes/restarurants in Roma Norte. The nearest metro is about 10 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful overall.
The restaurant was overpriced and the food rather bland and uninspiring. The restaurant and bar could have been a little more cozy and inviting for guests - it had the functional atmosphere of a canteen. There were nightly thunderstorms when i was there, so an evening drink at the bar or nightcap in a friendly, inviting atmosphere would have been appreciated. Maybe some music?
