Reviewed Jan 6, 2026El desayuno al ser continental es muy poco, considero que simplemente cambiando el plato fuerte estaría perfecto. Otra forma o diferentes formas los huevos con eso estaría muy bien ya que solo es huevo cocido.
No me gustó que adicional al costo de cada noche me cobraron 1000 (mil pesos) como deposito, el cual se supone te los reembolsan después de 2 días hábiles al dejar tu habitación en buen estado. Ya me comuniqué con el hotel pero me dicen que ellos no tienen reembolsos pendientes y en mi cuenta no hay ningún movimiento, así que ya son mil pesos perdidos adicional al costo por noche, de ser así me hubiese hospedado en otro hotel.

Los cuartos son muy calientes por qué les da todo el sol de frente. Además no tienen cortinas blackout entra todo el sol. Al entrar y salir del hotel siempre suena una alarma. Cuando llegamos había una persona adentro configurando la tele y fue súper incómodo por qué no pude cambiarme ni ir al baño. No tienen quien te ayude con maletas tienes que dejar todo ahí en la recepción y sillones en lo que haces el check in

This is not convenient if you’re driving because you have to get off your car, go to the lobby and ask for someone to open the garage bar. Overall, the hotel is nice.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Ubicación tranquila, con un pequeño centro comercial a sus pies y hoteles con restaurantes cercanos (Hyatt y Hilton). El parking funciona muy bien aunque por poner algún pero, no tiene acceso directo al hotel. El personal de recepción fue muy amable con nosotros y las habitaciones/apartamentos se encuentran en buen estado y son suficientemente amplios para estancias cortas o medias. Cuenta con buen espacio de armarios para la ropa. Tienen unos grandes ventanales pero con el problema de no poder bloquear la luz correctamente. El baño es un poco pequeño teniendo en cuenta la posibilidad de espacio que hay y no encontramos amenities de ningún tipo, salvo un secador de pelo. La cocina es sencilla pero funcional y para estancias superiores a 7 días te prestan sartenes y más utensilios de cocina; para estancias inferiores a 7 días tienes que solicitarlos en recepción. Echamos de menos una cafetera de cápsulas en la habitación, así como un kettle o incluso tostadora de pan. El desayuno tiene mucho margen de mejora. Nos encontramos la piscina cerrada (¿por exceso de viento?). El gimnasio es suficiente para realizar unos buenos ejercicios y también hay salas de reuniones para poder trabajar (¿gratuitas?), aunque en los apartamentos también hay una mesa de trabajo. No se aceptan mascotas

Important: always leave your valued items in the safe, we requested our room not to be cleaned and they did not care and opened our room to clean it and when we got there we found the surprise of finding our room open!!!! 😠 they didn’t took care of making sure the room was closed The buffet included is really poor

La limpieza y las instalaciones están en muy buen estado. La habitación tiene cristal completo en dos de las paredes, la vista a la ciudad es magnífica, pero en las mañanas entra mucha luz a la habitación lo que dificulta seguir durmiendo y las almohadas no son nada cómodas. La atención del personal es estupenda.

Su gimnasio, el desayuno es continental, pero está muy bien, El lugar del desayuno es precioso. Moderno. El staff es estupendo dan café cada día. Incluso regalan galletitas en el hall Es un lugar maravilloso para trabajar y descansar Las chicas de la limpieza dejan el cuarto impoluto. Es muy recomendable. Volveré. Prices vary based on which site you use, e.g., Expedia, Booking, etc. I have stayed in many other hotels in SLP and I find The View is a value.

Reviewed May 22, 2024A good location across the street from the Hilton and next door to the Hyatt Regency. Hotel is immaculately clean and the bedding is top notch. The air conditioning works well and the room includes fridge, coffee maker, small stove, and a few kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc. Breakfast is included. It is a continental breakfast but sufficient. Only downside is parking. There is an underground garage that services the hotel and adjacent retail but you must tell the front desk when you are leaving so they can call the parking attendant. Also, the underground garage is closed on Sundays. Good news is they can still open the garage to let guests in. It is a good option for the price.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2024Our room was exceptional, had great views of all the surroundings. The balcony was just perfect for 2 people. I would have loved a couple of outdoor chairs and a small table to put our drinks, phones, food on. But other than that, we LOVED our room. We loved the drive to the "old town" with the charming old buildings and streets and we can't wait to come back during the rainy season to do the waterfalls.
The pool!!! It was closed and we couldn't even just sit outside by the pool for a glass of wine to relax in the sun. That broke my heart.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2024Stayed here in one of the top suites. Overall it was safe, clean, free breakfast, gym, laundry, included and pool table. Staff was friendly and helpful but overall, I wasn't super impressed and in my personal opinion, I would not stay here again as there are other hotels that are a lot better. A few reasons, usually I can sleep in anything and I am not super high maintenance, however the bed was way to firm for my liking, it just felt like I was laying on a flat hard box with no comfort. The other thing that I found weird was, I understand the policy of the hotel is to pay upfront, however, I was staying for more 4 days and usually hotels ask you to pay in full for the entire stay when you check in or at the end of your stay. They asked me to pay every single night which was weird and they asked me what I wanted to do. Isn't it your hotel? Shouldn't you know your own policy??? They didn't seem confident in knowing what they were doing so that turned me off from coming back and the way it was handled of having to pay every night. The area was way to quiet for my liking especially at night. The other thing that was weird to me was the access to the doors at the entrance. You can enter the hotel whenever you wanted but leaving, the doors where always locked from me getting out. The front desk guys had to let me out every time but should it not be the other way around? If you are worried about security, should you not want to prevent people from getting in, not out?
