It was badly administered. There was MOLD in one of the bedrooms and around the house. The administration was awful too! They raised their voices and treated us badly when we told them there is no way we can stay in a property that has MOLD in it.

Tutto perfetto, siamo stati assistiti dal Sig. Vito dal nostro arrivo e per tutto il nostro soggiorno, lo staff è super disponibile, la migliore scelta a Polignano.

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit dem großen Balkon : der Blick auf offene Meer . Wir konnten den Sonnenuntergang auf den Balkon und eine Flasche Wein super genießen. Auto in 10 min. Entfernung. Parkplatz ist sehr teuer 40€ pro Tag. Mit EasyPark aber kein Problem. Die Gemeinschaft Terrasse mit Dusche ist auch super . Alles in der Nähe . Super Restaurant, Bar , Kaffees und mitten im Zentrum. Es hat alles gepasst. Kommen sicher wieder .

The location of this beautiful property was unbeatable being in an historic building on the cliff with a private balcony directly overlooking the sea. It was our favourite place on our 6 week European holiday. The room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom with a great shower and plenty of room for all our luggage. Polignano a Mare is a very pretty old town with lots of lovely restaurants and bars. This property is right in the middle of the historic area with easy access to everything you need and a stunning view around every corner. We were so sorry to have to leave.

I have nothing bad to say at all about this property but an iron and board in the room would have been helpful. I’m sure the lovely lady managing the property would have given us one if we had asked though.

Stunning location on the coast overlooking one of the tourist hotspots so you feel like a bit of a celeb! It was very clean and comfortable and the aircon was a god send. Would def stay again.

Very little not to like. Maybe a few more kitchen items, we ate in quite a bit (but imagine most people eat out).

The location and views don’t get any better in Matera. Don’t hesitate. Super clean, super nice staff.

Parking is a bit of a walk away, would recommend dropping luggage with one person at the entrance of the old city vs dragging bags the entire way.

If I could give more than 10/10, I absolutely would. Puglia is breathtaking, but I honestly believe our trip would not have felt the same without our stay at Amore di Mare. This place didn’t just host our vacation—it became one of its highlights. The room with the sea view should be the benchmark for what a “room with a view” truly means. Waking up to that panoramic view over the sea and the iconic cliffs of Polignano a Mare felt surreal. It was like staying at the Eiffel Tower when visiting Paris—you simply cannot imagine a better location. Everyone who saw our photos immediately asked where we stayed, because that view captures the true magic of Polignano a Mare. It is worth every euro and, in my opinion, even more than they charge. The service was simply outstanding. The hosts seemed to anticipate every need before we even had to ask. We felt genuinely cared for, as if we had a private concierge throughout our stay. I’ve already told all of my friends: don’t plan a trip to Bari or Polignano a Mare unless you can stay at Amore di Mare. I would genuinely plan my entire holiday around this property’s availability. An unforgettable experience. Thank you for making our vacation so special.

Absolutely sublime. I booked this for my Mum and she was over the moon with the apartment. You couldn't have a better location, right next to the famous beach. First row on the cliff with incredible sunset views from the rooftop. A water dispenser on ground floor prvodiing filtered water in still and sparkling, as well as an ice machine. Fantastic air conditioning that provided relief from the current heatwave in Europe. Walking distance to everything within the historic center. Beach towels and in room coffee machine was a great bonus

Stairs are a bit hazardous for older people

Pomocny gospodarz, czysty, przyjemny pokój wyposażony w coffee station w obiekcie przy samym nadbrzeżu. Dostęp na taras obiektu z leżakami i widokiem na morze. Świetna lokalizacja zaledwie parę kroków od zachwycających miejsc starego miasta, restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów. Polecam.

Die Terrasse!!! Herrlich zum entspannen und genießen. Der Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön!!! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Mit dem check-in hat alles top geklappt. Die Lage ist Top, mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Wir genoss unseren Aufenthalt sehr. Kann es nur empfehlen.

The location is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly easy to explore everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The space itself was beautiful and comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back!

The only downside was that we occasionally noticed a strong smell of gas on the terrace, coming from the boiler chimney.

Kaipasimme huoneiston terassille aurinkotuoleja. Iltaisin kadulta kuului paljon meteliä, vaikka ikkunat olivat kiinni. Paikka on muuten ihanan hiljainen, koska liikenteen melua ei ole. Mutta vanhassa kaupungissa on paljon ihmisiä liikkeellä aina. Huoneisto on kolmessa kerroksessa ja portaat ovat jyrkät. Paikka ei sovi huonojalkaisille. Puhelimella avattava lukko oli ärsyttävä.

Very nice location and terrace with a view. Great thing that they also have a water dispenser for both still and sparkling water. Convenient that they do not use physical keys, but an app to access the rooms, except for when there is no internet connection. Friendly staff. Overall a great stay.

One of the beds were very uncomfortable and small. Small showers but manageable. One of the showers were not thoroughly cleaned.

Staff was amazing, the view out of the room was perfect and quintessential Polignano a Mara. I would have stayed a month if I had the PTO. The terrace on roof was great I laid out for a few hours, it was very relaxing.

Burası harika bir yer. Konumu, odaları ve personeli gerçekten çok iyiydi. Bizim odamız ilk katta ve deniz manzarası olmamasına rağmen çok şirin ve keyifli bir balkona sahipti. Personel son derece güler yüzlüydü. Ayrıca harika bir teras alanı vardı. Odada kahve makinesi bulunması da çok hoş bir detaydı; kapsül kahveler gerçekten tam bir İtalyan kahvesi lezzetindeydi.

The location is spectacular. Just steps from the Balconata S Stefano where everyone wants to be to view the Lama Monachile. The old town empties after 18:00 when you really get to enjoy the streets, piazzas, balconatas, restaurants and bars. During the crowded afternoons you either nap and shower in the beautiful room listening to the ocean or sun yourself on the roof, or read on the balcony - away from the jealous crowds. I tried to share video of the fabulous view from our balcony but Booking only allows pics. Or take a 30 minute drive day-trip to nearby Locorotundo and Alberobello and arrive back as the crowds and parking spaces are freeing up. Heads-up it is difficult to find the door/entrance - when you get close you will first see another business “Aquamarea charming rooms” sign, proceed forward just around the right side, to the Balconata where to the left you see Lama Monachile and just walk to the right across this popular space, then down a short marble ramp to the right, then straight forward to lowest point of this courtyard space and you’ll see the sign for Amoredimara Casa Vacanze.

This is not an issue for many people but the staircase to the roof access is very steep so is only for people with no fear of heights and who are sure-footed.

L emplacement près d une des plus belles vues, a 2min du coeur battant de Polignano.

Perfect location in old town Polignano a Mare. Our apartment has 2 private balconies- one overlooks the sea. Also there is a common-space terrace that has a fabulous view also.

Well, you are not going to get the view we had without climbing up those stairs, but oh so many stairs! The view was worth it! One does get tired of hearing the song, Volare, which is heard from every tourist boat passing by, but it grows in you.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is right on a cliff face next to Lama Monachile in the in the old town. Gabrielle was fantastic, stored our luggage as we were early & communicated well via WhattsApp.

The only tiny thing we did not like it the fact that our balcony was 2m away from a public view point - which we found entertaining but not very private.

We had a junior suite overlooking the water. It was absolutely spectacular. The room was well appointed the staff was amazing including Gabriela and Alexandra. It was just absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

It’s all about the location.

Plain and simple. Basic amenities that just provided the minimum. The property was noisy (one could hear everything from the neighbours). Despite the description, there is no washing machine in the suite. From a security point of view, the suite could easily be entered from the balcony — it cannot be locked! The ViKey often took repeated attempts to gain entry. I clocked the Wifi speed at 15m/sec

The apartment is located in the heart of the old town, just a few steps away from the viewpoint of the famous Polignano beach. The area is all pedestrian, so you can only reach the apartment on foot. This makes it more authentic and a lovely place to spend a few days.

De frisse en gezellige en super schone en verzorgde inrichting. Daar is echt veel aandacht aan besteed ❤️. Het matcht allemaal precies. De eigenaar en de vrouw die ons welkom heette zijn ook super vriendelijk en hartelijk. En uiteraard de fantastische locatie en het dakterras😍. Bijzonderder kan bijna niet!

La posizione stupenda, in pieno centro, ma comunque tranquillo. Ha una terrazza condivisa al ultimo piano, molto bella, con lettini, doccia, tavolini e una vista meravigliosa del mare. L'alloggio ha anche un terrazzino privato con vista cortile, bellissimo anche questo. È dotato di tutto il necessario. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Ci tornerei sicuramente!!!

Großartiges ,hübsches, sauberes Apartement mit Meerblick und Balkon. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Lage zentral in Altstadt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lage direkt auf der Klippe über dem Meer in der Altstadt. Trinkwasser (still und frizzante) konnte man vom Trinkwasserbrunnen holen. Dachterrasse von jeder Wohnung zugänglich.

Ausgeklapptes Sofabett war uneben.

Il punto in cui la struttura si trova è molto bello

Abbiamo dormito nella camera “Marina” solo una notte (per fortuna direi) … fornita di un ballatoio adibito a balcone. L’interno della camera buia è con odore di umidità molto marcato ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta perché non ci è mai capitato di soggiornare in un posto con mura rigonfie dalla troppa umidità, pannello in legno antistante il bagno con macchie di muffa dall’odore inconfondibile, nel bagno sul soffitto macchie nere e dulcis in fundo un termoarredo arrugginito. Mi chiedo con molto rammarico caro Mario e Vito (che ad onor del vero si sono scusati per l’inconveniente e dispiaciuti di non averci potuto dare un’altra stanza perché tutte prenotate), è una piccola abitazione che offrite alla vista di molti, ma provvedere al ripristino no? Poi una volta che avete la certezza di poterla “donare” al prezzo modico di 100 euro lo fate. Altra nota dolente è il buio e la poca quasi nulla aria che vi passa o dalla porta d’ingresso che deve rimanere aperta o dalla mini finestra in bagno… Pazienza dai alla prossima saremo molto più accorti nella scelta del luogo ove dimorare. Ho molte foto a riprova di quanto scritto.

We loved the location and were pleasantly surpised and delighted that the facilities were so well-maintained. It was clean and we were able to take advantage of the shared and private terrace. Perfect for a first stay in town.

Through Booking.com we received several messages from scammers, so it was difficult to tell if the apartment or a scammer was requesting information. Once I reached out on Whatsapp, I was able to fill out the Check-in information to get access.

The accommodation and the hosts were excellent. We received a warm welcome, the room was larger than expected and very well located. Mauro and Francesco were perfect hosts, helpful in every way and always available.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Our host was super nice and friendly and even allowed us to check in earlier than planned. Loved the views from terrace of Adriatic Sea. Location can't be any better.

Coffee machine did not seem to work but we did not complain either.

Die Lage der Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt ist super, viele Restaurants in der Nähe

Unmögliche!! Lautstärke beim Öffnen und Schließen der Haustür. Vikey Schlösser empfanden wir als umständlich. Die Temperatur im Bad war uns zu kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, was in der Jahreszeit nicht angenehm war. Die hochgepriesene Dachterasse ist nicht wirklich schön. Zugebaut von Antennen und auch eher keine schöne Umgebung . Der Ausblick zum Meer ist war schön, aber das war es auch schon.

The Location was absolutely perfection!!!! The manager was so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We love it and what can I say about the view, it was so incredible. We love it.

Vito the staff, was a star from the moment I arrived until I left. The location it’s on the heart of the Centro Storico, super comfy the bed and lovely little spot.

숙소에서보는 대서양 뷰가 진짜 미쳤음. 숙소도 깨끗하고 사장님 친절해요. 리셉션이 4시면 문을 닫지만 왓츠앱으로 언제든 연락 가능하고. 정수기랑 제빙기 구비하고 있어서 물걱정 없어요. 모텔 냉장고 있습니다. 옥상도 이용 가능해서 숙소에서 노을 보기 좋아요.

엘베가 없어요. 폴리냐노아마레 지역 특성상 구시가지에 차량 진입이 안되서 주차장에 차를 놓고 골프카로 이동 해야해요. 골프카 내려서 짐끌고 숙소까지 가야되는 번거로움이 있지만 숙소뷰가 다 보상해 줬네요

The property seems to be a popular tourist spot for photos. To get there, we got a shuttle to the outside of the old town, then found our way on foot. There were 3 floors inside our room so not for the faint hearted!

Some of the appliances didn’t work but were fixed quickly. The lovely maid did our washing for us. The kitchen was ok -a toaster would have been a good addition. Correspondence was mainly by text.

Mooie kamer, ruim en schoon en met een eigen terrasje midden in het historische centrum. De host is supervriendelijk. Er is een gemeenschappelijk dakterras met mooi uitzicht.

Het was gehorig en het bed is vrij zacht.

Enkelt men rymligt, enastående med personalen som hjälpte oss med restaurangtips, tidigare incheckning och bagageförvaring, tack Vito!!! Bekvämt med tillgång till filtrerat jättegott vatten. Smidig in-och utcheckning. Läget kan inte bli bättre och takterrassen nyttjade vi en massa.

Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione...si sente tutto il movimento della gente che sale negli altri appartamenti. Peccato davvero.

Lots of stairs to access the rooms but this is part of the design of the building not the fault of the hosts

We stayed in the Bianca apartment, which has a balcony overlooking the sea and direct access to the roof terrace. The apartment is very comfortable and the view is beautiful. Vito, who organised our check-in, is very helpful, polite, always smiling. The stay was fantastic and we will definitely return to this apartment :)

Mi habitacion en el primer piso era hermosa! La decoracion, todo divino! Que te daban agua filtrada a cero costo. Tenias acceso a una terraza compartida con los otros huespedes la cual tiene una vista espectacular!!

Que estuve pocos dias!! jaja! Repetire sin dudas si vuelvo a Polignano!
