L'emplacement est vraiment bien situé et le petit-déjeuner sur la petite place est très sympa.

Juste prendre note que la chambre du rez-de-chaussée n'est pas très lumineuse.

The property was perfect. It was so spacious, well equipped in an amazing location. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Absolutely no complaints, would highly recommend.

The location of the property is perfect in the centre of the old town. The room is compact and very tastefully appointed. The roof top terrace made it for us with spectacular views out to the sea. The breakfast was delicious and all home made.

carlo and his wife where very good hosts and made a massive effort to accommodate our gluten free needs even went out of his way to find out which restaurants where gluten free we loved the roof terrace. the room was well designed and comfortable. the breakfast was well presented and plenty of choice

Perfect for the location / price point. I needed a clean room in a good location, and that’s exactly what this is.

Prachtig ruim appartement, goede indeling met slaapkamer achteraan voor de rust. Prachtig uitzicht vooraan op de zee, leuk dat hier een zetel voorzien was. Verrassend lekker ontbijt, gezellig buiten in de straat met mogelijkheid tot zicht op zee. Goede tips gekregen voor restaurants alsook voor een boottocht naar de grotten. We apprecieerden ook de mogelijkheid om al vroeger in te checken dan voorzien alsook de mogelijkheid om na het uitchecken nog enkele uurtjes onze bagage daar te laten aangezien we met het openbaar vervoer waren.

Muy bueno, a nuestra habitación (planta baja) le faltó un poco de luz natural, pero por lo mismo era muy fresco incluso sin aire acondicionado encendido. Cómodo. Ubicación excelente!

Todo estuvo bien.

El lugar es precioso, la cama y las almohadas un placer, la vista de la ciudad y del mar no tienen precio, la ubicación es perfecta, está en medio del casco histórico rodeado de bares y restaurantes. Carlo es un gran anfitrión, estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos ha resuelto un imprevisto de último momento al cual estamos muy agradecidos!... Un lugar para volver sin dudas, hemos pasado unos días inolvidables. Muchas gracias Carlo!

Great location in the old town right next to one of the terraces with a view on the sea. Breakfast on the little square was very cozy and good selection of cold food.

The shower cabin is quite narrow, even for someone slim. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment with no windows so getting fresh air in is a bit difficult.

Sehr hübsches, originelles und neu renoviertes Zimmer in der Altstadt mit einem tollen Bad. Herrliche Dachterrasse zum Chillen mit Blick aufs Meer. Leckeres Frühstück draussen auf der Gasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Das das Zimmer in der sehr belebten Altstadt liegt, ist der Lärm nachts durch rücksichtslose „Nachtschwärmer“ doch äusserst störend. Die Gastgeber können natürlich nichts dafür.

Quite noisy from the street! Couldn’t have the window open as it was just too noisy, so it would have been stuffy at the height of summer!

De tudo.Foi mágico chegar no centro histórico e estar à poucos passos das vistas mais bonitas do Adriático.. O anfitrião Carlo, foi extremamente atencioso e nos orientou com muita paciência até providenciando estacionamento e transfer para nos encontrar e nos acomodar em uma habitação típica e muito confortável. No meio de tudo , durante o dia e calmo durante à noite. Nossa melhor estadia na Puglia.

Casa Dorsi si trova in un affascinante scorcio del centro storico di Polignano, con vista mare, elegante e ben curato. Sig. Carlo è un ottimo padrone di casa. Colazione molto ricca con ingredienti freschi. Ottima vacanza!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Carlo gab es schon vor der Anreise Tipps in jeglicher Hinsicht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wunderschön war auch der Blick von der Dachterrasse

Eine wunderbare, einzigartige Unterkunft im Herzen von Polignano. Wir hatten mit der Superior Suite ein ganzes, sehr schmales Haus für uns mit drei Stockwerken, Wohn/Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile, darüber Schlafzimmer mit Bad und kleinem Balkon und darüber die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, alles sehr schön landestypisch eingerichtet und dekoriert. Umwerfender Blick, man sah von oben genau auf den Aussichtspunkt, wo sich alle Leute drängten. Allerdings muss man dafür natürlich mehrere Treppen in Kauf nehmen. Geparkt haben wir kostenlos am Bahnhof, das bedeutet 10-15 Minuten Fußmarsch durch die Stadt, mit Gepäck. Eine Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist nicht möglich, aber uns war die Lage das wert. Wir fuhren einen Tag mit dem Zug nach Bari, das klappte hervorragend. Das Frühstück war das Beste, das wir in 3 Wochen in Apulien bekamen. Als wir einmal unseren Schlüssel im Haus vergaßen und leider auch von Innen stecken ließen, war Carlo sehr hilfreich und half uns sofort aus der Patsche.

Location, location, location. This B&B is perfect. Our hosts were excellent! The breakfast was delicious! Our suite was top notch with a phenomenal view.

La posizione è eccezionale, nel pieno centro storico di Polignano a Mare, perfetta per muoversi a piedi. La struttura è molto caratteristica e curata nei dettagli. Ho trovato la mia camera originale e accogliente, con spazi progettati in modo elegante e simpatico: parlando con i proprietari durante la colazione, ho scoperto che l’architetto della struttura è stata proprio la padrona di casa, un tocco davvero personale che si percepisce in ogni dettaglio. Molto particolare anche la disposizione interna, con una scala in legno che porta a una zona bagno rialzata (con lavandino e doccia), una soluzione originale e suggestiva.

Non è possibile parcheggiare in struttura. A pochi passi c’è il parcheggio della stazione, gratuito e comodo, anche se poco curato (strada dissestata e possibili pozzanghere), ma comunque facile trovare posto.

Great location in the center of town. Easy communication with the owner. Free public parking outside of the town center, about a 10-15min walk.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a busy street so people constantly walking past the window and talking loudly.

Obiekt jest najwspanialszym obiektem w Polignano a Mare. Wspaniały styl apartamentów, czysto, stylowo, urokliwie. Widok z apartamentu oczarował mnie od pierwszego wejrzenia. Wspaniały właściciel oraz obsługa przepyszne śniadania oraz serwis.

Carlo was a fantastic host….10/10!!!! He is very kind and communicative, and speaks excellent English. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. The two minor questions/issues I had during my stay he responded to and addressed immediately. The apartment could not be any more beautiful or in a better location. There is a small balcony off the bedroom, which I did not use because it faces the front of the apartment where a ton of tourists are constantly walking by and speaking/laughing very loudly. The front of the apartment is steps away from one of the best views of the coast, so there is a ton of foot traffic. There is an exceedingly spacious and gorgeous terrace on the rooftop, which I much preferred and spent most of my time when I was not exploring. It has sea views and is very peaceful. The bedroom was a good size and the mattress and pillows were comfortable enough. The kitchen has a stove, which I did not use, as well as plates, cups, wine glasses/opener, etc. The fridge is very large by European standards, which was nice. It also has a small freezer. Carlo offers breakfast for a minimal fee, which is conveniently located in the apartment directly below. He also offers a pasta making class at the same location, which I participated in and enjoyed. Carlo showed great patience, as I learned that I am not very good at making pasta. The additional participants enhanced my experience. He served many delicious side dishes along with the perfect wine, which between those and the pasta we made, was enough to fill my belly and I did not need to go seek out dinner. The WiFi is very spotty, which along with my poor phone signal, made prolonged internet use (watching videos) difficult. I highly recommend downloading Polignano a Mare on Google Maps before your arrival. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep, both to the apartment and inside, but that’s to be expected in Europe.

Che dire ci sono stata ad agosto 2025 e sono tornata e tornerei ancora. Tutto incantevole, curato nei dettagli, posizione perfetta, gentilezza e disponibilità.

Es war alles super: Lage mit traumhafter Dachterrasse (wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen!), die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, super Frühstück. Danke Carlo!

The property boasts a superb location on a cliff with stunning views. Close to cafes, bars, and restaurants, it's hard to imagine a better location in the heart of Polignano a Mare.

It's actually hard to find any faults with this property.

Great communication with host, lovely suite with rooftop terrace and view from bedroom, all full of charming character. Nice and warm in winter, which is not always the case and much appreciated.

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
