L'hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé à proximité de Bellagio, pour les visites. Vue superbe sur le lac et piscine à débordement. L'accueil est parfait, les cocktails aussi... La suite est très confortable avec une petite terrasse devant pour admirer le lac. Nous avons diner sur la terrasse... merci au chef qui nous a régalé !

Absolutely amazing stay. We both feel so lucky to have stayed here. Stunning villa and everyone made us feel so welcome. The service is very personal and the fact there are only a few others staying at the villa gives it such a luxury feel.. as if you’ve got your own private villa with just a few others. Breakfast was amazing and we stayed in for dinner one night too which was also amazing. Cocktails amazing. Everyone who works here is so lovely and accommodating and can’t do enough to make your stay here feel so special. We also got a text to warn us about road closures during a storm which was very thoughtful and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Beautiful villa and outstanding service.

The views were amazing, the food was fantastic and the staff were very helpful when we asked them for anything. Would highly recommended this property.

Gorgeous pool and views.

Het uitzicht is fenomenaal, het zwembad fantastisch en alles was tot in de puntjes goed verzorgd. Ik was wat huiverig voor het ontbijt vanwege eerdere reviews, maar ook dat was heerlijk en uitgebreider dan ik had verwacht.

Niks. Zou wel zeker een dagje naar Como als uitstapje aanraden.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The staff are very friendly and attentive . Wonderful view from the pool. We preferred to sleep in a quiet area like Limonta rather than in the middle of other touristy and crowded spots in the lake. We used the boat from Limonta to Bellagio and then Ferry from there to other beauty spots in the lake. After busy days it was a pleasure to return to our “home “ in Limonta. We had one meal in their restaurant , the food and the view were amazing !

Not a problem for us , but people with mobility issues may struggle due to the steps to restaurant area and some of the rooms

The location was truly exceptional, near Bellagio. Limonta is serene, full of vegetation and home to a lovely access to lake Como. We absolutely recommend going to swim there, as it is a walkeable distance from the hotel. The staff was lovely as well, always kind and helpful. The server and cooks were very funny and the restaurant has a home-like vibe to it. The food was great, probably the best we had on our trip. Finally, the view is something else, we could see many mountains and villages on the other side of the lake. This hotel was perfection and we felt almost at home. We recommend!

This is a magical place with a beautiful view. Beautiful room, very clean and modern. Very nice staff, great food, nice pool. Would come back here again in a heartbeat. Great Value for what you pay.

Bathroom was beautiful but it was design over function. Lots of stairs to go up with you luggage. A bit remote from Bellagio but worth it.

Restaurant service was not very professional. Rest of the draft was good. Hotel seemed to lack management.

So beautiful and the location with parking was perfect. We especially loved our two chefs we had over the 3 days we were there!

It was the right decision to choose this hotel! Location perfect, villa perfect, clean and cozy rooms, beautiful views from the bed! Amazing and caring staff! Chef Andrea, the brilliant Italian chef, if you are interested he will show and give some advises in coocking♥️ all staff members are very careful, they made my birthday ! Thank you all! If someone will be disappointed, my advise to them is to go for check up of mental health ♥️

Piękny widok z hotelu, super obsługa, przestronny i miło urządzony pokój. Bardzo zaskoczyła nas na plus kuchnia- polecamy zamawiać kolacje w hotelu. Cudowny, kameralny charakter hotelu- dla nas super rozwiązanie.

Beautiful views, amazing staff and an unreal villa. From the before we arrived to the staff where so friendly checking what time we would arrive and asking us if we would like a reservation for dinner with the private chef ( this is a must the food us mind blowing) I can rate our stay highly enough

L'hôtel est élégant et design. La chambre est spacieuse. La vue sur le lac est superbe. La piscine se fond dans le décor du lac. Le chef cuisinier a beaucoup de talent. Ses plats sont délicieux. Absolument à tester. Il fait lui même ses pâtes. Le personnel est attentionné.

La salle de bain n'est pas pratique. Pas de porte à la douche. Il est nécessaire de faire attention pour ne pas asperger toute la salle de bain. Veiller à s'assurer qu'une place de parking est disponible car il n'est pas aisé sinon de se garer. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être plus étoffé. Si les transats sont esthétiques, ils sont très peu confortables.

The bathrooms - water goes everywhere! Need new shower head and a shower door to stop water going all over the floor, plus the tap over the sink creates so much mess. Looks beautiful but is not functional.

This intimate B&B has spectacular views of Lake Como-They have a lovely pool as well-it was not open for use when we arrived, which was disappointing, as we would have hoped to have been been told this prior to arrival....this was one of the main reasons we paid more than what was typical for the area when selecting our lodging. The breakfast was lovely, and the dinner even better-the chef made non-complicated(not over complicated as are some attempting to impress) perfectly proportioned and delicious dinner-loved every bit of his food, down to the dessert!

No notice of the pool being closed-this is what they advertise for this particular B&B, and customers should expect what is advertised.

Amazing food.. one of the best meals my girlfriend and I had out there. The house was stunning, great breakfast, the view was great and all the staff were so welcoming, informative and helpful.

Our room was slightly close to the road, but.. we didn’t hear a thing. There’s actually a nice stream next door that drowns out the car sound.

The hotel is intimate and beautiful. The staff was lovely and very thoughtful. My partner is vegan and they catered to her needs and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, highly recommended.

The location was excellent and the property being elevated gave us an amazing view of the lake. Beautiful pool area too. It was too cold for us to hang out at pool…we did bring our suits! The sun did feel great during the day.

The functionality of the bathroom was not good at all. Very modern plumbing for sink and shower led to water spraying all over the back mirror of sink daily. The shower had a similar issue.

The Lakeview room was beautiful. I would say if you're looking for a larger room, then book the suite option. However, the staff was so amazing. The breakfast was amazing 10/10. Although it was cold the weekend we stayed in Lake Como, we really enjoyed our stay.

Good location about 10 min drive from the main piazza. Lovely staff and breakfast. View was gorgeous!

Alles war super! Das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Aussicht auf den Comer See war unser Highlight. Auch der Pool war super schön und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Klare Empfehlung.

Wir waren in einem der oberen Zimmer der Unterkunft. Dort hatte unsere Dusche hatte keine Tür, sodass der Bad-Boden etwas nass wurde, sobald man geduscht hat. Das war aber schnell weggewischt.

The location and the design

My bathroom faucet and shower was not practical but beautiful design.

Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk, personeel heel vriendelijk. De ligging was heel mooi. wel steeds je auto/vervoer nodig om iets te gaan bezichtigen. S'avonds kon je er heel lekker eten.

Heel veel trappen, ontbijt en diner waren dan ook helemaal boven in de B&B, wanneer je slecht te been bent is dit niet aan te raden.

Nuostabi vieta! Buvome apsistoję kambaryje su terasėle prie pat baseino. Vaizdas iš kambario nuostabus! Patiko vilos interjeras, labai malonus personalas, skanus maistas restoranėlyje su nuostabia panorama. Vieta parkingui gera, iki ežero nusileisti vos kelios minutės. Užsisakėme laivą porai valandų, kurį pristato prie pat vilos esančioje krantinėje. Nuostabiai praleistos dienos čia 🙌

Die Dusche ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da keine Schiebetüren vorhanden sind, steht das Bad danach unter Wasser. Der verantwortliche Architekt hat seine Dusche bestimmt nicht ausprobiert. ;-) Kosmetiktücher waren nicht aufgefüllt und das Frühstück war nicht sehr reichhaltig für diese Preisklasse. Schade, aber in der Preiskategorie haben wir schon bessere Hotels erlebt.

Het uitzicht en de rust

De kamers zouden iets schoner mogen zijn en de badkamer was niet heel praktisch ingericht. De chef was bijzonder getalenteerd, maar het was jammer dat hij ook zelf moest afwassen – echt een talentverspilling. Het zou fijn zijn als er een vaatwasser aangeschaft wordt, zodat ook de dame die het ontbijt verzorgt wat meer rust krijgt. Het ontbijt zelf mag wat uitgebreider, bijvoorbeeld met echte Italiaanse delicatessen zoals verse broodjes. Toen de chefkok op donderdag het ontbijt verzorgde, waren de zelfgebakken broodjes gelukkig wel aanwezig. ’s Avonds en ’s nachts is er geen personeel aanwezig, wat wat vreemd aanvoelt. Mocht er iets gebeuren of heb je hulp nodig, dan is er niemand van de staff beschikbaar. Ook zou het een mooie aanvulling zijn als er een taxiservice vanuit de villa wordt aangeboden voor de terugweg vanuit Bellagio naar het hotel. Dit zijn slechts kleine verbeterpunten, want we hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. We willen ook graag de receptioniste bedanken voor het regelen van de boottocht over het meer.

Everything it was just perfect!

A truly special place. The steps were a bit of a challenge, but well worth it. Room 1 was well-appointed and had a lovely large balcony and beautiful view. It was so quiet and peaceful. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and inviting. The highlight was the restaurant. We enjoyed several delicious meals on the balcony and everything was fabulous! The staff are exceptional… friendly and helpful at every moment. I hope to be able to return!

Everything was wonderful, but you need to be able to take quite a few steps up to some of the rooms and the restaurant. We were so appreciative of the staff’s help with our luggage.

The property has amazing views. The decor is elegant, simple, but adequate. Very clean rooms. The food and wine were amazing and an exceptional value. All of the staff were very helpful.

It isn’t a problem, but there are many steps to climb, so be sure you can manage them.
