Only one tiny thing that could be improved, to have china mugs in the communal kitchen for tea/ coffee in the morning, with some fresh milk in the fridge.

So much of the hotel was luxury, but they only gave us paper cups for the refrigerated water they provided. Also the same for the morning coffee. While it’s a bit more work to wash dishes, it would have been such a much more elevated experience if we could have had glassware and cups.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful hotel on the water. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast came to the room on the balcony which was so amazing. We rented a boat from boat 2 go next door and that was so much fun, definitely recommend. The restaurant was amazing as well, we went a couple times.

Calme, vue agréable sur le Lac

We loved this small hotel away from the crazy crowded lake villages. Vassena is a small town not far from Bellagio. The rooms were well equipped, updated and cozy - some of the best you will find in Europe. The staff was so helpful. Breakfasts served in your rooms. We will be back again in the off season when Lake Como is less crowded. August was overrun with people. That is why the quiet village of Vassena was so nice to come home to after a day of sightseeing. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the relaxed feeling it provided for us. The location at the lakefront is superb. And we could use paddle boards and canoes complimentary. The breakfast at our balcony was a fantastic start of the day. Daniela at the reception was super attentive to all our needs. There was a great restaurant Le Mare at the property and a coffee/gelato shop. Super convenient and delicious.

Absolutely amazing location. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and balcony had a stunning view. Did find that rooms lacked storage/surface areas. Restaurant was superb but booking is essential. We hired a boat from Boat 2 Go which was definitely the best way to explore/see the lake. Ferry was also a good way to get around. Despite having a car we avoided driving because of the very narrow roads. Highly recommended.

Schönes kleines Hotel direkt am Comer See. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Blick auf den See war super. Das Frühstück war lecker. Das Restaurant im Haus kann mann auch sehr empfehlen. Insgesamt alles gut. Der Ort ist wirklich klein, man muss schon fahren (Bus) wenn man was sehen will.

The church bell goes off often and is next door. So be prepared to wake up early and on Sunday many times.

Beautiful and quiet location of this small boutique hotel. Greta was very welcoming on arrival offering coffee…. Easy parking we had booked in safe underground lock up. Pre booked next doors restaurant for both nights and want disappointed. Delicious meals with lovely staff Alice & Anas …. Love the laid back non rushed approach to eating and drinking in Italy but with very prompt service. Having a picnic hamper ordered breakfast we could carry out to sit by the lake was great too…. As it was raining this morning it was delivered on a tray to our room instead. Loved staying here and would happily come back and save up to afford a room with a lake view.

Only slight suggestion is nicer fresh orange juice for breakfast as the concentrated one provided wasn’t great. Other than that it was all perfect. :) x

Absolutely stunning setting, we loved the private balcony over looking the lake and the breakfast delivered to our room every morning was a lovely touch. A very quiet lovely village with easy access to the port for getting the ferry and a time table of the ferry was provided on arrival. Staff very helpful and organised the shuttle for us one evening where we had booked for dinner near by. The restaurant also next to the hotel was really nice, great food but a small menu. Hotel guests had a nice reserved area right by the water on the lower decking for dining. I would highly recommend this hotel, we would certainly return and a big thank you to the lovely hotel staff for all their help. They also arranged the private boat tour for us prior to arrival.

Everything was great, only a minor thing: there was cutlery in the little kitchenette area but no plates, it would have been nice to have some. Finally, when it comes to the suite, it is spacious and well maintained but technically there is no separation between the bedroom and the sitting area, whereas most suites do have such separate spaces

Excellent hotel with a beautiful lake view. The apartments are new, clean, and have everything you need. You feel like you’re staying in a small apartment where everything is provided for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly, and the administrator pays attention to every guest. They are always available and ready to help with any question or request.

It was cozy and right near the lake.

The breakfast while hearty was often cold (the items that should be served warm).

The hotel is wonderful! It has lots of character and charm. It is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable, the staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast service in the room to enjoy breakfast with a sunset view over the lake is an amazing experience. To top it all, the proximity to their partner Boat2go, for a bout tour or rental makes the location fantastic. Simply one of the best hotels I have stayed at worldwide, period!

Die Lage mit dem traumhaften Bluck direkt am Wasser, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams, die fantastische Idee das sehr sehr gute Frühstück im Zimmer zu servieren auf dem Balkon, das die Fähre direkt vor der Tür anlegt, die Ruhe - wir sind völlig begeistert auch ueber das herzliche Willkommenspaket für unseren Hund. Ein Ort, den wir auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen werden.

The staff were very friendly, and Greta was very attentive providing us with all the details we would need and making sure our stay was great. The restaurant was also great, we ate there one of the evening and the food was very good quality. It was also nice touch to have breakfast brought to the room so you could eat on the balcony. There were good transport links, with a free shuttle running three times a day to drop us and pick us from Bellagio. There was also a ferry port and bus stop right outside so it was well equipped to be able to get around.

Beautiful property overlooking the lake. The suite is roomy with great toiletries and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast in the room was divine and the links to places on the lake very easy with the dock and the ferry literally next door. Greta and Daniela looked after us and the use of the infrared sauna and jacuzzi was a nice touch.

There is no lift so you have heavy bags or stairs are an issue, bear this in mind (they do offer to take your bags up for you however). The food in restaurant food was great although the service left a little bit to be desired.

Très bel établissement Très cosy. Accueil Très agréable avec toutes les explications utiles et nécessaires. De plus la vue sur le lac est magique surtout si vous avez la chance de prendre votre petit déjeuner sur le petit balcon. Nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte et pas un bruit.

Fantastic. Locația extraordinară de elegantă, frumoasă și foarte curată. Am avut o experiență foarte faina, de la primire si grija fata de toate detaliile este impresionant. Chiar si aroma de la baie era foarte fain. Micul dejun la balcon a fost ireal de frumos si super gustos. A fost o zi insorita si linistea lacului a fost de vis. Recomand cu mult drag.

Ubicación excepcional. Vistas maravillosas al lago, habitación, súper agradable, muy cuidada y con muchos detalles. Es un sitio muy tranquilo. También es cierto que nosotros estuvimos en febrero. No sabemos cómo será en verano.

Solo por comentar un par de aspectos, la cama es algo dura, creemos que es de muelles, pero es cierto que esto varía en función de los gustos. De todas formas se duerme bien. Y otro detalle es que en el baño falta espacio para dejar los productos de aseo personal.

The location was the best. Overlooking Lake Como and just a free shuttle bus trip to Bellagio to catch ferries and for a wonderful look around. Great restaurant and food. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented

Un véritable bijou au bord du lac de Côme. Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel plein de charme. L’établissement a su conserver toute l’âme et l’élégance de l’ancien, tout en bénéficiant d’une rénovation soignée et raffinée. Chaque détail respire le goût et l’authenticité. Notre chambre disposait d’une petite terrasse privée donnant directement sur le lac : un privilège rare. La vue au lever du soleil est tout simplement magique — le calme, la lumière sur l’eau, les montagnes en arrière-plan… un moment suspendu. Le petit déjeuner servi en chambre est un vrai plus : produits frais, viennoiseries délicieuses, fruits, café parfait… Le tout savouré face à ce panorama exceptionnel. Difficile de commencer une journée de meilleure façon. Service attentionné, atmosphère intime, cadre romantique et élégant : une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un séjour plein de charme, exactement ce que l’on rêve de vivre au lac de Côme.

Un accueil très sympathique, décoration de notre chambre pour notre anniversaire de mariage avec une bouteille de prosceco offerte. Un petit coin avec gamelles et petit coussin ainsi qu’une boîte contenant divers accessoires pour notre petit chien. Un petit déjeuner excellent servi en chambre. Bref! Tout y était pour passer un excellent séjour. Merci pour tout ! On reviendra .

Cet hôtel est une véritable pépite. Nous avions des attentes très élevées au regard du lieu, et nous avons été absolument subjugués par cet endroit. Al Molo 5 est un havre de paix, une pause dans le temps. Sa petite taille et sa localisation en font un emplacement de choix sur le lac. De plus, une navette gratuite est mise à disposition pour se rendre à Bellagio. Concernant la chambre : WOAW!!! La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle, le lit est confortable, et la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. Vous avez des parapluies à disposition, un sèche cheveux ainsi qu’un diffuseur, et des produits de toilette de qualité. L’hôtel met également à disposition une petite salle où vous pourrez vous servir un café, un thé, ou même faire le plein de bouteilles d’eau fraîches, gratuitement. Parlons maintenant du petit déjeuner. Quel plaisir de se faire servir celui-ci sur la table du balcon à notre réveil. Vous avez accès à des produits de qualité, et le personnel se tient à votre disposition pour que vous choisissiez l’horaire et les aliments que vous souhaitez déguster. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est lui aussi exceptionnel. La carte regorge de plats absolument délicieux. Nous y avons mangé 3 soirs consécutifs, et ce fut systématiquement un régal. Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant sont adorables. Chacun s’est donné du mal pour faire de notre séjour un moment parfait. Ils sont facilement joignable grâce à leur WhatsApp, et ne manquent pas de vous contacter en cas de besoin. Mention spéciale pour leur petite attention, liée à notre voyage de noces. N’hésitez pas à solliciter Boat2Go qui se trouve à 2 pas de l’hôtel, les balades en bateau sur le lac sont tout simplement magnifiques! Nous avons passé 2h sur l’eau, et nous avons déjà hâte de recommencer.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e curata nei dettagli, mentre il servizio si è dimostrato eccellente: personale sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale.

L’unica piccola nota negativa riguarda la finestra del bagno, che risulta poco coprente: anche con la tenda tirata si riesce a vedere all’esterno, riducendo un po’ la privacy. Nonostante questo dettaglio, consiglio comunque la struttura per la qualità delle camere e l’attenzione al cliente.

The room was incredible! The balcony oversees the lake and the mountains. I loved the breakfast that they bring to you and set up in the balcony. The staff are beyond incredible. Love this place.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing, much more private and beautiful than Bellagio. The staff (Daniela, Greta and Giulia) were very kind and helpful. The D’este room is huge, with a great lake view. Everything is well thought, amenities, bar, decor. I would highly recommend it for everyone, families, couples, young and old. 10 out of 10!

The room was unbelievable, finished to an amazing quality with exceptional views on the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with lots of useful information via WhatsApp. The food in the restaurant was also incredible. I was very lucky to chose this place and received the highest hospitality. If you are visiting lake como, you must try and stay here!!

Super comfortable suite, amazingly decorated and cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the lake are just breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and served in the room. The staff were super nice and helpful. Parking was easy to find, just outside the property.

The only nitpick about the property is the lack of good soundproofing. If you get unlucky with obnoxious neighbours, then you will be annoyed.
