Reviewed Nov 27, 2023I like that the staff were attentive; from being responsive to inquiries to the assistance they provided on-site. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The lighting in the room could be improved as it was a bit dark. The towels were thinning already. Wifi was available, but it does not connect to the Internet. Breakfast could be improved. The lighting in the restaurant too. Some regular fumigation should be done as mosquitos were aplenty. All in all, it was a good overnight stay for us. But at that price point, we expected better.

The jacuzzi was cold. This was the main reason for choosing the place, so….. The sink didn’t have hot water. The shower would run out of water and then we would have to wait for some time before it came back.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2022The room was beautiful and clean, but we booked with a terrace and our room had no terrace. After they showed us the other room we decided to stay.
They didn’t make up our room, they said no. The breakfast- You were given only one choice of drink coffee/tea/juice. But after we complained we got both juice and coffee. They couldn’t help with lake tour, but we found a local guy that helped us. They couldn’t help us to call a tricycle to the bus upon checkout. It’s a small hotel, and the nature surroundings isn’t great, also it’s far away from the town center. Everything above would have been ok, but the price where way to high…

Reviewed Aug 22, 2022Ambience is amazing! It's a great place for relaxation and leisure. The greeneries, fresh air, and quiet surroundings made the place a piece of heaven. Staff were extremely polite and quick to respond.
I think the food could be improved. It's too simple and served in small quantities. The Guest Kits/toiletries would look better if the hotel uses organic or more luxurious products, given the quite expensive rates.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2021This is the best place I've stayed in Tagaytay. Everything advertised is on- point. We love the rooms, the pool, and the jacuzzi. As Vegans, we appreciate that the restaurant tried to cater to our dietary needs. The staff members are superb, ever so helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back here again. 🙂
