Billie Hôtel

Super nice location and clean

The elevator was out of service during my stay

Sehr kleines Zimmer

GREAT location, nice room, and the hotel’s commitment to environmental sustainability. The Culligan cold water dispenser (carafe supplied) was especially nice.

More coffee packets for your guests! I left a note requesting extra that was ignored.

Emplacement et acceuil top

Rien

Upon arrival, the person at the reception was rude and unhelpful. He told us that the lift was broken and that we had to carry our suitcases using the stairs to the 4th floor. He did not offer to help us. However, the next morning, we got some help after asking for it. We also did find out that the lift had been broken for 3 weeks.

Location and the beds were extremely comfortable

We had a street facing room so could be noisy at times. But for a central location this can't be avoided

Everything was great !

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Whilst we knew the staff and guests shared the same breakfast buffet at times you had to queue/wait whilst staff helped themselves. It felt very odd.

Location, decor.

The lift didn’t work and a fourth floor room with cases was difficult. No form of gesture made to compensate for this issue

The bed was so comfortable. I liked the decor and the sofa in reception was welcoming and cosy.

A bottle of water in the room and a few products would have been useful.

We only stayed one night as we was heading to bordeaux the next day, although the room was bijou it was perfect and had everything we needed. Would stay again but upgrade to the larger room next time. Highly recommend

Nothing

Super location. Extremely central. Hotel website.

I felt the bedroom could have been cleaner.

Reception staff were absolutely lovely and carried my heavy suitcase for me. They were informative and helpful. Breakfast healthy and well priced.

Pillows were very high causing neck pain. My greatest concern was being on the 3rd floor and the lift out of order for the whole time I was there. I would have appreciated information about the price of taxis to locations eg the rail station as they are shockingly expensive and as the hotel is close to the train station I could have caught a bus or tram.

Very central location and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I felt very welcome. There's a free coffee and drinks machine. You're right in the middle of the city and all the bars, the public square is less than a few minutes walk. The decor and aesthetics of the hotel is perfect. It feels like you're staying in a significantly more expensive hotel.

The only criticism I'd have is the room I stayed in was quite small. The large bed takes up most of the room so you have very little room. But this is a minor criticism.

Tutto come descritto e posizione centrale comodissima

The receptionist is really helpful! She arranged a very early check in for us when it was raining heavily. The location is excellent and the room is decent for the price

Fabulous hotel, perfect location to explore the city. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location, walkable to lots of different things. Staff were pleasant. The shower was nice and the room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Good value for money.

The room was small with no space between the two twin beds. The lift was broken during our stay, but the staff kindly helped us with our bags on arrival.

It was very central location for sightseeing, There was a very helpful & knowledgeable night porter

The lift was out of order when we arrived & was still out when we left, Luckily we were only on the first floor. Breakfast was included was in our package, but selection was very minimal.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.

The friendly helpful staff , snazzy decor, excellent breakfast.

The lift was unfortunately out of order when we stayed. Staff offered to help with luggage though.

Beautiful wel decorated hotel, amazing location near bar and restaurants. Staff very polite and friendly.

Lift wasn't working.

This is our third or fourth time staying at the Billie. We choose it because it's a great value and is in a great, central location. Staff is welcoming and breakfast is very good - good selection of items. It's also nice that they offer filtered water in the lobby to refill your water bottles.

This was the smallest room we've ever had at the Bille, barely any room around the bed to maneuver. But for one night, it was fine.

The hotel was fabulous. Perfect location, such friendly and helpful staff and they even had a little birthday message for me on arrival. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to everything on foot. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Muy bien ubicado, camas cómodas y buen desayuno.

Very creative use of space. Excellent breakfast.

Lift not working

A localização.

O elevador estava avariado. E o quarto ficava no quinto andar

Colazione buona e ben fornita.

Forse stanza un po’ piccola

Centrally located, able to walk to most major attractions within city. Room was small but comfortable.

We were informed that the elevator was broken and our room on the third floor, they asked if this was okay but we didn’t really feel like there was an alternative, and no compensation was offered. Additionally every time we went to reception there was nobody there (and no bell) and we had to wait. We had a very early check out and had to actually call the hotel from our personal phones in an attempt to get someone to come to reception, this wait almost caused us to miss our transfer to the airport.

Posizione centralissima, bagno grande, design camera.

Dimensioni camera un pò stretta.

The location is perfect. The concept and the decoration of the hotel is so tasteful. The room had all the facilities, everything was clean and new. The staff was very friendly and polite, welcoming.

Rien

Ambiance, le thème

Extremely central location, beautifully set out room … and air conditioning!

Nothing, everything lovely.

Leuke sfeer en een erg goed bed.

De lift was jammer genoeg kapot.

The decoration of the hotel is great if you love art deco !

Breakfast is good but it should offer a little more in my opinion

Tolles Ambiente, stilvolle Einrichtung, alles sauber

Good location, very nice decor

Friendly reception staff, smooth check-in process

A stylish, design led hotel. Spacious room and good atmosphere overall

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers so we opted for 2 rooms, which were next to one another. The beds were very clean and comfy. One room had a bath, which my daughter and I enjoyed. There were plenty of sockets for charging various devices. The staff were extremely polite.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Excellent location, very friendly staff and a hotel with great character. Right in the city centre near all bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here.

.

La déco, le confort et l'emplacement

La ubicación

Lo pequeño que era el baño

Staff were amazing

Staff were amazing very friendly very helpful .would stay again and would recommend

All the staff were very friendly, very helpful and very understanding. Fantastic location. Rooms were more than enough. Breakfast had an excellent selection.

Nothing.

L'hotel è molto carino e centrale.

Modern room style, nice staff, central location

Room is relatively small

Accueil, confort et équipement au top. Petit déjeuner très fourni.

RAS

Camera ampia e letto comodo. Bagno ampio e funzionale. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Personale gentile.

Molto centrale, colazione ottima, personale accogliente e gentile. Camere belle e comode.

The location, lobby and staff were good, but more on that below. The bedroom was comfortable, even though the room and bathroom were much smaller than expected.

My gf and I kindly asked reception to book a taxi for the following morning, considering our flight would leave at 6am. The staff seemed helpful and arranged it for us - so at 4.30am the taxi was there, ready to take us. To be clear, we had no indication whatsoever that it was a licensed taxi driver, nor did we receive a receipt. Little did we know that a 16 minute journey at 4.30 am would cost 47 euros for a drives that was a few kilometres. Yes, we had a comfortable car waiting for us at 4.30 am, kind of in the middle of the night. Yes, the reception were kind to book us a car and of course we could have asked for an indication of what the price would be. But the reception could've told us and we received no receipt whatsoever for what we paid (by card). Of course we expected the ride to be somewhat expensive given the driver picked us up at 4.30, but 47 euros for a 16 minute drive (with no breakdown nor indication of cost) is absolutely criminal.

Hotel molto carino situato in pieno centro. Posizioone veramente strategica con parcheggi vicini.

Sehr gute Lage, schön eingerichtet , sehr nette Mitarbeiter, sehr günstig und trotzdem tolles Frühstück

Locatie Interieur Sfeer

Kamer was klein maar was bekend. Ontbijtruimte eigenlijk te klein voor dit hotel.
