I liked the hotel overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Small but clean and well equiped rooms. It was close to every centric attraction of the city. Everything at walking dinstance! And the environment of the hotel was very typical of Nantes. Quality price relation was good.

Closed streets that made very difficult to reach the hotel easely. There was no private spot to park while doing the checking to bring the bags.

Fine hotel right beside the Graslin area with superlative staff.

The lift broke down during my stay (nobody’s fault) but happily was repaired overnight.

This hotel is located just off the main square in Graslin area, at the end of the street. It is easy to access the main parts of the city to include Ile de Machines. The hotel was quiet, small and comfortable and the staff could not to enough for you. The breakfast is in a glass roofed part of the hotel and included hot and cold items providing a good selection. Our room was ready ahead of time but they were happy to hold luggage in the meantime. We were located at the front of the building with a street view which was quiet. The room was compact and bijou with tea/coffee facilities. The hotel was nicely decorated and had a small lounge where you could sit and read located near the lifts. We absolutely loved our two day stay and the staff were very accommodating and happy to advise about what the city can offer. We would definitely recommend.

Please note the room did not have air con but a fan was already in situ and you could open the window if required. It’s a minor comment as far as we are concerned as we had a great stay.

Great location and very good value. Staff are very friendly. Room is small but we only used the hotel to sleep, and it’s a lovely part of town.

It wasn’t a heat wave when we stayed but the room is small and got was very hot which made it hard to sleep. A desk fan is provided however. The WiFi is very patchy so not ideal if you need to do any work.

The desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and spoke good English. The room was elegant and the breakfast was excellent.

Our room was quite small with the bathroom in a closet. Drop bags at the hotel and get directions for parking as Nantes is difficult to navigate with traffic and construction.

Ein nettes, angenehmes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage. Das Beste daran aber sind das Personal und die Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten ein paar Sonderwünsche, die ohne jedes Zögern erfüllt und sogar übertroffen wurden. Wir danken wirklich von Herzen für all das Entgegenkommen ❤️

Leider ist das Hotel auf die aktuelle klimatische Situation nicht vorbereitet. Die heiße Luft stand förmlich im Zimmer. Daher war eine erholsame Nacht nicht möglich.

Unfortunately I did not check but no air conditioning, a small fan was provided which helped a little bit but really not enough, especially during a heat wave!

Well located. Chilled water available at all hours - free of charge. Friendly receptionist with fluent English and a wonderfully friendly& helpful manner. Fan was appreciated.

This is a very solid hotel housed in a historic building near the opera house, located in a very quiet and well-kept district of Nantes. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Nantes as well as this region of France. The staff were truly friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean, and the rooms were spacious with good showers. The buffet breakfast was truly amazing - very hearty and varied, with excellent coffee. There are numerous high-quality cafés and restaurants within easy reach of the hotel. Although there is no on-site parking, we had no trouble finding a parking spot nearby.

The bed was comfortable, the room was tastefully done. Great shower.

Bathroom a little dated. But the main issue was the heat. It was during a heatwave and they had prewarned that there was no aircon. There was a fan in the room which was great. But under the circumstances, I think providing water in the room would have been nice although water was available down stairs. It was just uncomfortable for that reason really. And leaving the windows open meant it was pretty noisy during the night as was onto street. Overall it was a great place for the money.

We had such an amazing time staying at this hotel! It's an amazing place! The bedrooms are well-renovated, the bed and pillows are comfy, and the hotel itself has a very nice aura, full of interesting corners and decoration! A HUGE kudos to Tiffany! She was so helpful, lovely, and gave us terrific recommendations in Nantes. A true lifesaver! The breakfast is so good! There are plenty of different options with local products, and everything is so fresh and delicious! I had the feeling that I was staying at the "Dragonfly" Inn from Gilmore Girls (yes, I have uncommon references), but those who know the TV show know exactly what I am talking about.

Ideal para visitar la ciudad. Puedes ir caminando hasta el centro porque está muy cerca. Las habitaciones están bien y el baño un poco pequeño pero suficientemente para pasar unos días. El desayuno está muy bien, es variado. Tengo que decir que, el personal es muy atento y amable. Nos ayudó en todo lo que le pedimos.

El hotel queda muy cerca del tranvía y tienes cerca algunos museos y parques. El personal te atiende muy bien. El desayuno variado y con frutas, muy bueno.

Que no hubiera aire acondicionado en la habitación, pero salvaron muy bien la situación con un ventilador.

Bon établissement idéalement situé pour découvrir le centre ville de Nantes.

Location was excellent. Close to historic sights, restaurants and shops. Opera house and Dobree museum right on your doorstep literally. Staff were friendly, welcoming attentive and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. An inner courtyard view. Breakfast offered a variety of food which was all tasty. You could refill your water bottle at a chilled water station. Also checkout a ‘Pass Nantes’ very good value get before you go and you can use for airport shuttle.

No air-conditioning, unfortunately for us the room was too hot at night although the staff gave us a fan which was really helpful and the weather was 10degrees above the average for that time of year.

Bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur merkt man doch die fehlende Klimaanlage. Immerhin wurde ein Ventilator im Zimmer installiert!

Habitación algo pequeña y con ventana con vista interior hace un poco agobiante, aunque todo limpio y confortable. No tiene aire acondicionado y estuvimos en ola de calor, nos dieron un ventilador y con la ventana abierta pudimos dormir más o menos bien. El desayuno correcto, algo caro para lo que es.

Das Hotel befindet sich im histrorischen Zentrum von Nantes, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokale sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sofort bei Ankunft Wasser angeboten und mit Infos versorgt. Das Zimmer schien frisch renoviert und mit allem Komfort versehen. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Einziger kleiner Wehmutstropfen ist die fehlende Klimaanlage (dies war uns aber vorher bekannt. Jedes Zimmer hatte allerdings einen Ventilator. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We went in hot weather which meant Rooms were very warm. Fans supplied but needed the windows open for cooler air flow, being in a city obviously there is noise but not too much being on a side street.

La decoración de todo el hotel. La limpieza de todas las zonas, incluido los lavabos, la comodidad de las camas. El trato del personal de recepción, sobre todo las señoras de por la mañana que también atendían en el desayuno El desayuno muy completo y con productos locales, estaba todo muy bueno, todos los productos de calidad, la máquina de café fenomenal. Si vuelvo a Nantes este es mi hotel. Gracias por todo!
