Amazing customer experience and overall hotel. The room was immaculate and a big fan of the lobby setup and hotel in general. Great location a well.

Wonderful Hotel. Rooms are larger than normal with plenty of room to move, seperate toilet and shower as well. Located in walking distance to Samurai District & other sights. Laundry, free Hot drinks in foyer. It’s a ✅✅✅ from us.

La struttura era abbastanza bella e la stanza non così piccola come le altre. In più c’era una piccola onsen che abbiamo utilizzato la sera al rientro dal nostro giro e per ultimo molto apprezzato c’era il servizio caffè, tea matcha, camomilla ed acqua fino alle 22 di sera.

Non ho nessuna segnalazione a riguardo.

Het hotel lag qua locatie centraal.

De kamers waren niet erg schoon en het hotel zelf zag er op de foto’s ook wel een stuk mooier uit dan het in werkelijkheid was. Ook het personeel vonden wij niet super vriendelijk, terwijl onze ervaring tot nu toe is dat dat overal wel het geval is.

Hotel Amanek is conveniently located near some of Kanazawa's main attractions. There are bus stops just a few minutes away that can take you to the station and anywhere else in the city. The best things about this hotel is the front desk service and the onsen. All the staff were helpful in making sure we had a comfortable stay. They guided us in excellent English, and provided extra towels and other amenities when needed. Having access to the onsen was also a great boon! I looked forward to using it every day of our stay and it was never too busy. The lobby is very nice and spacious and there is also a gym. Overall a great value.

Everything was great value. If there are any improvements, I think it would be better if the rooms were stocked with more towels. You'll run out quickly if you shower and use the onsen a lot. The rooms were a bit small, and the beds are a little stiff, but that is to be expected.

Ho soggiornato 1 notte in questa struttura, camera di dimensioni superiori rispetto la media, pulita, ordinata, spazi ben organizzati. La posizione permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le attrazioni a piedi, si trova a pochi passi dal quartiere dei samurai ma, in meno di 30 minuti, si arriva dalla parte opposta della città. Colazione buona, come in tutte le strutture la prevalenza è salata con piatti locali ma sono presenti anche opzioni dolci, che permettono di soddisfare ogni esigenza. Presso la hall sono disponibili amenities varie, macchinette gratuite per bevande calde, dispenser per acqua. Presente anche una palestra.

Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr angenehme Größe. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Bus ist man vom Bahnhof in etwa 10-15 min je nach Verkehr om Hotel, was uns mit Gepäck deutlich angenehmer war als etwa 2,3km Koffer schleppen. Die Lage zur Burg, dem wunderschönen Garten und die Museen in der Nähe waren toll. Das eigene Spa zur Entspannung am Abend war sehr erholsam.

Gute Lage.

Da wir den Vergleich zu einem weiteren Amanek Hotel haben: Die Hotelkette hat sehr große Qualitäts-Unterschiede. Das Hotel in Kanazawa ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich ist leider nicht so schön gestaltet (nur getrenntes Public Bath). Der Zimmerboden ist fleckig und die Zimmergröße ist nicht die angegebene (wir hatten 2 mal hintereinander in derselben Hotelkette dieselbe Zimmerkategorie, die Größe variierte aber stark). Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl leider ebenfalls nicht sonderlich gut. Die meisten Speisen enthalten Fisch. Der Saal ist nicht sonderlich gemütlich.

Fica muito próximo aos principais pontos turísticos ! Então para fazer a visita vc toma um café bem cedo e já vai para os pontos , pra mim foi a cidade mais fácil de locomover-se !

Albergo di ottimo livello e qualità eccellente. La posizione è comodissima perfetta sia per arrivare dalla stazione con un solo autobus che ti lascia di fronte (cosa fondamentale quando piove forte!) sia per girare a piedi praticamente ogni posto rilevante di Kanazawa. Stanza grande e pulita, bagno pubblico pulito, con atmosfera calma, prodotti per il bagno e la pelle ottimi, colazione eccezionale.

Realmente el hotel es maravilloso, muy cómodo y limpio. Y la ubicación, perfecta, en una zona muy concurrida pero no hay nada de ruido porque está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila con tiendas 24 horas.

Wij hadden de superior King kamer en het bedframe is daarin een houten frame dat aan elke kant uitsteekt. Dat ziet er fantastisch uit, tot je 's nachts slaapdronken terug in bed probeert te stappen en ongeveer je been breekt als je er tegenaan loopt. Geen gek idee om 's nachts een lampje aan te laten als je geen behoefte hebt aan een kingsize blauwe plek.

Modernes, tolles Hotel mit allem erdenklichen Komfort. Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Tolle Ausgangslage für Erkundungen zu Fuss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es war mit eines der besten Hotels die wir in 3 Wochen Japan erleben durften.

The stay was very comfortable, the hotel is very clean and beautiful and the staff is so nice. The room was clean and nice to stay in and the bed was very comfortable. The communal bath in the hotel was such a wonderful extra too, highly recommend it. I hope I can visit this hotel again! 😊

大浴場の静かな雰囲気が素晴らしかった． ベッドの寝心地も良く，快眠することができた． トレーニング施設もあり，トレーニング習慣を継続できた．

カーテンが遮光のものではないので，朝になると東側の部屋は特に明るかった． 遅くまで寝ていたい人にとっては不満があるかも． 自分は早起きする必要があったので満足．

Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. In der Dusche gab es ausreichend Shampoo. Im Hotel gibt es 7 Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die man nutzen kann. Die Bezahlung erfolgt digital über eine App oder mit Münzen. Man kann die Verfügbarkeit online prüfen, einen QR-Code dazu gibt es beim Einschalten des TVs. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Mikrowelle und Automaten mit Getränken. Die Massage war ebenfalls super.

櫃檯很親切，整體飯店的氛圍很舒服，樓下還有lawson肚子餓下樓就能買東西

距離車站有一點遠，若是搭乘計程車至金澤車站大約是1500日元，因為是在片町，搭公車下車步行至飯店的路上，晚上會有很多攬客的小哥有點小混雜。另外，房間內有一些木頭貼皮的地方有損壞，應該要注意一下

We love how clean and spacious our room was. The location is very central, in the centre of Katamachi. The staff were very nice and polite. We love the complimentary drink station (coffee, water, tea, infused water) setup at the lounge. We opted for breakfast included, and we love how convenient it is for us.

There were minimum spaces to hang our clothes & towel to dry, what we did was to ask for more hangers.

Everything! The onsen was great, the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the lobby had free coffee and tea, the laundromat, the gym had everything we needed, the staff were helpful, there's parking downstairs and it's a very central location, we walked everywhere. And it's such good value for money, unbelievable that a place like this is so affordable.

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, non molto vicino alla stazione, ma nei dintorni ci sono molto servizi. La camera devo dire uno standard superiore rispetto ad altri hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone, e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Forse migliorerei leggermente lo standard della colazione, che fa comunque di buon livello

Bel accueil du personnel. Chambre propre, confortable et spacieuse. Ils ont un espace onsen incroyable. Un onsen pour femme et pour homme séparés. Mais ils ont un bain public mixte avec une très belle vue. Il y a 2 bassins un bain froid et un bain chaud. C'est le top après une journée de marche. Tatouage admis. Tout ce qu'on aime. Je recommande cet hôtel. Surtout n'oubliez pas votre maillot de bain pour le bain public mixte.

Heel mooi hotel en goed ontbijt met heel veel keuze. Mogelijkheid om te parkeren bij hotel (wel weinig plaatsen maar wij zijn vroeg aangekomen). Ruimte nabij receptie waar je bv iets gekocht kan eten. Koffie en water beschikbaar de hele dag

Très bon hotel moderne et bien équipé. Il dispose d'une salle de sport et de onsens publiques ce qui est vraiment super par rapport au prix proposé qui est plus qu'abordable! Les chambres sont assez grandes et bien agencées pa rapport à ce que ce fait habituellement au Japon. Le personnel est très agréable et vous avez la possibilité de laisser vos bagages si vous arrivez tôt dans la matinée. Superbe séjour et un rapport qualité prix de haute qualité !!

Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire sur cet établissement. Il faut juste prendre le bus de la gare pour y aller mais ce n'est en aucun cas dérangeant.

大浴場是住宿的最大亮點，一日奔波行走的疲憊可以在這裡得到救贖，真是太舒服了！房間中規中矩該有的都有，淋浴間、馬桶和洗手台獨立區隔，室友可以一起使用不需等待非常方便。 鄰近金澤城、21世紀美術館等景點，附近餐廳超商林立，飲食購物生活機能佳。以房價來說，真是太超值了！

Awesome spot, just a 7-minute walk to the Samurai district. You can Uber to the main train station in 10 minutes. Super close to all the restaurants and bars too. The room's bigger than what you'd find in Tokyo, with a comfy bed, and a great onsen to relax in after a long day of walking.

安くてキレイでした！ 特に朝食のスタッフの方がとても気持ちの良い挨拶で迎えてくれて、朝から清々しかったです。 部屋に置いてある茶器の九谷焼が可愛くてとても癒されました。

強いて言えばですが、ラウンジのコーヒーマシンの抽出に時間がかかるので、待つ人が出てきてしまうのでもう一台あると嬉しいかなと思います。

受付の人がとても優しく、部屋の中も綺麗で水のセルフサービスもありよかった。洗濯機、乾燥機もありよかったです。

朝ごはんは美味しかったが、ビュッフェ形式で私が行った時間帯はほとんどおかずが残っていなかった。時間制のため勝手に時間変更をすることもできないため、何商品かは量がしっかり残っているなど工夫して欲しかった。
