はじめてのラウンジ利用でしたが、ラウンジスタッフの方から市内の観光情報をいただき、良い旅になりました。地元の方？とのコミュニケーションは楽しいです

部屋は、広く快適でした。素泊りでしたが、兼六園も近くて朝の散策も出来て、朝食は外で頂きました。

部屋から見た景色は、ビル側でいまいちでした。

お部屋をグレートアッフして、下さり快適に 過ごす事が出来ました。

スリッパが、部屋のグレートに対して 良くなかったです。

サービスを受けたスタッフは外国の方ばかりでしたが、いつも笑顔で迅速な対応をしていただき大変気持ちよく宿泊することができました。

連泊のため、室内に入ってほしくなかったので、ゴミとタオル等は部屋の外に置いていたのですが、外国のスタッフにはその辺りの考え方(どうして部屋の外に置いているのか)が伝わらないようで(日本人スタッフであれば入室しないように気を配る)どうも入室されていたようなので、少し不安を覚えました。

Rooms are quite tight, but we were out most of time. Pillows were too hard for us, but we asked for some softer ones and the hotel was super responsive

家族旅行で2泊こちらを利用させて頂きました。 ホテル全体的に落ち着いた感じが良かった。

二日目の夕食はホテルのレストランを利用しました。 BBQブッフェで子どもも楽しみにしていましたが、 料理の種類は少なく、デザートもアイスや果物くらいで 満足感はありませんでした。1日目はホテル近く人気の居酒屋を利用しましたが、こちらなほうが断然美味しかった。また、スタッフとお客さんの距離感が近すぎるて、私達家族には違和感ありました。

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni della Città, le stanze sono piu che spaziose (considerate le dimensioni medie in Giappone) con ogni confort per la categoria. Le persone dello staff super gentili a risolvere qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Molto consigliato.

Let’s be entirely clear: Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel is NOT a 4-star hotel. Do not let the good location or the "Okayish" lobby fool you. We traveled in a group and booked 5 rooms on the 9th floor for a single night through a Japanese travel agency. Every single room was an absolute sauna. Upon check-in, you have to leave your key card in the slot to turn on the power. We turned the AC on immediately, dropping the thermostat from 25°C to 20°C. After waiting three hours in suffocating heat, nothing had changed. When we went to the front desk to complain, two staff members came up to the room and immediately started making up ridiculous excuses. First, they tried to gaslight us by claiming the temperature was "okay." Then, they offered us a cheap rotating table fan. Finally, when we refused to accept that, they admitted the truth: the AC temperature is centrally controlled. They told us they "would check what could be done" and suggested we open the windows. It was 27°C (80°F) outside! This is a blatant, cheap "cost-saving" measure disguised as hospitality. All 5 of our rooms suffered from the exact same issue. While the room layout is decent and the room looked superficially clean, the details tell a different story. The bathrooms are a bit dated, and the metal door to the bathroom was covered in white smudges and grime. We have been staying at actual 4- and 5-star hotels across Japan on this trip, including Hiltons, Nikko hotels, and premium boutique properties, and all of them were excellent and worth every penny. The Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel is a massive disappointment. If you like sleeping in a sweatbox after a scorching day of walking at 29° humid climate, and being lied to by the front desk, book here. Otherwise, stay anywhere else.

落ち着いた感じで街中の便利なところ立地しているが室内は静かに寛げた。 おでんが食べたかったのでスタッフの方に聞いたら、数店の地図を刷し渡してくれた。とても丁寧な対応だった。 しかしお店は休日と予約がないと入店できなかったので他の店での食事を探し苦労した

テーブルの脚下のところに食べ物のカスが落ちていた。手抜きの清掃と感じ次回の利用は考えたい。

なによりロケーションがよい。 そしてドアマンの対応がよい。 朝食の一品一品が美味しかった。 大型二輪での訪問であったが、駐輪場所に特別な配慮をいただけてとても助かりました。

朝食会場に入ろうとしたときに、入り口前に順番待ちでたむろしている人が多くて驚いた。 確かに込み合う時間帯だとは思う。 待っているのは外国人客が8割以上の様子で、順番待ちのためにエントリーして番号札と交換しなくてはいけないという日本人なら割と知られているその場のルールをおそらく知らない外国人が数名いて、互いに教え合っている状況であった。 また、なにも情報提供がなされておらずどの程度待たされるのかの目途も見えず、いったん部屋に戻ったほうがよいのかどうかなど判断が付かない状況であった。 裕福そうに見える欧米人グループだったので皆が温和であったが、経験上これがもし東アジアからの団体客などであったらきっと煩い騒ぎになっていたに違いない。

The room has a classic Japanese luxury feel, which may make it seem a bit old-fashioned, but it has been fully renovated. The highlight of the stay was the service. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and dedicated, embodying the traditional Japanese spirit of craftsmanship.

It was over 70plus Fahrenheit outside but the hotel still has the heater on for the rooms, hallways and reception are cool. So if your room faces the sun, your room becomes an incubator. The front desk told us to turn off the conditioning unit and open the room window. The same, after a lot of difficulty opened only about 6 in, (15.5 cm). No exchange of air. And let me add the street noice, off road motorcycles ALL night. Couldn’t wait to leave that hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of our tour. The room was spacious and well equipped with an extra bed. It had a fast charger for mobile phones and other devices. The staff were polite and friendly throughout. At Breakfast time, there was a good selection of Japanese and Western foods. There was also a good range of exotic fruits and yummy patisserie. It was very busy but the staff carried out their duties in an orderly and efficient way.

In the city area

The temperature control is centrally controlled. The room degrees was set to 20 degrees which made the room uncomfortable. We opened the windows to help cool the room but the street noise made 3 nights of uncomfortable sleep

Its a nice property. We were there for 1 night. Its about a 15 mins walk to Kenrouken garden and Castle We took a cab though from right outside the hotel (opposite starbucks). Pretty convenient. In the morning before we left for Tokyo, we went to the Samurai district which was 5 mins walking from the hotel. Sweet old charming place. We are a family of 5 so we took 2 rooms. Rooms were a comfortable size, the smaller room for my parents was okay but the bed could have been slightly bigger. Overall experience for 1 night was good.

Well located.

There is no air conditioning, only heating. The only way to cool the room is to open the window but can’t imagine that’s very effective in the summer when it’s also hot outside.

Couldnt control the room temperature. Had to open the window to get sufficient ventilation. Was not able to get a comfortable sleep due to lack of air-conditioning in the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. It's a lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Kanazawa. All the sights are within walking distance of the hotel. It is situated in the quiet Samurai area with lots of small restaurants close by. The rooms are a good size and the staff were very helpful. Lots of choice at breakfast catering for all tastes. Can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
