The property was cleaned daily, there was amazing breakfast cooked from Lina every morning upstairs. The pool & the views were amazing. Cute little taverns under 10 minutes walking distance. The food was exceptional. Would recently book here again.

Ho dormito solo una notte ma la posizione tranquilla e vicina all’aeroporto mi ha permesso un soggiorno davvero top. Lo staff gentilissimo e pronti a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Molto bella anche la vista

En Dymitry en va pujar de categoria d’habitació totalment gratuït. Una habitació espectacular amb 2 pisos, una piscina interior i unes vistes increïbles. I per últim, un esmorzar bonissim i fet al moment per només 12€.

El pàrquing es de difícil accès i amb una carretera complicada.

The staff was very nice and available, with great advice. They spontaneously offered a free upgrade as a better room was available. The jacuzzi inside the apartment was awesome.

Très bel emplacement central sur l’île permettant de visiter chaque partie de l’île en moins de 30 minutes. Un véhicule est obligatoire pour loger dans cette hôtel.

Nous aurions aimé pouvoir boire un verre à l’hôtel le soir mais malheureusement après le petit déjeuner, aucun moyen de se restaurer appart en allant dans les restaurants/bars aux alentours.

Tout s’est très bien passé. Dimitri était super disponible et arrangeant. L’hôtel est très beau. Les petits déjeuner sont très bon s et se prennent sur une terrasse avec une très belle vue. Le personnel est très attentionné et a écouté.

Le calme, les petits déjeuners et le charme des installations. La situation géographique loin des sites hyper touristiques est parfaite pour visiter l’île. La très grande proximité de Pyrgos est un atout.

Superbe emplacement au calme dans les hauteurs de Exo Gonia. Ambiance relax, Dimitris nous a super bien accueillis! La suite avec 2 chambres très bien agencée. Superbe petite terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux avec produits faits maison! Excellent restaurant à 3mn à pieds: Metaxi mas

L’accès est compliqué si on est chargé en valises! Mais c’est le prix de la tranquillité 😉

Accommodating and clean

One room constantly had ants over 3/3 days

Santorini is very touristy in the north of the island (around Fira and Oia). This makes it quite crowded and highly commercialized (far too many shops, etc.). The south of the island, however, is a breath of fresh air. The villages are more picturesque and there are fewer tourists. This is where this hotel is located, which makes it a fantastic destination on Santorini. The hotel is very pleasant, built on the side of a slope, offering fantastic views from everywhere. The rooms are designed like cave dwellings, and we absolutely loved the in-room jacuzzi. The staff was exceptionally warm and friendly. The breakfast also gave us the perfect start to the day—extensive and delicious.

Stadscentrum niet in de buurt Eerder B&B gehalte...geen ontvangst bij aankomst. Wel een upgrade van de kamer gekregen;) Hottub was niet echt warm

Nous avons adoré la localisation. Un havre de paix et de calme total, idéal pour se ressourcer après des journées de découverte et que dire de la vue ? Les mots manquent tant elle est imprenable et spectaculaire à chaque heure de la journée mais l'âme de cet endroit réside aussi dans son équipe. Un immense merci à Dimitri, d’une bienveillance et d’une efficacité rare. Il répond à la vitesse de l’éclair. Enfin, nos matinées ont été illuminés par la douceur de la dame qui prépare les petits-déjeuners. Son sourire quotidien vaut tout l’or du monde. Une adresse précieuse que nous garderons gravée dans nos cœurs. Merci pour tout.

Le + dur a été de plier bagage et de dire au revoir à cette vue. Comme partout à Santorin, le relief se mérite et il y a de nombreuses marches à monter, à noter, si vous voyagez avec des bagages très lourds (bien que l’équipe soit là pour aider). Rien de bloquant, juste un tout petit manque de rangement pour 3 personnes sur une semaine complète mais c’est un petit détail par rapport à la qualité du séjour. Le seul petit bémol pour un séjour en famille est la présence de 2 vitres sur la porte des toilettes/salle de bain. Cela manque un peu d’intimité, même si cela n’a pas gâché notre merveilleuse semaine.

Accommodation is amazing, clean and worth the visit, we were lucky to be upgraded, we stayed for one night, breakfast is lovely too

Location is difficult to get too especially if you have luggage, plus we were bitten the most here,not sure if it's due to the hot tub in room. Dimitris kindly gave us soothing cream (bless him)

We had an overall very enjoyable stay at Nano Suites. The villas were clean, well-maintained, and had a charming, authentic Santorini style that really added to the experience. The indoor jacuzzi was a big hit with the kids and made the stay even more special. One standout highlight was the breakfast. Although it costs €12 per person, it is absolutely worth it—easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve had, with great quality and variety.

A few areas where the experience could be improved: 1. The pool was not working during our entire stay, which was disappointing, especially for the kids. We were repeatedly told it would be fixed “today or tomorrow,” but unfortunately, that never happened. 2. The TVs in the villas are quite outdated, and even a standard HDMI connection didn’t work, which limited entertainment options. 3. Parking can be challenging. There is a secondary parking area, but it doesn’t show up correctly on Google Maps. It’s best to contact the host in advance to get accurate directions. One final point that impacted our experience: on the last day, after checkout, we had a few hours to spare and wanted to sit on the terrace under the shaded umbrella area. It was closed by the staff, who said it was due to wind, although conditions seemed calm and it had been open earlier during breakfast. Despite explaining that we were traveling with two small children, the request was declined. This interaction felt a bit disappointing and contrasted with the otherwise positive experience.

Na początku czerwca basen jeszcze nie był otwarty, ale jacuzzi w pokoju rekompensuje brak. Być może sezon na basen zaczyna się od lipca.

La habitación era perfecta! Es desayuno muy bueno . El trato del personal excelente las vistas increíbles y el jacuzzi de lo mejor.

Nos dio pena que la piscina no estuviera llena. Pero el jacuzzi ayudó . Y la distancia hasta el bus

The property is just beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic with great food and a magnificent view.

We have been in May and the facilities were not all ready.

I had the most fantastic stay in one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I had the superior suite with an indoor plunge pool. This cave suite was so beautiful, so clean and so well decorated, it was cosy and fabulous. Comfy bed, Nespresso machine, great Aircon and obviously the plunge pool was divine. The entire hotel was beautifully designed with many quirky little things to discover (an old well and a swing chair were a couple of my favourites). Lovely pool and a perfect size as this is a small place with not many guests. Dimitris the host was so nice, he organised my transfers and was available to help with anything via WhatsApp. The lady who cooked my breakfast every morning was so sweet and honestly she made the best breakfast I have ever had. Every morning you chose a delicious main and it came with 3 fresh pastries (different each morning and both sweet and savoury) fruit, coffee, orange juice and condiments all served in a roof with an absolutely stunning view. Even the cleaner was so kind working around my schedule to get my room cleaned. This along with the serine environment and extremely value for money made for the perfect trip.

There's nothing I personally didn't like but when booking keep in mind this is high up and there are a few steps to reach the hotel from the transfer that people with severe mobility issues may find a challenge. Also this is in a quiet area but you can still order food to be delivered and transfers to Fira, Oia, kamari range between 40 - 60 euros return which still is worth the money since how expensive it is to stay there and they are often over packed.

A proscrire formellement pour les PA et PH: accès usant avec escaliers et dangereux. Le jaccuzi dont la température était froide.L hotel n’a pas fait le nécessaire. L absence d’une réception 24/24. Dimitris très absent.Vu en début de séjour seulement. Panne d’eau générale pendant une journée non imputable à l hotel mais Dimitris ne prévient pas ses clients!

El acceso es un poco dificil tanto con el coche como andando, porque se encuentra en lo alto de varias cuestas. Aún así hay un parking muy cerca donde se puede dejar el coche

It was an absolutely stunning experience. Not all the rooms were booked so they upgraded us to an incredible room which we thought was very kind. I loved the interior of the room and the "cave" feeling. I also loved the outside tiles and the overall design. The view was beautiful and they have a lovely rooftop with amazing homemade breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful with giving advice on what to do and we ended up having the absolute best time on the island with their help.

In April, apparently all the hot tubs are cold, this isn't an issue with this specific hotel as it was also the case at the next hotel we stayed at. I was very excited for the indoor jacuzzi so it was a shame we couldn't use it. It's a good thing to know about if you're travelling in April.

The room is well thought out. The breakfast was exectional. The staff was very helpful. We had issue with the hot water in the shower; bad weather affected the water temperature.

The building is 200 years old, very well maintained built into the side of the cliff. Gorgeous view of the sea and overlooking the villages, quiet and relaxing. Reception super helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served on the rooftop terrace. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is outside of the high traffic tourist areas but quick commute.

A little bit difficult to find the hotel at first. As you must walk through a village pathway from the main road, with big luggage this was a smidge challenging.

L’hôtel est idéalement placé, au centre de l’île, nous pouvons donc explorer le nord et le sud sans avoir trop de temps de route ! Le petit déjeuner fait maison est délicieux et l’espace piscine magnifique avec une superbe vue sur la mer.

L’architecture et l’emplacement avec la vue sur la mer est incroyable ! Plus avec la piscine.

Doccia che non scaricava l’acqua per cui allagamento dello stesso con acqua che fuoriesce dal “tombino” del bagno. Sistema di aspirazione del bagno da migliorare.

Incrível hospedagem, anfitrião muito prestativo e nos deu um suporte para aproveitarmos bem Santorini. Além disso a hospedagem tem vários gatinhos super fofos e carinhosos que passamos um bom tempo brincando, bom certeza voltaríamos.

La habitación era grande con jacuzzi adentro (aunque la temperatura era medio fría y no se podía modificar), la vista increíble para ver el amanecer, el desayuno super completo (lo cobran aparte)

Tener en cuenta el acceso a la propiedad que tiene mucha pendiente. Tuvimos un problema grave: el último día nos quedamos sin agua en la habitación a la tarde y nadie nos respondió nada hasta el día siguiente y no salía ni una gota de agua en el baño, ni en la ducha. No pude ni lavarme los dientes! Cuando contestaron ya nos habíamos ido del alojamiento y dijeron que iban a tener una atención económica con nosotros y nunca hicieron nada. Una lástima la atención!

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite. Es fehlte an Abstellmöglichkeiten für unsere Sachen/Koffer. Die Feuchtigkeit vom innenliegenden Whirlpool war zu spüren.

Accommodations were nice. Communication was ok. The location challenging for anyone who cannot climb multiple levels of stairs. Staff was accommodating.

Location. Taxis at times had a challenging time getting to pickup location. No restaurants close by. Hotel was remote.
